C.P.S has one goal in mind and that is to ‘To sell there babies to sick people with one thing in mind and that is money! ‘That don’t insure a child’s safety at all! ‘Or do a thing for any child and are and evil organization that also don’t investigate there own false claims ! I have a tape here that proves it, ‘Also he said today they wait tell they get three complaints from people before they ever report it to any attorney! Now here me people you all think this is outrageous yes it is they figured there original lies they could not stick on me was enough they found something from 20 years ago on me. I had pled to and Alfred plea a misdomeniour charge of the maximum penalty was one year I did 9 months the charge read under the ‘Circumstances the evidence against me look’s like I am guilty but I am not! Now they are trying to say i was a sex offender and all these lies making me go see a Psychologist and breaking every constitutional right in my country ‘I am sad today that I have to tell you all of this but it’s so awful i have to! I have this all on tape people he said i was a sex offender no these people are ignorant of the law! I asked him if he ever read the constitution and he shook his head knowing he was being recorded where do they get these people! ‘From the Walmart reject lines! I have been secretly gathering evidence on these people for my own protection keeping my discoveries in a locked suet case! ‘We must take these people to court, I will represent us ‘I have been studying law, a little on my own also and I know they are the slickest most evil organization in the world. I also know they need re organized or they must be closed!
What better person to send these Oligarch baby marketers to the cleaners, than a new father, of a child I named ”Lawrance! My son.

I cannot speak for all parents, children or families, but I can speak for mine. This site opened my naive eyes to the reality of “what just happened”. The more I learn the more children I can speak for, the more families I can pray for, the more justice can be done. The keys to this were provided by sites such as this, educational ones. I’ve been a parent for 12 years now and 9 of them (the moment I became disabled) I’ve spent dealing with CPS. I was so ignorant once upon a time! I had forgotten what I learned in grade school about our Constitution, even that silly cartoon character ‘bill’ sang “I’m just a BIll sitting on Capitol Hill”. Although I haven’t stopped the attacks and have 17 years left to put up with the abuse, I have stopped the majority of their intrusions at least. That’s a starting point, sadly it’s taken as long as it has. Happily, I will continue to educate myself to keep my family strong and together. I’m in Michigan so the lawyers here are still shy to assist because they still rely on tons of money to get motivated. I don’t have that, I get paid with Soc Sec Disability because I’m disabled (strike one against me), I’m a single mother (strike two), my 2 oldest are 12 and 11 and last and youngest 14 months, that’s 3 kids (strike 3). CPS has relied on bogus “tips” all these years and so far it’s how I’ve managed to keep my family strong. Asserting my rights to each new worker that knocks on my door has gotten law enforcement at my door an hour later countless times! My fav right… the 4th amendment! I must be a good enough parent to keep them at bay as my children communicate so well with me and not so much with them. There’s days I think they’ve fabricated stories just to see if I’ve let my guard down yet.

One thing I have NEVER seen is: “Thank you, CPS, for all you’ve done for my family”. Why is that? Well, anyone who’s ever met a worker knows why.

I’m almost 40 (strike 4) and I’ll never stop fighting back. Besides, says the old adage: give an idiot enough rope they will hang themselves. Such will be. As the corruption piles up in my file THEY themselves have written. I know the 5th states the right to remain silent (not to be compelled to incriminate ones self), they themselves waived that right upon the first violation THEY recorded out of pure ignorance of the law they in fact violated. How nice of them! I’ve let them keep adding it up for 9 YEARS! They think me an idiot because I’ve been nice and done whats asked on a necessary basis to not violate any laws. There is a true method to my madness. Title 42, U.S.C., Section 14141 Pattern and Practice, amongst others. Perhaps when the platform below them drops I can finally afford a nice home for my babies instead of wasting countless $$$’s invested in all the crap that keeps my kids protected from them. Sure would be nice if I could spend some extra money on them instead of certified mail for a change.

I’ve signed the CPS reform petition and I am spreading the word. I will continue to until something is done.

My daughter was expelled for making a sexual accusation against a teacher on Facebook. Her comment was clearly misinterpreted. The teacher was investigated by our local school board, Department of Education, and Department of children and Families. I suspect that the teacher somehow initiated these investigations so she can now prove civil damages. She has been vocal about not wanting to be a teacher anymore. This may not be the forum for this, but I’m desperately looking for guidance.

I hardly think someone who has been abused should be working for CPS. That alone would win a court case with the right case law. If you were a jury member for and abuse case you would not be able to be a part of a case involving child abuse which is exactly why you shouldn’t be working for CPS. You should be working for a rehabilitation center or something. However, I agree with the author. Everyone has the right to due process and when it is one sided where the state chooses the defender, investigator, or any other state appointed representative it is a major conflict of interest. It is wrong and it is unfortunate that our society is so screwed up and corrupted that we have to either have a government employee or pay thousands and thousands of dollars in an economy where people are living paycheck to paycheck.

I am sorry that you were abused by your parents. I am very glad your experience in foster care was positive. Every expert of every field in child abuse would have to say that you were very lucky. It is well known that children are abused at an extremely higher rate while in foster care than in the general public.

It is also common to find social workers with the same driving force as your own: an experience of parental abuse, left unresolved and with no recourse, has left them bitter and wanting to punish every other parent in the place of their own.

This is a natural human response to such trauma and so I feel bad that you must go through this and that so many other social workers go through these motions trying to resolve unresolvable past issues. It distorts their ability to see the situations for what they really. It also creates the exact opposite of what you were intending: multitudes of children being torn from their parents and being told their parents were abusive. Your skewed perception puts these multitudes of children right into your shoes.

Please do not work out your issues on people & families who did nothing to you.

ProudSW: Your advice was good lip service that would lead us to a dead end. State Legislature would more likely listen to a director of social services for a particular area and to the agency it represents. Therefore, I believe directing efforts in full towards the agency itself and key stakeholders is more effective. When a breaking point is reached these said agencies will then have to go to legislatures themselves. Those legislatures would be more receptive seeing the agencies want the change instead of having to force a change.

“I too think that changes need to be made.”
- Then by all means proceed to the state legislature!
