Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

My four children were taken from me a 1 1/2 years ago by pure deception and lies. My youngest daughter, a special needs child was placed in an institution hundreds of miles from any of her family. I keep in contact with her through phone calls, packages, letters etc. I had washed my hands of DHS but due to resent reports in her treatment plans I can not stand back any longer. DHS has already taken all they can from me Even though the acquations against me are out right lies based on I don’t know what. This is not what concerns me, my concern is my daughters mental health problems are being blamed on a childhood that was completely falsified by an extremely bias investigator. I pray that God will give me the strength and wisdom to fight this evil and injustice. This is a can of worms I can not fight alone. I was sooooo thankful to find this web site today. DHS, devil himself. May the rightousness of God come to the defense of all the families wrongfully perscuted be this evil. I can sit back and let this go on no longer. Sign me up in the fight.

I received a call this morning stating that my x wife and her new husband had gotten into some troubled with the child they had together and that they were involved with CYS (CPS) and that they needed to see the kids as she is there bio mom. She has not seen them in 5 years,by her choice. I am scared that I could lose the kids. They have no grounds to remove the kids. I asking that you pray that this will all just go away.

If you all are reading this and when GOD reminds you please pray for my step in the right direction starting with pre paid legal to whom I am an associate and a member. I Finally with much wrestling wrote out a email query to PPL about getting my son in my custody as he was taken away very unfairly. This is a long and to me horrible story so I will keep this prayer request brief. basically my rights were taken away and two same sex couple got my son over my rights. And it has been a few years now for me to save the funds to fight back. Anyway I am praying that the query I sent gets very good results or a HUGE step in the right direction. I know GOD knows but the Saints need to pray so the sweet smelling aroma of our prayers will be sweet to HIM as HE heals the situation.

Please pray for me and my 4 children.I have 4 beautiful babies one is 13,11,8 and almost 2.My 13 year old was ripped from my arms when he was 10 months old,right in front of my ailing grandmother.He has been put on medication because of what he has been through over the years.I have been in and out of therapy,on different meds and even hospitilized because of the nighimares that I have.What hurts the most is that CPS took him from where they told me to go!!!!!! I did what they said and they still stole him.May GOD help me in this long and hard journey that I have ahead of me.I hope that everyone here will pray for me and my boy.I know that it happened well over 10 years ago but the wound is still fresh,it still bleeds and they still tourment me and my family every 3-6 months.

My husband and I have been attacked by the enemy because he likes to kill, steal, and destroy what GOD gave us were being threatened that they are going to take our little baby Heaven away from us. I have another on the way and I am a good mom. Neighbors are calling the cops making false accusations about my husband. we dont know what to do. Please keep us in prayer and help us defeat the devil please. it is not in the lords hands steal babys or destroy families please pray for us. I will pray for others

Hello, my 3 children were kidnapped by The evil empire (CPS) Last August, It’ll be a year on the 22cd. I Started our Fact finding trial this week, in my state that’s a really long time to not have one. I would ask if you could puts us in your prayers. there god and friends, im asking you to pray for my sister and her 4 lovely kids . cps has taken them , holds them in them in there “prison” . we cant take it any more if feels like we are screaming at the top of our lungs and no one hears them . no knows the heartache we feel unless you been in our shoes. so please pray for us as we pray you.

CPS has destroyed my family. They have slandered my name almost cost me my career in the military and have removed my 12 year old daughter out of my home and placed her in a even worse environment. What can I do? Who can I turn to. I have payed lawyers missed time from work and have had many sleepless nights behind the lies that CPS has told.

My 9 year old brother was taken from us, and we haven’t been able to see him, or contact him in any way since he’s been taken. We haven’t been informed about where he is or how he is doing. All of this has been under false accusation that my father is abusing him. What’s weird to me is that my family has no written, or even unwritten record of abuse at all, and this is a first offense. They have formally charged both my parents of abuse and questioned them and myself without reading us our rights. They told us that he’s not coming home and that even if we could get him back, it could take years. We don’t know what they’re doing to him, we have fears that they might have administered drugs to him, manipulated him, or even strip-searched him because we heard that they sometimes do that. I pray that none of those things happened and that my brother is safe. Please put us in your prayers.

cps has been in and out of my life I. so want to sue them for ruining my life both as a child and as an adult. I hate them the state has never done nothing right. they are payed to lie and cheat you out of your children if you are doing one of the following having a nervous breakdown,recieving tanf.and then in my case I’m black and I’m married to a white man. the caseworker said it was old fashioned for my mother in law to have said blacks and whites shouldn’t mix.What does that say about her character? that is why I believe this is motivated by race money and social standing.

