Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Listen up yall folks. I am no lawyer and i speak from first hand. I am a single father and had my children taken away by social workers, all three of them and let me tell you know what you are going through. I got really pissed off at the judge because when i started telling the truth he violated me in the court room on public record; the judge told me the reason they took my children without a search warrant is because I was poo.r I sued the social workers, all of them. BY THE WAY FIGHTING CPS IS A DO IT YOURSELF PROJECT! NO LAWYER IS GOING TO HELP YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY. IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY MONEY YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF. IF YOU WANT TO SUE CPS, the first thing you have to do is stop signing their paperwork. if you signed any thing from cps like a visitation plan they didnt have any reason to take you children most of the time. You need to resind your signature, file a motion for full disclouser, on C.D DO NOT ASK FOR ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS THE SECOND YOU ASK FOR THAT, THEY GIVE YOU WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE. Hello-Please pray for my daughter Nicole Uribe and son in law Joseph Uribe as they’ve been FALSLY accused by CPS of child abuse.They are fantastic parents. They have not taken away the 2 yr old.But, they have a trial on Feb 8th in Bakersfeild CA. Please pray that God gives them favor.See, their baby died to unknown reasons. She had blood on her brain, but there are 100 different ways that can happen.The police investigated and found NO EVIDENCE of abuse.So the police didn’t pursue anything further.But then CPS came in with FALSE allegations.PLEASE pray for these wonderful people the Uribe’s!!! thank you and God bless you! I am asking everyone to agree with me in prayer for
1. a financial miracle of significant proportions; (either in employment or otherwise)
2. JUSTICE to be done in this VERY UNJUST situation; that the JUDGE will be put to SHAME for his actions that have needlessly ripped apart a LOVING mother-child relationship for NO legally valid or legitimate reason, other than the money;
3. That my son will be protected from the influences of people serving Satan and that he will know that his mother still loves him;
4. that the TRUTH will be exposed and the people who have lied and inflicted harm will be dealt with and face criminal charges when called for;
5. My son will be RETURNED to his mother where he belongs, so he can understand that his mother does still love him and would NEVER leave him;
6. that the people who don’t know Christ will be saved and repent of their sins;
7. That the WILL of God will be done in this situation;

I am a single father and I know how hard it can be fighting these monsters.I have been fighting them for all most two years and I still havent gotten my children back yet. I am in Everett Wa and I had to go so far as to go to Federal Court in SEATTLE WA. and I DONT HAVE A LAWYER. I had to do it myself. I Know what it like when your a single father or mother fighting for something you sat in labor for 12-18 hours to have some $%#@% just come and take it away for a couple of bucks on a payroll checks. I pray for everybody who has had thier children taken away that you be reunited with your children. I WILL FIGHT FOREVER FOR MINES , I DONT KNOW THE MEANING OF THE WORD GIVE UP. Please, pray that my son, Liam (17 months old), will be safely and promptly returned to my husband and I. Pray for God to send us angels disguised as lawyers and to help our judge see right through CPS’s lies and see the obvious truth. There is a prayer in the bible for help against unjust enemies, Psalm 35. If you have also been falsly accused by CPS, say this prayer everyday! Thank you. God bless you.

Hello all please pray for me and my 3 kids 2 girls and one special boy
i live in indiana and normally keep things pretty clean. the house was acceptable 2 days prior to their arrival. and i guess hubby let things get out of hand anyways my kids 5,4, 1 I was out of town in ohio to get a new house for them sign a lease etc.. and my aimlessly husband opened the door and allowed cps to come on they were undercover and take pictures of my house etc.
They took the kids over my relative house and said if i clean up they will bring them back i.e work out a plan tomorrow (all this on the phone). I flew back home immediately and cleaned my house etc. stayed up all night.
I have a home on a nice street in ohio and that i just signed a lease and im self employed. My kids love being near me. after i got sick of crying today after they had taken them I picked up my kids school art work at the preschool. all the art pictures were how much they loved mommy. anyways back to point
dcs called that next morning before meeting me in person said they need no more info we will detain them before looking at my spotless house or meeting me. they took them from my relatives house which they were fine for the night and put them in foster care. I have no crime history never even spanked my kids. I would never never hurt them for the world. would never rape them beat them do anything to hurt them.
i didnt meet any case worker until they had already taken them away. I hug and kiss my kids 4xs a day and they love me a lot. they are all i have i spoil them rotten. they are my life and these sick monsters just snatch them away im too sick and tired
heres a kicker where your tax dollars are going the dcs supervisor left a pamphlet and folders for me to look over and in it was confedential case stuff about others and also a copy of the supervisors resume and guess what he majored in recreational therapy ! so that trained so social worker just as a b.s degree in something far from therapeutic. they let any idiot become a baby snatcher.
pray things go my way during court. im taking the money that was for moving expenses to the lawyer i hope shes damn good. please pray they’re all i have ! love s !

