I’ve often found things I’ve written on this site posted on other websites and blogs. It bothers me when this is done without giving a link back or any mention of who the author is – and many would consider that plagiarism. As the author of these postings, I have a copyright on everything I write, and if I find my words reposted elsewhere, and it doesn’t say “Written by Linda Martin of Fight CPS”, I get upset.
Usually I wouldn’t be upset by that if the person copying things at least mentioned that I’m the author and gave a link to this site, but most people apparently don’t bother to do this, which is why I’m writing this now.
God knows I want this message to be spread far and wide. However there are some limits.

How do i petition courts for records i want to know the people who made false reports to cps like realitives ect
I’ve never done that, Lisa… and don’t know of any form for it. The law is that those who report suspected child maltreatment shouldn’t have their identities exposed, so I think you’d have to have a good story to tell the judge to get that person to permit you to see the identities of reporting parties.

I recently had ONE of my Four children taken from me while he was at achool by a zealot CPS worker. He thought that he had the case of a lifetime with all of his hearsay on how we emotionally abuse our son. Just him though! Anyway, a great family law judge dismissed the case after my contested dependency trial. HE stated that all of the allegations were actually the work of above average parents (US) who utilized specific disciplines as to raise a healthy, happy child. CPS was flabergasted. Obviously they don;t have a clue. I credit this site as being a friend in my fight. Thank you Linda.
I still have the kiddos – I have been coached by counsel – we give them NOTHING.
Starve these people of ANY and ALL information, enforce (not JUST assert) your rights, sign nothing, and they should have only what they have created… bullshit.
Rough seas make excellent sailors. I look forward to slitting some careers in a court room someday… when I have endured enough, and can afford to, I will sue.
But for now, the real problem is located at the HEAD of the various agencies… the way to kill off pests is to eliminate their food. So go forward and hunt for all those who have been bitten badly, and attend the funding meeting and produce an accurate accounting of the WASTE that DYS has committed, and seek the cutting of THAT amount to the budget – make them PAY – financially – for any mistakes.
How long ARE we going to just stand here and take it?? For me, not much longer. I am already looking at law schools to attend.

Anyone aware of any pro bono or affordable legal counsel to save children from the grips of these incompetent and uncaaring individuals? We were told that without a specializing attorney we should consider this child lost – a thought we do not want to accept and an incentive to turn every stone and get some help. Their behavior is an abomination and totally contradictory to their alledged purpose. It is shameful and more importantly, destructive and harmful to children. Any suggestions are greatfully welcome. Cuurently- 9 months since they were supposed to have provided referrals for compliance with things they requested and no papers! However, to CYA, they simply tell the court that my son is non-compliant to which he reminds the court he cannot comply unless they do their job first. My son is currently involved with DCf and from the onset, they have made false statements and basically told us that he is going to lose. At this time they have placed my grandddaughter in a potentially unsafe situation. We cannot find legal help that will even take payments, much less help at a reduced rate and we fear for the child’s safety and well-being. They have failed to provide documents required of them and lost documents we have provided. Is there any help available from anywhere? Thank you.

At first it was not understood by me why Linda (or anyone else for that matter ) should care at all about this whole matter of acknowledgement of their authorship, and such – but I found another angle to it.
To the most of us this whole tragical thing of our children being kidnapped is still at the level of a brawl,emotional responses ,letting of steam , someone to cry with . But to some of us,the very few, like Linda with her running this site for twenty years , sacrificing more of her life then we can imagine , for we don’t even think about it except in fleeting moments , for Linda this is a war, to be waged and to be won .Her site IS a nursery ,place to rest , place for harvesting information unavailable ANYWHERE ELSE in the world , the base where free fall is stopped ,the resistence – within an individual is reorganized , things became possible again. It is a structure , a model ,emergency room where people are brought back to life from a brink . I don’t know how many times I turned the newly victimized parents on to her site in last four years , it is a university for us ,the leppers.
When,and if, this whole movement will prevail in one form or another , the elder statesmants , the generals ,will be needed , to give the resistance the face they can put in the news,in the halls of Congress , where she will be able to say : ” I told you so 15/20 years ago , her are mine and others articles ,statistics,warnings , what did you do about it ?”
The value ,resilience,stability of her work here will never be fully understood , not even by herself , because she probably doesn’t even have time for daily reflecting,she goes forward. At least she made thousands upon thousands for her troubles – yes, thousands of mended souls , thousands of people with a new direction , thousands of connections otherwise invisible to a crying eye , those thousands .

