Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

My Son Robert Johnston will turn 16 on May 13, 2009, is currently incarcerated in a Juvenile Detention Center in Savannah Georgia. In Georgia at 3am April 2, 2009 he and his friend, tried to break into a Liquor Store, when Police responded, the boys sped off in a stolen car they had been driving since they ran away from Vermont March 30, 2009, they led police on a high speed chase, getting on Highway 80, in the wrong direction, while crossing over trying to get on Southbound I-95 they lost control of the car and crashed into trees. One boy was taken into custody at the scene, the other found a couple of minutes later by canine unit, hiding in the trees. Thankfully neither boy suffered injury in the crash.
The boys were driving a vehicle that was stolen from the program both boys were enrolled in, while in Vermont. In the past, they had been transported many times in this car, knew where the keys were kept so it was very easy to use it to run away from there lives in DCF custody. No one at this program noticed the missing car until the boys were found in Georgia..
This alternate program, through DCF, has been involved in my sons live for most of the time he has been in DCF custody. They are wrap around services to assist special needs for troubled youth. Since early spring 2008, my involvement with my son’s caseworker and my son, along with his wonderful foster parents, have been working together as a team to help him to get on the right tract to be successful, and finish school. She has been fair, strict, understanding and always had his best interest. She wasn’t liked at times by her clients but still stuck by their sides through thick and thin I will always be grateful to you Lisa, you are my hero. Also, I am very grateful to foster parents, Marv and Angie along with their own extended family, who loved and nurtured him as their own, you will always hold a special place in my heart as family.
Now I need to look ahead to the future for my son. I need to be by his side as he is facing these horrible events that have happened and to help him to learn something positive for his future as he is facing multiple charges in Georgia, and Vermont.

I need prayer for Charles Robert Jackson 16 and Sara Jane Jackson to come home to live with Ed and Lori Jackson of Spanaway Washington. We did not abuse or neglect our children, the state just took them out of our home because our house was messy. We have all suffered from depression for the past couple of years since our other son, William Einar Jackson died on Sept 10, 2007 of a brain aneryism. We will whatever we have to do to get our two youngest kids home.

I need prays cause cps removed my children in 2005 saying my hubby was touching our daughter and they have a dvd of her saying he didnt touch her ever in her privates and trail is coming up and we are praying that cps and the froster people havent brain washed her in to saying he did know that she know the truth so please pray for us thankyou so much and god bless

Pray for my three children six, three and four years old who were removed from my home over “domestic violence” that they witnessed. It was not committed against me but against a neighbor who was in my home and my youngest childs father. My ex came in and broke a restraining order (for yelling at me and smacking a phone from my hand, which cps made me obtain) and beat the neighbor badly.
A month later I was outside of my apt and the girlfriend of this neighbor confronted me, screaming and threatening me. I was very shaken up and crying, my cell phone rang and it was my ex, her asked me what was wrong? and because I was so upset I began to tell him AND MY CELL PHONE WENT DEAD! This triggered another visit to my apt. by my ex to see if we were o.k. However, another neighbor saw him there (3:30pm) and called CPS.
Even though I didn’t even let him in and kept the security screen closed and locked and told him to leave (AND HE DID LEAVE) they came and took my children a few days later.
I wanted my kids to live with my mother, but at the time she couldn’t take the kids. Three days later she wanted to take them but the case worker WAS AND IS refusing to allow it.
The children have been at my ex-step mothers home for about 30days now. It was only suppose to be for the weekend, so my mom could get things in order. However they would NOT and so far have not placed them with my mother.
My mother and I have had the kid every week twice, and the children have told us of instances of abuse which the social worker over looks. The ex-step mother denies these alligations and thus has caused the social worker to, in turn, call me and accuse me and my mother of “interrigation” of my own children and in some instances taken away MY visitation time!! and treatened to not allow my mother to ’supervise’ my visits. This is so frustrating and horrible. I am sure you all can understand.
Just this weekend my 6yrs olds father took her for a visit for the SECOND time….after being absent for 5 yrs…..and having a failed unrine test (marijuana) just 10days ago….
THE SOCIAL WORKER ALLOWED HIM UN-SUPERVISED visitation!!!
I am so furious.
I personally, have done NOTHING to harm my children.
I just found out that my ex has been picked up and charged for the beating of my neighbor. So in my eyes that don’t have any reason to hold my children any longer!!
BUT IF THEY DO I WANT THEM TO BE WITH MY MOTHER. Please pray, my attorney is taking it to trial May 4th.

