Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I have been a victim of Child and Family services in Contra Costa County.
The CFS investigator lied in a jurisdictional report that I abused my two twin autistic 6 y/o boys to the juvenile court. CFS realized that I hadn’t touched these boys after a couple of months dealing with the borderline personality mother who reported the abuse. I filed for divorce in 2008 and have faced 4 restraining orders for abuse which were all dismissed by the family court. CFS won’t admit to their wrong doing and are trying to remove me from the lives of these children. What a bunch of disgusting people that would remove the healthy parent and give the children to the unstable one. There is a place in hell for these people, I know it in my heart!!!

Yes. There is a place in hell for these people. It’s a shame that we have to wait for them to die. My daughter was placed with her abuser. She attempted suicide 3 times while in his custody. I was not allowed to have contact with her for 10 years even though I had never abused her.

Just dropping in to say hello. I am still waiting patiently for my ALJ Judge to get back with his ruling. It’s been 32 days (but whose counting). I must say, I was shocked that the CPS worker with my case, refused, yes REFUSED to show up to the hearing. I think after realizing all of the errors she put in. She actually wrote in her notes, like an idiot, indicating to my sister in law to make another false call on me and my wife. The caseworker was miffed, as she documented this too, that the State wouldn’t open a case on me or my wife. No worries. I’ve forwarded a complaint on to the State Office who handles here license and I have also forwarded a complaint onto my Legislator, County Manager, and the Social Services Commissioner. Also I may have to a local investigative reporter. Karma is a bitch!
Plus, for the County they just had a ParaLegal as the counsel. Seemed the cheap way out or that the county must not have true faith in its CPS.
Hopefully it’ll be done after this. I am just so tired of this nonsense. I think, I’d rather commit a mass homicide. Seemingly, they are treated with more dignity and Innocent before proven guilty mantra then those of us shafted by CPS,DSS, etc.

About two years ago, I was falsely accused of abusing my twin daughters. My pregnant wife and I were in L.A. when my mother-in-law called the police because she did not approve of our our discipline methods. CPS took the girls immediately into custody with little more information than the lies and exaggerations they were being fed by my wife’s mother, who, unbeknownst to me at the time, hated me and my Christian beliefs very much. The case dragged on for about four months, and the court refused to send our case to our home state in Georgia because they “didn’t think Georgia would punish us sufficiently.” I lost my job as a high school teacher because I couldn’t get back in time for school to start. My pregnant wife had no regular prenatal care, and my mother-in-law was granted temporary custody of our kids. Four months is relatively short, but it felt interminable. I wrote a song roughly based on my experience, and I think perhaps many people here will benefit from it. You can listen to it at the following URL if you please:

about a year ago i filled out some papers to be a part of a class action lawsuite for DCFS, i havent heard angthing about this, do you know where i can find out some information about it . i would like to make sure my name is in that class action. thanks

hi iv been Fight CPS for almost 2 years and they have not been doing what they say and my case work has been threaten me with my daughter and now for 2 weekends she have been holding my kid form me my daughter have been at my house for 6 month now ever weekend and now my case work have stop my weekending where i or my boyfriend form seeing her and we been doing ever thing she ask as to do.

I have a very important recording and paperwork to prove 3 Texas counties and cps is corrupt and has lied and broken laws and us constitution to prove their power and wrongfully label us as criminals and mentally retarded abusive drug addicts.I’m very scared to have this evidence please help due to threats and other indirect threats. I’m in constant fear and emotional pain over this.I’ve tried to get everyone i can to help even my lawyer even has threatened to withdrawal i feel out of fear because there are no other substantial and logical grounds to do so. im working on a new relationship with god losing custody of my son, then the court allowed him to be moved 3000 miles away from me to completley remove him from my life, this was all done because of false allegations on hearsay,.my anger and hurt is unbearable at times. i have delt with a corrupt court system. including the applete court, now i’m dealing with a corrupt goverment agency the social security administration. my son’s guardian allowed my 15 year old son move out of her house 3000 miles from me and has been collecting my son;s check for 1,100.000 every month for the last year and she dont give my son a dime of this money, its fraud this money is to take care of my son. so i report her for collecting this money and she has a meeting with social security and she is allowed to continue collecting my sons checks she told social security she would give the family my son lives with some money for my son staying there she gives this family 300.00 a month and she gets to keep 800.00 a month not giving my son a dime. i asked social security how can this happen this is fraud and i get no answers so i wrote to senator boxer and wait i’m so angry and i pray to god everyday to remove this anger it is unbearable.

