Child Protective Services laws and agencies are abusive to families and children. This site provides support and information to parents falsely accused of child abuse by Child Protective Services.

FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.

FightCPS is intended to help people learn enough about the law to be able to successfully defend themselves and their families against false accusations using legal documents and strategies that put parents in a stronger position when they go back to court.

For more information, see the FAQ.

Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.

Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.

Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.

Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.

Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.

CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.

Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.

It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

Do You Still Think America Is The Best Nation In The World?

There’s nothing like having your family destroyed by bureaucrats to wake you up to the fact that there’s something terribly wrong with America, that there’s no real “liberty and justice for all,” and that much of the patriotism that was hard-boiled into us by public schools may be misplaced loyalty. I’m sure most of us love our country and still believe our Constitution was a great beginning for the USA, but now, after being victimized, traumatized, and stigmatized by the government we loved and trusted, do you still think America is the best nation in the world to live in?

I’m sure some will think that we’re still so lucky because we have “freedom of speech” … unless perhaps you’ve tried to tell a juvenile court judge your side of the story and been told to be quiet. When you’re not even allowed to defend yourself against government agents who lie, is there any real freedom of speech? Is there any justice left in this country?

I’d like to know your opinions.

As for me, my heart is broken. I thought I lived in a decent country but after twenty years of reading and listening to traumatized parents and children, after learning that children are being systematically poisoned with pharmaceuticals in foster care, after finding out all the dirty tricks social workers use to falsely accuse and persecute families, I can no longer believe that America is such a great place.

Our federal legislators don’t help change the laws. I hope every one of them is voted out of office save perhaps for Ron Paul, and I’m not sure about him. My trust has been shattered. Every one of those scoundrels that didn’t do a thing to help families harmed by CPS should be ousted. But I doubt it will happen. Most Americans are too fluoridated and dumbed down to even realize there’s a problem. If you tell them what’s wrong with this country, they’re instantly in a state of denial. They can’t deal with that information.

My heart aches severely for all the innocents in foreign countries that are being harmed by American soldiers overseas. The killings and maimings of children and other innocents in Afghanistan and Iraq weigh heavily on my heart. For many years people in Middle Eastern countries reviled and hated Americans. Now I’ve come to understand they were right. This country is horribly corrupt. I’m not sure if it is *hopelessly* corrupt but honestly, I don’t see much hope. I’m ashamed to be part of a country that kills children overseas. And that’s got me in a panic. I hope those people know that we’re not all in favor of these insane wars. Yet I know they must think we’re all responsible because we do so little to try to make them stop. Americans are so fluoridated, all they want to do is watch sitcoms on TV, go shopping for hot fashions, read about celebrities, and watch football games. Meanwhile our country now is into torture and child kidnapping under color of law.

So tell me – is the USA still the best country in the world?

Was it ever?

  2. I agree! I used to be all-american until my cps case. It was bogus and showed me americas true colors. I believe most americans are loaded with pure propaganda and will never even see what’s underneath all the lies! I am no longer so proud of the red, white and blue and my house no longer is filled with those colors.

  3. The questions you have raised have been much in my own mind over the past several years. I honestly don’t know whether America was ever truly the best or greatest country, but I believe it was among the best. It doesn’t seem to take long for people to forget the founding principles upon which successful societies are built, and I don’t know that any nation that has fallen as far as we have has ever turned around to the point of being renewed in both purpose and fact.

There are a few elected representatives who at least give lip service to a concern for the state of our courts, our law enforcement personnel, and other misguided government agencies who work hand in glove with the above mentioned. Sadly, it seems few if any care enough to bring about the needed changes. Whether we are totally doomed as a free and God-fearing society remains to be seen. I have grave concerns for my children and my grandchild and the nation they will be inheriting.

