Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache. Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane. Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds. CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them. Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear. It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change. I need a good lawyer to help bring my daughter back home. The DSS/CPS in Orange Va. is corrupt, the court appt. attornies are working with DSS not me. Everything my lawyer has recomended I have done. I feel that has been my biggest mistake, at the time I did not know. All I wanted was to get my daughter back, which DSS took her when I went to them for help. I need a lawyer to fight back, I have an appeal comming up that my lawyer keeps telling me to drop. At this time DSS has taken my daughter for a second time. I feel with the right attorinty thier could be hope. At this time DSS is telling me I am through, I have no maor chances they are looking to place my daughter with family ar adopition. DSS keeps repeating adopition, they have refused my family any rights. This DSS/CPS has made several false allegations, without proff. DSS/CPS os out of control torturing us, making me jump through hoops for nothing, always comming back to hear more lies from them. I have never had the chance to defend myself at any time. The Judge always does what ever DSS/CPS tells them to do abd request. I don’t have a chance. We need Justice. Instead of this case being about my daughter and protecting her, its been more about how far they can push me hoping I will give up. Allot of their requests for me are three times more then for the father. That is the reason why we are here in the first place. Their needs to be justice for the innocent. I have never done anything wrong towards my daughter in anyway. I also have two sons who are not involved in this case. Please if you have compasion, and care about family for truth, please contact me. DSS/CPS in this small town has railroaded me over and over again. They have no right. Please help me stop them, so I can reunite my family back together. Enough damange has been caused to her by DSS/CPS. They have done nothing for me daughter but tear her apart, she is only 6years old. All this BS started when she was five. My daugter and her brothers are being destroyed by the same system that is supposed to protect them. DSS/CPS has shattered our family in a thousand pieces. I love my children and have done everything possible to put back to gether, then I see what I felt was so true. It is not me it is the system who is corrupt, who will destroy you if they can, with no reguards.

I am writing out of desperation for advice and help. I have been duped by the CPS of California. I have been told nothing but lies by the various caseworkers. They pretend to have my 7 y/o baby girls interest in mind, but that is absolutely not the case with me. I have a personal injury attorney that agreed to take my case against CPS and if he could have the case my husband has against Kmart worth between 1/2 million dollars and 1 million dollars. Great ambulance chaser but he ignores me and my daughter and our case as CPS is trying to now adopt out my daughter. My friend martin is trying to help me find help and resources and suggested i post on hear. My husband has no income as the atty. doesn’t want him to work. meaning more dollars for him. I am disabled with a phych. disorder but is treated with medicatiion. We have jumped all the hoops and loops. I don’t have money but can pay for services in payments or write up a legal agreement for payment upon settlement by Sears/Kmart that gouged is eye and dragged him displacing his retina. All of the Kmart incident is a case of mistaken identity and untrained security personnel. Any help, ideas, anything at all would be so appreciated. Prayers accepted too. Thanks Gee-na

I am in need of legal advice for a false allegation agaist me brought on by my step-daughter and her mother and CPS. I was violently attacked by my 200lb. step-daughter in my home and had no choice but to defend myself agaist her. Now I am being told by CPS I am the abuser. We have a God fearing loving home for our children and need help in what our rights are and options are in this case. Thank You

In July of 08 I took my then 14 mo old daughter to the hospital. She hurt her leg when her older (5yr old) brother fell off the bed and landed on her. They took x-rays and found a fracture. I waited for them to treat my daughter for over 5 hours befor being told that cps would be coming to talk to me about my daughters injurys. I was upset because this hospital had done nothing to help my daughter in all this time and now I was being accused of hurting her. I left the hospital, picked up my husband who left our other five children with friends and we went to the next closest hospital to try again to recieve care for her leg. Before long cps and seven police cars came to the hospital. They said if we didn’t tell them where our other childern were they would take our daughter.They kicked my husband out of the room and tryed to take my baby. I then told them what they wanted to know and without our knowledge or consent they went and interigated our other five kids. They made us consent to a home invasions and made us sign a safty plan. After leaving the hospital with our daughter we desided that we could not take chances with these people. We packed up and left the state that very night. They got a judge to file a warrant and there was a nation wide search for us. The police spotted me in massacusets walking to church one morning(nov. 9, 08) with my daughter. They cuffed me and took me and daughter to the police station. It took about 8 hours for cps to arrive. It took about 5 officers to violently pull my daughter from my arms. She was deported to ny where they put her in foster care and forced x-rays. The court made us bring our other children to court. They gave our baby back and made us consent to cps invations for a year.It was a long three day without our daughter. We are also glad to see the end of the year.

