Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

Yes, it is true, President Obama said “Government should not intrude on private family matters.” Unfortunately he said this in reference to the right of women, doctors and nurses to kill unborn children – in other words, abortion.
Does his statement apply to the child welfare system? No. The government’s role, apparently, is to encourage the killing of babies (because they want population reduction) but once those babies are born they’ll do whatever they can to break up families and take babies and children who will later be so scarred, hopeless and homeless they’ll decide to go fight in the government’s wars. Of course, they can’t take all children, so they focus on the sub-set of families that are having a hard time in life. When these families aren’t strong and well-moneyed, it is easy to kick them while they’re down. Bully-government-agent-mentality.
So, President Obama, I thank you for that nice thought – that government should not intrude on private family matters, but so long as CPS is attacking families, you sound like a hypocrite to me.
Parents have been writing to you about the horrors of CPS intrusion into their families ever since you became president. And what have you done for them? Have you interceded in the county child welfare agency destructions of families? Have you asked to know the facts? Have you contacted any of these families for more information? Have you helped even one traumatized child return to his parents who love him? Have you done anything to stop the drug-crazed doctors from forcing drug cocktails on foster children? Have you refused to renew CAPTA to save this country’s children and their families?
Just what have you done about child welfare? Anything? Anything at all? I ask because from my point of view you haven’t done a thing and when I see in the news that you say government should not intrude on private family matters I can only laugh. Since when do you really care about what government is doing to harm families?
Oh, I know you care about abortion. Killing unborn babies is fine with you. Allowing government agents to traumatize children by pulling them away from their loving parents is apparently fine with you. Forcing husbands and wives to separate seems to be fine with you.
I’ll be praying for you, President Obama. I think you’re the one who needs to change.

Obama is the most fraudulent hustler ever to represent our eroding republic. Aside from his calloused and bloodthirsty, willful blindness with regard to the realities and horrors of abortion his claim that “government should not intrude on private family matters” is wholly contradictory to his policies like forced participation in government run health insurance.
The Obama administration and agencies like DYFUS in NJ are regularly separating families, forbidding religious teaching, and his administration has all but declared war on those families who choose to exercise their freedom of assembly and conscience by home schooling their children.
Finally, his complicity in fostering and promoting abortion including the “Mexico City Policy” which uses Federal tax payer money to fund foreign “population control” deliberately targets poverty stricken PEOPLE OF COLOR.
Obama is the global leader of race and economically targeted, state sponsored race control (genocide). These are facts folks and facts are stubborn things.
The “man” is the most dangerous, unconscionable and maniacal tyrant in waiting America has ever known.
Beware the man who calls the taking of the lives of 100% unique and 100% genetically complete, 100% sovereign, voiceless and choiceless members of the human family an act of freedom. Only an emissary of the devil could speak such a despicable and heartless falsehood.
Birth control is birth control. Abortion is genocide, not birth control. In this “information” age it is impossible to pretend that life does not begin at conception.
How many times can a man turn his head and pretend that he just doesn’t see? How many deaths will it take ’til he knows that too many people have died?

I am a huge fan of this site, it is greatly valued among those of us who have had dealings with DCFS and know the truth about the system. This recent posting is a “rant” – to claim that “killing babies is fine with you” to President Obama is taking things to far.
Pro-choice is not pro-killing babies. It is about the freedom for woman to make a (hard) decision regarding bearing a child or not. Too many young women have children before they are ready and the consequences: Welfare, DCFS, child neglect, abuse and a lack of quality education etc… Love the Baby – the child – protect that! – not the first trimester fetus. You want the Government to stay out of our lives? Well, stop having unwanted children, let woman decide for themselves, give us a chance to get birth control – without some white male behind the counter passing judgement and denying us. Woman need to come together as sisters on this issue. No woman wants to kill her fetus! It is an extremely difficult and painful but most important …PERSONAL decision.

R, it may be a “personal decision” but the result of that decision is still the killing of a baby.
What “livefreeordie1776″ wrote is true. I discussed abortion with a Planned Parenthood abortion nurse about 15 years ago. Her comment to me was “Most of the women who get abortions in our clinic are black…” as if that made it okay with her!
I am a person who spent thirty years working for human and civil rights, so I don’t find that a good justification for taking the lives of unborn infants.
My point here, however, is that if government should be kept out of family matters the first agency to disappear should be CPS.

I’ve been getting criticisms in email for this posting. Let me clear some things up.
1. I’m not Democrat or Republican. I belong to neither party because I believe they’re both corrupt. Both Democrat and Republican politicians have created and maintained CPS. FYI a Democratic senator started CPS back in the seventies (CAPTA) and Obama recently approved the renewal of CAPTA. That’s a fact, but it doesn’t make me a Republican just because I’ve observed that Democrats favor CPS intrusion into family lives. Republicans have also voted for and signed on CAPTA bills. I am also not in favor of war just because I’m not a fan of the Democratic lawmakers who have approved CPS legislation. Give me a break. I’ve been anti-war for many years.
2. My issue here isn’t abortion. It is CPS… and the hypocrisy of someone who says government shouldn’t be involved in family matters but who won’t help the victims of CPS.
3. I don’t have any religious preference because I don’t belong to a religion of any kind. I’m an independent believer in the One True God. I believe God has sent many Messengers, not just one.
4. I’m not worried about losing “supporters”. I’m only here to help the victims of CPS, if they want my help. If not, they can go elsewhere. Here are some suggestions: http://www.familyrights.us – http://www.kidjacked.com – http://www.massoutrage.com – and there are others. Nobody who comes here gives me any donations so what am I losing by stating exactly what I believe? If someone complains about you it only means you’ve been out there doing something to help rather than sitting home vegetating and watching soap operas. If I had a dollar for every time someone complained about me I’d probably be a wealthy woman.
5. If you’re an Obama supporter who is offended that I’ve pointed out his hypocrisy I’d really like to know what you think of his promise to end the war, considering that he keeps calling for more soldiers to be sent overseas. Whatever happened to getting the USA out of Iraq and Afghanistan? In my opinion, he is just a continuation of the Bush era.

