Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations
August 2, 2009
Tamekca Evett Walker, 26, has been convicted of killing a 17-month-old girl who was a foster child in her home. She said the child cried constantly and so she held her hand over the girl’s mouth until she was quiet.
Walker was found guilty of second-degree-murder. The foster child also had internal injuries and a diaper rash so severe she’d been bleeding.

My comment is that it is about time that foster parents are found guilty of murder, rather than of some lesser charge like child maltreatment, when foster children are killed.

I wish my exinlaws should be charge for a hate crime for brain washing my children against me they lied to the courts so that they could get my child support and my children ssi since their dad died right in the middle of the case.

Newspapers should be stringent in noting that this was a FOSTER who murdered the child.
Often, these facts are obscured.

Terri – Our case is similar. Grandmother and Sister STEALING the children with LIES. CPS loves BIZARRE and CRAZY lies – it’s like being on TV for them. YES – MORE – YES – …FEED ME.
Sick sick sick. CPS Reports are BLAZEN with LIES and SMEARS …trying make it really CRAZY.
They got me down as a “ROGUE PEDOPHILE” with MULTIPLE IDENTITIES ..”cruzen about raping children” – You should read it!

P.S. – They placed the children with a woman (Sister) who is on psychotropic drugs (Prozac) and recently attempted suicide by slitting her wrists in the presence of her own son.
But hey! She’s ok now! Right?
Maybe my wife’s being a “Vegetarian health nut” bothered them???
Oh -and they STUCK my newborn with CRAZY VACCINES too :( – … They just STICK that pharmo crap into babies as much as possible. I hope she doesn’t end up Autistic from that :( God!

David I am trying to find someone to do a youtube I want my story to come out the names of the people and what they done to me the media doesn’t care you call the newspapers and tv stations nobody wants to do nothing people are doing the tea thing but nobody wants to do anything about DHS child stealing. even the President won’t do nothing about it,

Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out why the baby was crying all the freaking time. a diaper rash to the point of bleeding? Stupid woman! That is enough to make someone scream constantly until the lungs burst!
I wear diapers all the time because i’m incontinent. I have no bladder and bowel control. Diaper rashes, even if they are not even to that point are so painful that it hurts so bad to wipe there. I have a high pain tolerance to the point that I endured a spinal tap this week without even peeping, but diaper rash is different. God! That hurts beyond what I can even bear! And I’m a twenty-four year old woman. I could only imagine a little tiny baby having to deal with such pain. I have to dance around while cleaning myself down there when I have even a mild one. I can’t see a baby being expected to comply and be all good and lie still while someone rakes their privates. Perhaps, people need to wear diapers to see how it feels. Unlike most, I actually understand that hurt.
Diaper rash is so easy to cure. It’s called change the diapers like you are supposed to and stop being a lazy jerk, and get some medical attention if the rash does not heal. Sheesh! You don’t have to have too much brains to be a foster parent it seems.
Ahhhh. Feel better now.

Sound like Ted Bundy? We all look like Ted Bundys when they are done writing up their case plan. And then the judge talks about how we are the most disfunctional familes in our county. I say, no, your worker are the best damn writers of lies, they are con artists and they all need to burn in hell…. I’ll donate the basket.

Please remember that children wrongfully removed from their families will soon be an adult in our society. The emotional devastation our children encounter will be with them for the rest of their lives and ours. These children are our future, America’s future. Is this any way to treat America’s Children?
