Child Protective Services laws and agencies are abusive to families and children. This site provides support and information to parents falsely accused of child abuse by Child Protective Services.

FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.

FightCPS is intended to help people learn enough about the law to be able to successfully defend themselves and their families against false accusations using legal documents and strategies that put parents in a stronger position when they go back to court.

For more information, see the FAQ.

Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.

Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.

Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.

Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.

Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.

CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.

Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.

It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

Elections Coming: Time to Take the Child Welfare Issue to Candidates

I just read the website of a woman running for office here in California. There was nothing, and I mean nothing whatsoever, to indicate her position on child welfare issues.

That’s probably the case with most candidates here in the USA. Though child welfare injustice is one of the BIGGEST and MOST IMPORTANT issues in this country, considering the suffering and injustice, few have the integrity to talk about it and try to do something to end the horror that is being inflicted on American families.

I vow today to never vote for a candidate who isn’t brave and truthful enough to stand in favor of ending child welfare injustice. Anyone who isn’t trying to help families isn’t man or woman enough to get my vote. Avoidance of this issue is simply unacceptable.

How about YOU? Are you going to vote for spineless clowns? How about all those incumbents who couldn’t be bothered to help you in your time of need?

Here’s what I wrote to the woman’s campaign team:

“I don’t see anything on _____’s website to indicate that she has any empathetic understanding of the needs of the poor and downtrodden. She certainly hasn’t been there or done that. And there’s nothing to state how she feels about the child welfare disaster. See http://www.fightcps.com — millions of families destroyed without benefit of constitutional protections, and it seems she just doesn’t care. And what about the state sovereignty movement? How does she feel about the USA’s tenth amendment being grievously violated? This is 2010, way beyond 1984. We need leaders who are aware of the real issues and willing to do something about them. Please tell me what _____ plans to do to help victims of unjust, evil, corrupt, unconstitutional child welfare laws.”

Co-workers in the child welfare protest, victims of child “protection” agencies, please take time, from now until November, to visit sites of candidates running for office in your areas, to write to them, to let them know how you feel about child welfare issues.

These people have got to wake up, and WE THE PEOPLE need to let them know that upholders of injustice are not respectable enough to get our votes.

“All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”

Candidates: If you’re worthy of leadership, show us.

The Senator Nancy Schaefer Memorial Information Project

Words cannot express how distressed I am to hear that our dear Senator Nancy Schaefer has died in what is being called a murder-suicide, along with her husband.

Nancy was the first state senator to speak out forcefully, truthfully about the corruption of Child Protective Services. For this reason some have surmised that this murder-suicide could actually be a cover-up for something more sinister… a silencing!

Regardless of how she died, she will be remembered for many years to come as a brave, honest, ethical and truth-telling woman who stood up to the child welfare industry and voiced the pain and trauma of those who had approached her for help with their Georgia CPS cases.

Let’s not let this be the end!

Please join me in taking a stand to make her life even more meaningful.

Here’s the plan.

1. Download a copy of Senator Schaefer’s report on CPS corruption.

2. Print out copies of pages one through seven.

3. Write heartfelt letters to every county supervisor in your county. Shorter letters are better, as they’re more likely to be read. Ask them to investigate and cut funding for CPS in your county. Send your letters to every supervisor along with a copy of Senator Schaefer’s report, pages one through seven.

4. Now send letters to every state senator, congressman, and legislator in your state! Remind them that federal child welfare laws are a violation of the Tenth Amendment of the US Constitution and request State Sovereignty. Send them the first seven pages of Senator Schaefer’s report!

Please, please, please do this!

Tell everyone you know on CPS mailing lists or on other sites about this plan.

Let’s let Nancy continue to change the world!

And if you take up the banner and run with it, please leave a comment on this thread to encourage others to participate.

Senator Nancy Schaefer

We love you, Nancy!
So long as I’m alive you will NEVER be forgotten!
Thanks so much for all you did for CPS victims everywhere!

Heads Up! It is an Election Year!

Are your legislators doing anything to help reunite children with their rightful parents? Do your legislators care whether you’ve been unjustly accused? Are they working on your behalf to help the the wrongfully accused to be vindicated, and their children returned?

For most of us, the answer is Of Course Not!

There are a few good legislators out there who have indicated they care… Senator Nancy Schaefer of Georgia comes to mind. But most legislators aren’t doing a thing to help our cause and therefore we should be very interested in having them replaced with legislators who will help us.

Unfortunately most legislators are hopelessly brainwashed or blackmailed, or bribed. (The three B’s of public office.) For one reason or another they won’t lift a finger to change the really awful laws and regulations of this country like CAPTA and ASFA. (If you’re a CPS client and don’t know what those laws are, you should.)

So… I’m presenting to you a link to a fearless, brilliant, and concerned writer, Devvy, “The Dynamite Redhead”. Her article, published today, is The Case For Hanging Errant Public Officials.

Don’t worry – she’s not recommending a lynch mob. What she suggests is that we use our option to vote for ‘write in’ candidates that agree with our issues.

Petition for all US CPS cases to be revisited

Dr. Shirley Moore started a new petition:

Request For All United States Cases to be Revisited.

Please check it out and sign if you feel moved to do so.

In case you don’t know her – Dr. Shirley Moore is a long-time activist who has been affiliated with the American Family Rights Association (AFRA). She has a good track record of effecting actual change in the child protective services system.

Here’s the text of Shirley’s new petition, with an invitation to her next rally (Los Angeles, March 15) at the bottom:

WE THE PEOPLE,

The United States Citizens of the County of Los Angeles, California request that all court cases be revisited or nullified based on evidence of Financial Conflicts of Interest and Fraud committed by judges throughout the United States.

Many of the judges that are sitting in court on cases are also sitting on the boards of phony non-profit organizations created intentionally to generate the State Grants through the Federal Funding.

Also, the judges are not only being paid by the state, the County is also paying them. Many judges and some officers of the courts have willfully and intentionally committed actions with malice to conspire against U.S. citizens causing irreparable injury, damage and harm to U.S. citizens.

Based on the conflicts of interest in the above aforementioned County of Los Angeles, California, we believe that not only should many of these cases be revisited immediately in conjunction with a Federal investigation, we are also requesting that this investigation not be limited only to California; but for every State and County throughout the United States of America.

May God bless you and May God bless America.

I am so thrilled to see that the people are beginning to take a stand. If there has ever been a time to stand, the time is now. Being that there is a crucial national election upon us now, this is the time, this is our time.. We can no longer allow a few to control the masses, we must begin to send a power message that simply states that enough is enough, we are aware of the schemes that are being committed against the people and we no longer want to accept the atrocities.

Keeping the Faith,
Dr. S. Moore

Are you a victim of any court abuse?

Have you been denied Due Process within the Court?

Have you or anyone you know lost their children to CPS?

Have you or anyone you know lost their property because of Probate or Conservator ship?

Are you a victim of Code enforcement?

Are you paying into the child support system and not being credited?

Have you lost a civil case in the court whereby your evidence was suppressed?

Have you or anyone you know been forced to a plea bargain and the person was factually innocent?

If you answer YES to any of these questions, then you need to attend our next rally.

Many cases that were handled within the court system, have been tainted based upon Financial conflicts of interest and Intrinsic Fraud.

Now is the time to bring attention to this situation and have many cases revisited based upon the aforementioned?

The Court corruption has to stop and all of the officers of the court Must be exposed.

Now is the time to STOP this Criminal Enterprise from operating within our COURTS with the assistance of cohort%u2019s. (so-called expert witnesses) (psychologist, counselors, etc)