I beleie that the CPS issue is larger than political. Politics really has no place is CPS as they have their own political agenda.
It doesn’t matter to them what race or religion or ploitical party you belong to. CPS will tread on people regardless; if they see money in it.
Many presidents before Obama and many more after him, will hinder the desecration or reform of CPS around the country. Every president has taken their personal shot at CPS in some way at some time.
The solution: abide by the 4th and 14th amendment entirely. End of government intervention = end of need for a corrupt CPS.
It is not the presidents place (no matter who he/she is) to end corruption, but the congress. Yes, he/she can take an opinional stand but that’s about all. They have little influence. Until you can get those nuts, both republicans and democrats, to work together on the issue, nothing will be resolved.
Congress rules law, not a president.

If he wants to keep Government out of family matters then WHY is he allowing the legal ABDUCTION of healthy, happy, loved, well taken care of, NON-ABUSED or neglected children from families that cherish them. Abortion should be used only when somebody is a victim of incest or rape in my opinion.
Planned Parenthood has been involved in sex trafficking etc. in the news as well in New York. It doesn’t sound good for them.
She means that Abortion has been a long time issue and we need our voices heard.
To me, the reason is that this isn’t addressed is because they make a killing over our children and they don’t care. They just want the money. They want to please corporate interests so that they get the money to stay in office.
Republicans and Democrats are both corrupt. I knew this even before CPS/DCS took my children. I am sorry but It doesn’t take a genius to figure that out.
I don’t like any of the presidents. Obama to me is the same thing as the other presidents.

I believe women should haave a choice to abort or not to. I do not believe in abortion myself. But the choice should be ours. God gave us the choice, he doesn’t want us to abort our babies but he gave us the choice and that should be between God and the mother. I pray the mother makes the right choice to give birth and give the baby to a good family and God will give her His blessings. I don’t believe we the people should eveer pay for these abortions, it should be financed by the mother, father or the grandparents. Give birth, give the baby to a couple who can’t have babies and God will GIVE you His Blessings.

i to have wrote to pass presdient and got no where. the break down of the family is getting alful, in this county. from social workers telling young girls if you get pregent, we will take care of you. that has happen in s/w ohio.they dont tell theses girls they are being set up to fail.i have run the gult of goverment, on the matter of my grandchilden.did no good. but it helps to read these comments,and get some more faxs. hope some day childern services is disband it. thank you

I believe as several other sites have stated. CPS only furthers abuse. I was abused by my aunts husband. The courts, cps and law inforcement in two counties in the state of Washington refused to do any thing to protect me and stop the abuse as a result I was raped, molested, and abused for 10 years. I had a child but the state refused to force the abuser to do a dna test to conferm he is not the father. I have spent the last 4 years in a custody battle to prevent my ex-uncle from having visitations with my son in which my son came back violent and injured from his house. When my son reported being abuse by our abuser they told me they would take my son if I abided by the court order, the courts, law enforcement and cps refused to help even when he assulted us in front of a cop. or when my son’s councilor reported my son stating our abuser hurt him. When cps took my 8 yr old son they took my babys too. Blaming me for my oldest getting hurt during my ex-uncles time with my son. Cps now is sending my son to live with him this summer and not letting my child come home because he his fighting the fosterparents, his teachers and everyone but us demanding to come home. Now they just took my newborn because our 5yrold is getting hurt at school, falling down at his other mothers house and trying to say that its my husband.

abortion is murder plain and simple. even in the case of rape or incest thats just a cop out. why take it out on the baby what did he or she ever do to you?!!! take it out on the freak who raped you NOT THE BABY!! i dont get this country at all. they will put someone in jail for double murder if they kill a mother and her unborn child. i guess in that case the baby is considered a baby. but in the case of an abortion i guess then its just tissue. what utter crap. oh well. go ahead and kill your unborn child but then you will burn in HELL forever!!

Prayer works. The ability to have children is one that is of nature and should not be governed nor abused by man made laws. Imagine going into a jungle and telling a lion hey I don’t like how you pick your cub up by the back of the neck… looks painful but it’s natural. Obama is not going to help no one is… everyone has been programmed to accept this behavior as normal. It preys on the weak and poverty stricken… imagine them going after a billionaire who is molesting his children… In New Your they have set it up that no matter what they will make money off of you. None of the Government aides to help combat this type of fraud will even touch CPS they say it’s out of their Jurisdiction. Further more this rogue agency is just a tip of the Iceberg. They entrap you by all forms of state aide the best bet is not to even support Social Services.. break them from the top, no funding equals no Agency.
