Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.

Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.

Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.

CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.

Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.

It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

There is an extremely important bogus Shaken Baby trial underway right now in Chilliwack, BC, Canada. This case has received international attention, and features such witnesses such as Dr. Randall Alexander (who is the Director for the National Center on Shaken Baby Sydrome). The decision will be precedent setting, and used in courts all over the world. Things don’t look good for CPS in BC as far as this case goes – even their own lawyer said the children should be returned to the parents. Illinois based attorney site. Filed Civil rights lawsuit against DCFS. They have sponsored monthly meetings, and will probably take on cases that are great ( airtight, in other words)

They did not record interview, they knew I could not go get her when they found her and they changed it to I was unwilling. They know i did not hurt her. Madame Speaker,

As you read this, please realize that if the daughter of your good friend Senator Dianne Feinstein and the woman you recently endorsed to be California’s Attorney General weren’t involved in my case I truly believe, as both legislator & a mother, you would be outraged by what has happened at the hands of those who swore to protect the vulnerable children of the City of San Francisco. Of course, it’s impossible to ignore that Judge Katherine Feinstein & D.A. Kamala Harris were involved, but as my elected representative, how can their identity stop you from dealing with me? Yes, I know better than most about the bloodsport that San Francisco politics can be since my family disappeared into a political bermuda triangle in 1998 because we accused the firefighters’ union I.A.F.F. local #798, their sacred cow charity S.F.F.D. Toy Program & it’s chairman, the late John Voelker of mail theft and sabotage rising from our Christmas 1997 appearance on Fox2News due to our plight with a blown engine on our schoolbus/home. That matter was settled out of court 12 July 1999 on #300155, Mayon v. I.A.F.F. local #798 for $6000 and a mutual stay-away order.

Since you are a busy person, as are the other 1500+ people in the media & government receiving this email, let me get right to the point. I want my family’s name out of California’s Child Abuse Index because the entire case was built on 48 examples of perjury, tampering, suppression & manufacturing of documenting evidence.

We have quietly fought for justice in every court in San Francisco, but to no avail, obviously because of the political bluebloods involved. Since the courts (Superior, Appellate, California Supremes & the 9th Federal district) have rejected our incessant demand for accountability, I finally turned my hopeless fury into a book Collected Letters from the Abyss that I released online earlier this month @ http://ramonamayon.com available in an instant-view mass-distribution format for $9.99. It is a citizen’s indictment documenting a conspiracy between C.P.S. who provided the perjury, S.F.P.D. who refused to investigate our allegations against S.F.F.D. & the City Attorney’s Office who prosecuted us for 3 years on the grounds that I put our children at risk for neglect due to my use of medical marijuana (letter from UCSF’s Dept. of Neurology gotten months earlier), taking legal (but not PHYSICAL) custody of our four children, thus denying us the right to travel back to Louisiana where we have family & land, where we would have pursued the interests of justice from a safe harbor. We were never San Franciscans – we were here for our wedding & dream honeymoon, marrying at City Hall 14 Nov 1997. We remain Louisianans, even after nearly 13 years here.

From 26 April 1998, when Children Protective Services responded to the hotline call from the late John Voelker, until 11 June 2001 when the Commissioner William Gargano returned legal custody of our family to us, we have fought tooth and nail to bring the truth to light. Our attorney in the union matter, Steven Bouvarnick, advised us to adhere to the letter of the settlement which included the clause “Do No Harm”, so effectively I have worn a paper muzzle until even the ten-year statute under the R.I.C.O. act was over, because what the union did, they did under the color of authority, thus automatically making it racketeering. By waiting, we ensured even the signees’ pensions were safe. We kept our word, even while they had a machine at their disposal. Madam Speaker, as much as you don’t want to hear this, it was machine politics at it’s best. If there were some way for you to replace the players in my book with someone you didn’t know, say from Chicago, you’d see it, too.

I don’t take these steps lightly, nor without fear. After all, on 16 Dec 1998, while I was at our attorney’s office receiving the final draft of the lawsuit, across town in Golden Gate Park, my husband was being brutally assaulted by three men. That was quite a message to come home to. He was hospitalized for 30 days and very nearly died. My book describes all that as well as how the C.P.S. refused to even acknowledge what had happened; indeed, how they lied in court about everything that was, in reality, happening.

