Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

It is vital to know about upcoming CPS child welfare legislation in your state if you want to help stop CPS injustice.
I would love to see a blog similar to this one created for all fifty states. Keep an eye on those state legislators and make sure they know what your issues are!

i heard some of the different videos everyone of those people needs to be investigated including the Judge I think every person who got their child or children taken away should pick a punishment for those people we all need to stick together I wish Iowa would be next.

33 years ago Baby Vanessa was taken away from her family. Her 3 sibilings also were taken into CPS custody. Claims of child abuse and fracture ribs were the purpose of the CPS taking the children away from Mary and Patrick. Vanessa was only 3 mos at the time. Vanessa was taken into foster care and adopted out at the age 4 years old in 1981 to a family located in Burbank, CA. The bioloigical father and mother fought to get the kids back. Due to the fact the family was already strapped for cash, the parents put thier house up for sale. Little did the parents know that the kids were already being processed for adoption. To make matters worse because of the finanicial stress Patrick had hearttack and died in 1986 at the age of 29. Mary went into isolation and resulted to drugs, (however now she is 15 years clean and sober and has her kids back in her life)For the next 13 to 14 years of Baby Vanessa’s life her adopted parents beat her, made her sleep outside with little or no clothes on the pavement, there are scars on her arms and inner thights of the flesh being ripped apart by her adoptive mother. She was barely feed and told she was ugly and not to be noticed. By the time she was 16 years old she ran away from home after nearly being killed by her adoptive mother, cracked skull and drowing incident. CPS was called several times but never forced guidelines or investigated the accusations. During the years the adoptive parents had baby Vanessa, they were getting paid by the state and recieving payments and living large, while they celebrated on booze.
After 26 years of coping with the sickness that CPS had brought on me I (baby Vanessa) am making a stand against CPS. I finally had my reunion with my mother after 26 years and it was a true blessing. I know there are others out there that are fighting this battle with CPS. I urge you not to give up. This is something that needs to be reported and I’m almost there fighting with my cousin-in-laws who are fighting with CPS in Solano County right now because of the CPS stepping in and trying to adopt the baby out. Looking through my court documents I found that we were just a game in the system of Los Angeles County.
Those that are fighting for thier voice to be heard please contact me because I want to share the stories and go forth and reach out and help. It is a known fact that if your baby is very cute and beautiful they are picked up fast to even if you didn’t do anything they are just waiting lurking around the corner to take your kids away and get adopted out because they can make $$$ (they as in CPS).
