Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I have caught both of my exes redhanded raping my children and using them in Child Pornography. I took the tapes to local authorities and to the FBI. Some of the men my exes have trafficked my children to are household names. Child Protection consistently defies my custody orders and places my children back into the abuse. We need to flee the country and seek sanctuary somewhere else. They have my funds too. Please Pray.

Please say a prayer so that on june 29 my children are sent home to be with me (mom) my beautiful handicapped daughter has been increasingly hurting her self and in the last 12 months they have been through enough! OUR DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER , YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE MY CHILDREN AND YOU KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR ALL. PLEASE HELP THE JUDGE TO SEE THROUGH ALL THE MUNIPULATION AND GIVE HIS VERDICT AS TO WHATS BEST FOR MY CHILDREN. please pray for my family my two daughters were removed from my home on the basis that my wife and i tested positive for marijuana it was a mistake we know but i didnt think they could remove my kids over this

Billy, a lot of people who used cannabis are later reconciled with their children. Keep the faith and do everything requested on your court ordered service plan including getting clean and staying that way. Show them you put your children first in life. Also read this site for more ideas on how to work your case. Good luck!

Comment to Billy – My husband and I are dealing with the same issue. It’s really a raw deal… They have lumped us into a catagory of hardcore drug addicts, and have judged us most unfairly. But if you play their game, you WILL get your daughters back. Pray for us – we have a court date in July and may get our 10 week old back – (at least) physical custody. Peace!

Please pray for my Grandson he is native american, he was placed back wih his mother, constant abuse, his mom is a meth addict,ICWA is not good for all. Lord watch over him and keep him close….

My daughter fell off her bunk bed 2 weeks ago and broke her leg. Even though the hospital social services said it wasn’t a case because the break matched the happenings, another doctor took it upon himself to call dfcs due to “protocal” and after her birthday party yesterday we found a summons to appear in court with my daughter. dfcs has not spoken with us and we don’t even know what this court is for and we are terrified our baby (3 yr old) is gonna be snatched from us. So please pray that her leg continues to heal well and that these dogs leave us and her alone.

My four girls were removed from their school n my visitation rights for my boys were taken away by CPS due to false accusations they r tryin to make my life a living hell being that i had a history wit CPS 10yrs ago due to false allegations also which they used against me in court.I regained my children bac for 2yrs after a 3yr custody battle for all my children now I have none of my children again they have broken up a very happy,loving n stable home our next court date is July21 please pray for us thank you n GOD BLESS YOU.

please pray for my grandaughter who was taken by cps and lives with her maternal grandmother who is filling her head with hate for our family. My son has not seen his daughter for months because she has falsely accused him of physical and sexual abuse. We know that the allegations were placed in her mind by her mother and grandmother. we are in so much pain.

please pray for my family. Our only daughter was taken from us this week. all charges are false. one of which is we where starving her. We have proof. now the cops of question us. we still have our other three. but we want our little girl home.this site has helped alot. on the 30th of june. We go back to court we either get her back. I plan on fighting ever set of the way. I did nothing wrong. please pray that the God spark in each judge over see all of our case. see the truth, and returns each child home. please let the evil crupt power of CPS end. may the healing of each family begain. I am asking for prayers after years of fighting the system for my daughter I recieved papers from the Attorney Generals office of Texas being told to appear for a confrence to establish a child support order, Payable to him the man who Texas CPS allowed to get away scott free for Raping this child. I just found out two days ago that The person whom was appointed as the guardian of our daughter died six months after getting her and Texas hasn’t bothered doing any follow up checks on the home.
Even though the father is known to be violent and has been investigated by them for sexual abuse. Further more he is a felon for Assault on a Peace officer as well as several DWI convictions. The state of Texas is about to hand the power to rule my life to the very man who beat me and threatened to kill me at knife point.
Please pray for my daughter and me that maybe somehow there is a light at the end of this tunnel. Cause I sure don’t see one…..

Please pray for my family. They came and tore us a part on false allegations. I am not being investigated but my husband is. I can’t believe they reopened the case and are putting us through this. We just want our children home. so please pray for us.

Our two young children have been taken from us again for the 2nd time and placed into foster care. My 1 year old daughter was born with an undiagnosed medical condition which DCF has twisted into Child Abuse. Our first case was dismissed in a court of law and after 10 lonnngggg months we are being accused AGAIN due to pencil eraser sized bruises on her legs…she is 15 months old and just learning to walk and falls alot! CPS has LIED flat out in court and we go back in 2 days for the rest of our 72 hour hearing. PLEASE PRAY we get our kids back! CPS had the nerve to take my daughter the day after she had surgery!!!!

