Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Just a reminder… there’s a request by the owner of another family rights website for letters to be sent to President Obama and his wife. Here’s what I received in email:
Dear anti-CPS members:
We have been requested by the President to help with the reform of CPS. He has been in personal touch with one of our members and is expecting our help. If you are serious about your criticisms and your desire to see that the corrupt practices of the various children Protective services around the country be stopped, now is the time to act.
President and Michelle Obama have the power and the willingness to make the changes we have been fighting for.
But he needs our help to set the wheels in motion. He has personally requested that we all send direct to him our experiences with CPS. The recount of your stories may be sent to either President Barack Obama or to the First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House Washington DC 20500. In large block letters write “personal and confidential” Include any documents of proof .
The letters may be typed or handwritten. Please no profanity.

I would like the address as well. I am fighting CPS right now and need some help badly.. they are trying to take my beautiful babies out of my home when i have done anything wrong and i have lots who will say i am a great mom.. I NEED HELP PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!

Well people of fightcps.com you know I’m going to write the president. I think it will be a 100 page document, for I have so much to write and so much information I can share. The hurt it leaves on a child not to grow up with his parents, how cps brainwashes children to think their parents are enemies, and the non-compassionate employees that don’t give a darn about the parents needs. They aren’t worried about the parent. I have been to all kinds of counseling because of what cps did to my mother. I watched her lose her job, people turn their back on her and I actually ran from her after I was placed into foster care because of what the caseworkers told me. So you know Mr. Obama will get a idea of what cps does when I write him. I just hope my letter arrives with a million others like mine, and maybe then shall we see reform, compassion, and the desire to help the parent if there is a need. Believe me, I know it gets hard sometimes, but, I have always been willing to get the job done for my children, and just because we fall short sometimes, dosen’t mean we have to be stripped of our parental rights when someone has a concern about how we raise our children. But as we continue our fight for reform, we know now that we have resources. This website, other sites dedicated to helping us fight, and each other, for when we need a friend. With our letters and this president, we may actually see a day where this government agency is dedicated to helping parents keep their children rather than breaking up families. It could happen!!!

