Lost the Trial to get them back and now have my parental rights terminated for simply being low-income. Could not afford to hire a decent lawyer and had to ask two of my assigned lawyers to resign due to lack of adequate defense. Seems like people are intimidated by the CPS or they are getting some kind of monetary benefit for secretly promoting CPS in their racket to swipe children from innocent families! Hope I can be of some support to other families going thru the same thing I am. Of course I don't know your case, and only a lawyer could advise. I don't give out my phone number and don't work on individual cases. We do have a message board here for people needing feedback on their cases. I talked breifly to woman attorney in az. who turned from social worker attorney.She said sounds like the violated welfare procedure by not asking if the grandparents would take children.The mother of childrens parents had the children for almost a year in california.yet welfare in arizona never considered them. Grandpa didnt know how to procede.crying. These people wants to help serious trauma, me included. Mother wont ans phone in az. grandpa cant bear to talk .Could you please give me some way to talk to you linda. Every sunday couldnt get letter to you. computer broken, cant work it to get letter in time,ect.hard to fight alone.I have met a person yesterday say they pestered welfare to death. Gave me confidence to write you short letter to you.do you h ave a message phone so dont have to wait week after week.? I cant always work crappy lab top. Library in small town here a mess, law library blocks on computer couldnt view all of your web site here.The violation of procedures are as follows. Possitively took baby out of hospital illeagly.gave to dad.who married some one else. mother stupid court attorney said this on record, but no one did nothing The other children,3 more, one my only grandaughter,they had already srarted adoption procedings, even though kids flipping out there. Mother some how got kids for year and a half at the brother of my grandaughters aunt. She let me go out wiyh her and one brother and her 3 daughters to dinner where I met my grandaughter for first time. I was so happy. Shes 6yrs. and mother moved and told welfare a different man waqs the dad.so welfare gave this mother with 4 children welfare 3yrs with out even checking the dad she named was not real father.I went to child support services in ca. where little girl was born and found a year or more records on this guy who was really pissed as I found him.Welfare never even bothered to check. Sept of 2009 they found out. made my son take paternity test,he had to go to oregon to do it. they said your the dad I was so happy. They tryed to cover up hearing. my kid called goveners office or some one. hearing put off, as it was christmas. he had no way to get to az. I helped him through two phone hearings,they couldnt seem to realize he didnt live there.April 7 hearing cut off his rights, court said child abandonment. I filed motion. Afterwords is when the aunt let me see child. I told my sons attorney he said irealivent. They threw me out of court. My son went home to nothern Ca. I stayed till I saw my little grandaughted. She kissed my hand, and wanted to sit with me. kids in car all going to dinner. The happyest time of my life.It ended when mother on visit gave my grandaughter a picture of her dad. The new foster mother, whom they were getting used to on weekends, flipped, found out I was visiting, my visits got cut off. nomore grandaughter. I had to leave az.no place to stay.Welfare had taken my child in ca. for being homeless 25yrs ago. no abuse, no drugs or alchohol. never gut back because foster parents illegally pulled strings. Theyer family was assistant da. what can I do with this? So if arizona finds this , any involvement what so ever, no kid. Im not giving up. I walked in the room started to give her cpr and called 911. Cps came and took my 2 year old daughter. Saying that it was just routine when theres a childs death. They placed her with my EX inlaws and thats where she still is today. The medical examiner and other doctors said that reason for death was SIDS. But cps still isnt giving my daughter back. I want my Baby back. Im going to get a lawyer and get her back. I just wanted to tell you all. so i can get back on later and update everyone on how its going.