One of the main reasons why providing a link back is important is so that other people can find this site. The more links there are to this site, the better it ranks in the search engines. Right now if you go to google and put in the words, “child protective services,” Fight CPS comes up toward the bottom of the first page. I would love for it to be more visible – at the top of the first page! Perhaps just a dream, but those links pointed toward this site make all the difference. Helping to make this site more visible to those in need who seek help through search engines like Google – that has been a top priority for me for the last five years.

As I stated a year ago,which I copied & pasted for convience of all reading this article. If you are truly posting and writing things on this website for the right reasons, which I thought was for kidnappped children from State Child Natzees, who gives a fuck who takes, copies, cuts…etc. from the site as long as the word gets out and our children are returned to us and our children’s disfunction and behavior is due to being taken away from their home at a moments notice, with no visitation and not told the truth of why they were taken from their home, not parents parenting. Certainly, I had no clue only person was responsible for this site. Lord knows I felt blessed to find it. As a Mother reminding myself to breathe every day being without my children, this matter seems very petty. If this matter is so important to you (copying pages) not the stories themselves, maybe you should make a big note immediatley upon opening site for parents/mothers (like myself) & fathers whom do not have a clue of who’s who in this site. Just a thought.

you are truely heaven sent to put forth as much time and effort into putting this endless supply of info on this site you built. And I want to ask you if i would be wrong if I took the info that i researched from your site and copied the entire article labeled with the Header Fightcps.com and shared it in an I.O.P class that I attend where I know other woman are going through the same nightmares and some of them are not educating themselves on the power that CPS can have, either because they don’t have the access to a computer or the knowledge that there are websites like yours out there that can educate them to the point that it could extremely change the outcome of there case. I would always show the author of the article and most definately express the website as to where the information came from. I am not speaking of peoples testomonies (stories) just the educational info to help give them the power to stand up for themsevles.

I’m sure there are New Jersey articles on the site – probably in the old blog, not the new one. Only articles in the new one would show up in that column with a state listing. Sorry this is an old site and has gone through various softwares and redesigns, and I have yet to pull all the old information into the new WordPress CMS I use now. Very messy, I know… but I’m so busy with other things!

You know, I have some friends that have had there very first child snatched away from them by CPS here in Washington State right out of the hospital using false allegations and lies and after reading this web site and other web sites as well as reading things in the news I am really surprised that CPS can get away with stripping away the Rights of the People of this Nation by using Lies and other allegations in a court of Law. When I was in the Military I took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution Of The United States of America from all Enemys Both Foreign and Domestic and yet from what I have been reading about CPS in a lot of states, I now have a serious concern that an actual Domestic Enemy Incursion has indeed accured with in this nation and as such I feel that when I go to court I will have to make this known to the court.

Toni was stabbed in the back of the neck with a fork three time , and then sent to her room for the rest of the night.

they told me that their mother is sleeping with the couple she moved in with them.
and what ever they tell her to do she does.
Little Aaron told me if he didn’t do what big Donnie told him he could just leave, with out him, he and his mother would be on the street.
she didn’t have the kids do their home work over x mas holiday vacation I had to have them catch them up.
my second visit
I had to take Little Aaron for an emgency dent ice to get his tooth fixed ,do to his mother lack of care
He had 11 cavities and almost had to have a root cannel, I asked him when he bushes his teeth he told me he don’t remember,
he thinks the last day I was living with him.
also she sent the kids to school without jackets , and it was the first coldest day of the year.
Toni told me that the little girl ally was beating her up and when she would hit back she would be the only one in trouble.
I told her to protect her self .
she didn’t have them do their home work this again I had to catch them up again
my third visit
Big Donnie sent a message with my son told him to tell me, if I tell my kids to protect themselves again, he would come
over to my home and kick my ass, that night he showed in front of my home.
they sent the kid again to school in dirty clothes, and even after they knew I was taking them to the dent ice
the kids have not been brushing their teeth
also Toni teacher told me that Toni gets out of school at 2:30 and her mother has been making her sit out side till her brother get out of school
for 45 minutes. I told the teacher that I cant talk to Cindy that she would have to call he and tell her that Toni needs to be
picked up at 2:30
she didn’t have them do their home work this again I had to catch them up again