I have a hearbreaking story. I raised a child from birth to 18 1/2 months. His mom is 16 now and in foster care. She recinded her adoption consent on May 18 and they took my son on May 19 and put him in foster care because she willingly signed him over to dcs. She is in a mental facility for troubled youth and isnt even with him. They say that they aer going to place her with him eventually but wont let me contact him or the foster home to see how he is. He is just a baby and only knew us as his mom and dad and brothers and sister. My kids are devastated! My 4 year old son plays with a baby doll that he has now named Dakota. I cant sleep and cry all the time. Pleae see the website and sign my petition. I am doing all i can to get him home. I LIVE IN A VERY SMALL COMMUNITY, MY DAUGHTER HAS CONDUCT DISORDER AND OPPOSITIONAL DEFIANCY DISORDER. EVERY TIME SHE WANT S TO HANG OUT, RUN AWAY, DO DRUGS ETC. SHE ACCUSES MY HUSBAND OF ABUSE(STEPFATHER). SHE NOW ACCUSED MY HUSBAND OFF PUTTING A 5-INCH BRUISE ON HER. I KNOW FOR A FACT HE DIDNT DO IT BECAUSE ME AND THREE OTHER CHILDREN WERE THERE WHEN SHE SAID IT HAPPENED. I HAVE BEGGED SOCIAL SERVICES FOR 4-YEARS FOE HELP WITH HER AND THEY SAY SHE DOES IT BECAUSE WE’RE STRICT. WE DIDN’T BECOME STRICT UNTIL SHE TESTED POSITIVE FOR DRUGS @ 13 YRS, SNEAKING OUT, GETTING DRUNK WITH ADULTS SKIPPING SCHOOL AND ETC. MY DAUGHTER IS GOOD FRIENDS WITH THE SOCIAL WORKERS KID AND SHE KNOWS HOW TO PLAY THE SYSTEM. MY PROBLEM IS YOU ARE SUPPOSSED TO INVESTIGATE. THEY THE POLICE, DA, OR SOCIAL SERVICES NEVER TALKED TO THE WITNESSES. THEY DECIDED TO TALK TO ME AND MY 8 YR OLD AFTER HIS ARRAIGNMENT(THATS ILLEGA!!). IN THE POLICE REPORT THEY STATED THATTHE STAIRS SHE SUPPOSSEDLY GOT PUSHED ONTO WERE WORN AND TORN(THEY NEVER EVEN BEEN TO THE HOUSE TO TAKE PICTURES. I INFORMED THE INVESTIGATOR THAT IT WAS NEW CARPETED STAIRS AND HOW CAN THEY FILE A REPORT BASED ON HERESAY. I WA PREVIOUSLY MARRIED TO AN ABUSIVE HUSBAND AND I FILED COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIM. SOCIAL SERVICES THEN PUT MY ACCUSATIONS AGAINST MY PREVIOUS HUSBAND INTO THE COURT RECORDS AS A HISTORY OF ABUSE AGAINST MY CURRENT HUSBAND(THATS FALSE EVIDENCE. THESE REPORTS WERE MADE BEFORE I EVEN MET HIM. I THOUGHT IT WAS AGAINST THE LAW FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE OUT PERSONAL EVIDENCE OF SOMEONE WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT & THEN USE IT FALSELY. I POINTED THAT OUT TO THE INVESTIGATOR AND HE IGNORED IT. ORIGINALLY THE DA WAS GOING TO DROP THE CASE IF WE PROVIDED A PSYCH EVAL, WHICH WE DID, NOW THEY AMENDED THE COMPLAINT AND HAVE NOW CHARGED HIM WITH CHILD ABUSE. THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE TO GO ON IS THAT MY DAUGHTER SAID HE DID IT & PICTURES OF A BRUISE THAT SHE HAD EARLIER IN THE WEEK. i WAS FORCED TO SEND MY DAUGHTER TO MY BROTHERS HOUSE IN ARIZONA OR THEY WOULD CHARGE ME WITH CHILD NEGLECT. 5 DAYS AFTER SHE WENT WITH MY BROTHER TO ARIZONA, SHES 15-YRS OLD HER BOYFRIEND DROVE TO ARIZONA (HES AN ADULT MAN), AND RAN OFF WITH HER AND THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!! WHEN SOCIAL SERVICES HERE IN MEEKER COLORADO WERE NOTIFIED THAT SHE WAS MISSING, THEY SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO ABOUT IT, YOUR IN ARIZONA NOT OUR PROBLEM. BUT, THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SAID WE HAD TOO. ALL MY CHILDREN WANT EXPLAIN HOW MY DAUGHTER IS BUT NO-ONE WILL LISTEN TO THEM. THEY SAID THAT WE BRAINWASHED THEM TO SAY IT??? CONVENIENT HUH!! HOW CAN THEY CONTINUALLY BLAME US WHEN SHE HAS A DIGNOSIS THAT STATES SHE HAS THAT DISORDER???, MIND YOU SHE HAS A RUN A WAY RECORD A MILE LONG, REFUSES TO GO TO SCHOOL, TAKES METH AND POT,ABUSES US MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY & SOCIAL SERVICES SAYS SHE DOESN’T NEED TREATMENT. Hello all, this is very painful to have to deal with CPS. I know they have took me away from my little family, and trying to take my kids from my wife. We are living in St. Marys County MD. It is so bad down here. I would to love to see the Big Boys from DC to clear this county up.
I am getting call as a child abuse from the state, and they are dressing me a bad person. However I had a perfect family with full of love, then a mistake happen. I am going threw help, and CPS is cutting us down to the point that it making us bleeding. My kids are crying their eyes out because they want their daddy come home, and down here is St Marys don’t care beside the money they are getting to hurting the family wost then it is.
Thank you St. Marys, you just love to hurt the family, and now someone going hurt this county.

im so glad to hear this because i wrote the president and the department of justice back in March, 2009 and sent the DOJ lots of documents and i have since wrote both the president twice and contacted DOJ, US HHS and many others and it wasnt a pretty story and i sent the president and obama another updated letter of corruption today!