I can definitely relate to everyone on here. I am currently on my 8th CPS case. I am a mother of three kids, my oldest is 10 years old w/ severe autism, mental retardation and a hair pulling disorder. I also have 3 year old girl/boy twins. I am always having problems with my oldest daughter’s school because of her behaviors. She is self injurious, bangs her head, spits,bites, takes off her cllothes when at home, at times she plays with her feces and etc. We have been accused of physical and sexual abuse. All was proven that this is all part of her medical condition.
The current case is based on stupidity. This call came from my twins school all because get this: with my daughter I put a leave in treatment because since she has curly hair her hair gets tangled alot. I sent her home with greasy hair because of the treatment w/ the intentions of washing it off as soon as she came from school. My son I forgot to cut his nails because I am taking care of my oldest daughter who requires most of my attention and also is known to hide common household items. Well This was reasons to have the stupid call to call CPS.
What hurts the most is that I’ve been helping this school with all fundraisers. The last fundraiser I helped them with was 2 days before they called CPS on us. What a backstabbing thing to do. This school can go f– themselves I am not helping them out anymore. This was their Thank You! Wow! Unreal! Now I have CPS investigating us. How is this neglect? I am a very good mother I spoil my kids rotten and i’ve sacrifaced to buy them things that they needed or wanted, that is the kind of person I am.
My heart goes out to everyone on here and my prayers as well, I know what everyone must be going through. CPS waste their time with people like us that are innocent this is why you read about the real child abusers when it’s too late, they are busy giving the innocent people hell and the guilty ones walk free.

Hi.. I’m new to this site, but I’m very impressed. My name is Bryan, and yesterday My girlfriends 18 month old, and our 7 week old son was taken into CPS custody and into foster care over fraudulent claims of child mistreatment. It’s a trying time for everyone involved, and I expect a tremendous amount of heartbreak. I’d appreciate greatly any prayers and/or advice on the matter. Diana, you could avoid the trivial complaints from the school by homeschooling. I also had a very challenging child and removed her from school in 3rd grade because of her in-school misbehavior. It was a relief. We spent most of our time at playgrounds, for years. I hope the investigation ends soon. (Now is not the time to declare that you’re thinking of homeschool, in case you are.) I am putting your family on my prayer list.

My baby was taken from me last month, at 3 weeks old. We took him to the hospital because of bruises that were on his face. They are now accusing me of inflicting injuries to my son. We told the doctors that my husband holds his face while he burps him after eating. His blood test from the hospital shows a low red blood cell count, which usually indicates anemia. He got bruises from a pressure cuff while at the hospital and the doctors are ignoring that. They say it isn’t possible that being held by the face while burped (at least five times a day for 5-10 minutes) is enough to cause bruising. I ask for prayer that the doctors have a change of heart as well as everyone else involved in this matter. We have been blessed with a case worker who has decided to reunify our family and continues to stand by her decision despite pressure from outside forces.

M, I hope it is true that your caseworker is on your side, but be aware that many of them are sly and may be pretending to be your friend so they can get ‘leads’ from you for more ‘evidence’ to use against you. Be very careful what you tell this person! Even things you think are good can be twisted and used against you in court. You need medical evidence to present to the judge – don’t be lulled into thinking you don’t have to defend yourself against these accusations. I will be praying for you.