  4. Wow! I opened my email this morning on my day off preparing for another dreadful day of looking on the internet for motions I can file and ways to bring my babies back home by proving that this case has no basis in reality and is all smoke and mirrors. When I saw the headline for this email I instantly clicked on the link. As I read what Linda wrote, tears began to well in my eyes. I’ve been saying that I’ve lost all faith in this country since these animals, even animals don’t do this to one another mind you, destroyed my family and our lives. I’ve been met with scoffs, eye-rolling and “how could you say that about your country” from people who aren’t aware of all of the details in my case. My country has wronged my children, me and SO many others so hideously it actually makes me physically nauseous. My children are in a home with total strangers with different cultures and customs they aren’t used to, not even in the same city or county as the family they’ve grown up with, they don’t get to see their cousins, aunt, or grandma at all, presents for holidays must be stock-piled and given at a visit MUCH later than the holiday supervised by the same criminals that stole my angels away. My children are told they can’t play with toys and things I’ve gotten them because the other little boy in that home didn’t get anything and I could go on and on. While I truly feel sad for that little boy, it can’t be my responsibility to buy him things all the time just so my children can play with what I’ve gotten them. I do it as often as I can but that isn’t enough. All of my children are in therapy now, one of my children has threatened to jump out of the bedroom window, made threats to other students, and gotten suspended from school, none of which has EVER happened in my custody. This same angel I love so much has been medicated to the point that he is nearly a zombie at our visits. And the department and the attorney involved remark how my child is “doing SO much better” where my child is now. Does that sound like my child is doing better to you?? I’ve complained time and time again, in writing, and even called the presribing psychiatrist to voice this. He states he’s never even seen my child and prescribes medicine based on reports he receives. I asked who made these reports? The psychiatrist responded “That’s not in my notes anywhere”. In response to requesting an appointment to speak with the psychiatrist and my children’s therapist I receive an email back from my children’s therapist that states he won’t speak to me in detail but only in “VERY limited information as I (he) sees this a breach of confidentiality”. If this country is so wonderful, can you PLEASE explain to me how a mother can be told she has no right to know what is happening in her children’s lives on a day-to-day basis?? Why has one of my children been medicated so much he barely interacts?? My thoughts are consumed, all day, everyday, with this case, how my babies are doing, if they’re eating, sleeping, if they feel safe, the “professionals” in it, and how they’ve legally stolen my children and my babies are suffering irrepairable damage. My children have asked to speak with me privately and are told they can’t. God FORBID, what if something horrible is happening to them or that they see and they don’t feel safe telling me in front of anyone else? Even though I see my children once a week, I sit and wonder if they know how much I love them and would sell my soul to the devil just to have them home again to watch them play and sleep, do all the things I so foolishly took for granted being able to see! I never considered that someone could take my babies from me and I would lose months upon months of these precious times with them. Personally, I have lost all faith in this country and I could easily, once my babies are back home with me where they belong, leave this country and never look back. As always, I wish you all the best and success in your fight.

  5. After being victimized by the FL court
system and told off the record by a friend who knows social workers who work for my county of origin; I don’t trust any government official as far as I can throw them. From everything I’ve read about American History; the rich and powerful have always lorded over the common man in every way possible; they’ve just found a legal way to steal our children. I wish people would just stand up and cry,”I’m mad as hell and I’m not taking it ANYMORE!!!!!!!”. It’s well overdue for a total revolution. Yes, my trust in G-d and America are totally shattered and this is my only forum to vent my hurt and pain. I hope that everyone is dealing with their pain in a constructive way; me I just want to burn it all down.
    Sincerely,