Toni was sent to school in Little Aaron clothes, and was dirty again
and she had torn shoe’s , even after I bought them new shoe’s not more then three month ago
today the teacher was very upset with me telling me Cindy is still not picking up Toni on time
I told her my hand were tied I only have them two days a week , and they will be picked up on time
on my days and I am sorry for Cindy not picking up Toni on time.
she also made the commit that Cindy might want to wash her clothes sometime.
Aaron has only taken one bath since last week when he was here, this is what he told me
she made him take a bath because he would be with me and she didn’t want to look bad
Toni only took two baths since the last time she was here.Toni said the same thing
She took a bath because she was coming here.
and They have not been making them brush their teeth, three day ago was the last time they said they brushed their teeth.
she didn’t have them do their home work this again I had to catch them up again
I had sister buy her new shoes

the kid were running round like crazy people till I called thru law office.
Cindy told them to try or make me as upset as they could.
if I called Ernest to stop right away because it would look bad on her.
my kid now use cuss words that were not aloud in my house.
( Toni fuck you aaron) and aaron said ( Toni is being a bitch)
these are not the kids I left,they are picking up bad habits from the people they are living with.
Aaron is talking in his sleep( Donnie stop picking on me)
Toni said in her sleep ally stop hitting me
Cindy is not taken care of them.
1/30/08
today when were in court again Cindy sent Toni to school with out a coat again , so she gave the coat the lawyer filling in for Ernest.
she said Toni forgot to take it with her, it’s not Toni Job to remember it’s her mother or father job.
Cindy didn’t have Toni do any home work, I had to ketch her up again
this week Cindy chopped off Aaron hair, ever after Aaron asked them not to.
big Donnie said Aaron looks like a girl, and he has gum in it any way we could take care of that long hair.
Donnie should have nothing to say about my son, and what he wants something needs to be done about this man
He should be told to stop making decisions where my kids best interest is
Cindy scared that she don’t want to upset him she went along with cutting off Aaron hair.
Aaron has been trying to grow his hair to the way it was for over a year. He look at me and starting crying.
asking me please Daddy let me stay with you. I don’t want to go back there.
Toni told me she has not brushed her teeth sense last week when she was here.
after all the work on Aaron teeth he told me he brushed his teeth only 3 times.
Cindy know Aaron had 11 cavities she should be on top of this
this is a very cold winter , this is not summer you don’t cut a kids hair off and make them bold.
I bought them a video game system today, I think we could all play together and take turns.
in October Toni couldn’t even play ‘s now she better then me ???
I limited them to one hour a day , Aaron told me this is all they do.
I asked him if he goes out side , he said no. I play on the x box most of the time.
this is not healthy for them, they should be out side with the other kids,
I made them go out side at least 1 hour a day , Aaron said he like’s playing game’s better.
Cindy told Aaron and Toni to act the way daddy showed them, when there are with me
or it would look bad on her, and I could take them away from her.
I told Aaron and Toni they should act the way I showed them all the time
Because It looks bad on both of us, I told them don’t be like those other kids.
no hitting no bad words , tell your mother when one of the other kids hurt them
so other parents can take care of the other kids.
he told me that nothing happens to them when there are bad
We get in trouble, and thing get things taken away from us.
these people should not have any say in my kids lives.
Toni called Aaron to fucker for not letting her play.
I told her that word is not aloud here.
something needs to happen about this!!!!
Aaron just told me that that they took his bed down and thru it away.
now he sleeps on the floor. But he is back in his room
not stuck in a the front room on a chair .
the other kids a aloud to stay up , and aaron would turn off the TV on them.
now he is on the floor sleeping.
he told me he has to clear a space,so he could have a place to sleep.
tonihome work was not done all week.

Little Aaron got up this morning , after breakfast he said I love coming here ,We get to eat before we go to school.
I said you don’t get breakfast?? He said no they just say eat breakfast at school, you don’t have time.
a parent makes time it the parent that wakes up the kids , they said the have the food but Cindy does not get them up in time to eat.
she wake them rushing out the house saying your going to miss the bus. She could miss an extra 45 minute sleep to make sure
the kids get off with the right start, food feed the brain, if they don’t eat they will not think as well. Is this good parenting I think not!
on the way taken them to school ,Aaron told me he was going to run away me home last week, he walked about three blocks,
and then turn back because him didn’t know how to get to my house. he told me he does not to go back that house and those kids.

the First thing out of Little Aaron month Was Big donnie made them sleep in the car,last Sunday night.
Cindy told them that she was going to kill her self and end this night mare,Toni was sent to school again with a jacket.
she Ws sent in a dress with nothing but under ware no legs uncovered it was about 38 dreges that and raining, and windy.
and their home work was not done again. aaron brushed his teeth today ago,
Dig Donnie told Little Aaron that he wants then to atsy with me and save him the trobble.

