Nothing will ever change as long as we just sit on puter and complain to one another. We need to get up, get out and protest the good old fashion way. Picketing and Media. The people who can help change this dont even know about these sites because they dont know what is really going on. Most people just think well the parents were awlful and the kids are better off. They dont know the kids are being abused in foster care, even killed in many cases. NO ONE know about this dirty system except those of us tortured by it. As many families, children have been hurt by this system we should have big crowd. That would get media on this stuff real fast. Cant say God Bless ya all because don’t believe their is a god, if so how could he let so many kids suffer. All I can say is come together and lets do something.

I fought them for five years. we was so close to being back together again and they changed case workers on us again. She filed a patision to terminate our rights. There is nothing you can say or do after they make up ther mind to terminate. they lied and said my son did not want to be at court. and they said he agreed to being adopted if he could not return home to his mom me. he was thirteen at the time. I have not seen my child since June twenty eigthth 2009. They said he did not want to do a last visit. that he would wright a letter to me and grandma it has been elven longest months of my life I have not heard a word. I think everyday that I can not make it another day without knowing somthing anything some kind of word. I contact my lawer with this and told her I want ed to get back into court and file a complaint on the Guardian lien for failure to provide our last visit ordered by judge My Lawer informed me that my son had been removed from the fopster home that was supose to adopt him. Then i really statred freaking out, I thought before that maybe he was just tring to move on without anymore torcher and trying to settle in a home, He had told me that they worned him that they would put him in a boys group home if he did not comply with everything. to weeks ago my boy finally contacted his grandma he told her that he ran away because he did not want to be adopted he wanted to come home They have forbiddden me to have any contact with him they new I would find out about there lies. I cant stand anymore I hate this so much it is killing me. Not even his grandma is allowed to have contact with her grandchild that is allmost fourteen. How can this be in a childs best interest to tell him no contact with the one he cares most about?????? I hate this someone has got to stop this now!!!

I have been fighting Ozaukee County Social Services in WI for 28 months. If I don’t “obey” them they take away my unsuperivsed time with my children. I have a lawyer and filed motions in court and the judge always sides with social services. I am told by social services what church to go to, I am told to isolate myself from friends and family when I have my children, and I am told how many hours I am allowed to work. I need help. Where else can I go for help.

need help coutrs want to sent drug addicted niece to OK TRIBE .She was born to two drug addics who left her to be taken by the state. But grandparents, family are needing help.Faulsly accussing the only family that has been her only connectoin .SHE has our blood to.What does the tribe want? Both parents told state to give her to her only family that can give her everything she needs.PLEASE someone help me.

My heart is literally ripped out and broken a million times over because CPS was called on me and then took my little 8 year old son that I have raised happily his whole life, the social workers twist my words, they keep pushing dates and one worker even told me to my face she hadn’t slept in 3 days because she was so over-worked and she kept getting my name and case mixed up with other cases and mom’s. We have to fight this, we have to stand up and save our children! I was wrongfully accused of something I did not do whatsoever and have proof and even had the case dropped, anyone please help…what can we all do? Call Larry King? Call the news? Start a movement? Something? We all have to do something!

I hear everyone on all this cps just took my granddaughter from me when her mom went to jail now I have to jump through hoops n become a foster parent in order to get her back n I have raised her since she came home her mom just turned 18 a week ago. cps got involved when we started remodeling n done a full clean on my house as my grand baby was born 2 months early n I wanted a clean home for her when she was released from the hospital my daughter n I got accused of neglect n they said my house had health n safety hazards well duh we were redoing floors n walls plus cleaning top to bottom so all the cupboards were cleaned out n the dishes put in boxes until the cupboards were done same with closets n dressers….. My question is how could we neglect my baby girl when she was still in the hospital? all the work was done when she come home that was March she has thrived not even a sniffle they have done nothing but lie to me and trick my daughter into agreeing with everything she is young n has no idea what is going on.. I am ready to take this to the news but before I do I need backup information cases testimonies n so on I hear people complain well lets get em enough if I could afford a lawyer I could prove them all dishonest but we all know how that is