i am in need of help, i live in ohio. my son was sexually abused by his biological mother at a very young age for a number of years. about 2 yrs ago he started having very bad sexual regression towards females. we went to clermont county cps to get him the help he needed. because has taken more than the time alotted by cps’s guidlines they are trying to take permanant custody of my son. they have fed me lies after lies. my wife and i have a total of 7 children 6 girls and 1 son which is the one they are trying to take. they also know that we do not have the money to fight them. i am slowly losing my mind over this. can anyone please offer some advise or help?????

I need help fast, CPS has no intentions to do anything but adopt my grandson out. They have done more then just lie. They create their own saga at our exspense. My grandson has had a black eye bruises on his neck. They tell us it hasn’t been determined how he got them. I have been told I have no Grandparent Rights. Family has called in to have baby placed with them and cPS has never called them nor Aknowledged the request PERIOD! THEY FROM THE START TOLD US THEY WOULD ONLY ADOPT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE SERVICES DUE TO MADE UP LIES AND THE MISCONDUCT AND POWER OVER US AND OUR CHILDREN> WE DON”T GET TO SAY NOTHING< They don’t submit reports when It prooves That what they require is in fact accomplished nor do they report the abuse being done to my grandchild while in their placement. HELP! HELP! ASAP PLEASE

First of all I began fighting an interstate case against my childs father in California after he lost him to the state when he was arrested for drug trafficking. I live in Kentucky. I had no involvement with my sons father. I won my case after 2 years of jumping through hoops.
The CPS here in Kentucky came to my home and made certain that it was a safe environment for my son to live in, then they continued to come to the home for another year to check up on us and all was fine.
I am bipolar and had a problem with my medication and became somewhat confused. My sister took me and my child from my home and moved us into her home. Although her intentions were good, her involvement cost me the loss of my son once again, as she made me leave and kept my son. To me this is equivalent to kidnapping.
I have since gotten all my doctors appointments and medications straightened out and am quite ready to battle the system once again, as I aready know this can be done.
The court has given me a court appointed attorney, but as many others realize they do not work to the Best interests of the client.
Can someone direct me to a lawyer that will fight this case WITH me?

My ex sister in law named Valerie Windsor (Denville, NJ) made a false accusation against me stating I once told her “God is telling me to kill my children”. What I really said was that I sometimes regret bringing innocent children into this world. She cannot have children of her own. I gave custody of the kids to my ex during the divorce. I did not ask for spousal support, alimony, damages from battering, etc. I only wanted to get away from him and try to get my life together. He was arrested for heroin and drug use (Louis Ventre, New Jersey) and the state of NJ intervened to take the kids but when I tried to regain custody his sister made the false accusation so she could have “kids of her own”. I never got to confront her false accusation in court. I did not find out until afterward what she said. That was a 4th ammendment violation. There is a very good book on this subject titled Other People’s Children that can be checked out at the library. I need a lawyer to defend my 4th ammendment rights. The state of California is now after me for $47,000 in back child support. I do not have the money. I can barely keep a roof over my head. I absolutely adored my kids. I am attempting to have an illustrated children’s book published on their behalf. These false accusations by a government agency without providing an attorney for defense is destroying so many lives.

