Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

please pray for my daughter kenzi leigh,her mother and i are trying to satisfy cps requirements to get her back.and at this point scioto county ohio cps is breaking us both down with the process.we have never felt this kind of injustice.i cant believe how this has happened,i never dreamed this was how it is in a free country. thank you.

please pray for my family as we r also trying to fulfill CPS wants to get our 3 girls back .. it has been 10 months with no visitation on either part.. and the allegaation on sexual abuse.. husband never arrested or charged lawyer says that my 7 yr old daughter has been saying all along that her daddy would never do that ( no evidence to prove n e thing) they were told that they had 7 days to come up with new plan to change goal from adoption , to return home… that was on june 26, 2009 and they still have not done that .. Next court date is Aug. 27, 2009 for TPR ..

please, please i need help and dont know where to turn. my fiancee and i are being accused by a doctor of hurting our infant son when we took him to the drs to find out what was wrong. instead of anyone doing any sort of investigation(even though police and dss said they did) all they are doing is going off what this dr said. we dont have $ to hire a good lawyer and it is so sad that if you dont have $ it seems you can be screwed.
someone tell me how to fight for our innocence without $ for good legal help. where is the justice in this world that innocent ppl can get arrested b/c they dont have legal help. to get another expert opinion we were told only a lawyer can do that..where is the justice their?
why is this world all about money instead of justice? All i want is my son home, to prove our innocence, and not spend 1second in jail which it looks like we will. no one inspected our home, no one s/w friends or co-workers…again where is the justice in this world! please someone help us

Melissa, you certainly have my prayers. Weren’t visitations part of the court order?
Please don’t think of the Aug. 27 hearing as a TPR. Yes, the caseworkers may request that but this is your opportunity for a full hearing. Gather as much evidence as you can and draft your affidavits. You can request a state administrative hearing if the caseworkers are not following the court order about changing the goal to having the kids return home.
People: anytime a caseworker doesn’t follow a court order that’s a great time to request a state hearing!

Jennifer - this entire site was created to help people like you learn to fight the system in court despite not having a decent and aggressive attorney. You can learn to do this! See: Who Will Help Prepare Your CPS Case? and then explore this site and the many others like it… such as Mass Outrage and AFRA. We are here to help you by showing you how to do it - but we can’t do it for you because there are too many needy people and too few helpers. Prayers I can give freely. And love, and hope. Many parents in your situation have gotten their children back — by producing and compiling evidence and legal paperwork to use in court. Good luck to both of you.

Please pray for our family. Our 3 youngest children have been taken from us by Fayette County CPS in Ohio due to an injury one of our 7 week old sons received. My husband and I don’t know what happened to our son and now we are being treated like child abusers. So please pray for us!!!

Please pray my son was taken on june 23rd, we have passed all lie detector tests we have only gotten to see him for a total of 2 hours in the last 3 weeks. they have closed the criminal part however they want us to jump through hoops to get him back, I will not do that I have done nothing wrong, plus I have my mother child so how is this right? I will keep everyone else in mind when praying thank you and if anyone wants any help i have found a couple of other sites as well as this one like statues for removal and there own cps manual on what rights we have as parents.

i have a tpo termination of parental rights trial n las vegas 7/21/09 and its based off ne getting rail roaded and false allegations n portland or and lost my rights 2 my beautiful 3 yr old girl machelle.a lawyer says if she is between homes and not yet adopted i may have a chance.my son 1 yr old n vegas steven was taken at birth only due 2 my loss of parental rights n oregon.im saved and need prayer im now saved and want an opportunity 2 parent my little children.ive had poor legal representation free services.i called cps n oregon 4 help n services and everything i was honest about was used against me.thank u.im stable minded and spiritually but they say laws r laws.im able n willing

Please say a prayer for me. I have a small in home daycare and a mom I fired called in false accusations against me. Even tho my daycare parents have told them that the allegations aren’t true, there was a hearing yesterday to revoke my liscense. Almost all the room was filled with parents past and present to testify for me. They got 4 hours for their witnesses, 2 workers that didn’t remember any details, and we were allowed 1 hour. They can ruin someones life on a whim and make up “facts” that my parents and older children disputed. I have done this for over 20 years without a bad mark against me. Thank you for your prayers!

Please pray for my step children and husband. CPS has just come in and broken up our home. The children have been in their dad’s care alone for 6yrs without any word or show of the bio mother. Now CPS has taken the children from us and put them in her care. She has placed our son in a residential facility and don’t know what is going on with our daughter. My husband is facing charges for injury to a child and I am going crazy. I know that GOD has his hands on us and the situation, but what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? They stero-typed my husband the minute they spoke with him at our home and it went downhill from there. We couldn’t afford legal counsel for both cases and it has been very difficult. Please pray for us and our children.

please pray for me and my husband. Our four boys got taken out of our home on April 1st 2009 after my 7month old fell out of bed and had to have emergency surgery on his head due to bleeding inside. After surgery the doctor said that he had been shaken because there was bleeding behind the eyes. My son has never been shaken. Now we have hired 2 attorneys and an expert doctor but our case still hasn’t ended. The CPS has filed a TPR which they say that they don’t wanna give my kids back. I think this is doing more damage to my children then anything in the world I could do. I think that Minnesota needs to reconsider a new law. They gave a girl her 4 week old daughter back after she flew out of the car because her mom was drinking and driving and didn’t have her buckled in. I think that is bad…well thanks for everyone who reads this and prays for me. If you have any advice on what to do next or have gone through this also please let me know how it turns out.