i have been going through a fight for my 4 littleboys with cps for the past 10 months. i get to see my boys once a week for two hours. my boys always say they miss me and they love me.they see they see how excited my boys are when they see me on visit day and how much fun we have together but they still keep us apart.they went into my past and seen between the ages of 18 to 23 i drank alot and got arrested a couple times for being intoxicated.im 34 now and since this hell with cps i have to do ua’s and mouth swabs i haven’t had one single beer in forever this was in my past but they make me out like im an achoholic and a monster and this ic coming from social workers who have no children. im being told im not a good parent from people who don not even have children wow!!!! they work their cps magic on me too, i vent my parental frustration and they call it an anger problem. when i was little i loved this country so much iwas a proud little american now i pray to god every night that someone will stop this country from tearing every americans life to shit.they’ll rip the amwerican spirit from every person and leave them for dead!!!! they can not be allowed to come into homes and rip away peoples children and lifes.what happened to life,freedom and happiness? stealing your children and selling them is that the american way,is this what george washington had in mind? i really need help please jakeelee91[@]yahoo.com or (520)335-4408. travis cornagay is the dictator at cps in tucson,arizona his number is (520)721-3097 ext.176 he wont even let my boys be with their grandma.my whole family aunts,uncles,cousins all fighting cps for the return of my little boys. sac county calif took my kids on false accusations and put them back in the home where my boy became sexually aware at, ive jumped thru all there hoops only to have them stop returning my calls! ive had 4 visits in a year and they never even accused me of harming my kids they just took them for me not taking medication that i never needed and have doctors notes to prove it i miss my children.

Illinois DCFS (Skokie) have been sitting on medical evidence that proved there was no abuse for over two weeks and not made a decision in our case. They are purposely stalling because the original doctor who called in the report will now not give them any recommendation either way.
There are five other doctors with higher credentials that disagreed with the original doctor’s opinion. They have broken their own rules that are posted on their website.They are not following their own policies.

After going to court to get my daughter back the social worker told the judge I was mistreating her. The Judge scolded me in court in front of my whole family and didn’t want to hear an explanation. Outside the courtroom, I talked to the social worker and she called the sherriff’s dept. and had me arrested. I lost my job and spent 42 days in jail only to find out there is video showing none of these allegations being true. There is also no recourse agianst this person or this government agency. Is There?

Barry – that’s something you should be discussing with an attorney! If you have proof nothing happened and that she framed you and caused you to lose your job, surely you could file a lawsuit against her.

Michael, read as much as you can on this site and others like it. Remember if you sign a plea in court admitting to anything, you give up your right to a trial. Juvenile court cases are decided on “preponderance of the evidence” so collect your evidence such as doctor records showing your child was healthy and well cared for.

I find it deplorable that we have such a rogue agency in the United States, an agency that gets rewarded on how many “founded” cases they have and how many children they “place” (displace) in the foster care system. I have had trouble with the CPS system myself (if anyone else has a case in NY state, please do let me know) and thankfully still have my children, but I did lose my job for it and now have to go through the time and hardship of the appeal to a system whose original decision is not even based on the court-minimum standard of a “preponderance of the evidence.” My mother spoke to the Governor as well as state representatives and got the same answer: “He/she can’t help you, CPS is a seperate agency.” So my question is, if CPS is a seperate agency, where is the oversight? Who makes the decisions about the decisions that CPS makes? We need to get the word out that CPS, while an originally well-intended agency, needs a major overhaul to form some sort of accountability as well as a reasonable (and specific) “standard.”

Amanda, your state representatives dropped the ball and lied to you so they sure don’t deserve your vote. They could have contacted the State Department of Social Services to discuss your case. It would help a lot to have them put pressure on the local office from the top of the state department. I’ve done it here in California; it should work the same with every state legislator but perhaps yours have no backbone or integrity and don’t deserve the paychecks they’re getting.
Others have oversight – for example, the county board of supervisors are supposed to be responsible for the functioning of all agencies in their counties. If you could show the local caseworkers are wasting time by going after innocent parents, you could make a case to them that CPS funding should be cut because the money is being wasted to harass people, which could also bring lawsuits down on the county later on. They should cut CPS funding and make CPS workers go after ONLY children who are being seriously physically abused.
Also you could try sending letters to the county personnel office to expose any illegal or irrational actions of local CPS employees.