hi i can help with some of these issues as i am fighting them myself. i am not an attorney but i have learned you dont need to be to beat them at their own game. i have been fighting them now for 6 mon but its not just them im fighting its the courts to.so i went over their heads and contacted the suprime courts case mgt dept and my county commishineers office. within 2 days of contacting these 2 levals of authority they have started returning my children. what i found to work is getting into their face and not backing down you are the parents stand up and fight back no matter what they tell you after all who are they. they will use all sorts of intimidation tacktics to make you feel threatened but dont back down no matter what.take the upperhand by going over their heads. my goal is to see that all children are protected from the true abusers. the state.if you would like to know more about this please call me at 937-521-1361

id been under cps investigation for many years! harrased by cps and the grant famlly false allegations! they tell my kids lies to turn them against me and now our home has been broken and there no peace at al!leaving the kids confused and disoriented!not to mention that they tell me in front of my kids as well as them wat i can and cannot do in front of them leaving the kids with the upper hand over me!my child now putting her hands on me! I thank CPS FOR THAT!rather than helping me to reinforce the rules they give the kids a num to call them and tell them wats going on! a LIE! to get away with murder!ib been falsely accused with no evidence and its been documented that im a drug addict! I dont even smoke mariguana!im a Home Health Aide for monroe county for 2 years! never had a complaint about abusing the elderly!

My two daughters were taken by DCS in Tennessee after my oldest had left home and moved in with her friends while being very unruly and beligerent at home, refusing to go to school and becoming involved with other delinquent behavior, she was brainwashed and coerced into filing false allegations against her parents and thus caused her younger sister to be placed in foster care with her and put me into a nervous breakdown for which I was hospitalized, meanwhile my wife is being misled and coerced by DCS to sign documents and make statements without benefit of counsel or attorney. I am so lost in trying to fight this mess, and have been out of work due to injuries on the job as well as losing my job and income, I have no idea what to do about this situation please help!

I need a lawyer to fight cps in Harrison County Iowa. This is the 3rd time they have come to my house over false accusations in the past 6 months. The first time was found not confirmed, the second time I submitted a clean ua. My husband refused due to beliefs on rights. This time they wont let us take a test. They found nothing wrong in my home nothing unsafe or concerning. I am lost. Please help us if you can.

I have a legal question for anyone out there that might have heard of a case………….Can a 14 and 15 year child sue CPS in their state? For being taken from their blood relatives, lied to by the state as to why they were taken? They were taken at the age of 7 and 8, told no one wanted them, then adopted and told other things happened to them and that is why they were taken and now they know it was a LIE and now they want to bring civil case against CPS. They do not want to live with adopted family and want to come home to there blood relatives? Has any one ever heard of such a thing? And if so do they have a chance? They can prove the lie now that they are older.

My son is desperately in need of a central FL dependency attorney. Court appointed appeared to be working with “them” instead of in the best interest of the child.
Private attorney who has an accident case of his offered assistance and to take payment from the accident case. He is not a dependency attorney and to date, has done nothing (probably more from lack of knowledge). The one thing he has now done is motioned to withdraw because he has not bothered to speak with anyone or take a call in months despite being left verbal messages and receiving written request for contact. He was written to in July about all that has been going on (the falsehoods, lost documents, DCF failure to provide documents, etc. etc.) and specifically requeested to allow independent evaluations to obtain pure and accurate evaluations – his office kept sayign they still had not received any referrals. He never contacted anyone and ignored that request; set up an appointment anyway and still never spoke to my son about anythign. My son, respectfully explained to the gentleman why he wanted independent evaluation and also asked him outright if he was part of the department. He stated that he was, but he understood his concerns and fears. For weeks prior to meeting with him, no contact with the attorney, only reassurance by his staff that this man was independent and that they had no referrals to send to us (how could they secure this man with no referrals?). For over 8 months my son asked for these referrals and was lied about in court when they were never furnished. During these 8 months, as his Power of Arttorney, I also tried to obtain copies to provide to the doctors we had found and despite numerous requests to the attorneys office, I was told they never received them. Upon trying to get some assistance from the DCF legal office because nobody takes a call or returns a call at any level -she promptly accused my family and I of ringing her phone off the hook – but, did nothing to obtain the delayed paperwork from the caseworker or GAL who ignored the attorney and us for months. Subsequent to the last court date, the casewroker provided documents dated 2 weeks prior to that date which he never revealed (instead telling the court once again that my son was refusing to comply; never a mention of 8 months of them not doing their jobs. The attorneys office then told us that the caseworker said they were too old andhe needed to provide new ones. We have requested copies or that the attorney’s office direclty provide copies to the doctors wehav ehad waiting for months to no avail. Now the attorney is withdrawing because of alleged ireconciailable differences but hsi staff advised because they took so much time to schedule this evaluation and then my son refused to proceed—totally ridiculous since they knew he wanted and had connected with other doctors—and they also kept tellinghimt here was no conneection to the department and the man himself told my son there was. He is now being abandoned after his child has already been whisked out of state into a potentially unsafe situation immediately follwoing a court hearing wherein the case plan he originally refused to sign until is was corrected was proven to be incorrect through validating police reports and admission of the real perpetrator.They ascribed the domestic violence of his ex-wife to him and wanted him to sign it anyway – he refused and asked them to correct the errors. Immediately after proving the errors and the admission of his ex, they sent the child to NYC with her, not even allowing a goodby or anything.
Since sending her, NYC has advised that they got the child, but absolutely no paperwork from FL and cannot enforce contact because they have nothing to enforce. The NYC casewroker stated that their calls and efforts go unanswered just like our have been. They cannot obtain contact and even written contact has yielded no response from FL. Now, after 3 months of wasted time and no contact, the ex has no telephone at all. My son did ask her if he could mail through her to assure his daughter received things in the mail and shehas agreed,
To me, this seems like a collusive chain without any regard for the welfare of this child and a definite vendetta or similar intent to separate this child from my son at all efforts and expenses – mainly th echild. The ex-wife had abandoned the child for th efourth (4th time 2 years ago and has made no effort to have any contact or acknowledge any ocassion, like her birthday or Christmas. After not seeing her for 2 years and having left after burnign my son with cigarettes and having a destructive fit in front of this child – and not talking when my son tried to have the child call her during those 2 years – she is suddenly there – no phone and contact and the attorney is abandoning him. Please, anyone who can assit in Florida, please contact us.