  6. I noticed Linda’s post not long after she wrote it and I have tried to post a reply to it twice but changed my mind each time. I just don’t have the words readily available to describe how I feel about America anymore. One word comes to mind and I guess I’ll just start with it, ‘Grief’. I know a lot about grief. I know what it’s like to lose a beloved family pet (s), my grandmother, my favorite uncle, my favorite aunt, my father, my mother, friends, my youngest of five children at age 8 in 1997, my grandchild after stolen from the state and adopted out to her foster mother this year and now I realize that I am losing my country. For those who do not believe it, our country is being taken over through communism. This has been tried in the past with failure but through a slow, quiet movement it has been infiltrating America and the majority of us had no idea. Had we known, maybe we could have done something but they knew and still know that the majority of American’s are not educated about communism and are naive to what’s happening still before our very eyes. Education reform, our teachers have been brainwashed by change agents to teach OUR children in an unhealthy way and use techniques such as the Quantum teaching of learning, for example, they brought in corporations such as America’s Best, this was planned a long time ago, to start the big change of making sure that children do not use their full brain capabilities that they have because well educated students would rebel and not want to be in the “workforce” of plants, running assembly lines, etc. for the rest of their lives. I doubt most of our teachers even realize what they went through, going through and what they are actually doing to OUR children. Tips of this are; role playing at school that gets them so deeply involved that students at times have to be told more than once to go back to their real self before they leave the class. The idea is not going to be moving on to college but to start even before graduating HS directly into the workforce, not just a job of their choice but production, factories, something they won’t need to be smart to be able to do. You may see the name Dewey somewhere at school or on the Web site, well Dewey despised intelligent children. Right now ‘community schools’ projects are in the works and Pelosi has her hands all over these projects. These schools not only include our new teaching and learning ‘backwards’ methods but public AND mental health clinics like an all-in-one stop for everything and yes all government owned. Oh and who knows what they will be eating soon either. They want complete control over the children because OUR ‘children are THEIR future.’ The federal government is now involved in ALMOST every aspect of our lives and once that is completely achieved then it will be too late. Please don’t mistake my web blog for parentalrights2.blogspot.com (Parental Rights II) for parentalrights.org (Parental Rights.org). At parentalrights.org you can learn what so many are trying to do to add an amendment to the constitution that could stop the ratification of the UNCRC. About 20 years ago countries around the world believed this treaty to be a good thing and began signing it, now the US and Somalia are the only ones left to sign or I should say ratify it. Many of the ones that have already signed have regretted it. It gives the government almost complete control over OUR children and Judges, Juvenile and Family will have tremendous power to do as they wish and to abide by the treaty. The NCJFCJ is pushing extremely hard for ratification and our county Juvenile Judge is the National President. The United States Judicial systems have been citing international law on court cases for several years, the Juvenile and Family court Judges NCJFCJ have excepted huge grants from communist backed organizations to prepare for the change, the new world order and also known by other names. The American family as we once new it, if things don’t happen soon to stop this will be no longer.
I still love America, “the land of the free and the brave.” I believe that there is still hope to save this country but WE can only do that, we already know that we can’t depend on anyone or I should say any “one” person in congress, speaking for our state of Georgia, from the Governor on down you cannot trust because as many of you know, they will not help us to get our children back and as a matter of fact they know exactly what is going on! Many families have gone higher and lost as well. Some have gotten their children back, it still didn’t stop what is continuing to happen though. Because this sounds so unbelievable to American’s that are still naive to what is happening we have had that barrier to deal with, I mean after all, we are the bad guys that’s why we lost our children and will continue to lose them.
I continue to hear on TV such as stay tuned to find out about the most important issue facing American’s etc. Never do I ever hear about OUR issue and OUR issue, if known, may just be the ticket to wake these people up. We have got to have a strategic plan and I am willing to help. If you want to try to get those of our children back that can still come back (please forgive me), then please, we must work together because THIS is the most important issue of facing American families right now we are the only ones who can make them realize it! Many parents have been made to feel so guilty and to believe that they lost their children because of something they did. This guilt is keeping them from coming forward. They are tired and weak and I don’t blame them and understand because my daughter has been destroyed. These parents and family members have lost hope. We have to try and restore this lost hope, if not for the ones they have stolen but for all the future children. Nancy Schaeffer left us with her hope for change, please, let’s not stop this fight until we have won it!
I know I have talked way too much and I apologize but this is all killing me as it is you. I can be reached by email or through my web site.
Thank you and hugs to all,
    Callie

  7. I was just here yesterday, but I wanted to come back and see if anyone else had responded. Reading what others are saying only adds to my sadness, but in a strange way, it helps. It helps me to be reminded that my family is far from alone in suffering the unspeakable at the hands of misguided and self-serving government entities. Somehow, my faith in God is still intact, although I cannot say the same for any faith I ever had in lawyers, judges, police, and so-called child welfare personnel.

One thing I believe strongly is that we must keep hope alive, because once we lose all hope, we lose the will to keep on fighting. Our battle cannot be successfully waged through violence or threats. It must be fought with truth, including hard evidence wherever possible. For those who do not or did not ever believe in prayer, there are still some of us who do; we will never cease praying while there is breath in our bodies. We can also say genuinely, we feel your pain, because we either have been there, or we still are. God be with each one of you in your fight for your precious children. Our little ones are worth every battle.

  8. From Linda’s post;
“after twenty years of reading and listening to traumatized parents and children”

    I wrote;
“About 20 years ago countries around the world believed this treaty to be a good thing and began signing it” and “The NCJFCJ is pushing extremely hard for ratification” and that’s about how long they have been trying to get the UNCRC signed and ratified, 20 years.