I and my family have recently come under investigation by CPS here in Texas. My daughter and I were the victims of road rage, yet due to the accusation that I hit the aggressor’s vehicle upon fleeing the scene in fear of my and my daughter’s lives, I was turned in. I am not a felon, I am not an abuser, I don’t neglect my kids and in fact the police who turned me into CPS dropped the child endangerment charge filed against me. CPS has taken it upon themselves to continue the investigation regardless, and to this point our caseworker, one vindictive Alyssa Wagner, has lied to us and her superiors repeatedly. I have a recorded conversation of her while she spoke to one of my character witnesses in which she clearly implies that I am guilty of a crime that I haven’t even been to court for, much less convicted of (misdemeanor reckless driving), and of which I am innocent of.
You may not need to hear this story, considering the fact that all I want is more information about HOW to let the president I just helped elect know that an innocent family, one among many others, is in the process of being destroyed. I want to let him know that organizations such as CPS not only tear children away from any semblance of normal and stable lives, but also place those innocent souls into foster homes in which they are literally raped and murdered, that innocent and devoted fathers and mothers are not being afforded any shred of American freedom once they come under investigation, and that due in some part to bodies such as these, our Bill of Rights and Constitution are now indeed pathetically meaningless.
I do not blame Mr. Obama for these problems, but I am flabbergasted as to why they don’t receive as much attention as issues such as alternative fuel sources or religious freedoms, for example. Why are these corrupt witch-hunters continually allowed to flex their terror-muscles? If he or his wife has any power whatsoever, I implore them to do what they can do to protect the American Family, what is left of it anyway, from evil organizations like CPS. America is nothing without the core family values that Mr. Obama would like to uphold, as I hope he knows.
Again, how may I have any hope of this account or a similar letter being read by someone who cares? Must I send it to the front door of the White House? Or is there the normal number of bureaucratic hoops I can never jump through for my voice to be heard? Do I as an American even have a voice anymore?

I would send Obama all the names that of people who are involved mail it to him everybody should do that. I think that everybody should write a book and tell what has happen to them Everybody should write a chapter make it a big book and in the book those evil people should have their name in the book of all the lies that they have told the courts including the Judges.

Hello, Candy here representing all of us here in Sacramento California who have dealt or are dealing with CPS and the thousands of beautiful, innocent children who will go to sleep in a strange place tonight, confused and heartbroken.
I am currently at the beginning stages of dealing with this “Evil” – Nothing has went through any courts or anything and they are requesting I drug test again after I previously provided one clean test, didnt hear anything for 7 months, now another worker shows up requesting I do it again.????? And I can name at least 30 families, I know of who’s children have been kidnapped by CPS, and have no where to turn. SOMEONE HELP!!!!

Well i am with you all on this , there has to be something done about CPS and all the wrong doing they have done .. they told me that they were there to help me get my kids back and all they have done is keep them from me and me from them .. it has been 10 months and i have not had so much as 1 visit ,, they are not even trying although all 3 of my girls are begging to come home and saying that they wat to c me and there father !! They took my kids on a sexual abuse allegation 10 months ago with no evidence at all and as of this date there have been charges filed on my husband , they said that our 8 yr old daughter said that he did that to her , yet there is no evidence , she said that he anally molested her and that it did not hurt… they tried to tell me that in 99% of these cases there is no evidence.. sorry but she weighed 75 lbs when this supposedly happened to her and he is 6’2 and weighs 258 lbs there is no way that there would not be evidence that is an exit only … but anyway my daughter recanted her story and says that it never happened .. yet they have still not returned the kids .. now they want to say that i do not keep a clean house , that my kids run around town naked , and that they are starved to death ,, yet my oldest at 12 weighed 200 lbs , my middle daughter weighed 70 lbs , and my youngest at 3 years old weighed 30 lbs ,, , and they also said that my husband is a falling down drunk…they say that now they need 3 yr worth of tax forms , fbi background check , cps background check , list of expenses , a copy of my dmv record , babysitters name and address and all that and now saying that they need more info and that we have to do more ,, i ahve done all the parenting classes, parental assessment , psychiatric and intelligence exam , and councelling ,, what more do they think they need ,,,, my kidneys.. maybe my arms and legs ?

I have been back from jail. Thats why i havent write anything back from some time. Now I am a Sex Offender, something that I don’t want this lable on me. However, I dont want anyone in my shoes, not even for my worst ememy. This is really bad. I was trying to get help from my mistake that I have done.
I haven’t heard, seen, nor have any postcards/pics from my kids. This county is really hurt my kids. I am working on a team together to take the Sex Offernder restisty system. to be throw out of the US Supreme Court, because the Bill of Rights says that it is not equilment. So they should have something for all crimes.
Who ever read this and want to join-in. Jane; please work something out, because im ready to fight this. If you can hold some kind of meeting in Maryland>>> I will be there, and tell everyone my story.