To day when I pick up my kids the first thing Aaron said was that his mother said, that she wish that he was with his father and at that he was not wanted,
at that house donnie and adona wish he was with me, things would be smoother for them.
the only thing she wanted , was Toni .things would be better with out him,
Toni had a scratch on her face , she told me that, alie, or aaron or the cat did it she don’t remember.
this is a horrible thing to say to your owe son.
also spoke with their teacher about the way the come to school, she has notice Toni and aaron coming to school dirtier then normal but were in a
poor area so its common that kids come to school dirty, I asked if she been been picked up on time
the teacher said Cindy has been better about it, I asked about Toni and her coming with a jacket, she told me she has extra in the class
and that Toni use’s it often, I told her Cindy was to send her with a jacket, and to please let me know if the is not happening.
she also said that there is some sign of neglete, but giving the area these thing happen.
as I was washing toni’s hair , I notice sign’s of hand fringer print bruses on her legs, she told me they can from the other kids in the house draging
her down the hall way , all three hitting her, she told her mother and she did nothing about it.
I have pitchers. They told me that they are beging sent to bed with out eating, when donnie, addonna said they were bad.
kids need food to grow, it helps them think, At this point if my kids are being treated this way , while going thru court.
how do their kids being treated, are they being feed, bathed, ?????? You take game’s away/ tv away / put them in the corner, but you always feed kids,

this week thing seem to be a little better, because Cindy had two complaints at cps, said they were made to take a bath every day
and brush their teeth. Aaron seem a little more aggressive then before, and Toni has wet her self 3 time in to days.
they told me that they were moving very soon but he does not know how to get there but it a far dive.
they also told me that they all cleaned all last weekend because they didn’t want to look
bad in front of cps. Aaron told me they had gone to the store and finely they have food.
cps came to my home ,and asked me a ton of questions, and talked to the kids again.
the lady from cps told little aaron that her told her two different story’s the one when she went to his school.
and then the one in front of Cindy, I told little aaron to tell the truth, even it hurts daddy but tell the truth.
her told that his mother made him lie to the court, and what he told Stacy was not the truth.
his mother talked about the story over and over with him, so he would not fore get.
again cindy keep Toni’s home work this is noq the second time this has happened

this week aaron said he only took a couple of baths, but had been brushing his teeth.
Toni was made to take a bath, because she was coming here , she was not made to brush her teeth.
Aaron told me Cindy was in the hospital, because she a vain in her leg burst, while she was taking apart her bed
getting ready to move. I asked him if they found a place he said he thinks so but not sure.
when I asked where it was he told me they were the car forever and very close to Marsha house.
this is the out side of Sacramento.
Aaron told me that Donnie , and Adonna have been punishing them .
these people have no right to punish my kids , they have no relation to them, Cindy should be the only
one that is punishing this is giving mixed messages to my kids.
again Cindy keeped Toni’s home work and again toni did not do her home this week.
I can not be held acountable for their home work if its not been sent with her.
spoke with the teacher about the problem, she said she wood send the pkt with her
on wensday.

on the way taken the kids back to school, Toni started crying saying daddy please don’t let me go back there.
Aaron said he hate’s them, I asked why she cry’s when I let them off on Friday.
she said Adonna puts her in cold shower’s, Aaron replied and Donny too ( this Male should not have any right to touch my daughter let along she has been
molested by her uncle that Cindy let go for over 6 months before I caught him ,and made him turn himself in to the police. )
Cindy should never let him give her a bath in any way.
these two people should never man handle my kids, and Cindy cant say anything or they will walk on her.
these people can do any thing they want to and she will give in to what they want from her.
or they will walk on her. My kids are being hurt in so many way I can not protect my kids from this.
All three of the adults sleeping together will this make these kid normal???
I was taken to jail for assault on Cindy on her word alone, why is the court looking away ???
the court needs to listen to my kids. They don’t want to live with those people.

