Paul put into Prison for molesting two daughters.

Justin was murdered by his adopted brother Steven.

Paul and Steven are reporting abuse, and that Kody is locked in the basement room, the lock is on the outside of the door, with just a mattress an d a blanket, Joshua put chicken wire on the window to prevent him from getting out.

Steven is says they get hit with belts, yelled at, slapped, emotionaly abused.

Food is with held, they are not allowed to get food on their own.

The kids were locked outside of the house in November on a chilly day because donuts came up missing from the refridgerator. All the kids were outside crying except for Steven, and Jessica says that is when she knew who stole the donuts.

They have reported, having to sleep outside on the patio.

Paul reports that after Kody had open back surgery, Kody was forced to sleep on the floor in front of the sliding glass door, in the home on 10.5 Mile in Sanford, MI.

Paul reports Jessica would yell at Kody for crying due to the pain of the surgery.

Kody was forced to be outside on the back patio of the home on 10.5 Mile in Sanford, MI because he had an accident in his pants. While he was forced to be outside, it was at night time Kody was tanted by Joshua and his siblings that their were cyotes out there that were going to get him. Kody was banging on the sliding patio doors, begging and crying to come in.

Paul also reports, Kody was taken outside when he had an accident in his pants, and was hosed down in cold weather.

Paul also reports, that Kody was hiding food in a dog kennel that was located in the back of the property on 5180 W. McNally in Coleman MI.

Steven reports they have been hit with belts, forced to stand in the corner for long periods of time. Items were thrown at them, he’s been kicked, slapped.

Four of the boys, Paul, Justin, Kody, Steven have all ran away from this home.

Kody reported child abuse within the first few months of being placed in Jessica’s home.

Jessica ridiculed the children while on a school field trip to another parent that was on the trip, told this parent confidential information about the kids she has from foster care.

Several reports to CPS were made by the friends of Steven and Justin who they confided in about the abuse.

Matthew Bass saw a large mark on Stevens back while playing basketball at Jefferson Middle School in Midland, MI. This could have been from being hit with a belt.

A witness by the name of Brooke and Gene San Miguel went over to Jessica’s home, so that their daughter could play with Jessica’s daughters. While there, Jessica lined the boys up in a line, told Brooke who all the kids were. Jessica then told Brooke and Gene all about the boy’s family background and why they were there. She told Brooke and Gene while the kids were lined up, which one had different fathers. After that Kody was made to go back downstairs, and the boys were told to keep Kody downstairs that Kody was not allowed upstairs. This was all witnessed by Brooke and Gene San Miguel.

Brooke had the boy’s over to her house on a play date for her daughter with Jessica’s daughters, and Jessica made the boy’s go to a separate room, while her daughters played with Brooks daughter. The boys were not allowed to make a sound, or ask to go to the bathroom, or accept anything to eat or drink. Brooke offered them pop and snacks and the boys were not allowed to have it.

Jessica would talk about the boy’s and their medical conditions, how much money she get’s from the state for them, and how bad their parents were to parents at softball and soccer games.

Jessica had an underwear exchange program, where the boys had to sniff their underwear in order to get a new pair.

The boys could not have friends over to the house, not allowed to have a cell phone, or be on the internet.

The boys were told that if they ever spoke out about the abuse, the abuse would get worse.

Paul said they were threatened if they wanted to leave the home, the abuse would be greater in another foster home, then what they are getting now.

Justin, our son who was murdered, ran away to his best friend Jacob Moody’s home. Jacob’s father Chad Moody said that Justin had told him of abuse. Justin had ran away to Chad Moody’s home and stayed for over a week, and ran away to Chad Moody’s home on other occasions. Chad said, that Justin had told him what was going on in the home, and that he didn’t take it seriously that he was just a kid. Jessica came to get Justin from Chad’s home, and Chad became concerned for Justin after meeting Jessica.

Steven ran away, and was tracked by his cell phone and made to come home. Police officer Hunt came to get Steven and bring him home. Jessica is friends with officer Hunt, and Benzing. Benzing was the investigator on Justin’s murder case and interviewed Jessica and Joshua Saylor regarding the murder and allegations of abuse.

Steven went to school with brused collar bone, and Kody went to school with a fat lip.

Matthew Bass stated that Steven and Kody would come to school in the same clothes for two to three days in a row.

Mathew Bass stated that Kevin and kody piled up free food to eat at school

The adoptive mother Jessica Pribbernow Saylor and step father Joshua Saylor locked Kody, and Steven in a room in the basement with just a mattress a…nd a blanket. The door to this room was locked from the outside, and chicken wire was put over the window so the boys could not get out. Steven was in this room with Kody for no longer than a month. Kody would have to knock on the door in the middle of the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and his brothers would let him out. Joshua put the chicken wire on the window to keep him from going out that way.

The boys were also locked outside of the home and not allowed back in because donuts came up missing from the refrigerator.No one would admit to it and that all the boys were made to go outside into the cold and when they figured out who did it, they