An alcoholic woman who is not only permitting my 17 year old bi-polar conduct disordered daughter to drink but also furnishing her alcohol and tobacco habit was given custody of my daughter by CYF because she ran away and refuses to come home.
Evidently, this is standard protocol for CYF as a neighbor told me she did the same thing to her mother 7 years ago. I also found out I may be financially responsible for supporting both of their habits.
I was willing to pay for a hair test for both of them to prove they are drinking from the same source but hair alcohol tests are not yet accepted in the US.
I have notified the PLCB who patched me through to the local police who told me there was nothing they could do unless my daughter ratted her out.
Talk about a hopeless situation. The only possibility was a hair alcohol test~
I have notified several authorities to no avail. The D.A. will be next and then the president.

KDS – I went through something like this a few years ago. Honestly, I don’t think there’s anything you can do about it. If the police aren’t willing to charge the person with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and your child won’t cooperate, maybe you should just accept the fact that she’s almost 18 and is now making her own decisions. At some point you just have to let go and let your child decide for herself how to live… and try to salvage a relationship with her. That’s what I did and now my child is doing much better, growing up and acting more maturely. It is a real shame that she’s smoking and all that but she won’t quit just because you don’t like it.

where is our goverment? the goverment that the people elected? dfcs tells lies, tries to turn family members against each other, and accuse people of things even tho it’s not true.they are above the law and can do what ever they want to family’s. i am a grandmother who has been with her grandchildren ever since they were born, and now dfcs will only let me have limited visits with my grandchildren. i have done nothing wrong.and they have made my daughter look like a bad mother. which is not true. my story is a long story. something needs to be done about dfcs.how can our goverment let dfcs do this? our children are crying to go home!

Pamela, our government has been taken over by foreign interests that want our citizens weak and defeated. Ruining families was part of their plan from way-back. Congress knew about this in 1963 but did nothing to protect us. See the Communist goals… look at #40 and #41 on the list.

wow after reading all these stories i haven’t heard anything like mine… i have been threw such a horrible time the past 5 months… my sons father kept calling cps over absoultly nothing.. they kept leaving after reading his txt messages of threats that he will get his son once he was born… he even admitted in a txt that he has a aunt that works for cps. he knew about a couple of prior cases of my ex trying to get custody of his daughters to try to get custody, which his aunt told him about. i let my son meet his father when he was 3 weeks old… he seen that my son had a rash on the side of his face… we had got into a argument and starting taking my head bashing my head up against my car door… he took my son out of my arms, and apologized and i had to go to the emergency room to get staples in my head… he said he would wait at my house till my mother got there… i came home and he was gone… i called him to see where he was and he said at the hospital because i hurt my son and hung up. my son as exsama (rash) on his face, the doctors told cps it was a rash and they still signed a removal for all three of my babies… cps took pics and when they found out the mark was there 2 months later at the hearing they told the judge they lost there pictures… they let my sons father bring in a witness (a girl that was my friend that he was having sex with behind my back) and she had said that i lifted my 3 year old that wieghed about 38lbs up by her hair a week after my c-section (i still had my staples in my incision) and held her up by just her hair and then threw her into a top bunk which has a full bed on a the bottom and a tiwn on top… the top is very high with a large metal safty rail and im only 5foot 3in….. so to no one it makes since, but it did to the judge because they know its a lawsuit to remove and infant… they took my son when he was 3 weeks old… he is now 6 months old… i feel like he doesnt know me…. my kids have and are going therw so much, getting hit, cursed at, moving threw four foster homes already and i never did a thang… the judge said it this court hearing that i may not be guilty but she wants me to do my parenting classes… i just researced things about how much michigan gets from the goverment for foster homes and its one of the top paid… the parents can be hurt and find a way… but who is there to really protect the babies…. i hate the goverment… who is really going to fight the goverment with goverment there all connected… obama open ur eyes and see the pain our own goverment is putting familes threw just to get money out of coutrys money…. someone help

guess what folks.had a ftm with dfcs and one dfcs stated that she did not like my daughter in front of a room full of people and on tape.she was the dfcs worker that did drug test on my daughter.also dfcs wants my daughter to take a hair folical test but in the same breath she also states that the hair folical test could skip some weeks.3 workers was taken off of my daughters case.but they still hound my daughter. we need a good lawyer, cause i think that we have a good case to sue dfcs.we live in ga. please leave me a comment if anyone knows a good lawyer.