This is for the maternal grandmother in Oregon. We too have been in your shoes and still are after almost 6 years. They are in Oklahoma and we are in Maryland. We have no pics of granddaughter in over 6 years and no longer considered grandparents of the boys, Do not give up this fight. Educate yourself as we now know that it is so very important. Do not let intimidate you. Keep on Fighting! We are still in this fight . They were illegally adopted out without any notification to us the grandparents. We still have alot of fight in us. Diane

To The Attorney General,
I feel that I should bring what has been happening to us to you’re attention. My wife and I have been trying to get our grandson out from state custody but C.P.S. child protective services have been continuously abusing their authority all for what I see is financial gain. Every six months that a child is in their custody they are re-evaluated and receive more money from the state, they also get more money if they are able to adopt a child out. As for the reason they are refusing to give us temporary guardianship is my past police record, but since then I have expunged every thing and was recently granted a certificate of rehabilitation. In fact it was two C.P.S. workers that told us that if I was granted this certificate it would be all that I need in order for us to get temporary guardianship of our grandson but now they changed their mind again and now said I would now need a Governor Pardon. Through out this ordeal it has been one thing after another, when we addressed the court with this it just made it worse. We had no choice we not knowing what to do so we sent a packet to the Governors Office, they then sent the packet to D.S.S. department of social services. Yet by the time it was received by XXXXXXX everything from the packet was gone except for one letter. Therefore I drove to Sacramento and hand delivered another copy of the packet to Bonnie Rivero and I also made contact with another D.S.S. worker XXXXXX who was also trying to help us. For contacting D.S.S. in Sacramento. The C.P.S. here in Stockton took away one of the two monthly visits that we had with our grandson. We were visiting him every first Thursday and every third Wednesday. Their reason was because they wanted to give our daughter more time which is fine. C.P.S. said they were going to extend her visit for an extra hour, it’s been over two months and her visit still has not been extended. We feel there was no reason for taking away one of our visits which was taken away on the bases of retaliation. Other than my daughter and the occasional visit from the father we are the only ones that visit our grandson. We hired an attorney thinking it would help. Unfortunately we were wrong, the judge denied to even hear our attorney. On a previous court date he even told us that we have nothing to do with this case, how dare he say that. We are the grandparents of the child, we are the parents of the mother we have something to do with this case. He is either going by what C.P.S. has documented and told him or he’s involved in this manipulation of the system . The Department of Child Protective Services have so much power, knowing this they are abusing it. It is beyond our predicament C.P.S. is not just doing this to us they are doing this to other families all over the United States. They are abusing their power for financial gain and it is the children who are the ones that are being used. They are trafficking these children for money. When we visit with our grandson all we hear are complaints from other families that are similar to ours. There are numerous web-sites from all over the united states that all speak of is how Child Protective Services are violating the rights of the families and most importantly the rights of the children. By researching these web-sites you will see that there is something going on. The people can’t always be wrong and Child Protective Services can’t always be right. This is happening all over the United States, something needs to be done there are thousand of children that should be with some one in their family instead of being in foster care. After all is it not what is best for the children that really matters.
I thank you for taking the time to read all I have sent but I don’t know where to go for help but I do know that I have to let the public know what’s going on, they have to be stopped. Our grandson has been in foster care since he was six months old, he turned two years old on July 18 2010 . They have lied made false accusations on a legal document from the department Child Protective Services signed by the director XXXXXXXX accusing me of child cruelty which is slander. If that was true I would not have been granted a certificate of rehabilitation. I also began working with Point Break which is a youth outreach program that helps kids get out of drugs and gangs by offering counseling and help in different aspects of life, and in order to work with Point Break I first had to pass a background check to make sure I never had any criminal offenses having to do with Megans law. I was cleared through Point Break ,but C.P.S. states that I was charged on 4/12/1988 for child cruelty, at that time I was incarcerated in D.V.I. with an employee from Point Break, I also attend meetings that are held by another youth organization called Stockton Peacekeepers which focuses more on gang outreach.
If there is any way you can help us file charges against C.P.S. here in Stockton California for what they have been doing to us and help us get our grandson out of foster care we would greatly appreciate it. But remember Child Protective Services are abusing their authority all over the United States not just here in Stockton California and not just with us. They are manipulating the system for financial gain. They need to be investigated, something needs to be done. These actions by C.P.S. puts into question ? How many other cases that these certain individuals have abused their authority and falsified information to keep children in the system?