Hello, I’m only 14 but my best friend and her brothers and sister just got taken away from their mom. Everyone might think I’m too young to know what’s actually going on but I have been crying my eyes out for weeks now. They didn’t have any reason to take them. Please help me pray that my bestfriend and her family get back to the way their supposed to be. It’s not right taking kids from their parents they love and have lived with their whole life. They have no right to do that. I really miss and want her to come back.

my 15 year old son went to cps because he ranaway from home and did not wont his father to spank him for stealing . The cps now has my son.He told me he wonted to come home but they wont let him and there is not one thing i can do please pray that when we go to court my son will be able to come home to his 7 brother and sisters I miss him so much!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please pray for my girlfriend she is about to be 17 and she has been in CPS for most of her life. around January she got into a fight with her aunt and because she pushed her aunt she was put into a juvenile detention center for a couple of days she made up to her aunt even though her aunt had already forgiven her and didn’t want her to go. but because of that she was put on probation and she violated her probation by staying out too late with her other aunt when this happened her case worker said she was out of control and she has now been in an RTC for the past three months…. in a letter i got today i got some bad news she told me her case worker said she would not be going back to her aunt. but that’s one thing i don’t understand why would you send someone someplace to get better at home and then say their not going back i feel that defeats the purpose of seeking treatment we just need her to come home to the people who love her

Please pray for my niece and my family. My sister needed help, the courts ordered she have bonding time with my niece and she could have her back in september if she completes a few self-betterment tasks to prove she can care for herself and her child. They said they would place the child with me or a family member and then they said that she would go with a nonfamily home. The problem is that she has health problems I doubt a foster home would care to help (she needs 4 medications, and needs administered 4 once a day, 3 twice a day, 2 three times a day, and 1 fourtimes a day, I doubt they will be willing to do all that) and they were lying to us the entire time! The investigator said she was the caseworker, she said that she would talk to my sister about letting me take my niece, come to find out she was telling my sister I could not, then she said okay once we talked and she was found out, but then said I wasn’t certified although I knew more about taking care of my niece than doctors could tell someone. They said my sister refused to give my nieces medical records, but my sister was carrying her copies the entire time!!!!! We are trying to appeal to the courts, my mom just wanted guardianship with my sister living in the home in which my mom would be caregiver until my sister got help. Instead the lawyer lied to us, called DCFS, and now our entire family is ripped apart. This ’service’ says they are in the business of happy healthy family, buts they just take families and create chaos. After all the crap DCFS said my family was at each others’ throats! After it all we realized that we were all lied on! It was like because my niece was so cute, hey why not take her and put her in foster care, someone can get paid good money taking her in. I didn’t even know money was provided, I just wanted a safe home for my niece with people that loved her and she knew. Now she will be with strangers that only want her for money and wont take care of her. PRAY for our family! Please let her come back to us safe and unharmed.

I’m knew to this entire ring of hell. I have 8 year old triplets who are in foster care. They were taken because I wanted to move out of state, left their abusive father and the judge wouldn’t allow me, citing that my babies would be homeless if I stayed here and gave me no chance to move. They’ve been gone 6 months, I talk to them 3 times a week and see them for 2 hours a week but CPS is trying to terminate my rights. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray for us and that my babies come back home!! I can’t imagine my life without my babies in it!

Please pray for us – my husband has been accused of child abuse and has been kicked out of the home. They are treatening me at every corner that they want to take both my children away from me because I am married to him and don’t believe he did anything. He is an attentive, loving, amazing father. This is devestating our children. My job is now at risk because I must stay home. please pray for our investigator to come to her senses and realize that the children are in a safe and loving home and are in no danger.

I am a recovering alcoholic, I have 2 boys that are in a adoptive home. I am sober and have been for 14 months except for a 2 day relapse in january when cps took my newborn. I did a program since then am enrolled in school have ajob and a home for my children but cps says its too little too late because of my cps case with my 23 month old. My newborn is now 8 months and i have pleaded with the court to let me have my children now that i have my life straight. Today i went to court and the judge ordered a continuance because my ex husband didnt bother to show up. The judge apoligized to the adoptive parents for the inconvience this may be causing them all the while i am sobbing my eyes out. the adoptive parents have more money than i do and the adoptive dad is a cop. I feel like i dont have a chance. Im not claiming to be innocent in all this i had a problem with alcohol but i am changed now and yet they are still trying to give away my babies like they arent even mine. I am big believer in JESUS CHRIST i have a good church but i need everyones prayers. Thank you

Please pray for my two precious children…Adrian, age 11, and Jessica, age 9. I recently learned that my son was molested by my ex, over two years ago, and never told anyone until recently. He is now in foster care. He’s been through two foster homes in 8 months. In the first, his behavior was so defiant that they couldn’t handle him. In the 2nd, he tried to hang himself, then, a few days kater, went after the foster parents with a knife! Both placements were good, but my son is just hurting so much that he can’t control himself anymore. Now, he has been placed in a residential facility in Cleveland, several hours from me, and I don’t know when I wiil see him again. My daughter is in the full custody of her “fathr”, who regularly molests her, and coaches her. I haven’t seen her in nearly four years, but her father’s family tells me things she says and does that are clear signs of his ongoing RAPE of her. It is regularly reported to CPS by all of us, yet they do NOTHING. He even lied in court to get a civil protection order against me, which, I am told, trumps my visitation rights! PLEASE PRAY FOR THE SALVATION OF MY DAUGHTER’S FATHER, MY DAUGHTER, MY SON, AND FOR MY CHILDREN’S COMPLETE HEALING AND PROTECTION, EVEN FROM THEMSELVES. THANK YOU!