Please pray for the swift return of my seven year old Anthony, who has been in foster care for eight months. I have been engaged in all services since June, after signing the papers and being told he would be returned to me within 30 days. I feel so discouraged and don’t know what else to do. I miss him so much, and he misses us too. I have another baby on the way now, but haven’t told CPS as I am terrified they will use my pregnancy as another reason not to return him, or to take the new baby and my 10 month old who lives with me. I don’t want to be dishonest, but I have found that full disclosure is not the best policy with CPS…any suggestions would be very welcome. And although it has been suggested, I really don’t want to have an abortion. Thank you all!

Read as much as you can from this site and others like it… become your own best advocate by creating your legal documents and collecting documentary evidence to present in court. If there is a trustworthy attorney out there, I want to file a new trial and I don’t want one that’s in it for the money, because that’s wasting my time and yours, I want one that is hardworking and would look at the situation if it was him or her or anyone in their family. WE NEED JUSTICE!!!! I would like to shut these people out for good but I know there are many families that are really abusive to their kids, so that I understand.

I need prayers that I can get the right lawyer to help me get cps off my wife and I’s back. in the past year they have come out to see us 5 times. 3 of the 5 all had to do with my sons small size. I’m getting scared that they would try to take them from us and I would do something stupid so I’m taking the high road and getting a hold of JAG (as I am in the army national guard) and hopefully they can help us. I just don’t want to lose my kids because one of them is underweight. he’s healthy. they want him to be fat.

i m praying for my son,s leo jr mental health . my son has suffered severe trauma from people who are truly evil. calling themselves children protectors. I pray for my son leo jr to be emotionally healthy, and successful in his life. I’m praying that god provides the money for me to fly to ohio to visit my son . please pray for our family that we can find a good lawyer who cares about families that are in great to save their family .my sons are being abused very bad everyday they stay with their adopted family it was comfirmed last night from someone very close to the family that their parents are just mean mean with my kids .i found that steven pribbernow did kill my son justin and try to kill kevin and kody .but i cant find it in my heart to hate him for it because he was abused as well .i blame the parents of that home .

My son was taken after I feverishly documented abuse and repeatedly tried to get him help! The case was turned on me – where DCS citied MSBP. Now, until I can prove that I don’t have this mostly ficticious syndrome (DCS loop-hole) my son is with the very person who abused him! DCS dropped all charges on father after a ten minute evaluation.
I pray for my son’s peace, reassurance that I love him and didn’t abandon him, and protection.
DCS is evil and cruel and their self motives have destroyed our strong mother-child relationship.
God’s protection is needed for Trey and myself. Prayers that the truth is revealed.

my name is john i am loving who cps has take my children a second time. the frist time was my fulat. but i have been clean and sober for close to three years now. got pull over for cracked windsheild. and the cop said iwas indanger my kid by driving with it. i elt my cousin borrow my car. he left his durg perfuny in the car. they found it and cops call cps. so because i got them take over that before they assume i was high i was not nethier was my. but did not durg test us. yall now the rest please pray for my kid and me and my wife. thank you.

Please pray for our family and the families that intrusted their kids to us. There was an incident that occured with an older child in our home and a younger child. At first CPS removed the younger child and his brother because we couldn’t explain what happened to them and the young boy didn’t tell us what had occured for him to have a red mark on his face which later showed up as a hand mark. Only this past week they removed the older child’s’ baby brother from our home still seeing that we had no answers for them as to how it happened. The older child came forward to us the day that they removed the baby and confessed to slapping the younger child out of anger that he had gotten into her personal belongings. We were told not to speak to her about it until the investiagtor could make it out to our home. I’ve spent all day trying to get a hold of her to no avail. They are making us feel like the worst people in the world when all we wanted to do was to help protect these children. My story is a long one but right now we are in despair and need prayer. True that we are not the biological parents but we are related to these children and they are family none the less and we have come to love them all as our own. Please pray for the return of the baby to us and that the older niece get’s the help she needs in dealing with her issues. Please pray for the two older boys especially the one who was hurt by this and for their safe return home to their parents who have gotten everything done that they needed to and are trying to move the court date up so that they can get their boys back.