Please pray that our Grandbabies are kept with family and the parents get them back. The parents did not hurt these babies. cps is very corrupt!!! why can’t they be stopped. They are not above the law. Who is in charge of them? Please Dear Lord Protect Our Children From CPS

PLEASE PRAY that my 8 children, all with the same father who was my husband but is now deceased, be returned to me. I got remarried and later our church pastor turned us in to CPS by calling the police and having my children yanked out of my custody. There had been domestic violence between my husband and I. Otherwise he was a good provider. CPS threatened me that if I didn’t sign temporary foster care agreements for the children and work with them “voluntarily”, they would take us to court and my parental rights could be terminated. I signed the papers under duress and I was shocked two weeks later when we were ordered to go to court anyway. CPS used this time to dig up as much dirt as they could, then throw it in our faces. That same pastor and his wife became the foster parents, and they are raking in plenty of money. The court ordered a “service plan”, and we followed it every step of the way. First CPS said the kids wouldn’t be returned until we resolved our issues. We complied 100%. Then six months later their story changed and they said we had to separate. We did. Six months later they said we had to get a divorce before they would return my kids to me. I’ve been divorced for a year, and now CPS has moved the court to have my parental rights terminated. Their excuse is that my children “don’t trust me”, and I may go and find another man who might abuse me. Meanwhile, they say that as a single mom, I won’t be able to care for my children. They’ve made it impossible for me to succeed. CPS also says my children are thriving in the foster home, so they should remain there. My children and I have a strong loving bond. We’ve only been allowed supervised visits. CPS pretended to be reuniting my family, but intentionally DESTROYED it instead. This pastor/foster parent uses a paddle to discipline my kids, and doesn’t feed them enough. Sometimes they go until 6pm to have their first meal. The pastor turned my kids against my husband, then against me by brainwashing them. He is using them for his tiny little church and to make money. CPS ignores this and his abuse of my children. Is there really an incentive for CPS to let this man adopt my kids? There must be. There’s no other explanation why my kids aren’t being returned to me. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME. I NEED STRENGTH AND WISDOM TO OVERPOWER THIS EVIL EMPIRE. ONLY GOD CAN DO THIS. I NEED AS MANY PRAYERS AS POSSIBLE.

Please pray for my sweet Godson who is almost 10 months old and was taken from his loving mother last Thursday in Mississippi. Although she was assurred of daily visitation, each day she has waited only to be diisappointed. I am distraught that with all the family support and those who have offered to take the baby the court’s decision was foster placement.
Please pray for the mother to the exhanerated of the false allegations and reunited with her baby immediately.

I suffered thru years of false calls from my mother-in-law to CPS because she wanted custody of my daughter. I was proven innocent everytime—until after a battle of depression after losing several family members, and a husband who wiped my bank acct out, I wrote several bad checks and went to jail for 2 and half months. My children were with a family member, when my in law got word, she called CPS again and gained custody of all 3 of my children.
During my brief incarceration, i lost my home, my car, and everything me and my children owned. I then lost my father to cancer…after al this i had a nervous breakdown and begged CPS for help….they gave me nothing but a cold shoulder and went after me full-force. I had a court appointed attorney who fell asleep in court while “defending” me….u name it…I had it…talk about being kicked while youre down…..
I ended up homeless, in a rural town where if you dont have a car, you are just screwed!!
I missed court and my rights were taken away..my 2 sons were given back to CPS by my in law and placed in foster care, where they have now since been adopted. My daughter is in the custody of my mother-in-law.
It’s been 3 and half years and I’m at a loss for words….after reaching out to churches, preachers, CPS, etc;…I was one of those that fell in the cracks of society and my children have paid the price of my ignorance and poverty.
If there is anyone out there that could help me with some research on how to reverse the adoption and win back my parental rghts..your info would be gladly appreciated by me and my children.
I was not a bad mother to my children, they had never been abused, or mistreated. I made a mistake…a misdemeanor mistake and it cost me my life.
I could go on and on with all the outrageous details about my particular case…but this is the basics and Im looking for some help. God Bless

Pray that my 4 angels come home. CPS actually placed them with my mother (in name ONLY) who was extremely abusive growing up, is addicted to painkillers and has tried to kill herself- not to mention, her husband is a state employee for DES. My kids are everything to me and I just want to love them and tuck them in every night again…Help me keep fighting Lord….show them I’ve done nothing wrong. I love you my sweet babies!!!!

Please pray for my two beautiful children who were taken from me on false accusations almost a whole month ago. CPS was suppose to turn them over to there grandmother who is a licensed foster care mother but for some reason are keeping them in the children’s home were they both have received injuries to such an extent that my 1 yr old son had to receive stitches. They will not let me see them with the excuse that they will be going to there grandmothers soon but they haven’t yet. Please pray for us.

