Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I have raised my four children on my own, my childrens father became involved with drugs and I did not have the ability to control his addiction . I saw no legal action to keep him home , or legal action for walking out on your children , instead what I got was constant harrassment. A single mother the easiest target. They frightened me no matter how hard I tried. Yet you are driven insane by high rent, no child support action, more jobs means no mothering, all the scapegoating on the mother, fear, threats. CPS TRIED TO RUIN me for years. I became obsesed with keeping everyone and everything perfect. Now my children resent me for it. Thier father made false calls to avoid paying support. From thousands of miles away false claims tore my household apart and I tested for a phone call “CLEAN” In three states, he tested dirty nd they sent my children to someone drug addicted and because he has custody now the state pays for his drugs , CPS accepts bribes and abuses thier power and doesn’t care less where kids end up or what happens to them, they assist crime sex trade rings , and child molesters in getting children for sex and slavery

Many CPS workers are drug addicts, perverts and alcoholics, they collect pay checks and remain untested and cooperate with dead beat parents accepting bribes to assist the criminals who destroy parents!

Linda I would like to have that article you wrote about Mr Kevin Cannannon it is in the news that Kevin Cannannonn is going to be working in the Whitehouse can you believe that i wrote to the whitehouse and told him what he did up in Maine I want to send that article to President Obama because he is going to be working with Obama Obama needs to know his background Kevin Cannoaanonn is a no good rat you should see the smart a– letters he written to me I wish I knew what newpapers it came out of in Maine I would love to get ahold of the newpaper people and tell them that he going to be working for obama and former Vilsack he is one big joke.

I agree - Kevin Concannon should have no place in social services or working with children. I was appalled when he was hired in your state after what he said in Maine. I would like to share our existing experiences with post partum depression, and how it is affecting our family’s lives. My 2nd grandson was born 5 weeks premature on June 26, 2008 by caesarean due a condition of placenta previa. On July 21, 2008 my daughter telephoned her physicians office to get assistance, for medication for her post partum depression and had been advised by her medical clinic to go to the emergency department as she could not be fit her in to see her physician. What a day I received a call from the emergency room asking for me to come and pick up the baby, as they were waiting for a team to arrive to asses her. I arrived at the emergency room to a social worker from DWS. I explained to her that my daughter was having a difficult time with post partum depression, and I began to explain the difficult emergency birth, his stay in the NICU, the father of her newborn had abandoned her at five months pregnant, her car had just broken down, and had no money coming in due to her disability insurance was denied. After our brief conversation and her statements of how well the baby had been cared for, I left with my grandson, with the understanding that a meeting would be taking place a few days later with DWS, and my daughter. An assessment team arrived at the ER met with my daughter, releasing her with an emergency prescription for anti-depressants, and to follow up with her own physician in the next few days. She then followed up with her own care provider on in the next couple of days. The meeting with DWS took place on Thursday July 24, 2008. My daughter was very upset, feeling like a fish out of water, and not understating what in the world are we doing here? My daughter spoke up and trying to understand, explaining that she was in no danger in harming her infant son or her 4 year old, that she was a productive member of society with no history of drug or alcohol abuse, and was gainfully employed, she was just suffering from post partum depression. Frustration commenced on both ends of the table, with my daughter standing firm, explaining that she is on anti-depressants, that she had followed up with her medical provider, had seen her counselor, and what in the world are we doing here. They decided they were taking the baby in to protective custody. She bolted from the room with frustration and tears in total shock. On July 29th I accompanied her to a session with her counselor with this incredible story of how incredibly victimized we felt. The counselor placed a phone call to one of the CWS worker involved with the detainment. The DWS worker proceeded to explain that they were annoyed, irritated and angry at my daughter for failure to obey, with their demands, and that was a reasonable decision for the detainment. No neglect no abuse on her part, she had been released on her own from the hospital as non suicidal, and non homicidal, just clearly post partum depression, that she in fact was seeking help for. The nightmare continues with supervised visits with her sons, and her diligence to comply with their demands so she may have her children returned to her. Is this the United States of America the more I look into this the more I am horrified, the numerous information that display DWS as an agency holding children hostage. It is now 9 months later, and they want to give the baby up for adoption, trial now with no more money for a lawyer he wants another $5,000.00 CPS has lied, and abused the system please help.

