All I have to say is that these social workers are evil, and jealous because they’re infertile. When their time comes, God will know exactly where to put them….back to the flaming bowels from which they came.

Caseworkers who lie should lose their jobs and jailed for breaking Federal Laws..They should also have to pay the parents a amount of money for the emotional abuse,Family’s need to pay for family counsel and help repair the damage that’s been done to them from the caseworker..And also a public apolg for all the Shame and hurt they went through..doctors,family,friends,..Dhs/Cps should Not be able to be Cps workers and Liers..They should be fired right away no question’s Asked.

I don’t see how social services can lie about everything on paperwork and in court. They took my daughters parental rights away and wouldn’t allow me to be a placement option they lied and said I was married to a registered sex offender when he is not a registered sex offender and they said I had a criminal history of drugs which I don’t have any criminal history at all. I am the Grandmother but I am treated like a criminal and still am fighting these people to have visits with my grandchildren which they are trying to denie me visits because my grandchildren are being adopted. I don’t think this is a good enough reason to split a family up.

I have recently found out there is another case worker under investigation by the Attorney Generals Office of Texas. Kris Bradbury. Does any one know what she is being investigated for. She has been knee deep in our business and would love to find out what they are looking at her for.

Pat, you would have to consult an attorney about suing - and you might find the information you need by looking for attorneys who have sued CPS at your local courthouse's database of cases. Contact those attorneys for consultations. Have you considered filing for a state administrative hearing regarding violation of your kinship care rights? Read your state social service regulations for clarification on the law that should be followed.

We are grandparents that have been falsely accused. My son was out of the picture for a while dealing with a drug problem. The kids mom had CPS called on her. She pointed her finger at us. For some reason they listened. It came out later that she had a boyfriend that is a registered sex offender for having sex with kids. Cps was called in again and the kids taken away from her for a time. But they havent come back to us to see if maybe they were mistaken. There was no real investigation. We have kids that were under legal age at the time. They ambushed them at school to question them. They determined my own children were absolutely fine. When Cps didnt get what they wanted to hear, my kids were dropped like hot potatoes. This has been going on for 2 years. They are still trying to prove we were horrible to the grandkids, but no one has been back to check on my kids. Is that hypacritical or what? In the mean time we have been humiliated, embarassed, lost many hours of work, spent thousands of dollars defending this nightmare and our hearts are broken because we havent seen these babies in 2 years. Smith, I am elated you are suing. I am very interested to hear the outcome. Please let us know. Our attorneys tell us it is very hard to sue Cps. The other factor is we are already out thousands of dollars. Is it worth trying to sue and not have a fighting chance?

Bell County and Bastrop County have lying case investigators, and they are proud of it.
I have reported them and they do nothing, but they will! They are responsible for sending my child back to me from her father, and the chilld was diagnosed as being schizophranic. They just told me that the she was tormented by the shuffling. They knew the diagnosis from the psychiatrist. The doctor also said she couldnt be around other children younger, they knew this too.

Because of their withholding information and lying about the child I have, not 1 child but 2 children that have been assaulted and strangled by her. If they would of been truthful 2 children wouldnt be tramatized today.

Also, we have CPS investigators withholding information for a case, including police evidence, yes, they do thisif it means making the department looking good or bad.

They make up stories for the two sides to play against each other. Yes, we are sueing. Yes, we found an attorney to take the case blanketing the family. Don’t ever believe CPS when they say they are not breaking your rights…they are. We are done in their little circus court room. Now it’s time to reverse the tables.

Since the cps can get away with not having to prove anything, lying, and coersion, what can someone do to get progress in getting children home? I wonder why the social worker is so bent on finding that my sister is guilty of abuse, that they refuse to look at any other possibilities? This is in San Diego. If tests can prove other circumstances, why do they refuse to do them, and why won’t the judge order the tests done? I feel like they are on a witch hunt.
