Public nudity is “asking” for CPS attention. It is indefensible both as a Christian and as a member of society.

Only ants live in colonies.
Nudist CLUBS should never be referred to as colonies. There is no “sick crap” going on at nudist parks. Therefore CPS is just as likely to misrepresent them in court and label a member unfit.

Wrong. Hutterites also live in colonies. That’s what they call them, like “Glendale Colony.”
A “colony” would be where people live all on the same premises. Nudists generally live in their own homes and attend the resorts or clubs.

Don’t kid yourselves about “sick crap” never going on at or connected with nudists. Nudist resorts are extremely vulnerable to this sort of incidents and to accusations, genuine and false.

What with microcameras everywhere today, bans on cameras will not stop child pornographers from infiltrating nudist resorts and photographing children.

Parents are NUTZ to take children to a nudist resort, or to go themselves, in today’s climate.

Any parents who are “strange,” “odd,” or, worst of all, poor, are highly vulnerable to CPS attacks (not all of which are unjustified). If you are well to do, live in “normal” housing, drive “normal” vehicles (not beat-up old school buses or flower child vans), and appear “normal,” you are not very inviting to CPS. You can probably afford good legal assistance, which makes you very unattractive to CPS.
We have found that a CAMCORDER and a CELL PHONE with the attorney on speed-dial is invaluable in chasing CPS off at the first contact.
However, the camcorder is also an audio recorder and as such in some states that require consent of all present to have their voices recorded, it can present a problem. A video-only surveillance camera would there be preferred unless you make sure to state at the beginning that voices are being recorded and that speaking constitutes consent to be recorded. If you live in one of these states, check with your attorney.

We have documents showing the abuse. Steven Pribbernow has written letters about the abuse, as well as our son Paul Pribbernow whom we have just received a letter today detailing the ab…use while in this home. Our son’s Kevin Pribbernow, and Kody Pribbernow are still with Jessica Holm Pribbernow Saylor. We fear for our boy’s lives. They have been locked up in the basement in a room with the lock on the outside, and chicken wire over the window. They have been denied food, zip ties were put on the kitchen cupboards. They were hit with a belt and wooden spoon. They were made to sleep outside in tents in cold and rainy weather for about a month. They were forced to go to the bathroom outside as well during that time they were not allowed in the house. They were locked out of the house when donuts came up missing and were not allowed back in side on a chilly November day in Michigan. They were made to sleep outside on the back deck. There is more to tell, they have endured more abuse then what I am writing to you about.

Midland County CPS has refused to take two of our complaints as well as another person’s complaint. As of today, we made a new complaint in regards to Paul Pribbernow’s letter and they refused to take a report and the gentleman on the line refused to give me his name when I asked.