To The Public: On June 14th, 2010 our daughter Carmen Renae Olson passed away. She fell after trying to stand up and hit the back of her head on the floor. She passed away in her sleep that night. She was 11 months old. 3 days prior to her death she had a fever that caused her to break out in fever blisters (sores) on her mouth. The sores were still present the night she passed. At the hospital the Coroner, Dr. Frank Sherridan, looked at Carmen and believed that she had been killed. He believed that the fever blisters were a sign of suffocation. We were not allowed to say goodbye to our daughter. On June 17th, 2010, my wife (Kayla Olson, mother) and I (Bryce Olson, father) were questioned by detectives. That same day, detective Newport called CPS and had our oldest daughter Hailey Olson taken away. On July 8th, 2010 CPS took our youngest daughter away at the hospital the day after she was born. Coroner Frank Sherridan ruled Carmen’s death a Homicide before an autopsy was performed. We gave several copies of pictures showing that the fever blisters on Carmen’s face were pre-existing to the detectives, County’s Council in the family court, and CPS worker Jeffrey Kaye on 3 different occasions. The detectives withheld the evidence from the Coroner as did the other parties. The Coroner never recieved them. We received the death certificate on June 30th, 2010 and it was dated June 20th, 2010 and marked Homicide. The autopsy results came back in October or November of 2010. It stated that Carmen had been smothered because of the injuries on her mouth and she had several healing rib fractures 10 days to 2 weeks old. He also states that she had brain hemoraging NOT caused by any blunt force trama. Several people performed CPR the night she passed. Also, during that 2 weeks we were at 2 theme parks, had a graduation party, and family friends over that weekend that were picking her up and she never showed any signs of pain. On Dec. 22nd, 2010 my wife and I were arrested. I was charged with Murder and Assault and Kayla was charged with Accessory to Murder after the fact. On March 3rd, 2011 the Coroner called and stoped the juvenile court because he heard that “there Might be pictures.” We had to produce ANOTHER copy of the pictures and have them taken to the Coroner directly by our attorney. He matched up the marks in the photos with the ones he believed to be the signs of suffocation. On April 1st, 2011 Dr. Frank Sherridan changed his ruling from a homicide to Undetermined Death. On April 4th, 2011 the charges were dropped and the case was completely dismissed. However, in the juvenile court, Judge Barbara Buschholtz allowed CPS to continue to say that we had killed our daughter and that it was a homicide. We were not allowed to have a full trial or to bring in our specialist to determine what caused the fractures. On the first court date, the judge stated that if the results of the autopsy came back anything other than a homicide then our babies were to be returned home immediatey. After the results were no longer a homicide, it was brought to the judges attention that the children should be returned and she stated “well that’s not what I meant.” Jeffrey Kaye (social worker) states in his report that “Carmen was beaten until finally killed.” Our objections to the reports were only “dully noted”. It has been a year since our babies have been home. They have not been placed with a family member as they were supposed to be within 45-60 days. My wife and I were never offered any services as REQUIRED BY LAW. The Judge has set for our parental rights to be removed on September 26th, 2011. How can CPS be allowed to say that there is a homicide when there isn’t one and how is Jeffrey Kaye allowed to state that our daughter was beaten until killed as if he’s a doctor? CPS and Judge Barbara Buschholtz are abusing their powers and our Civil Rights are being taken away. Please add us and show your support for our babies and to bring them home. Many parents find themselves overwhelmed when contacted by CPS and for good reason. CPS investigators and caseworkers are able to manipulate parents through fear and intimidation, making the innocent parent feels helpless. CPS has the legal power to take children away from their parents. Under these circumstances parents who are not aware of the underhanded nature, shoddy investigative techniques, and financial motivations of CPS readily sign safety plans, service plans, allow CPS into their homes, submit to interviews, and essentially do anything the CPS investigator asks. The innocent parent naively believes that by doing what CPS wants they will be left alone. This needs to stop.