I ask for your prayers as well. I was falsely accused of causing an injury to my child that I did not do here in Tennessee. I have never even spanked my child, but due to the actions of a case manager my life has been destroyed.
I have not seen my son in months, but I will never admit to something I did not do, and CPS does not like that. On the day of my interview, the case manager walked in and said I was guilty before I was even asked a single question. Why do they even bother if they have presumed guilt immediately. What happened to innocent until proven guilty in this country?
To this day, I do not even know what exactly it is I have allegedly done. I honestly am clueless on how my child was injured, but it was not because of something done by me. It’s like they want us to be guilty! How truly sick is that? They protect themselves and they don’t care. CPS is a business plain and simple.
One thing I have vowed and I hope each one of you will as well. I am now an advocate and will do everything I can to demand reform in this country. Good luck to each one of you and I ask for your support and prayers.

Please pray for my 3 children,they serverd my husband and I with a petition to take my kids away from their home.The social worker is saying I need to go into a hospital,and that I am capable of taking my childrens life,I never harmed them,they have always been safe with me.I have done all assesments to let them know that I am capable of cooperating,but nothing seems to get them,to change
They want more and more therapy for myself and kids.
It seems like they don’t think its enough,I keep my head up ,work,and hope that they stop hurting and threatening my children with foster care,my kids are afraid of her,she rewords there comments,false and unexusable accusations to confuse my children,its been since sept.14 2008 that she has been in our lives,and it is very unprofessional of her to tell my children that I need to be admitted to a mental ward and that I need help.
I went to mental health so they can evaluate me and they had no reason to admit me.I am confused and my children are too.We do not know who to trust in this county.I feel as if no matter what, they are going to believe her lies.For when she came over to our home she said she will do or say anything to keep her job.
Please help even if its with a prayer,if my children are placed in foster care ,they tell my husband and I that they are afraid of not being with us,and will be heartbroken.I will as well as my husband will be hurt,and wonder if they will be loved the way we love them,they do not deserve this kind of punishment,for they are our angels,we live for them.
I pray for the social worker to tell the truth and to not hurt my kids anymore,I believe in forgiveness and praying for those who want to harm me or my family,I also need a prayer for her to have a heart and to tell how good of a mother I am,the good LORD knows I am,and to forgive her,for all the hurt ,pain,stress,and lies.I don’t wish this kind of hurtful lies to any mother,or father.

We need a lawyer to help prepare for our case.Where can we find one that can help me keep my children.This county is very 1800’s.Every da,lawyer,cps worker,ss,judges are very close,they are untouchable because of it.We feel very discriminated,judged,way before we enter the court room.

pray for me and my girls… tomarrow, I go to court, and like so many of the heart felt stories I’ve read here at fight cps, I already know that my girls will be made a ward of the court here in ca. I will tell you that my oldest ,17, is a straight a student, and my 13 year old is going on to the 9th grade…right on task. I know Im a good mom, and that they love me no matter what the cps wokers say to them; however, I’m very sad that theres nothin I can do, w/a court app. att., and no real money to hire one who would really fight for me, a single mom with no family left here on this earth, that the darkest hour is just befor dawn. thanks, shelley lynn cochran

We are in the midst of satan trying to rip our families apart.We need to fight!!God gave us these so we can perservere!!He will never give you more than you can bear.If it’s feeling like it’s to much,then we must lay it all at His feet!!I am going through it too.Yesterday we went to court because of CPS, an incompetant Det. oh &a over zealous prosecutor wanting to prove themselves here in Mn.I actually had to fight these guys for over 2 YEARS to REMOVE my oldest for molesting not only my child but 4 others!!Well my hubby & I were fighting lots because I know that his parents are the reason for all of this.He ofcourse defended them so i immaturely accussed him of touching our daughter,then i even asked my kids who said no,no,no.After many times of asking them my 3yr old said yea dad did.Then i foolishly asked did it happen here?Did she cry out for me?Did you look under the door to see?GIVING him all the false story.Then a false alleg. against my hubby & he’s getting charged with 2nd deg!!They have NOTHING for proof-only a 3 year olds interview that honestly goes like this:did your daddy touch your sisters p p?He states “no” a total of 8 x’s!In between all of this he asks 3 x’s”can i go play with the toys?”-that are next door…hmmm,- the lady keeps saying in a min.Then she says to him” it’s ok to tell me, your mommy said it happened.”Then he states “Yes”.She asks 1 last x & he says No again. HELLO what the heck?The det on the case never even looked under the door to see if you could see.He stated”I don’t need to.A 4year old can”Which by the way is the same det who didn’t believe me about my oldest son,the det believed him over me,our sons therapist& even our social worker!We all told the det he is very sick.When i went in for this interview,i said to the det”oh your the one who didn’t believe me”he wouldn’t look at me anymore.Like i said my oldest had A TOTAL OF 5 VICTIMS!!!He scored a 120 on his IQ.He is very manipulative but come on,a 10 year old cunning a seasoned det?WOW!Another thing is that my little guy who was interviewed told the interviewer right away that his brother touched his p p without even being asked any questions!!!He tells everyone, everywhere we go,even at walmart to total strangers!The 1st day he met our new neighbors,it was the 1st thing out of his mouth!!At church,all the time.These people will pay from the Lord himself,really,I fear for them!AND MYSELF!!The book of proverbs tells us a lot about false allegations,alot about courts and injustice.BE STRONG IN THE LORD,He will be here,no matter the outcome,we need to trust in Him.

