Child Protective Services laws and agencies are abusive to families and children. This site provides support and information to parents falsely accused of child abuse by Child Protective Services. FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.
Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods. Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments. Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache. Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane. Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds. CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them. Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear. It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change. Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

American Family Warfare Prayer
Father, we thank and praise you for giving us your power and authority over all principalities, all powers, and rulers of the darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places.
We plead the blood of Jesus over the American family as they engage in the battle with CPS over their children for protection and stand in victory in the cases brought against American families before they even end.
We come against Satan in all of his nature and character: the adversary, the thief, the murderer and the father of lies, the deceiver, the angle of light, the prince of this world, the prince and power of the air and god of this world and all those who war against our family and other families in Family Court Systems here in America.
We claim this Battle that American families are engaged in with Family Courts here in America a victory upon this day, in the name of Jesus. Father your word says that we will possess all the ground upon which the sole of our heels treads on, that we are over comers and more than conquerors. You’ve given us the nations as our inheritance.
We come against these spirits to be named and command them to be bound in the name of Jesus Christ:
Spirits of lack, Spirits of confusion, Spirits of destruction, Spirits of deception, Spirits of corruption, (others to be named as perceived.)
We ask the Holy Spirit to convict the DJO, the Guardian Ad Litem, the Lawyers, all CPS workers, Judges and all others involved in these cases to see the need to return children to their God-given families with their Fathers and Mothers.
We charge the ministering angles to bring the warring angels to war against those spirits, which cause DJO, the Guardian Ad Litem, the Lawyers, all CPS workers, Judges and all others involved in these cases to do iniquity, wickedness and who bring destruction against the American family.
We ask for an open Heaven, so that signs, wonders and miracles can take place in behalf of our hurting family here in America.
Father, we pray for peace and love of God to flow before us to every place where the sole of our foot treads and to every person with whom we come in contact with those who are detaining American children from their loving parents.
I charge the ministering angels to put a guard on the mouths of American parents, that they would only say those things, which would defend and set their family free of these corrupt family court system, which would bring glory to you, God.
Amen.

That was a beautiful prayer! Thank you for it. My case with cps has recently been closed, my children returned and victory for GOD!! I pray for all those who are still in the snares of CPS and for all those who will be in the future. I have recently been contacted by an attorney interested in reviewing my case for lawsuit. I pray that if it be God’s will that we will have our day in court. We are going to put CPS in the hot seats and hopefully new orders will be made by the judges to make easier for other suffering families. If this be God’s will in the name of Jesus, Amen!

I just read back through for my previous posts to see if any put in a response. I found that you had prayed for us Linda, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Our fight with these monsters is over. I don’t have a feeling of sweet victory and relief though. I feel terrified that what if they come knocking on my door again! I am so thankful it is over. I hope this feeling will go away soon! Thanks for your prayers. I will continue to speak out and seek help in holding these sickos accountable for what they did to us. Hugs and prayers allways to all who are being hurt, been hurting, and will hurt in the future by this EVIL!

Please keep my family in your prayers. We have been falsley accused of abusing our three boys, and even though our boys told the case worker that it was not true(they talked to the children without our knowledge), they are still investigatiing us. All of this because my 15 year old son made a comment to someone that he was going to get his butt kicked for something he did wrong. My children are great kids and my 15 year old is blamming him self for all of this upset. You even have to watch your figures of speach these days. God please help us through this.

I am trying to figure out how to post a prayer request as I just found this website. My 6 week old grandson was taken 12/13/09 by DHS/Child Welfare in Oregon and is still being held. I am encouraged to see postings that others have prevailed against these evil, lying, conniving people.

I’m putting you on my prayer list, Patricia. I hope your son will be willing to see you when he’s eighteen. I was non-custodial parent to two of my children. The older one was willing to see me when she was eighteen but I could tell that in a way, she was afraid too. It was the younger of the two girls who refused to talk to me, and now, eleven years later, still refuses. I stay in contact with my oldest daughter.

My husband has been accused of hurting one of our 4 children. CPS took all of the children away from us and now are telling me the only way I will ever get my children back home with me is to leave my husband. They will not even concider the possiability that she had an accident and that no one hurt her. I am also nine months pregnant and they tell me they plan on removeing the baby as soon as she is born as well. We can use everyone prayers that all of our children our safely returned home, that they know that they are loved.