I live in morris county texas and they are saying things like I let my kids sit in dirty diapers my oldest just turned 8 on sept 15 and my youngest will be 5 oct 11. They also used other things like foreclosing on a home, said my children made outcries against me. When the worker talked to them, she did not record the interview in any way. Said I was a cold and unaffectionate parent. Everything in the affidavit that is against me or my husband stated “her family stated” and this is not the first time my family has tried to do this. They tried 2 previous times in a different state where I lived, but it was always unfounded. The worker even used things from the 2 previous reports that were unfounded. I would like to hear from other Texas residents who have been or are going through CPS battles. I can be messaged on FACEBOOK Tara Ervin-Ryder is my name on there. I have court OCT 6. My children have been experiencing major stress my youngest is starting to wet the bed and my oldest has been breaking down and crying in class (just to give you a couple examples of what they are going through). They cry everyday that they want to come home. The attorney that has been appointed to the children refuses to speak with them.

CPS in Southern CA is corrupt as can be. My baby has been gone for one year, although I was not there when he was injured. If anyone else is going through the same, lets stop this together! Or else, it will never end…When my baby was born, I found my “purpose” in life…3 month later he was gone…the things these people lie, lie & lie about is unbelievable!!! Lets get off are butts and do something CALIFORNIA! Keep yer heads up high, dont let them bring you down. They think they are GOD…HAHA there nothing more than the dirt on my shoe-at best…

I had a family maintence case, I gave cps 1positive drug test a year later after I moved and was getting adjusted I happen to miss one week of treatment, I was not termenated as a matter of fact I tested the day they took my son (clean of course) but my worker was out on a month vacation and I went to court they took my son and said It was because I was not in program
but strange how it was 2days before the fiscal year was to end and 2 weeks befoere he was to turn three years old now when I ask why did you take my son? all I get are a lot of unfinshed answers that had not be accurite in california the child welfare law states that if your child is removed before the age of 3, they give you six months to reunify of which they put you through hell unfair, unjust its just legal kiddnapping but they have all the power !!!

I am dealing with cps right now. my son is with my dad and my daughter is with me. CPS has harassed me for a while and now i volunteered a mental evaluation because i take meds and have been to counseling, and i didnt release my medical records. I think that they are exploiting my CHOICE to seek counseling which alot of people need more than me anyway. My going to a counselor has caused me hell and they automatically want to investigate. I said that if there was a problem, my counselor would contact them, counselors and psychiatrists are mandated reporters.
Anyway, I am freaking out with these freaks and my son got taken away because he has asthma and i didnt give him a steroid until the second day when he had an asthma attack because i had a bad reaction to steroids and was hesitant to give it to him.
the doctors didnt like my views on medicine and said bad things because i was critiqueing them when i took him to the hospital 2 days after his last asthma attack. He is allergic to pets and i was working and the asthma mustve flared up. What do you think? I have had medications recalled that I have taken and have a hard time trusting doctors.
they have social workers right in the hospital as permanent fixtures and they seem to be working hand in hand for each other. the hospital sends parents to cps, cps sends families to hospitals, cps sends parents to courts, courts send kids to cps. they seem to be feeding off the funding by sending kids back and forth.

