Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

 I just connected with Shauna D. Robinson on Twitter and discovered her new Ning group, Colorado’s Children. I’m pretty excited about it.
What a great venue for a family rights advocacy and support group! I would love to see Ning groups for each state. I use Ning with a few groups connected to my work on Squidoo.Com and love the versatility and ease of setup. Shauna’s group shows some of the great Ning functions such as video presentation, blogging, a forum, and a community photo slide show.

We are looking for people to demonstrate with us in front of the US Supreme Court and the White House. We need at least 100 people to commit to this for a few days, preferably a whole week.
Estimate timeline is either June or July with daily demonstrations for about a week.
If you are interested, please help find others: at your courthouse, local support groups, or of the internet. You can even call up dependency attorneys and ask them to pass the message to their clients.

I received this email from Greg Smart of “No More Family InJustice”. He is working to build a nationwide organization for victims of CPS false accusations.
“No more Family InJustice” is a non-profit organization originating out of San Diego, CA. We currently have chapters formed in 5 states with contacts in 18 states.
In my experience thus far, the main reason nothing is getting done in this war against cps is because every new group is wanting to do things their way and the legal system sits back and laughs. I’ve watched groups fall apart because they could not agree on a plan of action. Because of this, children are being violated and families are being torn apart by cps in violation of the CAPTA and ASFA ACTS put in motion by the federal government.
“No more Family InJustice” is moving forward with our plans to build a single national organization to fight the CPS corruption. We would like to include every individual and group/organization dedicated to “the cause” Other organizations can choose to remain autonomous and still be part of our organization. Even other national organizations can join forces with us.
The first step in our business model is for us to build an accurate list of those wishing to be part of what will soon be the largest national organization dedicated exclusively to fighting cps corruption.

Just a reminder… there’s a request by the owner of another family rights website for letters to be sent to President Obama and his wife. Here’s what I received in email:
Dear anti-CPS members:
We have been requested by the President to help with the reform of CPS. He has been in personal touch with one of our members and is expecting our help. If you are serious about your criticisms and your desire to see that the corrupt practices of the various children Protective services around the country be stopped, now is the time to act.
President and Michelle Obama have the power and the willingness to make the changes we have been fighting for.
But he needs our help to set the wheels in motion. He has personally requested that we all send direct to him our experiences with CPS. The recount of your stories may be sent to either President Barack Obama or to the First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House Washington DC 20500. In large block letters write “personal and confidential” Include any documents of proof .
The letters may be typed or handwritten. Please no profanity.

This afternoon I looked at a Squidoo lens about Open Letters… and of course CPS came to mind. If I was to write and complain about anything, it would have to be about CPS!
So here’s a plan. We can all write these open letters…. then I’ll gladly publish them on the front page of this site so long as they are about CPS (on topic) and clean/non-abusive. I can’t publish anything that would bring bad vibes to this site in the form of angry public officials demanding retractions… but perhaps with names removed you could tell a few people off.
Anyhow, you’re welcome to write your open letter and send it to me at: webmaster -at- fightcps.com … and please let me know if you want me to make up a fake name, or publish your real name. Either way is fine with me but if you have an open CPS case I recommend anonymity.
I look forward to reading some great letters. Please everyone, participate! This could be fun and at the same time will be a good way to get some strong feelings off your chest.
If I get enough of these letters, I can put them together in an e-book we could give to all sorts of people needing CPS information … wouldn’t that be cool?
So who will you write to? Your social worker? The foster parent? The Juvenile Court Referee? The psychologist?
Be as creative as you like. Illustrations welcome!