Hi, I am dealing with CPS and have been since March of last year. My kids are Abby 11, Anna 9, Gage 8 and Gavin 3. I need prayers that I will finally be able to get them back home. I could say that finally CPS is working with me, but it took for my husband to make a confession that he was the cause of our son who passed away six days old. Then they finally know I am telling the truth about what he was doing, but in their eyes I am emotionally unstable so I am trying to prove to them that I am not. I have been through three counselors before the one i finally am with and finally someone who knows what she is doing. I am having trouble with the major part of this of finding a place that I can afford to rent, since I just started a job and am looking for a second job. So if anyone has advice for cheap housing in southern California, please let me know. Also please keep my kids in your prayers because they are the ones who have been through enough.

If an infant is still diagnosed( with the same cause that cps took her under) a week&1/2 later in foster home; Shouldn’t that foster home be under cps investigation!?!?!?!?
Comment by Larry & Courtney — January 23, 2010 @ 8:07 am
Please pray for Larry & Courtney (parents) Hanna (5yr old big sister) & Emma 1 & 1/2 mo old. Emma was kidnapped by cps from the hospital. First court hearing is Tues 26 in Tucson AZ
Comment by Larry & Courtney — January 23, 2010 @ 8:09 am
Hi, Linda and any concerned readers.
My prayer request is for my daughter C. to regain custody of her four-year-old son. This precious child was taken by CPS and placed in foster care when his father was arrested in late August, 2009 (felony sex charges). C. had only joint custody, due to the complete mismanagement of her case by the courts after she was in a domestic violence shelter with the baby. Initially, in that instance, she had lost all custody rights, but over time, she was granted joint custody. Following this change, that poor child got trundled back and forth a couple of times every week, and the dad still had the majority of time with him. Since my grandson was with his dad at the time of the arrest, CPS took him into immediate custody and did not even allow the child to be brought where he should have been–with his mother and with us (she has been living with us since leaving the shelter in July, 2006). We need all the prayer support we can get. While my daughter has USUALLY been able to have her visits as scheduled with her son, my husband and I keep calling the caseworker about a confirmed time for our visits, and not getting any definite answers. We have been allowed to see him once a month at the CPS office since he has been in foster care, but nothing is on the books as “our time”. C. has been through several hearings, has attended all of the required classes, and done everything else she has been given notice as being a requirement. At one point in November, she was told she could likely have her baby back within a few weeks, and at the next hearing ten days later, she was told that could not happen yet, due to some concerns by the “observer” sent to our home and to one of the visits my husband and I had jointly with our daughter and with our grandson. Our home is small, but reasonably clean, and it is a place where everyone is loved and valued. In watching my daughter with her son, the observer concluded that our daughter showed indifference to the baby, and that is a LIE. It is our grandson, instead, who has seemed like a total stranger when the visits are restricted to the designated playrooms at the CPS office. Also, there was a concern that [the child] could not be released to us until all of the members of our family have live-screen. No problem! Every time we tried to find out when we could be scheduled, we were put off. The next hearing is not even scheduled until May, and we are totally bewildered. Besides praying unrelentingly, all I want to do is file a complaint about the cops, CPS, and the Family Courts, but with whom? I wrote so many letters and made so many phone calls in the months after my grandbaby was turned over to his father and paternal grandparents In July, 2006, all it accomplished was seemingly nothing. Hope has been ignited for awhile, and then dashed to pieces. My apologies if this is the wrong place to be venting in this way. How I wish we could meet other families in our area who have had SUCCESS stories. God bless, comfort, and strengthen every one who struggles, along with our family, to see the unconscionable wrongs done against the most innocent and vulnerable, overturned and brought down forever. Thank you.

Larry and Courtney (and Hanna and Emma) – you are on my prayer list for the next thirty days. Please post again if you need more prayers after that. Hoping for the best…

Linda D, you and your family will be on my prayer list for the next thirty days. I’m hoping for the best for you. Seems like a state administrative hearing might be something you could consider. Please join us on the FightCPS Message Board Forum for more feedback on your case. (Note: I deleted your daughter’s and grandchild’s names… and your last name. I don’t want the caseworker to find and copy this, and use it against you in court.)

Thanks so much for this offer, Lerenzo! I hope lots of people learn to sue CPS and fight for their rights. The system and caseworkers need fiscal punishment to stop the kidnappings under color of law.