Please help. Our son in law has a child from a past relationship. The Mother was losing custody due to drug use. Our son in law was getting custody. The lady that was losing custody called the police and pressed charges saying that He was beating the child with a belt. The police arrested him, never read him his rights. He asked for a lawyer the night he was arrested. He was told he did not get a lawyer until he goes to court. They questioned him for five days and then sent a cps worker in to tell him that if he did not admit to spanking his child they would go and take all their children away and arrest his wife. He then said he spanked his child. We bailed him out and got a lawyer for him since no lawyer was ever provided for him. The next evening after business hours a cps worker came to the house and pushed her way into the house. Our son in law said she needs to speak to his lawyer. She told him that if she isn’t allowed to search the house, she will take all their children immediately. We were told that cps might drop the case due to lack of evidence but in the mean time, they said they wanted them to take a parenting class and they will place all their children as a ward to the court so they can take the class for free… I told them I will pay for the class but we don’t know what they will do next or what we can do. We will talk to the lawer in a couple days but if anyone knows what we should do, please let me know. Thank you for your time. Gary

Linda I would like the article you wrote about Kevin Cannonnann I want to make copies of it so that I can mail it to Washington DC I don’t know much about computers but if anybody knows anything about Kevin Cannannonn if anybody who lives in Iowa or Maine you should write to the white house and tell them about Kevin Cannonnonn I wish I could get ahold of the newspaper and the person who wrote it in the paper I would love to tell them about Kevin Cannonnann.

Please help, This is continueing the please help request from april 29 at 7:19 am. The same social worker did it again. She went to the childs school and took the 3 year old out of class along with a 4 year old from another son and stripped off all their clothes and searched for bruises. Of course there were none. The parents were not aware that this was happening! It was several hours later that they found out their children were stripped naked and searched at school. This can not be legal. If anyone can let us know what to do, please contact me at garyuren at yahoo.com. Please help.

I need help. I live in Hemet with my eight children.and with my boyfriend…the issue is this.
My boyfriend has twin girls, 2.5 yrs old. They were born addicted to meth and heroin and HE AND I fought to get them out of foster care. After a year long battle with these incompentent ass*****, the case was to be CLOSED…after an incedent on our trampoline, cps came to our home, along with a cop…and questioned our entire family…they were called and since we were in the SYSTEM(doing the right thing)…we were treated as criminals and our family embarrassed by the police and worker outside our home…three months later one of the twins elbow was broke(humerus fracture) common at this age…again they came..with two police officers and this time…THEY WERE asking the children if they had been sexually abused…ages 12, 11, 9 and 4…THERE ARE NO SEX OFFENDERS IN OUR HOME..WTF?
They did a full body xray…are sending a PHN TO exam our other children..the other twin, our 15 month old and our newborn..for signs of sexual or physical abuse…AND THEY ARE WAITING over a week to do this!!
so, everytime one of our children are hurt..and I or my BF go to the emergency room…this is going to happen…??? THIS IS HARASSMENT…it is illegal, imho..and unfair…
THE ONLY REASON WE HAD A CASE was to fight for those girls!!! whose MOTHER DID the drugs…not me or my bf..
can someone direct me to get help before this breaks our family apart…the stress is taking a toll on our family!!

I have been fighting for over 2 years for 1 grand daughter and 1 year for another one. I picked both of these girls up from the hospital, with C.P.S. approval. and was allowed to keep the oldest one because they said I had no C.P.S. history when they came to my home, to check things out. The younger one the let me keep her a week, before they took her. They checked my home out and found nothing wrong. My daughter is incarerated. I have found laws that,the C.P.S. broke in denying me my grand daughters. The first one was is that they are to check the Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) , California Penal Code 11170 and see if there is a match. which wasn’t done. If there is a match, then you can request a greviance review.I had no match, but had to have a greviance review any way. How do you go in and say you did things wrong when, you didn’t. They wanted me to lie. The Social Worker was very rude to me at the end.
You can get a copy of your CACI through the Department of Judtice. You can get the form on line. another good source of information is the Chlid Welfare Information Gateway ( State Laws). This is where I found the laws they broke.
So, I shouldn’t have never had a greviance review. Another law they broke, was after 10 years, your C.P.S. history is to be expunged, if unfounded and unsubstainated. I also, have a paper from the court that says my records are destroyed. I can only be denied if I have a substaniated, which I don’t. If I had a subsubstaniated, I would be in the CACI. It alos, states they are not allowed to go back and reinvestigate and they did. They even changed an unfounded to substainated on me. Very illegal.
They even put a C.P.S.history on me for some of my children of whom were over 18 at the time.
I even had a trial and they changed,added and twisted the truth around. I beleive they used my daughters C.P.S.history on me, because, alot of things that were testified to in court was my daughter, not me. So, as you can see the lied under oath also. What was brought up in my greviance review, and alot of what they testified to in court were different. There were many other laws and lies.
Right now, my case is in Supreme Court.
I have wrote a letter to the California District Attorney General
( Brown) in Sacramento. Requesting that the State of California, County of San Diego, Department of Health and Human Services, Child Protective Services be investigated and I have plenty of proof. I have, reports and the transcripts from court.
My next letter. is going to The FBI, because, I look at it, this way, they are kidnapping children, using the law illegally to keep the children and get $4,000 to $6,000 for each child they adopt out (black market of babies using the law). Since Kidnapping is a federal offense and C.P.S. is also. funded by the federal goverment. The should also. investigate.
Ther is more to this story. this is just the short end of it.
