Please pray for my attorney, witnesses, and my family. We have two hearings next month the first a CPS hearing on unsubstainiated findings to get the findings ruled out. The second hearing in in reference to my foster care license to be revoked. We have adopted two children through Foster Care. This is a retaliation case against me as an”active and outgoing” Foster Parent. We will pray for all those in need. Thank You and God Bless…..

Carol, to be “heard” in court your daughter needs to write a declaration telling things from her point of view. You can find a sample declaration in the legal document library of this website. She needs to type it up and then give it to her attorney before court. She may also need to write “Objections and Corrections to the Report of the Social Worker” - also in my legal document library here.

Please pray for my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter will have her parental rights taking away soon. she has gone through 3 attoneys and no one will listen to what she had to say. No one has listen to our side of the family. We have made request to spead with a court appt. gal, social worker, etc and no one will speak with us. My daughter has made mistakes,but should not have her paretal rights taking away. In the last 3 years she has turned her life around and has been fighting ever since to talk to her daughter who now has turned 11.

She has been denied phone calls, cannot send any gifts, request for school pictures has been ingnored, she is not inform as to how her daughter is doing in school etc.

My granddaughters extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins, greatgrandmother, grandpartens have been denied any contact what soever.
for 3years. Now it is in the hand of superior court and my daughter will soon lose all parental rights.

This a a case of parental Alientaion!
by the stepmom and father. If anyone knows of a good parental aliientaion attoney in New London Ct. please let me know! We need prayers!!!

I would like to add that my sons mother is being coddled by CPS which in turn is even aiding her in this travesty of further alienation of my son from me.

CPS does not seem to care or have the vision to see what is actually happening in many cases as we are often only another feather in their hats.

Good lord I pray for all parents and children who have fallen victim to this ill conceived child protection service!

I sincerely ask for all prayers as I have fallen victim to false allegations of improperly touching my six year old son.

I don’t know how this came about but can only speculate parental alienation and or munhausen syndrome by proxy.

He lives with his mother and it became quite evident to me months ago that she was beginning to alienate him from me.

I would buy him toys and she would place them in a closet and buy similar yet bigger and better. I would phone him and he would make statements to his mother such as “what do you want me to do mommy hang up on him?” and the like. She literally took ownership of our son somehow.

We were always very close however a few months ago I started noticing that when I would go to pick him up for weekend visits he started being hesitant to leave with me. As soon as we would depart his mothers house everything seemed fine and on most weekends he did not even want to go home. He always wanted me to stay and visit when I did take him home.

It just kept getting worse and he became more hesitant to leave his mothers each weekend I would go to pick him up.

The next thing you know CPS and the police are knocking at my door with allegations that I would NEVER had expected in my entire life! They said my very own son had made allegations against me. The only thing I am guilty of is loving him very dearly.

I am very concerned, confused, overwhelmed and saddened as he is living with the true perpetrator of all this.

I am totally devastated and could now possibly face criminal prosecution for something that NEVER happened.

All prayers needed and appreciated.

Please pray, my case is worse than I thought….Cps case worker falsly accused me, its been said I have been sexually abusing my son. Hes 6 months old. Pray that my temper not get the best of me and I be able to speak from my heart and God give me the wit and tools to fight CPS.

I have court on December 11, 2009 and CPS is doing everything in their power to keep my son from even visiting with me. They have brain washed him and has him afraid of me now. We have been in the system since 8/08 and I finally hired a real attorney after firing 3 court appointed ones who were like the prosecution–against me (it seems like). I have jumped through every hoop and then some, but they still play with me like it actually gets them off. My lawyer told me that this would never have happened if I would have hired hi, right from the begining. I have paid $6,000 for him and we only went to 2 hearings with little progress, but thats because we had to undue all the damage from the court appointed attorneys. I pray for an end on Dec. 11th, but I have only had 4 visits with my 9 yr. old son since August. Before Aug, the last time I seen him was April. Please pray for my family…

A family friend was just visited by CPS because someone reported a comment made on Facebook note in regards to the normal frustrations of parenting made by the mother as child abuse.

The CPS worker who visited them accused them of all sorts of character flaws that she assumed in her brief visit.

Their son has allergies which have been diagnosed and are being treated. I fear that CPS in their willfull ignorance and deviousness may force them to take medical action that is not necessary.

Please pray that the CPS will gain some common sense and see how ludicrous their actions are! Pray this dear family will be protected and vindicated and the CPS agent who dared insult this family in their own home would see the error of her ways and perhaps find a new line of work.