My 7 month old son fell from his stroller, and apparently suffered a biparietal fracture. Although, at the time, that was not the reason I brought him into the hospital. I found a depression on the right parietal side of his head at this time. Which turns out it was chronic, or old and healing or healed. Because I had not noticed this injury before the hospital reported the incident/s to cps. While in the hospital, I noted to every doctor and nurse and specialist that entered our room that his paternal grandmother has Paget’s disease, which is hereditary, albeit rare. In infants and children it is called Fiberous Dysplasia. I pray that he does not have this, but need to know if he does. These doctor’s said I was making up a disease. To this day, it has not been noted in his chart. It would explain why his fractures even occured, even though I have no idea how the first, depression, fracture happened. I am terrified that my babies, Kian has a 2 year old sister, Bella, are going to be taken from me due to the unwillingness of so called professional entities to fully exhaust any and all potential possibilities in regards to my son. Please pray that these people, get through their jaded hearts and open their minds, and find out what’s truly harming my son. Thank you.

Lindsay, I will be praying for you. If you went through all that and still have your kids you are not just lucky… but perhaps someone who they believe in. Usually I hear about cases like this after the children are placed in foster homes. Keep praying! God is definitely stronger and more powerful than CPS workers, bureaucrats, or unjust laws!

I couldn’t care for them, so I gave up my parental rights so that they can have a better life (I know the people they are with and they are not the issue, as they are a wonderful family and can provide for my girls financially, while I could not). However, DFCS (Georgia’s version of CPS) told me that I would still be able to talk to them every week when my ex sees them. Today I called to talk to them and my ex told me that DFCS told him that they could no longer talk to me when he was visiting them. This breaks my heart greatly, and I know the only chance I ever have to see my kids again is for Mat to get them. (For the record, he and I are on very friendly terms). So, I humbly ask that you keep my family in your thoughts and prayers. DFCS and CPS NEEDS to be reformed, because this isn’t only hurting Mat and I, this is hurting our children as well. Thanks.

My son was taken on 2/19/10 by a CPS investigator who had it in for me from the day he came to my home on 2/5/10 with a said complaint against my family. We have already had numerous hardships for many years, but this is almost more than we can bare. This person is one of the most evil individuals we have every encountered. My family are Born Again Christians and have no problem telling anyone about it, I guess that’s why he hates us so much and is trying to do everything to completely destroy my family. I lost my job and car last year in june and it’s already been a real struggle for myself, mother and son. We really need good legal advice now! I had an attorney appointed for me by the court, but I’m not real comfortable with the arrangment… Please pray that my son is protected and that God will move on our behalf concerning this matter.

I pray for each of you who have suffered the lost of a child of children at the hands of CPS, so call protecting them, or in the best interest of the child when it has and always will be completely the opposite. I pray that even through my dealings with these people, that the Lord will use me to help others somehow so they will not have to suffer from such cruel and unusual punishment, such as ripping children away from a loving parent or parents who have done nothing but watch over, provide for and protect them. I absolutely feel your pain, it is something that is beyond words. I say a prayer for everyone who is suffering under these horrible circumstances as well as myself that Our Father in Heaven above will give each of us Great wisdom to know what to do and how to do it, every lie that has been told about us that allowed them to take our kids from us will be uncovered and the real truth revealed, that we will get justice for the crimes committed against us and our Constitional rights will be upheld, and most of all that our children will be speedily returned to us safe and unharmed. Amen!!!

I am praying for everyone here. Please pray for me too – we are truly dealing with the spawn of Satan (in my case, it’s Los Angeles County). I just received hard documentation that PROVES Los Angeles County is trying to file more false charges against me.

I am leaving to go to court in the morning in Los Angeles and I am trying to fight for custody of my two year old daughter of whom we supposedly have abuse or medical neglect. This specific case has been going on for over a year now. Pray for closure and protection. We still have custody of our daughter, so pray that that continues as well…