We don’t claim that these are fully acceptable but if the money wasted by the legal and social system was spent helping families with these difficulties there would be no need for their abusive and draconian behaviour.
The whole system cannot be seen to have made a mistake, so they cover up any dodgy decisions. Everyone has seen how government and bankers squirm out of responsibility for their actions. Even sympathetic solicitors have little chance against this state conspiracy.
The worst thing about the whole rotten business is that the children pay for the rest of their lives. And it doesn’t stop there. Their children end up suffering too. Three generations affected by inept decision making, it’s beyond criminal.
So please get in touch however hopeless and battered you feel. We can and will make a difference to you and your children.

They kidnapped 4 of my other children. Now they kidnapped my newborn 1 1/2 days after he was born from a hospital 1 hour away from my house. Must have families lined up $$.They were waiting and conspiring to snatch him when he was born. And they did with some unsubstantial “charges”. The state gets more money to adopt out and I believe that is their intention in spite of them asking us to work a BS case plan, that makes it look like they are trying to reunify but in reality I don’t believe it’s their intention. People will pay big $$$ for a newborn. They knew I was pregnant before I lost legal custody of my other 4 kids.They said I put my child in imminent danger according to the doctor because he could have suffered bleeding on the brain from birth according to the doctors even though he was born healthy and small with no medical issues noted.They say newborns blood doesn’t clot until the 8th day fully(that is why a baby got circumcised on 8th day in bible) and therefore he was in grave danger of bleeding to death according to doctors… God made breastfeeding for a reason (doctors lied and said breastmilk doesn’t have enough vitamin K for baby in it). They tried to convince me of that when my 2 year old was born and I didn’t get the shot for him and he was big and fine. After my 2 year old was born they took my 4 children when he was around 8 months old and have harassed me since and now again with this baby. I am anti vaccine, it’s a depopulation scheme.. I tried to submit the same birth plan at the hospital for admission with this baby at the same hospital and they said they could not honor it.. They must have found out about CPS and refused it and schemed with them(I had no vitamin K or vaccines for religious reasons and my child is NOT a ward of any government, agency, or state. on the birth plan just to mention the relevant things within the plan).. I also refused a shot during pregnancy due to blood incompatibility between the father and I. But again, I trusted Almighty and our son came out perfectly fine.. My fictitious “negligence” caused no harm to my child. I was trying to protect him from harm on the contrary in regards to vaccinations. They also claim he is a “dependent” child with no basis there either. I looked up definition for dependent and it said the caretakers don’t have proper monetary provisions to provide and care for the child. My husband in coverture has his own home paid for. They also want my husband in coverture to give his pay stubs even though our marriage isn’t recognized by the state (only by God) and they haven’t “established paternity” like they are obliged to lawfully before requesting such and also the birth certificate isn’t final until 60 or 90 days after it is signed by the parents(it has only been 30). Why should he pay child support to a child they kidnapped??? We WANT our baby NOW!!!! She said she needed his information in order to get funding from the state (in other words extort money from him and state both?? Double dip???).. From what I read, child support isn’t even legal!!

Well yesterday I received the news I was expecting from the ALJ Hearing, denied. I had a preconceived notion of 85% that this was going to be a rubberstamp again. The judge, if you can even call him that, simply ignored any factually evidence. From what I have heard, from a reliable source, this guy did not even get his law degree till he was in his 50′s and is simply a paper pusher.
I’m disconcerted how they can lie in these reports, but not shocked. Which in a sense, is a sad state of our country and I am truly disgraced that I ever defended these freedoms that we DON’T have. The ALJ Hearings are a farce, as stated on your website and from everything I read, they CYA because to state the Government was wrong, means a Pandora’s box of lawsuits opening up. I’m glad that my attorney was able to see the joke of the this system, he’s dumbfounded.
So, obviously we will take this to the next level, which in NY is the Article 78 Petition. Just have to keep my head up, what else can I do really? The letters of complaint to the Commissioner of Social Services went unheeded, the letters to the media were as well.