our name are biran and evelyon byrd we would like to praryer for we are in mildde of a invgash for child aduse of a child that we were adopt but she take out of our home in early march and will not be retrun to us becuse her case woker said tha the adopt we not going will but we feth that is was .
but that morring the child was being a brat so we said that is had to set at the talde intill it was time to brush her teeth just as we told to be but when ti was time to brush toothe she was fight all the way and she start to hit me with the string her coat, and brian come in to help . when he garp her arm he lfet nail mark not to hurt .

Teen lied to CPS and stated he was “deathly afraid” to come home b/c he was disciplined a week ago. After CPS met with us and determined NO abuse had taken place he was told he had to return home with us. We were told NOT to say anything to him and NOT to discipline him. As loving God fearing parents and Christians we cannot have a teen in our home controlling us and running all over us so I feel in my heart his situation isn’t going to work out unless the love of Christ pours into this boy and he realizes we are ALL he has and we only want his GOOD. I pray that he gets a revelation b/c if he doesn’t he may get his wish of not living with us any longer. It’s tearing us a part and breaking my heart. I can’t stop crying and I can’t believe this is MY kid causing all of this misery and confusion.

cps has my 2 little children and put them in foster care. They don’t have a reason!!! Their psychiatrist says I am psychotic and mine says I am not psychotic. IT’s a matter of believing what I am saying. I am not crazy!! and they can’t remove the children based on risk. THey took the children as their first step!!

My teen daughter was out of control had a baby, Since my husband her step father told her she needed to take care of her baby and stop running around she acussed his of raping her. He was deported because he was here on temp visa even though the he was never charged they never took a statement from anyone including other 3 children in home. The baby was taken from home, teen daughter and now they want to take my other 3 disabled children. Please pray that God will protect my children from CPS because they could bare to live in foster homes.

Please pray for me. I was in a divorce battle. i never abused or neglected my 2 year old son. The judge made a ruling based on false info & called cps to put my son in foster care. Now I have to jump through hoops to try to get him back. CPS wants to sell my son because he is healthy & beautiful. This has devastated me. My son & me have a very strong bond & I give my son alot of love. CPS is making a plan to present to the judge to allow CPS to sell my son. My son has his own Guardian/Ad Litem who will be the key person over cps to decision. He is not happy with cps plans. Since my son has been in foster care he is getting marks on his body. My son was stolen from me. I feel violated. This is abuse & agony that I’m going through with the courts & cps. Prayer & God is my only hope. I need God’s help! Thanks for your prayers.

Please pray for my four girls. All types of lies are being told about the living condition for our girls by the school nurse and they are coming on Monday to our house. My wife and I are divorcing, once that is finalized in a month care is lined up for the girls, and they were all selected for a school five minutes from my work.
Please pray that these four angels, my only reason for living, get to stay with me and that we can overcome the lies and smears from this state.

Please pray to give me the strength to kee fighting to get my babies back. Jack is 3 years old, Kendra just had her first birthday last month. The only trauma they have suffered is being taken from their father and I. Jack thinks he is being punished…or he has been a “bad boy”. My heart is broken. Thank you.

