Child Protective Services laws and agencies are abusive to families and children. This site provides support and information to parents falsely accused of child abuse by Child Protective Services.
FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.
FightCPS is intended to help people learn enough about the law to be able to successfully defend themselves and their families against false accusations using legal documents and strategies that put parents in a stronger position when they go back to court.

Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Today, July 16, 2009, this site passed the “one million visits” milestone… There were 587 visits to the site today, so far, and the one millionth took place 121 visits ago.
I don’t know who you were, but thank you for coming by!
The site has been online since October 2000… so this was a long time coming. Almost nine years!

youre welcome. my family has been victims of cps of allen co in fort wayne, IN. cps and case-Rex McFarren has tried destroying my family apart. a yr and a half later, we are still battling w them. hopefully getting somewhere w the supervisors.

CPS needs to help children that REALLY need help. That is not the case. CPS has NO idea what they are doing. CPS IS THE ONES THAT NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED.. SOMEONE HELP…

I am very sad someone reported me to cps and I have never done anything wrong to my kids…I am suppose to see a officer tomorrow when they come..the only thing I worry is because we live in a 2br apt that belongs to a friend will they hold that against me..Im so shaken up I cant eat or sleep I dont want my kids taken away I didnt do anything wrong I just want all this to go away I am so depressed

Barbara, do they have to know it is your friend’s apartment and not yours? I’m not advising that you lie to them but don’t give them any information they can use against you. And almost anything can be twisted and used against you so be very careful about what you say. They will want to talk to you and see the kids… that you’re going to have to do, but you don’t need to invite them in. Unless they have a search warrant, of course… a search warrant signed by a judge. You’re lucky you got advance warning! Most people don’t get that! See What to Do if CPS Agents Are Investigating You

you know back in from 1861 to 1865 slaves fought the civil war for their freedom to bad we can’t do that again conferade soliders and union soliders one for slavery and one against slavery I would love to be a soliders and be on the fighting battlefield fighting to have my children return to me I think we all need to be soliders and be on the battlefield fighting DHS CPS soliders and us parents as soiders let us parents win abolish cps like they did for the slaves I would be on the front line.

CPS refuses to drop their case against me regarding my youngest who has special needs. To prove my baby is in good health I’ve taken him to 2 different hospitals and was cleared of any wrong or neglect and its not enough for DCFS!

My husband and I are grandparents. 2 years ago our granddaughters were removed from their mother. She was able to get them back after awhile. At that time we found out that there were allegations against my husband that have been found false but CPS will not remove them from record. Every time he asked how to have them removed he is given a run around. Now there is another another case against our daughter and once again her daughters have been removed. The CPS will not let them come to our home because of the allegations against my husband. These girls waht to be with us. They want to be with their mother. But because CPS thinks of her as a threat she has to have supervised visits. How can we get these allegations off my husband’s record and have the girls live with us as family? How can we help our daughter?

I am so happy to see a website and others that know that this system is sick and abusing, neglecting, lying and destroying families. My husband and I have been fighting CPS for a little over a year, like many of you all my children were never abused, abandaned or neglected, My husband and I are not drug users or abuser. We are actually Licenced child care providers who have been operating an afterschool program since 1996. We are pillors to the community. My jealous and envisous sister called CPS on my children and I after she put us out of her house because she wanted to feed my children meat. I have been a vegaterian for over 20 years so my children were born vegatarians and love it. We are still fighting, please help us. CPS tricked me into coming to a meeting at their office in hopes of getting my 3 beautiful girls, back, my only son was 3 months old. They arrested me and stole my son. I am also a Lactation Consultant, my son is the only one that only breastfed for 3 months. I need my children and they need me, I have not seen them since January 2009. PLEASE HELP

If we all start calling the President, Governors, State Representatives, Congressmen/women, newsstations, and everyone we can them of , they would have no other choice then to bring these evil people to justice. CPS will go to any lenghts to destoy your life and your childrens life, they have my children on medications, my children do not need medication, they need their mother. I have not seen my children since January 2009, based on a hair follicle test that they started doing on me because they could not find any drugs in my urine. I do not use drugs. But my hair follice continues to test positive. I have went to the FBI exclaiming that CPS contractors, (collection sites) are tampering with my follicle, therefore, I went to another state and got the test done, and of course it was negative, but I still have not seen my children. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW AND THE LAW NEEDS TO PENTALIZE CPS.,

I would like to know why we are making comments that fall on deaf ears? I also would like to ask who made CPS GOD! They have ruined the lives of our son and daughter because they think they know it all. We have had to go to the head ofice for assistance and then they are not much help. If anyone has any answers……….

I will say that the state’s authority is sometimes abused….the fourth amendment states very clearly that all citizens have a right to be secure….against “unreasonable searches and seizures”….and the 14th amendment states that all citizens have a right to “due process of law”….all of you who have been “wronged” by these untrained and low level public servants …you must organize against the wrongs…not the state, the individuals who violate the rights of others using the state to do it…..
