Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

After two and half years and thousands of dollars later, we finally gained guardian ship of our grandson.
CPS stated they were not in our favour, they insisted we pay two hundred dollars per hour for a lawyer.
THey made false accusations regarding other family members options in court documents.
They refused me a visit when flying from Toronto to Winnipeg for court hearings, they said I didn’t give enough notice. the child was three at the time in foster care and not coping in his surroundings. this is just a tip of the ice burg of the trials we went through with our case worker, the case worker went through four or five supervisors during this period giving her more power than she deserved.
I’m ready to stand up and fight for anyone who endures the sleepless nights as our family did.

Haven’t has time to put up website ,everything happen so fastin think it is a nightmare. That there is no way this is happen to your family , you think you raised your children the best that you could.Then one day your son goes to pick up the twins girl-boy 6 yrs from school, but a card from the school office for you to call CPS there have your children. and told if you call them you can pick them up, You call to find out not just you but everyone that lives in the house has to come to the CPS office so you get everyone together n go.
Then you get their take the 2 older kids that r 16 boy 14 girl n put them in other room where you can’t talk them any more. N put you ( grandma ) your son n his wife in a room with no windows just a rest room off from it n you set from 4 pmtil 7 pm waiting for someone to tell you what is going on . Before that Anne (my daughter in law keep call the CPS worked to find out what is happen, it is now pass the kids dinner now n twins bath time n in 30min. will be their bed time.
Finally at 7pm a police come to the only door going into the building n ask my son to come in. then a hour later he come back n a different police person come ask Anne to come in. My son ( Chris) tell me what is going on. Their said that Harley the 6 yrs girl took the nurse at school her DAD has abuse her , Hunter 6 yrs n Callene 14 girl. At that time someone did a excise on Harley n found nothing. this went back forward between the police calling ANNE n CHRIS out of the room I was in to other rooms. At 11:00pm I was ask to come in , the front thing I asked is why their didn’t let me take the children home n feed them n bath them put them to bed . Because I’m the mother of Chris that I would not protect the children. Think about it if their have Chris n Anne with them who was going to hurt them.
this is where their really start lying to everyone their told Chris if he moved out of the house that the older 2 could come home . But there were keeping the twins . so Chris call a friend who picked him up n he went got same cloth n went to a friend house, where the children could go home with me n ANNE. Need night at 11:30pm a CPS worker n 3 police come to the door everyone was in bed but me n I was on my way. I answer to my surprise the CPS work said she come to pick Caellene N Tanner 16yrs boy. I told them that Chris was not there n hadn’t been.
She CPS said that she had court order from 4pm that afternoon , ordering the other 2 children from the home Because CPS doesn’t think Anne was protecting the children.
The story goes on , But I this time I have contacted Senators , Gover, State , repre. , Congress, DFRS, Attro. Gere. offices with Faxs even the story n how CPS has lied n chance works around to work for them .I would be glad to e-mail .Anne story of all that has happen N Chris”s story of what it is to have everything he lived for removed from his life. which is his wife n his children . .

MY CHILDREN HAS TAKIN AWAY FROM ME AND MY HUSBAND I HAD CUSTODY OF MY TWO GREAT NEPHEWS WHEN I GOT THEM 1 OF MY NEPHEW WAS I THINK ABUSED HE HAD SCARES ON HIS BACK, LEGS, HEAD WHEN I GOT CUDSTODY OF THEM I THOUGHT I WAS PROTECTING THEM FROM THERE ABUSER IN 2008 WE FOUND OUT THAT MY NEPHEW WAS TOUCHING MY HUSBANDS 3 YEAROLD GRANDDAUGHTER THEN WE FOUND OUT THAT HE DID THE SAME THING TO MY DAUGHTER TWICE AND MY SON WHICH IS MILD RETARTED AND ALSO HIS BROTHER, HE WAS REMOVED OUT OF THE HOUSE I PLACED HIM WITH MY MOTHERTHEN HE STARTED ACTING UP IN SCHOOL, GETTING BAD GRADE’S, TAKING BACK TO TEACHERS, TOUCHING OTHER STUDENTS AND EVEN GOT KICKED OUT OF SCHOOL. THEN AFTER ALL THE INTERVIEWS HE WENT THROUGH THEIR WAS NO ACCUATIONS OF HIM BEING ABUSED BY MY HUSBAND UNTIL HE WENT TO MY MOTHERS HOME. MY KIDS GOT TAKING AWAY, MY NICEE GOT CUSTODY OF HER BOYS AND I ONLY GET TO SEE MINE 2 A WEEK ONLY FOR TWO HOURS BUT MY HUSBAND CAN’T SEE THEM , TALK THEM ON THE PHONE,OR EVEN BY LETTER.
MY FAMILY NEEDS HELP.

CPS and the Attorney Ad-Litam in UTAH are totally idiots. I can’t believe that they have so much control and power and are allowed to use hear-say evidence to convict people. We as citizens need to do something about this. There are so many people who have be falsely accused and convicted that it’s becoming a real problem. I’m dedicating my time to trying to change laws, getting the stupid attorneys and CPS counselors fired. 90 % of these people are not married nor have children and don’t know what a family is. How in the hell can people like this get these type of jobs and positions. We need help on banding together and go to the legislators, supreme courts or whoever we need to go to, to try to correct all of these false allegations. Contact me with your stories and your help. My case was sent to adoption and my kids grandmother has them and she has a real strong dislike for me because of what I did to her son, but the she opting for guardianship and not full out adoption so I was wondering what exactly does that mean for me?

LaQueata, have your parental rights been terminated? My honest opinion is that it is better to have a family member keep your kids rather than a stranger. At least the kids are likely to know who their mother is. Do whatever you can to get back to friendly terms with this woman. If nothing else, pray and write sincere letters of apology and express your gratitude that she’s taking care of your children. The more good vibes you shower on her, the better it will be for your relationship with your children, in the long term. Best of luck with this — believe me, I know it isn’t easy but it is worth working on.