Toni came with a massive burse on her leg, and again no home work for Toni Aaron had his home work.
Aaron told me Donnie was yelling at him and then Toni told me her mother hit her really hard
because she would not go to sleep. Now Cindy is hitting the kids!!!!
and their clothes were very dirty, had to wash them twice to get them clean again.
she also came with out socks, and under ware.

last night I seen Toni in her room playing with her private part, I didn’t say anything I walked away
then she asked to sleep with me I said ok, she wet the bed she started crying and said please daddy don’t be made at me
don’t put me in a cold shower, I changed then bed gave her hugs told her its ok these things happen
I told her that daddy had wet the bed when he was little she smiled gave me a big hug ,and said daddy I love you.
I took Toni to see the doctors she was not acting right , I took her to the Kelly center, I didn’t know where to start.
so I went back there , the lady there told me this was not the dept I wanted , and to take her to her
regualer doctor, so I went from there straight the her doctor.
I told him I not sure what is wrong with her she is not acting her self.
I told him where I took here , he did a once over, and said how did she receive the burse.
she replied my mommy did it last weekend, she picked me up off my bed by my leg and beat me.
Little Aaron said the same thing, Cindy was arrested for child abuse, she is now in Jail.

Aaron and Toni both told me, Cindy had told them she don’t care if I get custy of they them . they don’t care about her any way.
then on Saturday 3/30/08 they told me their mother tried to jump out of their car to kill her self, going over the dumbarton bridge.
she said she didn’t want to live any more,donnie had to pull her back till they could pull the car over
then she got out and started walking , and donnie pulled her in the car man handling her.
telling her she is going with them.
this is turning out to be like a colit.
and had not sent toni home wor for the last two weeks, it inpossible for me to take care of it if I don’t have it to do with her.

Cindy did it again, she tried to get Little Aaron put on a seventy two hold to cover up what she had done.
cps Interviewed her and she amitted that she in deed shit in little Aaron face and held him down.
then tried to have him put in the hospital.
cps told cindy that was over the top, and that was asalt, and she could have gone to gail.
I choose not to do what cindy would have to me. I could have call the police but did not.
I don’t set people up!

she let me tell my kids we were going on a picnic, @ 9 or 9:30 last night she texted my sister telling her that the kids cant go
per orders from C.P.S, and the court orders state she needs to pick them up at 10AM
we all took the day off to have this picnic.I am not sure if C.P.S realy told her not to let me have them for the day
I have called Gary , and Renee about this issue they have not returned my call as of yet.
she is using the court order when it fit her needs, and throwning the kids under the bus when it don’t.
she again is bringing them into our problem ( She needs to see they are kids and leave use out )
I let her go to southern california with them and it cut in to my visit and said nothing

she needs to stay in controll of our kids and not get to their age and fight with them.

Cindy got kick out of the program, now our kids or on the street when is the court going to see.
sence then she has interduced my kids to yet another guy, and CPS placed her in the same place she was in before.
I have found out that she helped the bennets that have a restraining order (they can not be any where around my kids)
the same week the we were in court, she helped then get in the home less shelter she is in.
Cps was in full knowlage of the restraining order and still placed my kids in harms way..
I have informed the county manager office, and they are not doing anything about CPS actions.

Last Friday and this last Monday Dorothy Torres told me that I was not in voialation of the court order.
That I was doing what I could, by Following the case plan as ordered.
they prommised that they were going to take care of the phyic eval and the therpy order by the court.
I signed the case plan that stated that they would take care it it a month ago.
Gary Beasly has put the hold on he is in brech of contract.

I got Dorothy To addmitt that they do talk to the home less shelter system.
I told her that I gave her enough time to make other Accomadition and that my kids did not have to be at that unit.
she replied she does not make those dessions, I told her I grow up on the wellfar system.
and I know how the system works.
I told her that my syster and my mother was do on hud, and I know how it works.
I told her that the social worker places the person in the shelter, and put the on a case plan.
then slowly works on getting them housing.and work.
the worker works hand and hand with the shelter.
his replied that was how it works , I asked then why did you put the kids back in the shelter with those people.
In full knowlage of the protective order. She replied she was not going to commet on that.
I told Her about the court order in enough time so my children could be place in a safe place.
She keep saying Gary is stopping every thing, and she want to help but her hand are tide.
she is stuck in the middle and I fell sorry for her.