THE MORE I WARN PEOPLE ABOUT CPS, THE MORE THEY TELL ME THAT I DON’T KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT.
THEN I HAVE TO STAND BYE AND WATCH HELPLESSLY AS THEY LOSE THEIR KIDS.
JENNIFER WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE CPS OFFICE YESTERDAY TO TALK TO A CASEWORKER. SHE WASN’T TOLD WHY. THE INTAKE PERSON SAID THAT SHE NEEDED TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE BABY FOR HER FILE. JEN DOESN’T HAVE AN OPEN CASE THAT SHE KNOWS OF. SHE LET THE WOMAN TAKE A PICTURE OF DESI.
I TOLD HER THAT IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. SHE CALLED DESI’S IDIOT FATHER, “WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING,” AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT I SAID. HE TOLD HER NOT TO STRESS OUT ABOUT IT. I ENDED UP GETTING INTO A SCREAMING MATCH WITH HIM TODAY. I REEEEEEEAAALLY WANTED TO CHOKE HIM. HE TOLD ME THAT I WAS JUST STRESSING HER OUT. I ASKED HIM HOW MANY KIDS HE HAS. HE SAID 8. I ASKED HIM HOW MANY WERE TAKEN BY CPS. HE SAID ALL OF THEM. THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE THAT BABY AND THEY WON’T LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TELL THEM NOT TO OFFER THEM ANY INFORMATION, NOT TO TALK TO THEM WITHOUT A LAWYER OR TO GIVE THEM ANYTHING THEY WANT WITHOUT A COURT ORDER OR A WARRENT.
THAT BABY IS GOING TO END UP WITH A FOSTER/ADOPT FAMILY AND IT’S GOING TO KILL JENNIFER.
I CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE THERE TO HELP YOU.
THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY WON’T BE COMING BACK, CASE CLOSED.
THEN OUT OF NO WHERE, THEY COME AND TAKE YOUR KIDS.
BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.
EVERYONE ELSE KNOWS EVERYTHING, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE.
WHAT THE HELL DOES IT TAKE TO GET PEOPLE TO SHUT UP AND LISTEN?!

hello to all my and my family need prayers now. we need to get a lawyer and we don’t have one yet and we need on now! our court date is may 8th of this year, and i am tring really hard to get one. This year my daughter had a baby and she called the father and now he is taking her to court on all lies and he has put me in middle of it, my dauhgter has a midl case of cp and she is a good mama but the baby’s dad has said she is a retared and can’t do anything and he is bringing up the past when we were invovled in cps and he is going to bring up old lies into court and then some,he is lieng on both of us, we need your prayers so that we will win this case and that we will get a lawyer before the 8th of may, we live in spokane washington and the peptition was made in kennewick washington because the dad lives there we don’t have time to get the venu changed so we are going to go to court and see if we can get it changed we need everyones prayers so that this will fall her way, the father is a felon and he smokes along with his parents and he has said some pretty horible things about me and it is all lies, please pray the things will go our way and we get a lawyer and we can get the venu changed in spokane washington everyting that is going to court is a lie and we need a lawyer really bad and money we don’t have and the lawyer we have won’t help us for a full month becuse he is with north west justice and we need help now. so please pray for jutice to fall in our favor, thank you for you time and may god take care of us all, melinda Bocook

Please pray for the return of my two oldest daughters, Penelope 7, and Lauren 5. We were turned into DHS by my boyfriends daughters mother for “domestic violence”. Since then we have gotten our baby back, but are still fighting to get back my two oldest daughters from a previous marriage. We have done and continue to do everything they have asked us to do. They only continue to keep my two older girls from me, because they are “happy and doing well” where they are. It is just to aide their father in gaining custody of them. It is in their best interest to be with the mother, with whom they have always been with, with whom has never abused or neglected them and never will. They are my hear and soul. I have committed myself to being a mother to my children. Even when DHS took my baby from me on Jan. 2nd 2009 I was nursing her and continued to pump for her. On April 3rd 2009 when they finally gave her back to me I resumed nursing her, and haven’t had to supplement formula. I maintained my milk supply for her, because I am passsionate about providing the very best nutrition for my babies (I nursed Penelope until she was 2!). I am devoted to my children, I truely love, value and adore them. Please Pray for their safe and speedy return to their mother. Thank you!