Please pray for my good friends. They are in the middle of a false accusation from there daughter. They have 2 younger children, 3 and 4, who are now living with the uncle. She is 7 months pregnant. CPS has way too much power. Without any evidence they have taken away there children from them. They are all undergoing therapy. But if CPS doesnt think the mom is progressing, meaning she has to believe her lying 12 year old, they see it as a barrier to reunification. They are good Christian people and need a lot of prayers. thanks

Over one year ago my husband rejected the sexual advances of a coworker. She was so angry that she called CPS and lied about me. Our kids were not taken away, but the trauma has left permanent scars. We know who she is and God has promised we will see justice. Please pray that justice will be enough to stop this very evil, deeply disturbed woman from ever doing this again. My ex-husband passed away on August 4 of this month. On his person was found 2 versions of accusations of what he supposedly found upon their return, they never got there because he passed first. He planed to put these “witness statements” into effect the day my oldest 2 boys returned to him from their summer vacation here. Now I am under investigation by CPS for over 2 typed pages of allegations made by my ex through his sister, who is out of state & has no way of knowing what is happening in my home. The boys are still with me, & never got seen by my ex before he had his massive heart attack that killed him. Yet, the accusations, that never got verified as having happened, no Dr. report or police report, are being used as “evidence” by CPS. CPS is saying that all 4 of my children can be taken from me based on the severity of the accusations, You would think that any reasoning or thinking person would know that it is physically impossible for a person to know what is happening in OKC from TX or PA! But it is legal & I am unable to defend myself, nor my family. Supposedly, some “witnesses” in PA are saying that here in OKC we are physically abusing and starving the children. Family is recommending doing ” whatever it takes to make the accusers happy” because they will not help. The accusers have informed me that until either I willing give up all parental rights to the oldest 2 boys, or a court takes all of my children & all my parenting rights from me that the accusations of abuse through CPS will continue, they also are rich & implying that they can take them from me through the court system, “because we can offer better opportunities” than the natural Mother, whom the father did not want His children to go to in the first place. My ex already tried to get the custody court & the divorce courts to terminate my parental rights to no avail, & it was my ex’s recommendation to his sister to use the back door of CPS to remove the boys from my care in the event of his death, according to a witness of a phone conversation, & he was leaving several lists of abuses that are being used currently. Short of major intervention by God, these malicious attacks where slander, falsified “witness” statements, malicious hearsay, & anonymous tips from out of state will get used by the court & CPS as ” facts” to be used in & by the courts to justify that with so many calls, regardless of what is being seen or found in the home by the caseworker, the accusations must be true & therefor a valid ‘reason’ to permanently remove all children from my custody.

Please pray for my son Will. He is going through the last stages of a Parental Rights Termination trial this week. Although he has completed every requirement of the court, he still may lose his rights because he is laid off in this bad economy and looking for work. He was not the abuser, his ex-wife was. He has just stepped up to be with his 3 yr old baby girl Ulissa Bailey and completed more than 10 different 12 week programs, as required by CPS. This has taken over 1 1/2 yrs to do. He has always been a good Dad but he does not have a job…..thats all. He has completed job training in Asbestos Removal and will have a job soon…..but the court waits for nobody. He has decided to fight to the end rather than sign off his rights. This means his visits will be cancelled but he wants to face his daughter when she turns 18 and be able to say “I never gave up”! I am very proud to have him as my son!

Please pray that my two oldest daughters come home! Please pray that this whole thing is over very soon! I will pray for all of you. Please Lord God Almighty protect these families here from the EVIL CPS, please protect our family from the EVIL CPS! Please make this pain and suffering end for these innocent children and their loving parents. DCf stole my two months old. have gone thru te trauma of losing ababy who was breatsfeeding. case workers lie and didnt set up visits. case worker grabbed my infant and treated us very badly during visit, and put my daughter in a crib with strangers when shehad been only with her mother. state and dcf put together cpompletely false documents to make me look like bad, when they never even saw me with my daughter. worst stress ad trauma i have ever gone trough in my life, adthe saethinks they are doing their jobs or doing good for children or parents? they are pure evil and only looling out for themselves. if the cared about me and my daughter te would not have hurt my bay by steaing her. absolute terrorism by the government. they dont know what love is becausethe only thing i hadfr my daughter was love. i have been treated like acrimina in this state where i dont even live. the dcf has ruined my and my daightes lives as we were one as an attached mother and baby and the case workers dont even care about the torture the have done to my daighter. i pray for my daghters return to me, and that she is not being abused by the people holdong her. nothing is scarier for a mother to not know who is touching her baby, where she is, what they are feedingher. and the case workers are evil. one lied and told me she would put me in jail if i didnttel her my baby fathers name. they are all slimes and the y only care about themselves. my daughter is probably in a foster home trailer park where she is being fed formula instead of my milk, around other kids, as opposed to being wth her mother. the foster care system and the dcf make me sick. its people who haveno regard for life. i pray they stop torturig infants and pay mothers and fathers to carefor kidsinstead of abusers who are nothing like real parents of the children. may the dcf all go to hell.
