Child Protective Services laws and agencies are abusive to families and children. This site provides support and information to parents falsely accused of child abuse by Child Protective Services.

FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.

FightCPS is intended to help people learn enough about the law to be able to successfully defend themselves and their families against false accusations using legal documents and strategies that put parents in a stronger position when they go back to court.

For more information, see the FAQ.

Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.

Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.

Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.

Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.

Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.

CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.

Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.

It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

  1. child protective workers not needed, lets try for a new program” my life in ruins”, ya just use the movies name but here as a place for those fighting with family and friends and hoping not to destroy it any further and acting as a advocate for those in need of help. voicing and just trying to reach out for a better program to exercise. Something the court can recommend if police are called to a scene.

  2. listen for a minute.

what if the people who wanted to come into your home, even though you were a perfectly fit parent, and ‘legally’ take away your children, over your God-given rights and the laws of nature… what if these people were NOT cps?

what if they were your own parents? the same parents who abused you behind closed doors, and now have a lawyer to sue you for your own baby and toddler in order to legally kidnap them? all because they want to control things and keep the power in their hands?

sadly, this happens in the USA today. it is called forced third-party visitation, or grandparents rights.

even sadder, is that this very website against cps breaking up children and their parents, is apparently supporting other people doing the very same thing that cps does, as long as cps is not the one doing it—- just look at the books they sell telling grandparents exactly how to succeed at ripping children away form their homes and parents!

so ironic and so very, very sad. =(

  3. “Fit Parent” – I do not advocate the breaking up of families by grandparents or by anyone else. I am the owner of this website. I don’t know what books you refer to. Care to leave a link?

  4. http://astore.amazon.com/fightcps-20

Your bookstore sells a book called “Grandparents Rights: What Every Grandparent Should Know.”

How could you not know that?

  5. My husband and I survived false allegations of molesting and abusing his 3 children. Five years later 2 youngest admit they lied for their 15 year old sister and made up false allegations.

  6. I sure wish I knew about this site when they were trying to take my son. I wish I had known my rights. My son is now “adopted” by step-grandma (who worked for DCFS when it was happening). I want these people to be stopped, and I want my son back. Good luck to all of you in your cases. I’m actually praying for the fall of the U.S. Government, so I can get my son back.

  7. i do appreciate your help in keeping children with their parents… i just don’t understand why you also help them be forced apart.

i checked back and saw you still haven’t explained why you sell that book, which supports and gives directions on how to take children from parents.

  8. Fit parent, I made that bookstore many years ago based on books chosen by readers of this site. I have never read the grandparents rights book. In general if a child is taken into foster care I believe it is better for them to be placed in Kinship Care rather than in foster care. That is why grandparent rights are important to me. I do not believe it is right for grandparents to try to take children from their parents.

  9. I do have to agree with fit parent-I am in a situation where my parents are trying to obtain custody of my kids and are doing so through CPS. They dug into our personal business including getting criminal background checks on my husband…the whole shabang. They’ve told lies and everytime we go to court, my mother nit picks at the most stupidest things. She is strongly against reunification. Here in florida it is a felony to try to obtain custody through dcf in a personal dispute involing children or to humilate harrass or slander. Grandparents need to realize that while they may disagree with their child’s way of raising their children or whatever the case may be, it does not give them a right to take away children if they are in a good home with loving parents and are being taken care of. Grandparents should be aware that they could possibly be cutting themselves off from their grandchildren and may never see them again until they are grown. There are better ways to help your family them doing something that could have devasting effects on everyone involved.

  10. P.D. – I agree with you. I hope you get your children back and then turn your back on those nit-picking parents. Parents like that cannot be trusted and should not be contacted again, so long as there are young children that could be harmed by their meddling. Just my opinion.