All American families need prayer. Not until I met a young woman named Andrea two years ago, did I realize how vulnerable we are to injustices of CPS practices. I’m thankful that the organization is in place to intervene against true abuse. But Andrea had told me not long after I met her that her now deceased husband had spanked one of their 5 children for misbehavior long ago. He went overboard on her bottom to the point where she was unable to sit. Her teacher noticed and contacted authorities. (Of course, I understand.) All of their kids were taken and placed into foster care. During visitations, Andrea discovered that her youngest boy was being molested in the foster care home. (I forgot how she discovered. I do believe he had explained to her what was happening to him.) What shocks and angers me is that, as Andrea explained, CPS did nothing about the problem while she constantly tried to report it for over a year. The kids are back with her. I haven’t heard from her in over a year and I don’t know how to reach her again. But I wish so much that her story could come out. It’s incredibly sad and scary for parents. CPS does not advocate family. They advocate a very rigid, unrealistic, hypocritical, and thereby twisted interpretation of child protection. Families need prayer. We need to pray that CPS organization is completely reformed.

I would like to extend my prayers individually to each and everyone here in this venue because each of you need to know someone is out here that is truly compassionate and caring in the your world that has been turned upside down. I would like to start with mpo2624. I read your prayer post and immediately began to pray for your daughters return. Your post struck me as unique in the fact that cps returned your baby after a couple of months and that you kept breast milk until she was returned. My wife nursed all 5 of our children. This alone should show cps your dedication and compassion for your children, but thats another story we can deal with later. My prayer is backed by the fact that God knows your heart, and he won’t let nothing happen to your children and you will get your daughters back. I will continue to pray for their return. In the meantime, keep up the good work and continue to have faith. God Bless you and your family!!

