Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

most people hit and run over by the CPS are not emotionally and otherwise able to benefit from all the material available to anyone from various sources such as videos from this years Rally in D.C.
Another problem is the somewhat complex way of squeezing the info out in a raw form , and the lack of technical knowledge needed to operate the computer at that level. I know it is asking for much but if someone was willing and able to summarise, loosely transcript those videos for us the common folk , it would be lovely. Also many of us still use the ”dial up” not necessarily by choice ,which makes it impossible to download anything like those videos.
Secondly ,one of the Rally’s speakers is talking about new Federal Case laws for protection of our families. I am very interested in anything new coming over the horizon in that respect for a number of reasons ,one of which is my Federal law suit against the County of San Joaquin,CA - of course the CPS mainly and also their fine Sheriff’s Department , the kids court appointed lawyer and couple of other players.
Since I can not download the video can anyone let me know which new laws are being spoken of ? Also what is going on with the congressmen Hoekstra’s (Mich.) attempt at Constitutional Amendment protecting American families from all these wolfs in sheep clothing?

I wrote to the President lot of good it did the President isn’t willing to fix DHS they tell me to get hold of agency I don’t need to get a agency the President says they can’t do nothing he could if he wanted to Lincoln did he freed the slaves why can’t Obama give our kids back? The President says or the security who wrote the letter saying they can’t changed the court decision but they can if they want to.

Terri . . . they don’t want to stop CPS corruption because international powers who tell Obama what to do are the ones that want families destroyed, children weakened, the nation in ruins. Obama is nothing but a shill. That’s my opinion and I’m voting Libertarian — for the only political party I’m aware of with politicians who have strong ethical motivations for wanting to be in office.

Hi. I was wondering if there is anyway I can help spread the word about what is really going on with the corrupt system of CPS in our country. I am willing to pass out flyers, send e-mails, letters, etc… I have been researching this subject lately after a false allegation against my husband regarding our special needs child. We believe he was lead in their questioning and now have several accusations against us. This has caused such an emotional, psychological, and financial strain on my family. (We have 3 children) I want to spread the word. I was so ignorant prior to my research and want to help others before it’s too late. I believe knowledge is power! Please let me know how I can help.

I am a transgender woman, mother of 6 kids, I just turn 40, my husband is 66, is a big history my life full of so many things, I am fom venezuela, but we being acusse of things that are not true, I ask for an activist, or a writter who can contact me and open my history wich is very unusual, I have a hard time to express my self in writting, but I spick very well…I want to espoxe my case,, is so injust and cruel….I need a person who will take this case public…includind the media..and I need support from the gay community….please…as a mother desperate of injustest
