Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I just found a note on the message board from a man who is using Meetup.Com to start his new group, the Virginia Family Association.

Once you’ve got people in your states organized you can work together to help state legislators understand how CPS laws need to be changed.
Don’t forget the State Sovereignty Movement! Get rid of unconstitutional federal child welfare laws!

You know,it’s not cps your trying to change..it’s the juvenile court system that backs their every play. The court does not penalize cps for not following orders.I have had visitation ordered since the start of my case..18 months ago,but cps screws around and I’ve been in court 10 times for the same thing..nothing happens to them.They own the court

William, if you’ve been denied court ordered visitation you can request a state administrative hearing. There, you can discuss anything caseworkers are doing against the regulations, or against the court orders.
What I’m really fighting is unconstitutional federal laws that allow all this corruption to exist at so many different levels so that people can make money by separating children from their families… and also I’m fighting states accepting the federal laws because they want the monetary handout that comes from going along with the unconstitutional plan. We live in a sick country. The state sovereignty movement can help… if only more people and state legislators would get behind it.

i passed all my urine tests and they still wont give me my daughter back. they said it was just allegations. yeah right

I am so glad to have found this website. It is not my own child who is now in the hands of CPS, rather, it is my grandchild. Though the foster parents seem to be wonderful and caring people who want to see our grandson back with my daughter, the whole system we have dealt with ever since my daughter went to a domestic violence shelter in June, 2006 has been a living nightmare. It is a long and complicated story that is too long to try to detail here, but I am glad to know there is some type of organization working to undo the unspeakable harms perpetrated by those very agencies that are charged with justice and with the welfare of those at risk. Bless you for being there.

when my daughtter was in the nursery cps came and took her without me even knowing it and still i have not gotten a reason why they did this now my rights have been terminated and i was told once that happens there is no chance for me to get custody again is that true is there no hope reunification?

Summer, did you lose children in an earlier TPR? If so they can take a new baby and terminate rights without a reunification plan. If there was no earlier TPR case then perhaps something else is going on. It is impossible for me to know, without all the facts. If you need more feedback, try the FightCPS Message Board Forum.

This will sound kind of funny for those who dont know. Courts can only hear lawsuits. When Children Protective Services COMES AND TAKES YOUR CHILDREN. Most of the time they dont have a search warrant and do not comply with the warrant clause of the 4th amendment and can be sued for it and attorneys will not tell you this.
C.P.S WILL PULL YOU INTO A PHONY CIVIL CONTRACT AND SUE YOU FOR YOUR CHILDREN AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT GOING ON.The trick is to sue cps individually and offically in their own capacity. Its under 42 united states code 1983. even in superior court they are doing this because the states are underfunded and they need to pull as many children into the black hole as possible. Remember THEY NEED YOUR CONSENT TO DO ANYTHING STOP SIGNING THEIR PAPERWORK.

Whats up linda. You know that law suit that you put up on letter of intent. I filed one in federal court. Im not really good with computers or typing, but when cps came and took my children there was 4 children in the house. They only took my 3 children and left the other one year old baby in the house on the floor crying as they walked away. this case is in United States District Court of Western WA. CO9-1704 AND I DIDNT WAIT ON ANY LAWYER IN SHINING ARMOR TO COME SAVE ME, I FILED IT MYSELF, THANKS FOR POSTING IT. To answer your question no i have not had any other children taken by cps . i have never been involved with them at all. i had just been discharged from the hospital and was breastfeeding my daughter waiting for dad to bring up the car seat so we could go home when 2 social workers came into the room and said they wanted to put my baby into the nursery while they asked me a few questions .and if i didnt do this willingly that they would place her into pertective custody for the next 72 hrs and i could only visit her for 15 min three times a day.I said do you promise me i will have her back in one hr and was told yes . i handed my daughter to the nurse and that very second she said ok now she is in pertective custody. when i went for my my 15 min visit she was gone

Cfs (Child family servises) too k my baby Angel Lynn Marie from the hospital i am 18 ive never been a mom before. they put my family history on me saing beacause i was sexully mentaly phisickly abused and neglected beacuse i am unstabel i have always had a home to go to i have 4 places i can go live with my baby my step moms grandparents dads auntie and uncels you do not have to be on youre own to have a baby. what first mom doesnt need help? they did a child compasity assesment on me with out me there they never said anything positive that i have done in my life. my grandma went to her and said: so you wanna take that baby away and have people suffer for the rest of there lives? the worker Audery Armstrong said; o well. how professinal is that.. id say not at all who wants people to suffer i belive she will be attending the pits of hell i am a christan. and i do belive she is doing wrong in many ways my family agres and many others my family wouldent even fight for me if they thought i was or did wrong my family is verry christan they are putting false allagations on me they say they have people going on the stand against me well pff i dint do anyhting and whos going on the stand… the dad well hes sposed to be going to jail for a drinking driving murder feb 12 is his sentencing date and i sure will be there to hopefully watch him go. he is not a good guy he sells drugs he drinks does drugs drinks and drives he left me the day i told him i was pregnant. i am trying to find somewere to live on my own asap. they also put the fact i was agressive on me i was agressive due to the fact i was drinking and doing drugs before i got pregnanti never once did hard drugs or drank alcahol in my pregnancy. i would never do that

i live in vancouver washington and i was taken to court after my daughter was taken at the hospital . In court they also said that i was emotionaly unstable because i was crying i tried my hardest to say something but nothing would come out it was like i went mute, i guess i went into shock . my daughter s dad didnt even have a lawer present in his defense .

Looking for other parents and families that are trying to fight cps and get their kids back. I am a member of Abuse Freedom United and the president and founder of Hope N Faith Ministries.
We have formed a coalition to file a class action law suit against these government agencies who are gaining money from all of our suffering.