My next prayer post is to Angel Kresta. After reading your post, I wanted to write to you and let you know that someone is out here for you. We really need to stick together in these trying times even though we do not know each other, because we share a common goal. To keep cps from ruining our lives. I, at the moment, have my children in hiding, away from home because of an investigation ongoing with cps trying to build a case against me and my wife. I have 5 children ranging in age from 8 to 15. I also homeschool (this is something i will post about later). I wil pray that your trial goes in your favor, and I you have favor with God, you will prevail. My next prayer post is for Renee. My prayer for you dear is STRENGHTH……. This is when you need strength the most….Trust me, I’m watching my wife go to pieces because of what we are going through. I have 5 kids and they are under investigation by cps. (I will be making a post about this later). A emergency room physician wanted a “social worker” to interview my son alone to determine the state of his mental capacity and when I refused cps came running. Now I’ve been forced to move my kids out of the home to keep them from custody and they are homeschooled so they are missing out on their curriculum. My wife, who does most of the teaching, has been depressed and is scared, but I won’t let cps ruin our lives with the lies and bs they spew. So I pray for strength Renee, because, in this trying time, you need to be strong for your child. One of cps’s strongpoints is the ability to smell blood, the more depressed you are, the more they will hinder you and keep you down…And also, stay strong in your faith. I also pray that they don’t “sell” your son. I know what this does to a mother. I grew up in the cps system and I can remember my mother asking over the telephone when I was coming home. This was in 1977, and I was 7. Four days before she passed away, she asked me when was I coming home. She passed away in 2007. This is what this does to a loving mother and the child that has to live with the fact that he didn’t know his mother. Stay strong Renee, I know its hard, and I pray that everything works out for you. Keep posting here for support. You are not alone, not only am I here for answers, I’m here for support. Our case my life committed partner and I, Our 3 youngest children we have been fighting for from cps,state of Ohio Licking County since november 1, 2007, our adjudication/disposition held 4-1- 4-2-08, magistrates Plunkett decision 9-08; objections filed to Judge Hoover; 1-09 objections overuled in favor of state/cps/lcoutyJFS, appeals filed 2-09, leave to appeal granted 4-09 w/out going on expediated calender.
Our Creator blessed us with knowledge of law and civil rights, we fought hard and still are, we formed OPACS 11-4-07; 4-4-08 1st rallly vs child&families 1st council shut down their meeting met w/their acting president. we rallyed 46 rallys and grew to three active chapters in three surrounding counties, we made it to DCfestival2008 and allied w/many groups across the country, we now pray that all across the land the children of Yahweh our BARA(Creator) and ABBA(Father) along with the help of our Mother(The Earth) shall bring forth a revival of American Spririt in truth and in Justice, and for all the families whose lives have been torn to shreds by the beast Known as CPS, by the Dragon of darkness that trys to consume all in it’s path and so many people worship it, or bow to it,or run from it and that Dragon is not Satan(The accusser,the old serpent) he is defeated, nor is this beast Lucifer( the assyrian king destroyed for his cruelity to his subjects. But this beast this dragon is the very spirit Yashua Messiah (Jesus Christ) warned us that we could not serve and also serve are father. that spirit is MAMMON (The greed for Wealth,MOney,and Power). We pray that the MOTHERS BILL BE NOT PASSED to allow that dragon to stand at the delivering mothers feet waiting to devour the child into this mammonized system called civilized america. We ask for this not to come to pass. We plead w/our hearts and our minds,with all our being that Yahweh the Bara our great Father with His might and his awesome power to stop these beast and to protect our children. We shall not run nor hide from the beast but we wage war with it, we will not falter nor bow to its power and earthly authority, nor shall we condone it’s evil ways. It’s lieing theories about what life should be which is false religion which gives praise to man-made laws and doctrines, the false religion of cps and it’s coherts, We see the economics falling oh dont let it happen we cry, I say let mammon fall,let the rich man whom wishes to have the poor-mans child for his own gain fall from grace and when they fall we the children of God will say as Isaiah did Oh Mammon, bright as the morning star, Oh you whores of Riches how powerful you were, you were so mighty that none could bring you ddown, but now how great is your fall Oh mammon, how is your temples(local cps) with your fraudlent whores(social worker’s. where are they now Let it be Known That God Almighty the Creator of All things has/is doing these things by the hands of his people(The kingdom of heaven) and I pray for mammons full collapse, I pray for cps to fall as the mammonized whores they are. For surely God saw us fit to be parents and whom shall lay charge upon God’s Elect w/out faceing the great Judge The Wrathful All-Father whose love is agape, but is wrath is fierce, He promised if we cryed out he would hear us, that if we called he would turn on our enemies and utterly destroy them like a lion protecting it’s young. Oh give praise children, those of you with ears hear, those of u with eyes see, those of you that are without understanding pray for it, those of u whom r weak we call for your strenght in God. We pray for all of us to be endowed with the great power and comfort of the Holy Spirit. Prayers are still needed for my daughter Sabrina, who is still in foster care. We have not seen her for two years. Her foster family has now stopped even giving her gifts that we send her.
Several mothers in Arlington, VA have also had children unjustly removed by CPS. We desperately need a lawyer who will help us file a class action lawsuit.

cps took my youngest baby saying that she was too big she was 2 months and wight 14 lb on top of that she was a rape baby and they came and took her while my 4 oldest was at home my kids was crying for two days nonstop they miss thier sister its to the point that we can’t even say the baby name or they will start crying I just want my baby back and for cps to leave me alone

I’ve never heard of 14 pounds being unreasonably large for a 2 month old child. I hope you can get her back. Some children are born at 10 pounds, or even a little bit more. Is CPS going to take them away too?

My ex has filed false CPS charges against me 3 times. He refuses to communicate with me at all. We are now divorced due to domestic violence. We had a family meeting today and he may get temporary custody of our oldest son who is ODD and ADHD. My ex refuses to give him medication and will not take him to dr appointments but CPS thinks he is the better parent?????I’m so frustrated. My ex has many mental illnesses and lies alot too.