I started this page only because I found several people sharing my posts online without any links back to FightCPS – in a way that it made it seem like someone else wrote what I wrote.
Like most webmasters, I’m looking for links back to this site. They help the site rise higher in search engine results. Because this is a site for families seeking help with false child abuse allegations, it is VITAL for those people to be able to find Fight CPS through the search engines.
About the newsletter – I think you’re saying you’re not getting the notifications of new postings? I haven’t written any for over a week now. I go through phases where I write more or less often, but surely soon I’m going to write more. As for right now, I’ve been distracted by other online work during my computer time.
Ok we can use the legal momble jumble, or we can band toghter and fight them. lets not weight for them to make a missteake lets catch them before they do. lets help our kids before they get in our lives!!!

Ken, that’s quite alright. I honestly love it when people quote me and give a link back to my site. I was mainly reacting to finding people forwarding my articles without mentioning that I wrote them, or giving a link to this site. It made it look like the person who forwarded them wrote them.
A link back to this site is vitally important because it is a way for this site to rate better in search engine results. Since my goal is to make this site easy for CPS victims to find, those links mean a lot not only to me, but to those families who in the future will find the site and learn that they are not alone in the trauma they are going through.

Hi Linda. Before I read this, I did copy your quote which I found at the top of the home page on another forum. It’s a widow forum, and the discussion is about the recent travesty in Texas. I did post a link to your site, and did say the quote came from here, I hope that’s cool with you. After reading what you have said, I believe it is.
I have not been personally bothered by CPS, and I believe they are a necessary evil, but I do think they overstep their bounds regularly and coldly. lol I even referred to that act in Texas as gestapo tactics.

I think this site is very important for the public to know about. Most do not really understand what Children and Family services are about. They assume if your children are removed, there must be valid cause. Knowone knows the truth behind it. Information is power, and lack of, is ignorance. This is a great site, to gain, the knowledge needed to help our children.

Certainly, I had no clue only person was responsible for this site. Lord knows I felt blessed to find it. As a Mother reminding myself to breathe every day being without my children, this matter seems very petty. If this matter is so important to you (copying pages) not the stories themselves, maybe you should make a big note immediatley upon opening site for parents/mothers (like myself) & fathers whom do not have a clue of who’s who in this site. Just a thought.
I fully understand why Linda requests credit for her work. I also take time to write articles and misc. info about CPS. Many times I rewrite and rewrite until it makes good sense with proper grammer. It is a bit disturbing to find articles or information that a person has worked hard to create on a website or written material without proper credit.
It is much the same as writing for profit, ie a book, etc. Would you who find Linda’s request so offensive copy a book and post it on line as work of your own, without giving credit. If you did you would likely find an attorney at your door.
This is a quick comment, not one I spent a bunch of time on, so if you want to cut and pates as your own you can do so, and that is the difference between permission and copyright infringement.

I wish I knew about y’all when my 16 year old daughter was extorting me to allow her to marry the neighbor boy. I home-school which already makes me suspect, then she made up a lot of stuff that was easily dis-proved- still the judge threatened to have my younger son removed and a lot of family counseling ( VERY expensive!) done at my expense ( I am a widow on a fixed income) and still- when all the dust cleared- I have a “bad reputation” and a file to over come because of a hormonal teenager with little conscience used the system to get what she wanted. It did not work, but I still have the damage to contend with. There has to be a way to get these vultures off societies back!

I honestly don’t understand why people have been taking content off this site and posting it elsewhere without linking back to this site. But I’m sure if you were a writer, and producing lots of content for your site, you’d feel the same way I do about seeing it posted elsewhere as if someone else wrote it. That’s plagiarism. So many sites didn’t even mention my name or the site where they found the text. It just got to be too much after a while.
People should be more considerate. I have put heart and soul into this site. I expect better than to have my writing plagiarized by those who support the same cause I’m working for.

Really, I don’t mind if people use my articles IF they give me credit for writing them, and include a link back to the page of the site where the article was found. I’m mainly trying to stop people from taking things from the site without linking back to it and telling who the author is. I’d love to get emails, however, asking for permission.

Maintaining a forum that is reputable requires editorial judgement, and if you’d care to scroll down a bit, you’d see over half a million people have sought information or found help here.
It is more about quality control than censorship or self agrandizement .