Even after we were returned legal custody of the children, we couldn’t leave San Francisco because of the dreadful lies set in legal cement by the City Attorney’s office, led each in their own time by your friends, 1998-2000 Katherine Feinstein and 2000-2003 Kamala Harris. This false case would follow us anywhere we went, but if we stayed here, we knew C.P.S. wouldn’t bother us again because they knew we knew about the lies. A stand-off, one that kept our children safe, but one that meant we could never return to the quiet, wonderful rural life we once had, at least not until our children were past the age of being taken by that Gestapo that C.P.S. has become ever since Congress began funding a bounty on every American child’s head of $6000 a month. All that federal money, without oversight nor accountability, shame on all you politicians, who just sign bills and never look to see what you are really doing. Go online and read a few of the heart-breaking stories, then take a look at the unlimited power social workers wield – do something drastic & dramatic about it, why don’t you. We all end up judged before God, I’d hate to be called to account for this debacle!

My book uses the City’s own hard paper to document every threat, every lie, every suppression, every example of tampering, everything in their words not mine, because, after all, who would believe me? As the judge in the recent landmark case, Humphries v. County of Los Angeles, wrote in his opinion declaring California’s Child Abuse Index unconstitutional under the 14th amendment, to be declared a child abuser in modern society is a type of moral leprosy. And didn’t that serve the firefighters’ union well, first that the City Attorney’s office of Louise Renne would force us to remain in San Francisco ensuring that we had no access to any other court but this, and secondly, should we ever make it back to Louisiana, our reputation was shredded.

Even now who would listen to me? My book has been out two weeks and the silence from the local and state media has been deafening. However, I am finding that the Internet is that great equalizer everyone has always thought it would be. But I already knew that would happen, thus the title of the book, Collected Letters from the Abyss.

Next actions:

1st, a complaint to the California Bar Association re. Kamala Harris prosecuting us in spite of several C.P.S. reports that repeatedly stated that there were “no actual C.P.S. concerns or issues with this family”, as well a complaint to the Judicial Performance Panel (on which Judge Feinstein sits) to review the original foundation of lies that she oversaw in 1998-1999.

2nd, since no one has complied with the 9th federal district’s court directive to alter the procedure that surrounds attempting to remove one’s name from the Child Abuse Index, we will apply to the director of D.H.S. Trent Rhorer to re-examine the records, then direct Cal. DOJ to remove our listing.

3rd, when he refuses to do that, we will proceed to federal court in an attempt to force a change in due process. We understand that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear Humphries v. County of Los Angeles in the fall.

4th, we will ask the current attorney general, Jerry Brown, to independently review this miscarriage of justice and remove our name.

5th and finally, we will seek to form a coalition of all the groups on the Internet screaming about the corruption in Family Law courts, in order to draft a bill of rights for every child at risk from an uncontrollable, unaccountable Children Protective Services. At that time, we will return to Congress, who supplies them with the money but no oversight and demand change.

I’m very upset with the cps, they have put our grandson in a home beacuse they accused my son of doing somehting to his son that he didn’t do. Now we have to get an attorney.I pray if any ones child is hurt, please don’t take it to the hospital cause they will call cps and they will take your baby from you. The business side of child protective services. In 1974 the federal government got in the business of child protective services. Like most big government power grabs. It was supposed to be about helping people. This is a short financial perspective, a snapshot of one out of 50 states. In the United States there are over 72 million individuals under the age of 18. 6.5 million of them live in Texas. We are sure this can be done for the other 49 states as well. This is to show CPS is more about money than about helping kids. And like most government bureaucracies, do more harm than good.

In 2002, 44 children died in Texas Child protective services care. Compared to 184 deaths from alleged abuse and neglect in the general population.

In 2009, 8 children died in Texas Child protective services care. Compared to 280 deaths from alleged abuse and neglect in the general population.

What does this mean? Your child’s chances of being killed from abuse or neglect dramatically increase in the custody of child protective services. There is a lot of research online showing that the ratio is 6 to 1. Meaning a child is six times more likely to die in CPS’s custody then with their own family. Our research from Texas CPS’s own website shows the number is considerably higher.

In 2002 14,843 children were removed from their families, 44 died. That is a ratio of .00296436. Now let’s compare that to all other children in Texas from all living conditions. 184 deaths from alleged abuse and neglect out of 6, 447,791 kids. That ratio is .00002853

Texas CPS’s 2002 budget was $662,621,589

In 2009 12,107 children were removed from their homes by Texas child protective services. 8 died. That is a ratio of.00066077. Now let’s compare that to all other children in Texas from all living conditions. 280 deaths from alleged abuse and neglect, out of 6,510,210 kids. That ratio is .00004300.

Texas CPS’s 2009 budget was $1,327,184,950.