I left out that our 3yr old recanted right after the interview-literally minutes-,while they were here in our home interviewing and taking pics of the door (whoopi a picture of a door)but they dismissed all of it stating that kids do that because they want their parent home & again with his therapist who he is seeing due to the abuse he went through(which bless her heart,wrote a letter to the courts stating such)By the way the prosecutor called her a fraud for doing so!!The lady has more letters behind her name than the alphabet.I can’t believe these people can live with their actions,but then again this is an evil world we live in.Also here’s a crazy part to this story.My husband turned himself in after finding out that they were charging him,I brought him in…k the officer that was processing inmates says to us”you prob won’t be able to be seen in court today so you wanna come back tomorrow?”now that’s funny.We were like huh?No way did he just say uh come on back tomorrow.OK?? Any who -after I left I got a flat tire,did any police stop to help me?UH no they would just drive on by.Legally they are supposed to!!!Then here’s the cherry on top:I got a phone call that afternoon,it was the county staing that “we picked him up,We got him!” I was like no you didn’t, he turned himself in”.Then she YELLED at me”whatever,he’s in custody” and then I started in on her about the crap of a case they had.She acted like a little girl who was competing and snaps at me”we have pictures,didn’t you see?we have a picture of a door”

Please pray for my daughter, husband, and I!!!!!!!!! We are in Oklahoma and have been fighting to keep our one year old daughter with us. I had a false positive drug test after labor and everyday since then I have been the scum of the earth. To DHS here I do not do anything to par! I am emotionless so that I can remain strong and keep going. I go to court on tuesday and if once again the case isn’t dropped I don not know how much longer I can stay sane!! Please pray long and hard for us! I have faith and it’s hard being the only one.

After a lengthy investigation and the long, drawn out prosecution of my teenage son I’m left alone, separate from my two boys husband and stepdaughter. We brought our case to CPS for help and this is what is left of my family. None of us are together anymore. Please just pray for my children. Keep them safe and ask God to watch over them and pray they know that I love them very much and only wanted the best for them.

My fiancé and I have been accused of hitting and using drugs around my 1 1/2 year old daughter. I would never do anything to harm my daughter in any way. I love her with my whole heart and if you could only see how much she loves us you would know that she is the number 1 person in my life. Please pray that our daughter stays with us. Cps is coming by tomorrow to take a look at her. Also pray that everything goes well with that. I don’t know what I would do if I ever had her taken away. I need prayer from everyone. This isn’t over yet. It’s just the beginning. Thank you.

They are trying to put my sister in a mental house.. shes a very hyper and happy kid so they are trying to say that she has mental issues. hello i want to have a preyer for me and my family cps took all 7 of my kids away and now they are in 6 different foster homes and i only can see them 1 time a week fo an hour i really want to get them back and the court dates are so far apart i dont have family here in detroit so it makes it harder they are putting my 15 year old in a group home cause they are losing control; and i am afraid that i will not ever see my kids again i kno i have not done anything wrong i did not have beds and furniture i was in the middle of scool i finished medical assistant scool im not a nurse but i am doing something for a better life for me and my kids now they are telling me that my 3 kids father can come take my kids cause he in the military he has not seen the children in 7 years so he is like a stranger to them also what gives him thst right and casue he is married but wanted nothing to do with the kids before this i have not had a service plan put in place and my kids are not court wards yet so please i need someone higher than this judge to help and only god can touch her mind to do whats right please prey for me and if there are any resources that can help me in detroit please help me

please pray for me everyday and every second i am finding more reasons why they took my son for no reason and i may never see my son again im not sure if ti is to late for me i need to stop hurting but i cant and it keeps getting worse and worse. i dont know what else to do. it hurts so bad. my life is upside down. i have just about given up on hope and help it is so hard to get real help. where is my help i see alot of others being helped but for the life of me i cant get any help why??? i need a miricle. i miss my children who are suffering.

You people are idiots. CPS does not falsely take children. This requires that courts, lawyers, and everyone involved are liars. It is a hard pill to swallow but swallow it. You lose children because you are not parenting well. Drugs, domestic violence, sexual abuse, physical abuse, and other crap gets your children taken from you.
