Child Protective Services laws and agencies are abusive to families and children. This site provides support and information to parents falsely accused of child abuse by Child Protective Services.
FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.
FightCPS is intended to help people learn enough about the law to be able to successfully defend themselves and their families against false accusations using legal documents and strategies that put parents in a stronger position when they go back to court.

Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

 Tonight while I was surfing the web I saw a name that reminded me of the psychologist who evaluated me twenty years ago for the child welfare system.
I plugged her name into Google and found out about this site that lists doctors and psychologists: Revolution Health – Your Home for Health and Balance. I left a review on her profile page and am inviting you to go there to leave feedback about the county-paid psychologists and doctors that may have misdiagnosed your children and referred you to CPS.

Supprise, Supprise! The woman who gave the psych eval and botched it up really bad isn’t even listed. Maybe that is because she wasn’t qualified to give that type of eval?

Linda, I was unable to find your list of paid state contractors and their respective reviews.
This is a courageous effort that I hope will be successful.
It is extremely important that we know information that we might
provide, will be strictly confidential.
I highly recommend that viewers on this site; check out a book written by Margaret Hagen titled; “Whores of the Court.”
Hagan is a psychologist whose book was inspired by a Washington state case of abuse against her brother.
Basically, Hagan states that psych evals are available to the highest bidder.
That being said; I am compelled to add that we actually found a very professional psychologist who refused to be bought by the state.
We need to compile a list of professionals who have helped families and also include the names of lawyers who have successfully helped families who were falsely accused of abuse.
Consider me a triumphant and tragic survivor of the system.

FYI: The listings for these Dr’s are under the Doctor that OWNS the clinic. The Dr that performed your evaluation most likely works under another Doctor.
I found this idea to be very helpful, Thank you! I left the following evaluation about my eval:
The critique I have just filled out was not about Gerard R. Williams himself, but the Limited Licensed Psychologist, Randall Christensen whom practices out of this office. He performed a very unprofessional and inaccurate evaluation of my condition. He left his cell phone on which rang continuosly throughout the testing (even the timed portion). Also, he was unaware that I had a previous psychological evaluation and diagnosis from another psychologist. Yet, the results that he concluded from this depthless interview was proven by my previous physician to be false. Due to the fact that the evaluation was requested by an organization that is JUST as incompetent and shady, it seemed par for the course. However, the negative and false results were a poor representation of the entire clinic. One should be cautious when contacting these doctors, especially when your evaluation is prescribed by any organization that you oppose. Spend the extra money and find your OWN psychologist.
These people need to be held accountable for their diagnosis!!

I have gotten my children back from family members that CPS placed them with and we have none of the shot records or birth certificates, sscards and I need to know what it is that I need to do to go about getting those without having to deal with those family members due to restraining orders being placed on them… If someone could send me a message I would greatly appreciate it thank you soooo very much

Stefanie, make it a stipulation in the restraining order that these records be turned over to you. Maybe the judge will grant your request. If not you’ll have to order new birth certificates and SS cards. You might be able to get shot records from the doctor’s office, or from their schools if they are school age.

well if in washington state at least . when you gained custody the records should have been given you. of course if you are in washington state you already know they do not do thier job. contact the case worker also.