I am suer we are not the only ones in such a crisis and situation, but every person who gets one step closer to finding some assistance and jsutice is a precedent and help for all the others.

Hi 26yr old female.Im getting ready to go to court on Dec 4th 2009 over really nothing! False alligations because one Cps worker has it in for me and even began cussing in front of me and my 6 month old baby. I have lots of family members as a support system. My mother knew they were going to close my case so she called them back up out of fear to tell them about a guy I had been spending my time with. They pulled his record and found out that he does have a record. My son has never been around this man. He has been on a safety plan since he was born and the whole case the first time was based off of hearsay. I know in my heart that if they have someone see me with my child they will see how bonded he is with me. It sickens me just how bad CPS is. I think I have a lawyer who will somewhat fight for me,but I’m going to try to do my own leg work too. We need to all band together. His great-grandmother of 62 has him. Can they rule her unfit? I just want my baby fully back without cps in my life. If I did not have family he would be in foster care. My heart goes out to mostly all the mothers and fathers who have no families to help who really love their children and thats their reason to get up every morning yet cps has taken them wrongfully away. Tomorrow I take my son to a mommy and me gymnastics class. Ha if cps only knew. Oh but I think they do. Their pleasure is our unhappiness and misery. I have had DHS called on me since i was 14. They even told me they would take my daughter away when I was pregnant with her at 15. I am now 27 an I have had them come over to my house 3 times now in the past 4 years. All have been accusations of drugs. The last time they were called I voluntarily took a drug test, as so did their father. We came back negative. This time a worker came into my home two weeks ago and told me that I needed to admit to using drugs. I told him Ionly tried them at parties withoutmy children present, nor did I ever care for them while under the influence of any drug. He then told me if Ididnt sign a paper stating that my sister could watch them until I Did a drug testthat I would go to jail for not cooperating. So I signed it. My boyfriend came home to find his children gone. Dhs never contacted me or attempted to return two of my phone calls. I had an online volunteer attorny tell me not to be around my kids while they with my sister because she was afraid of more false accusations. I nor their father have seen them for almost two weeks. Today we got papers in the mail saying all three boys were china. We have a 6 yearold a 4 yearol and a3 yearold. They have never been away from us for longer than two nights. We are heartbroken and confused. I was told to get a drug evaluation. My boyfriend was told to do one and the kids could come home. Then this happens after being in the dark for two weeks I dont do drugs and my kids were stolen from me. Is this right to do to someone over annonomys calls from the same enemies. someone pleaese help us. We cant even find an attorney.

