i left my abusive cheating husband 6 wks after he came out of jail. i left with 4 yr old daughter-he forced himself on my sexually with her half asleep in the bed… i left to clear my head our sons there at our home..3 days later he had a girl in ourhome sleeping in our bed (he was NOT cheating though) divorce took over a year and half, he kept changing lawyers…my lawyer (legal aid) told me the boys had to stay with him??? the divorce took too long and judge was not moving them from the home. now 3 yrs later he still has not abided financial court divorce orders and still is playing games with justice system. he turned our boys against me…over the 3 yrs each boy came to live with me over a period of time, they are now 21 19 17 but their behavior and disrespect for woman, and me is just like he has alwasy treated me. sometimes i wonder should i have stayed and put up with it????

Akuas Keiki is Hawaiian for God’s Child.I’m a survivor of Parental Alienation, having been kept from my father for ten years by my biological mother who has repeated her sick pattern by using the courts to Legally Kidnap my children from me. She has had them for 7 years and is using the exact same tactics on my children as she used on my brother and I growing up. I was reunited with my father at the age of 19 and in December 2008, We had our first holidays together in 32 years. We have our bumps in the road, but he is absolutely every bit of the man I knew him to be in my heart all those years away from him. Thankfully, many of my biological mothers tactics are not working as well on my children as they did on my brother who still does not have a relationship with my dad due to his still believing the lies and brainwashing. I shall forever continue to educate parents, children and families about the truths of Parental Alienation/Hostile Aggressive Parenting and our need for a change in the Family Court of Injustice. It’s not just noncustodial parents that deal with this stuff. I’m a custodial parent with 3 kids and the noncustodial parent has filed a very false cps report against me and is trying to brainwash the kids against me. I have never interfered with my kids’ relationship with their father and have actually encouraged and supported it. He is free to see the kids at any time not only on his court ordered days and has chosen NOT to see them more. He has a history of nonsupport. I am now battling cps and I hope it will be over soon! I feel for anyone custodial or noncustodial that has to deal with a false report like this.

John, all you can do is go to court again – and if you know what state your child is in, that’s the state to do it. If you have visitation rights your ex is in violation of a court order.

Is there any help for non-custodial parents?

I spent all of my salary, lost my home, my job and everything I have from my car to my possessions and even my child.

It has been 1 1/2 years since my ex divorced me and over a year since I have seen my child.

He was kidnapped by my ex’s married boyfriend and taken out of state before any custody hearings.

Any advice to a father that has almost given up on ever seeing his baby son again?

Robert, caseworker immunity isn’t a given. There have been court cases that resulted in judgments against caseworkers.

Of course they would like you to think that and I’ve heard it from the lips of a caseworker who tried to tell me she couldn’t be sued. (Not true.)

Brittany, this is happening all too often and CPS has carte blanche when it comes to doing what they want. (meaning a blank check to do with what ever they want).

Often children are taken OUT OF STABLE LOVING HOMES, and put INTO ABUSIVE HOMES in the disguise of what is called “the best interest of the child”. The truth is that these workers have employment with “absolute immunity” from any prosecution or law suit and can do what they want, when they want with NO one to answer to. I am trying to put together several groups who’s only purpose will be to change the laws as well as remove the immunity of those that are not obeying our laws.

Hi my name is Brittany Bishop i am 20 years old i lost my 3 kid’s to cps because of my aunt’s doin they took my middle son ty jr. and my youngest my daughter deja from me stright from the hospital i didnt get the chance to even take my baby’s home and my oldest josh he was 3 year’s old it hurt’s me to this day because they cps told me i havent done enoghe that is why i didnt have my kid’s it kill’s me every day to know i have a 6 year old josh a 3 year old tyrone jr and a 2 year old of tommorow that i cant see talk to play with or even hold them to let them know everthing is going to b ok i know where my boy’s are the adopted mom talk’s to me some times but the foster parent’s of my daughter wont call me or nothin after the fact is they prommised me i could b in her life all i ever want is my kid’s i would give up anything just to beable to hugg n kiss then n to let them know everything will b ok. yet we have ppl in this world killing n abandoning there kid’s sellen them all kind of crazy thing’s but because my aunt got me locked up n ran w my oldest to arazonia i have to pay n my kids have to pay for it all i ever did was love my kid’s n wanna b there the cps is so screwed up they dnt try n work with u all they try n do is make a pay check we dnt matter our kid’s feeling’s and thought’s dont matter there pay check is what matter’s i was tricked into sighning my right’s over into beliving if i didnt i would never see or hear amout my kid’s ever again but still my kid’s are not here …..why??i dnt beat my kid’s heck i dnt even whipp my kid’s my husband the youngest 2′s father who i have been w 4 6 year’s work’s and provides for his family but not good enough it aint a 5 star resort…but at the end only god can judge and they will get a fair trile unlike they have gave parent’s like me