If you reviewed the “forgotten children” you can see there was an outcry in 2004 on what atrocities was going on with Texas CPS. Texas own Comptroller produced a scathing 292 page report covering everything from minor abuse, to child rape and child fatalities while in the states care.

We can see from the above numbers the state is doing a little bit better from 02-09. But this absolutely shows if your child is in the care of Texas CPS the chances of being killed is dramatically higher than any other family in the state. But let’s focus on the money. We are against big government wasting taxpayer money and violating the Constitution. Over half of Texas CPS budget is federally funded. A clear violation of the 10th amendment. Not only is big government ruining children’s lives they are making them, and their children, and their children’s children, responsible for the bill with deficit spending. These poor kids that have dramatically increased chances of being raped or molested at the hand of the state, have to pay for this because of deficit spending. When kids grow up they are saddled with the tax burden of the previous generations spending. This is wrong.

Does it really cost 1.3 billion to kidnap 12,000 children and harass families with unfounded investigations?

What if CPS did not exist? Would some kids be abused or maybe killed because there was not intervention? Possibly, but there are laws and police men and women that enforce these laws.

But imagine no children being torn from families unjustly, no children being raped, or abused by government officials. This experiment of big government going after the most vulnerable members of our society began in 1974 with the passage of “child abuse prevention and treatment act” The federal government has no business telling people how to raise their children. This goes against 6000 years of recorded human history. Mathematics does not lie. Clearly there are more child fatalities because of child protective services. The taxpayers are footing the bill for big government sanctioned kidnapping. Remember 1.3 billion is just the budget for one state, for one year.

I am a Survivor of the 1960s, CPS govt. Illegal “Child Sweeps” project-Experiments! All about $$$, way back Then. Todays CPS is Nothing new, theyre just Worse, More Dangerous to even the Extended Family of a Child! The More Kids & Family Members, CPS can take, or get Accused and Dragged into Court, the Merrier-outrageous sums of Taxpayers, SOCIAL SECURITY taxes, Pocketed using Illegal actions. The PUBLIC continues after “48 Years” I personally know, to ALLOW the Robbery, LIES, DECEIT to continue-Destroying Society. When will CPS be put Down, like the Rabid, Salivating over all YOUR $-Not theirs, DOGS that MOST are? Euthanasia in Their Case, Id vote FOR!!! Me, My Child, Recently My Grandchildren. The first people I would investigate if I were CPS is the people on this website. You obviously have plenty to hide. CPS is overworked, underpaid and treated like crap all for trying to protect YOUR kids. Animals have more rights than kids in this country, we are a sick society. In Pinellas County Florida CPS is operated by the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office, not by DHS/DCF. Once a case is opened up against a family your case is handed over to a private company for “services”. Directions for Mental Help is a privately owned organization that reports directly to the Pinellas County District Attorney, and in the interest of share holders. Directions for Mental Health also conveniently offers adoptions for the state of Florida, as well as mental health services for “clients”.

The child adoption racket in the state of florida is only one thing that makes me sick, having young children that would fetch upwards of $60-80,000, each.

My family is being torn apart by CPS/PCSO, and their accusations, false reports, and unwanted or unneeded services. Government has no place in the home. Granted there are children that do need to be removed from an abusive home, but to go after a family for the sole purpose of non-compliance to unconstitutional intrusion is incomprehensible.

Whatever situation you are in, if you are innocent of abuse, FIGHT BACK.

learn what your constitutional rights are, and stand up for them. CPS/DCF and their entire buddy system of terror rely on Americans being too scared to say NO, and ignorant of their rights to take up to them.

I’m a Father, and I will fight until the last breath leaves my lungs. These are my children, and I’m not giving them up to these terrorist. You don’t either. They want you to take the services, and fail/violate.

According to Pinellas County CPS’ annual report for last year; 89% of families that enter these services DO NOT finish. That’s almost 90% of families injured by the actions, overkill, of CPS.

Follow the money if you want to know who’s responsible. DCF/CPS is sucking up the federal grant money, and profiting my erecting a system that hurts far more families than it helps.

There is a massive outcry beginning in Nevada. There is a group calling for transparency and accountability. The news media is investigating, a DA has been fired for an affair with a Family Court Judge whose cases with her are now brought into question. The group has been speaking with legislators and a website has been developed to showcase the chaos going on that will allow the legislators a one stop shop for them to understand the magnitude of what is going on. Though the group is based out of Nevada, anyone can join their site and tell their story. Please visit http://www.save-my-family.org and share your story.