I currently have an attorney who is working on my case. However, due to the nature of this case, my attorney has expressed that he has no experience and does not know any other attorney who has argued this kind of case. I am a grandparent who took temporary custody of a grandchild when her mother’s parental rights were being terminated. I was asked if I would be willing to do familial foster care for this grandchild and agreed to do so. My home was inspected and all paperwork was completed
When we went to court to finalize the change of residence and custody, which was in a different state than where I live, I was shocked to find that I was being given temporary custody as opposed to familial fostership. At this point it was too late as far as I was concerned to stand up and protest and go through the entire process again unless I wanted my grandchild to remain in foster care.
My understanding from CPS at this point was that my daughter would regain custody of her daughter as soon as she completed her parenting plan, and that this would be a temporary arrangement. After many months my daughter still had not completed her parenting plan and I began talking with CPS about what my options were if she never completed her plan.
I spoke with my daughter about what would be happening if she did not complete her plan, i.e., placing her back with her foster parents who loved her and who she had lived with for over a year, placing her with her paternal grandparents, or giving her back to her father, or giving her back to the custody of CPS. When I began pressuring my daughter to complete her plan, she and her boyfriend began to methodically harass, threaten, and cause me and my family a great deal of pain and problems that are too numerous to mention in this format. At this point I felt as if I had no other option but to return my grandchild to CPS so that she could live with her paternal family, or be placed in her former foster home. I later found that my granddaughter’s father and his parents were deemed unsuitable guardians.
I did however; go through all of the legal steps to try to have my grandchild returned to her mother, i.e., talking with CPS, petitioning the court for change of custody, etc. I was told by the court and CPS that they would not return my grandchild to her mother so I asked CPS to take custody of my granddaughter. Two weeks after I returned my granddaughter to CPS she was returned to her mother, even though I had been told by DCS, and by the court, that this would not be an option.
Shortly thereafter I received a letter telling me that I had been “indicated” for child abuse. I did not know what this meant, but shortly thereafter, after much research and speaking with DCS, found that this indication was an “in house” indication that would prevent me from ever working in any capacity with children again for any agency that would run my name through the DCS database.
I immediately hired an attorney and have been through all of the appeal process through DCS, and am now going to be heard in the local court system. I intend to take this to the Supreme Court if necessary. My concern is that my attorney admittedly has no experience with this kind of case and after speaking with his colleagues is no more knowledgeable than he was when he first took my case.
I should also say that I adopted one of my daughter’s other children at birth, who is now 18 years old, and I have 4 other children who are grown and have been living on their own for many years, so it is not as if I am a young woman who was in any way prepared for raising a young child, and did not think – which was reinforced be DCS- that this would be a long term arrangement.
I love my grandchildren dearly, but could not withstand the abuse my family was submitted to at the hands of my daughter and her sociopath boyfriend. Anyone who has been involved in this case, which includes teachers, principals, police officers, friends, other family members, their landlords and employers, and so on and so on, have experiences their abuse and outlandish behavior of the boyfriend and have nothing but negative things to say about him.
I was told by CPS, “Why didn’t you get an order of protection?” This sounds easy, but my daughter had recently had another baby that I knew I would never get to see, and I knew that this would not stop her boyfriend from his continued abuse of our family, and sincerely felt it would only enrage him and encourage his sociopathic/narcissistic behaviors.
I am looking for an attorney who is an expert in CPS litigation; even if it is only in a consulting capacity so that my attorney can better represent me. I am currently in a graduate program where I will be asked about my moral character when seeking licensure and am afraid that this “indication” will prevent me from becoming licensed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Teresa, do you have a court date set? They will appoint an attorney there… but be certain not to admit to false charges; in general it is recommended to request a full trial and make the caseworkers prove their case. You need to collect evidence in your favor and write your own legal documents.

