Ron Reale’s Blog Post: Social Work With a Judicial Overlay?

CPS victim-father Ron Reale has taken charge of his case and is working it – including an ongoing correspondence with a county attorney. In a recent email to Mr. Reale, the attorney wrote that subpoenas aren’t necessary because an upcoming hearing was only “social work with a judicial overlay”.

That’s a strange way to describe what CPS does, as they will twist things around entirely if you try to force them to abide by state social service regulations, say, through a state administrative hearing venue. There, they’ll say, “Sorry, can’t change a thing because now everything is court ordered!” Yes, they’ll stand behind a judge’s decision and claim that they are to be exonerated because they had nothing to do with the decision that was made and cannot be held responsible for “little, unimportant things” like their lies in social worker reports to the court.

Social work with a judicial overlay? NO… when a CPS case goes to court it totally ups the ante. You’re no longer dealing with a social worker trying to keep her job by finding new families to victimize. Now you’re dealing with court orders. A whole different ball game.

I’m disturbed to know there’s a lawyer with such a lack of understanding of how the CPS system works, but then, I honestly don’t think the county attorney is that ignorant. He, like the social workers, has probably spent years learning how to twist words and deceive people by saying things that are essentially meaningless. In any case, this phrase, “social work with a judicial overlay” seems to be exactly that.

By the way, does anyone think that having a county-employed attorney as a “public defender” in CPS cases is a conflict of interest situation? If the attorney is working for the county, how can he work for a CPS victim parent with an unconflicted heart? After all, he wants to keep his job and will do what the county wants him to do. It seems that in most cases that consists of guiding a parent through the CPS court system, and getting them to sign their right to a trial away before they even learn that they have the right to a trial. Many thousands of CPS victim parents know this is true. It happened to me and I’ll bet it happened to most people who have been attacked by this unjust, lopsided, unfair and unconstitutional injustice system.

I will be relentless in my pursuit of justice and my pursuit of tearing down these “walls of secrecy” that exist in your so-called self-described “social work with a judicial overlay” (thanks for the great blog title). I have growing support from members of the State Senate and other state level politicians, members of the local and national media, grassroots organizations, and other non-profits locally and nationally. I have already begun networking and joining forces with other well-established organizations dedicated to bring down these very same walls. I have plans for interviews and will make myself available for as many as I need to. You will soon see me on our very courthouse steps promoting change. CHANGE IS COMING! I will be a very conspicuous figure in educating the public as to what I know about some of our District Court Judges in next year’s upcoming election. YOU ALL STARTED THIS; and I’d like to say I will be a part of finishing it; but it will be a very long process so I can only say I WILL BE IN IT FOR THE DURATION!