By the way UNCRC stands for the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

NCJFCJ stands for the National Convention of Juvenile and Family Court Judges.

  9. My comment is for Kristi and anyone else it may help. I am also having trouble staying in contact with my nieces and nephew who are in cps care in a different state. During one of my supervised phone visits, I was able to mention that I saw a video of their older sister on facebook and it was such a riot and that I was going to have to see if she could send me a video of the actual concert. I went on to talk about other things until my phone visit was over and a couple of days later one of my nieces contacted me through facebook! I’m very careful with facebook because I’m not sure who is watching, but at the moment I’m in contact. My suggestion to all of you, is to set up an account that your kids can find you on AND keep in mind that others (cps people) may also find it so keep it “clean”.

  10. I am an immigrant who just took an oath upon gaining a citizenship status on April 30. Come May 7th, I was facing the allegations made against my husband by her daughter, and she included allegations against my sons (her stepbrothers) as well. I thought it would be a real test of my citizenship. However, as I learned the laws which CPS constantly ignores and violates, even commits perjury to justify their papers they file at the courts and gets away with it anyway, I realize that no matter how much I learn about my rights, federal or state level, they will be constantly violated by these monsters. Now 4 months into my citizenship, I feel like fleeing back to my country of origin (Philippines) or to where the rest of my family of origin is (Canada) while I still have my children. In the Philippines, the family is the basic unit of the society. Many families do not have anything material, but they do have each other and usually that is enough to motivate them to go on living.
It is so ironic that 3 years ago, my then 12-year old son won in an essay-writing contest about “What Freedom Means to Me” where he compared living in the Philippines vs in America, where we (thought we) had more choices. Now we all realized, our freedom can be severely limited with the lies of a spoiled brat who does not want discipline and structure and guidance, who does not have any ambition to achieve great things in her life. I have been feeling violated and harassed in every way by these social workers who said they were only there “to help.” I have never felt the need to constantly have my children under my watchful eye (because they grew up well-mannered and disciplined) until now for fear of them being snatched anytime. I never suffered from any psychological/emotional issue until recently when I came to know, really know, what anxiety means.
If this is how it is to be an American citizen, I am ready to renounce my citizenship.

  11. Leslie that’s a great idea. I’m raising one grand daughter and have been since she was 3 months old. She will be in 7th grade this year. Her little brothers father decided here awhile back to not allow the children any contact. It has been extremely painful for her and I’m sure for her little brother as well. She and I have been talking and I’m going to help her set up a private account in Facebook too. You just never know and I know that they both dream of the day when they can find each other again.

    Thank you so much,

  13. I don’t know that this will make you feel better, maybe it will make you feel worse. I’ve been reading a lot of websites, and…every country is like this. America is not the best of them. But surprisingly America is not the worst. It would be difficult to pick the country that is worst. On top of that, they all work together. Witness the people that lost newborn babies. They fled to another country – some people two or three – only to have the new country turn them in. The entire globe is watching for your children.
CPS will track you across an entire continent or maybe the globe – but lose a file transfering count-ies. Like Isaac Lethbridge. The entire world’s cps’s protested Laura Dekker sailing.

The worst single country may be Sweden. Canada fills art galleries and TV shows in honor of women who murder and brutally maim men. Canadians have worse “domestic violence” and child custody laws than we do. But Sweden.
Sweden takes more children prisoner than any other place. The United States would have to have a million children in government custody to equal the Swedish rate. They have the world’s silliest non-violence laws and kids’ behavior is abominable.
The worst socialworkerthink is the case of Alexander. Agents justified his capture by declaring nicknames mean a person doesn’t know who he is. They also decided it’s bad to be bilingual.

Sweden is about to be surpassed in Spoiland since New Zealand and perhaps three more nations enacted worse spank laws yet. Great Britain
has mandatory criminal checks (for pedophilia) PLUS fear of touching that has completely spoiled holidays.
They have almost outlawed photography. Businesses started treating teenagers like vermin, literally: play an ultrasonic noise, as a repellant, in your shop.

Every time I think that things have hit rock bottom with one country, I hear about a deed that beats theirs. I didn’t even know about Tasers, until suddenly I heard they were used in every police station on Earth.