I am looking for a lawyer to file a civil lawsuit against CPS and a Therapist. I have VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDED every visit from pick up to drop off on a continuosly recording 4 camera DVR and can prove 100% that the allagations that CPS and this therapist are not only fabricated but that they have conspired to set me up as a abuser. I have already filed a claim against the County of San Bernardino and have two expert witnesses. One is a well known 730 evaluator and has viewed the video and written a report that comfirms that no abuse has occured. The other is a former CPS supervisor, custody evaluator and weekend Judge. He has said that in his 20 years at CPS he has never seen a case like this and is willing to testify. CPS has fabricated, lied, misrepresented evidence, and omitted exculpatory evidence. This is a great case to expose the system and I am looking for a aggresive attorney to make it happen. I also have kept a 600 page journal to document every visit and taken 1200 still pictures to cross referance the video and audio to prove everything.

We have had 5 children taken from school on Friday. we sent them there and told them we would see them when they got home, but they never did! CPS KIDNAPPED THEM FROM SCHOOL ! whats worse is they never told us, here we were waiting for the bus to bring us our babies and after nearly 45 mins of wondering why they were running so late we called the school and they told us to contact CPS.
We are supposed to see them on Wednesday but only the four younger ones, the oldest 8 years old was put into a Psych Ward because he has “ISSUES” according to CPS. OF COURSE HE HAS ISSUES! all he wants is to go home to mommy and daddy and they wont even let us talk to him!?!?!?!?!?

Looking for help with CPS in kentucky.. they have already found my ex wife guilty of abuse towards my daughter i have done everything they have asked me to do even moved across the country back to this state to fight the get her out of foster care, the more i fought it seemed the harder they tried to push her back with her mother, he mother has constanly allowed abuse to her and then threathens her with harm if she speaks of it, my daughter has told the social workers this, i have sent in series of pictures of bruises from what appears to be belt marks, and yet they are doing nothing, it seems this state is more worried about reunification than protecting my daughter, even after she cried not to go back to her mother. i have filed time after time to try to have her removed and placed with me, but how is a father able to protect his daughter when the state continues to tie my hands, not to mention the mother just recently ran off with her and is now no wheres to be found, just a week after telling the judge she had no plans to go anywhere, and is under a court order not to move out of the county with out permission from the court, now my daughter is gone, she refuses me to see her or talk to her, and my home has already been found by the state to be a better fit, but yet they are not willing to put her with me, i have 5 children i raise at home all in her age range. is it because i am a man? and this state wonders why it is ranked highest in child deaths due to abuse and neglect.. Can someone please help!!

System Needs To Be Shaken Up
I have been representing myself “sui juris” in a CPS case in Northern California (Butte County). My two children (9 and 11) were taken by the police without warrant after an unlawful arrest of the mother (that is myself) on Sept. 22, 2009. Since fighting, CPS (they call themselves CSD here) have doubled their normal efforts to fight me. One lawyer told me he has never seen a file so thick and full of non essentials and overloaded with heresay and basically anything they could throw at me. . . .They are frightened of the lawsuit they know is coming at them. But I do need help. This case is too much for me. I am an investigative reporter – not a lawyer. This college-educated, highly intellegent and fairly well connected, older Mom is NOT what they wanted to tangle with. I am asking WAY too many questions and have requested an abundance of discovery (ALL of which has been blocked in unconstitutional, illegal, (both in terms of local and state rules of court) fashions. I have even uncovered one document (a medical release form) that they had to forge my signature on (actually it appears they cut and pasted my signature on a different document. They could conceivably have me “sign” anything! All the court-appointed shills do is say, “just do what they say and you will get your children back – in six, nine or twelve months. They tell me that it is not in their interest (since they are paid by the county) to rock the boat or tick the judge off by making the disputed juris hearing go on too long and cost too much money. No! I can prove – if given a chance – that none of the charges are provable. I just need a lawyer who wants to make a name for him or her self and take this one all the way. I intend to follow with a HIPAA violation action and a federal 1983 Federal suit. Can someone please call me at 530.896.1298? ASAP. My juris is up next week.

I have worked and advocated for children my whole life. I have to say I am not going to hide the fact that I discipline my children. I am not violent nor am I abusive. I have been found reason to be neglectful supervision of my boys because I went out drinking with a girlfriend and when I returned home my husband pulled a gun and threatened to shoot me. This ruling will keep me from working and pursuing my work with juvenile delinquents. I love special ed children and feel a calling to help them. Please help me clear my name that was based on multiple lies told by the CPS workers themselves and their personal opinions.
