I have been fighting for over 2 years for 1 grand daughter and 1 year for another one. I picked both of these girls up from the hospital, with C.P.S. approval. and was allowed to keep the oldest one because they said I had no C.P.S. history when they came to my home, to check things out. The younger one the let me keep her a week, before they took her. They checked my home out and found nothing wrong. My daughter is incarerated. I have found laws that,the C.P.S. broke in denying me my grand daughters. The first one was is that they are to check the Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) , California Penal Code 11170 and see if there is a match. which wasn’t done. If there is a match, then you can request a greviance review.I had no match, but had to have a greviance review any way. How do you go in and say you did things wrong when, you didn’t. They wanted me to lie. The Social Worker was very rude to me at the end.
You can get a copy of your CACI through the Department of Judtice. You can get the form on line. another good source of information is the Chlid Welfare Information Gateway ( State Laws). This is where I found the laws they broke.
So, I shouldn’t have never had a greviance review. Another law they broke, was after 10 years, your C.P.S. history is to be expunged, if unfounded and unsubstainated. I also, have a paper from the court that says my records are destroyed. I can only be denied if I have a substaniated, which I don’t. If I had a subsubstaniated, I would be in the CACI. It alos, states they are not allowed to go back and reinvestigate and they did. They even changed an unfounded to substainated on me. Very illegal.
They even put a C.P.S.history on me for some of my children of whom were over 18 at the time.
I even had a trial and they changed,added and twisted the truth around. I beleive they used my daughters C.P.S.history on me, because, alot of things that were testified to in court was my daughter, not me. So, as you can see the lied under oath also. What was brought up in my greviance review, and alot of what they testified to in court were different. There were many other laws and lies.
Right now, my case is in Supreme Court.
I have wrote a letter to the California District Attorney General
( Brown) in Sacramento. Requesting that the State of California, County of San Diego, Department of Health and Human Services, Child Protective Services be investigated and I have plenty of proof. I have, reports and the transcripts from court.
My next letter. is going to The FBI, because, I look at it, this way, they are kidnapping children, using the law illegally to keep the children and get $4,000 to $6,000 for each child they adopt out (black market of babies using the law). Since Kidnapping is a federal offense and C.P.S. is also. funded by the federal goverment. The should also. investigate.
Ther is more to this story. this is just the short end of it.

I need help. I live in Hemet with my eight children.and with my boyfriend…the issue is this.

My boyfriend has twin girls, 2.5 yrs old. They were born addicted to meth and heroin and HE AND I fought to get them out of foster care. After a year long battle with these incompentent ass*****, the case was to be CLOSED…after an incedent on our trampoline, cps came to our home, along with a cop…and questioned our entire family…they were called and since we were in the SYSTEM(doing the right thing)…we were treated as criminals and our family embarrassed by the police and worker outside our home…three months later one of the twins elbow was broke(humerus fracture) common at this age…again they came..with two police officers and this time…THEY WERE asking the children if they had been sexually abused…ages 12, 11, 9 and 4…THERE ARE NO SEX OFFENDERS IN OUR HOME..WTF?

They did a full body xray…are sending a PHN TO exam our other children..the other twin, our 15 month old and our newborn..for signs of sexual or physical abuse…AND THEY ARE WAITING over a week to do this!!

so, everytime one of our children are hurt..and I or my BF go to the emergency room…this is going to happen…??? THIS IS HARASSMENT…it is illegal, imho..and unfair…

THE ONLY REASON WE HAD A CASE was to fight for those girls!!! whose MOTHER DID the drugs…not me or my bf..

can someone direct me to get help before this breaks our family apart…the stress is taking a toll on our family!!

California has had many GRAND JURIES EXPOSING CPS ILLEGALITIES.

Calif also has an INSURANCE FUND WHICH CAN COMPENSATE FOR ABUSE IN FC.

Please help, This is continueing the please help request from april 29 at 7:19 am. The same social worker did it again. She went to the childs school and took the 3 year old out of class along with a 4 year old from another son and stripped off all their clothes and searched for bruises. Of course there were none. The parents were not aware that this was happening! It was several hours later that they found out their children were stripped naked and searched at school. This can not be legal. If anyone can let us know what to do, please contact me at garyuren at yahoo.com. Please help.

Terri, please post the link to the article you’re talking about, so I can look at it. I think you’d have to request the entire article from the newspaper itself. I don’t usually keep entire articles anymore.

Please help. Our son in law has a child from a past relationship. The Mother was losing custody due to drug use. Our son in law was getting custody. The lady that was losing custody called the police and pressed charges saying that He was beating the child with a belt. The police arrested him, never read him his rights. He asked for a lawyer the night he was arrested. He was told he did not get a lawyer until he goes to court. They questioned him for five days and then sent a cps worker in to tell him that if he did not admit to spanking his child they would go and take all their children away and arrest his wife. He then said he spanked his child. We bailed him out and got a lawyer for him since no lawyer was ever provided for him. The next evening after business hours a cps worker came to the house and pushed her way into the house. Our son in law said she needs to speak to his lawyer. She told him that if she isn’t allowed to search the house, she will take all their children immediately. We were told that cps might drop the case due to lack of evidence but in the mean time, they said they wanted them to take a parenting class and they will place all their children as a ward to the court so they can take the class for free… I told them I will pay for the class but we don’t know what they will do next or what we can do. We will talk to the lawer in a couple days but if anyone knows what we should do, please let me know. Thank you for your time. Gary