  14. I am still going through this ordeal. I get alot of “well you brought this on yourself.” I get alot of indifference from alot of people. Nobody is really interested in getting involved. There are people who have been through this and because they lost their loved ones they bitterly resent you getting yours back. I am a father who is concerned for the well being of his children. However, the state has all the power in the world to do what it wants without worrying about consequences. They lie and twist facts and are not required to prove anything. Wonderful judicial system. If I would of known that such a system existed I would of done more to protect me and mine from such a system. I believed in my country. Not so much anymore.

  16. I have spent the last few minutes reading everyone’s post. I think many of you have no idea, or have lost the meaning of what it is to be an American. What is it that made everyone think that civil rights are “free” and just “handed” to us?

It is not our citizenship of this country that makes it awesome to live her but it is the US CONSTITUTION that makes this great nation stand out from other countries.

We havea grievance process that is barred by none. The Constitution is not blanket coverage. WE have to make it work for us as an individual.

When we give up without going the full yardage, we will lose the game. We have to file complaints and grievances from the social worker to the Supreme court of the land. How hard are you willing to work to get your kids back?????

Giving up is telling George Washington and every great American sinse him and all the sodiers that have died to make this country great that they died for nothing.

I ask the directors to publish my email. I am in a battle in federal court to make the cps agency pay and pay big for unrightously removing my daughter from my home. I refuse to lay down and let this pass by me..over me and through me.

We must use our courts to keep fighting. We cannot and must not give up. I appologize for the length of this email but we cannot give up hope…Linda

    Comment by Linda Burleson — August 19, 2010 @ 5:33 pm

  17. @ Linda Burleson …

I read your post and had mixed opinions. On one hand I agreed that our constitution is what separates us from other countries. On the other hand it seems that in reality, our constitution is none other than words on a page.

Most all of the posts I read are from those that are living this reality. We are supposed to have “innocence until proven guilty”. This IS free and IS given at citizenship. However, in these civil courts, the state will claim the action is “in the best interest of the child” and then enter the punishment phase before the trial. The state will remove a child, disconnecting him or her from all that the child has known and then begin proving guilt. Evidence is then very easy to obtain as every visitation or contact is observed and recorded. Stress is often very high and emotions run over. Most of the phychological examinations are administered at these times and must contain huge margins of error from the stress from a cps removal.

For all those going through an investigation, my heart goes out to you. My ordeal has been over now for 3 years. I am reunited with my wife and all our children. But thinking back to the pain that this can happen, has happened, and will continue to happen brings me back to read these stories and remind myself how real and powerful these issues are.

I wish I could post some sort of shortcut or secret answer that would reverse all the injustice in what would appear on the surface as “in the best interest of …” It is just so heartwrenching to know what I know and not know what to do about it. I firmly believe that the true test of character comes in times like these. It’s hard to consider such a tragedy as a defining moment but it really is. Anytime I get to feeling lost or down I like to think about Job and how he lost everything and all his family. I like to read his story because it allows me to see that no matter how bad a circumstance is, if you are truly good, then no harm can come to you in the long term. Faithfulness is important because although you kids aren’t physically with you, they are in spirit and they need your faith. They need to be able to believe and keep hope that one day, it will be ok. That is your role. Take every advantage of every visitation to encourage your child to listen and do the right thing. Bring helpful things for your child and the environment he or she is currently in. Try to be part of the solution and keep from adding to their case as they are looking for reasons to continue their job.

    God be with ya’ll,
    Jim.

    Comment by Jim — August 22, 2010 @ 8:21 pm

  18. Jim,

I am so glad to know that your family has been reunited. That is something to celebrate, and is cause for hope for our family. I know there are several with my first name who have posted here this month, but I hesitate to identify myself any further. This is my third time here in one month, and I only hope it doesn’t amount to overdoing it. Jim, I can’t tell you how many times we have taken heart from Job’s timeless story. His friends weren’t much better at seeing truth for what it is than most of the people we probably all know. There were elements of truth in their reflections and rebukes, but they did not see the big picture.

Yes, Linda B, our Constitution is what sets us apart from other countries, but the courts do not respect it, despite the rhetoric they spew. Many of us have fought and continue to fight with all that is in us, but that will not always be enough. God Himself must intervene.