Yes, the agencies get funding, but mainly it comes by putting children in foster homes. You are lucky you still have your daughter and your son is with a family member. Perhaps this means that they don’t think you’re a terrible danger. Maybe you’ll get your son back after the services they require of you.
I too don’t trust medications – I think the pharmaceutical industry is beyond corrupt – but some meds are necessary and can’t be done away with. I have no opinion on asthma medications, but I do know that doctors and nurse practitioners are not open to hearing that the meds they dispense may be dangerous. Just realize they are trained to prescribe pills and if you want natural healing, go to a naturopathic healer instead.

We are grandparents we have no right to see our 4 grandchildren or able to see them at all here in Texas. My daughter was accuse by the man that hurt my grandson and died. My daughter was not there. The reason was because the ex-boyfriend had vengence against for leaving him because of abuse toward my grandson. Then they would family and him that there was child abuse but did not place it on the man they placed blame at my daughter and she had no idea of the extend of the abuse the CPS did nothing anyway or find anything. So because of my past from 1997 My daughter took it apond herself with friends to report me along time ago that I disiplined her they had me get therapy for unification which did not happen she became pregnant and came back home after that she was not afraid or fear that I would hurt her. The courts and others helped her on how to not have to come home. Now I can not see my grandbabies or see them. I took care of them saw them born cut the cord and they feel they need not to be with us. That does not make sense. They are use to us and love us very much. I can not understand what are they saying I am not able to be near children or what. I am not a monster I have a different way to disapline. It is taking things away. Grandparents do not have rights in the state of Texas. My daughter is in jail and they took her rights too. The Judge told the people who have custody of the children to bring them to see there mother in jail. It was court ordered and yet she waits every children visit to see her babies. What can you do. We do not have rights God Help Us all We love our children and in the old days we did not have that much of caos.

The top we are not able to talk to them but maybe 1min. we are on facebook. The Guy is out on bail and my daughter is pregnant in jail not able to fight the man who hurt her son. we are collecting money goal 25,000 to get her out. Oh when I was fighting for my daughter that lost her children now the courts closed and locked the doors on me when we there for court. I had to find a lawyer right there and then a christian lawyer helped me over turn there verdict due to the unfairness

Debbie, if it is just the social worker saying you can’t have your grandchildren, and not the judge, you can file for a state administrative hearing regarding your kinship care rights.

and the citizen review board and court appointed attorney’s in klamath falls are not here to help you but to keep your children away from you.
DHS runs klamath falls,
DHS will stock you threaten your family member’s and your friends
as well as the foster parents that abuse children and get away with it
and hide behind DHS…
as names of DHS case worker judges court appointed attorney’s
that are in klamath falls,a CORRUPT SYSTEM,compliance,Conlict of interest,Export CONTROL.as well as INDIAN child welfare amendments.
as the klamath tribe states yes to anything DHS state’s
so parents that have lost there child or children have not chance in a corrupted system.. UNTIL people start standing up and fighting and helping eachother to get our children back…and stop klamath county from making money off our children….

I am so frustrated with cps (ACS as they are called here in NY) they have had my children in care for 3 years now. I was given services to do and I completed them years ago, I visit my children faithfully every week. My children are constantly telling the agency, teachers, social workers… just how much they want to be with me and everyone involved says they can see how much I love my kids and they love me… so I dont understand why they would request a TPR (terminate parental rights). They have already done too much damage. My 12 yr old son is in and out of hospitalization (psych) for “acting out” and on psychotropic meds. my 10 yr old son recently hospitalized in psych ward for the 1st time also for “acting out” and prescribed meds. my youngest… 8 yr old daughter seeing a therapist and recently her therapist suggested putting her on meds. These people are CLUELESS! yes my children are depressed and angry but its because they want to be home not because they need to be drugged and hospitalized. and my oldest went from a residential treatment center to Rikers Island (the jail here) they are destroying my children and have my hands tied.

faster care is a danger to kids my daughter called me from her foster home crying saying my foster dad chocked me and throw me back in to a chair children should be at home with there parents in most cases