I find myself remembering the Scripture that admonishes us to rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep (Rom. 12:15). If we are to find the “strength in numbers” that we apparently hope for, that is one position we must maintain.

    Linda

  22. To everyone here, I would suggest putting CPS and the courts on notice that you WILL file a commercial lien against them if your children are not returned. Please research “The Commercial Lien Process” Google it. I am having to grievance a finding by my CPS social worker, but if it escalates to having my precious baby girl taken from me and her mother, I WILL BE FILING AGAINST THEM.

  25. I can understand why some of you may hate America now. We are victims of our Governments Ultimate Betrayal of it’s American citizens. What I really hate is not America, it’s what America is turning into. I love America, it is my and my children’s and grandchildren’s country and I will not sit by quietly while they continue to steal our children! My friends this is not the first time this has been tried in the US but this time I think they might have gotten it right! Remember AFDC check recipients when the African American Family was their target? WELL? If you don’t know what I’m speaking of please research because you, we, everyone must be educated on the past, what’s happening now and what we could expect in the future. I am here today to tell you that I do not like what I see coming our way and if we do not soon ACT to stop this corruption once and for all we shall be doomed! If you were lucky and got your kids back, please do not forget about the rest of us out here, we need all the people that we can gather to help us put together a plan of action and act upon it! The pain and agony is not going away so you can either sit there where ever you are and do nothing or you can ACT with us Empowered American’s for Family Rights. I have placed a call of action here before and got-0- ZERO results! What does this mean? I really want to know! Will I be the only one? Does anyone else feel like me? Does anyone else feel like they have had enough? like they will not tolerate our children being stolen and abused and sold…do you want to try and get your children back?

The Tea Party started with a small protest.

  26. Callie, what is your plan of action? I know there are many people who feel as you do. My plan of action was to write articles for newspapers so people would know what is happening in our country. Later I started this website (in October 2000) so that people who are being harmed would be able to get support and information. I don’t have any further plan of action. I’m already tapped out as I put a lot of hours into this site on a weekly basis.

We need new people in the movement – like you – to carry things on further. Why don’t you register at our message board and discuss your plans in the activism area? Get a movement going… follow your heart on this. There’s a lot of good people trying to do more, like Dr. Shirley Moore and many others. I will appreciate you keeping us informed about your initiatives. This site is a good place to let people know what you’ve got going on because there’s a lot of traffic coming through here.

  27. Believe it or not. The police are just as bad. They lie and will fraud you as well. Everybody thinks that we are insane for not liking the Police and/or CPS but when you get involved with them you can see how torn apart and corrupted this country really is. They try to mess you over every possible way they can! They say that we don’t mistakes and everything they do is right. They don’t know know the truth from fiction because they haven’t been in our shoes!

  28. If I knew of a country that is all-around better, or less bad, than this one, and they’d let me in, I’d go. So far I haven’t discovered one. Some are better for retired people, singles, couples with no children at home, but not necessarily for families with children.
Some require huge investments in businesses in their countries.
Many have very different cultures, or are hostile to Christians.
The US shouldn’t want to keep me and mine as I make very little and thus pay little in taxes.
    Any realistic suggestions?

  29. “… I would suggest putting CPS and the courts on notice that you WILL file a commercial lien against them …”
On whose advice are you planning to do this? It sounds suspiciously like what some legal-snake-oil salesmen have been hawking for years. Some of this language appears to be lifted directly from one or more of these promoters.
If the allegations in the “Lien” can be determined by a court to be fraudulent, and knowingly alleged, the one who it is filed on behalf of may be open to prosecution for fraud. Not “constructive” fraud but “willful” and “knowing” fraud.
Question: Do you know of anyone who has SUCCESSFULLY used this specific “Commercial Lien” to at least get persecuting bureaucrats off their backs? Certainly someone is the first to do anything, but are you competent to see it through to the end?
And, WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE? if you lose? Will you be any worse off than if you hadn’t filed the “Lien?”
Lawyers are adept at picking instruments to pieces. If I cannot use “boilerplate” from successful legal ventures that are substantially the same as mine, I’d be leery of “trying out” new theories.
When I say “successful,” I don’t mean once and then, after the “system” figures out how to counterattack, a string of losses.
They really don’t care. If they lose today, perhaps due to a sympathetic judge or an incompetent attorney, they’ll be back in the office again tomorrow morning. It’s what they get paid for.
