Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.

Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.

Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.

Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.

Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.

CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.

Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.

It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

California: Mother of Octuplets Fires Nurses Over Call to CPS

Nadya Suleman OctupletsNadya Suleman must have a lot going for herself, and her many children. She’s managed to buy a home and hire an attorney, and appear on the Dr. Phil Show where she was offered free nursing care by an organization that calls themselves “Angels in Waiting”.

Unfortunately these “Angels” appear to have a problem - with calling CPS. So far there have been two calls. First their attorney, Gloria Allred, called CPS because Suleman didn’t immediately respond to the “Angels in Waiting” offer of free nursing service. According to the article, Octuplets mom fires four nurses helping for free, Allred threatened “that Suleman’s children could end up in foster care if she didn’t have proper help.”

You KNOW what I think of this lawyer!

But then after the nursing service began, one of the nurses apparently called CPS because in her opinion, there were too many people at the Suleman house. I doubt there’s any laws about how many people are allowed in a house with babies, but this nurse must think her subjective opinion is gold and that Nadya should not have company. How unreasonable can you get?

Congratulations to Nadya Suleman, who took decisive action to get rid of the rat and her fellow “Angels in Waiting”. Nadya looks like a lovely person and her babies are precious — you can see them on the Nadya Suleman Family Website. You can learn more about her on Wikipedia: Nadya Suleman. I admire and respect what this young woman has done in deciding to have children on her own, and in finding ways to make this financially possible. I especially admire that, rather than cowering in fear, she tossed out the bad apples who thought calling CPS was an option.

Just as any American, Nadya has the right to raise her children as she sees fit.

  1. Saw you Tweet this earlier… My main worry is that people (the hangers-on type as well as the hate-filled ones who care nothing except for hurting Nadya because of their hatred of her unconventionality) are going to harm these babies’ little psyches. Nadya simply must get some control of her chaotic household. With all the commotion, her children may grow up to be basket cases. I wish this family well and hope Nadya can get things under control. I’ve seen her on TV; she seems strong; I hope she funnels that into “what’s best for the children.”

  2. You are insane.

  3. Mimi, I was impressed with her attitude and ability to verbalize when I saw her on YouTube videos - I don’t watch TV.

Todd… I’m amazed by the number of people who scorn Nadya for the creativity and strength to do her own thing. I wouldn’t choose to have children without a father but it is what she wanted and even with six, she wanted more. Possibly this is all she wants to do with her life. I am not sent to earth to judge others and I hope all you others learn to abstain from judging others too.

  4. Here is a press release put out by Dr. Phil which addresses the termination of Angels in Waiting stay with the octuplets.

    http://www.emediawire.com/releases/Dr/Phil/prweb2264514.htm

Personally, I believe Gloria Allred was the power behind the scenes soliciting donations for Angels in Waiting.

However, Nadya says that Kaiser Permanente will now train Nadya’s own personal nannies on newborn care.

I personally think Ms. Suleyman is gaming the system, however, trust issues are always paramount when dealing with CPS.

After all “the business of children is THEIR BUSINESS..”

  5. i think nadya has a very big heart, however, let’s be realistic, 14 children by a single mother in THIS DAY AND AGE is a financial shipwreck waiting to happen. i honestly think she should hire an adoption agency and arrange for OPEN adoptions of all of the little babies. They NEED one-on-one care because of their multiple birth-status, and no ONE PERSON can possibly provide that for 14 little children, DEMANDING HER ATTENTION, AROUND THE CLOCK. we all know the child stealers are just waiting to pounce on her at the first hint of trouble, and i sincerely hope that they are defeated at every turn, but the BABIES DESERVE BETTER, and, SHE CAN STILL BE IN THEIR LIVES under an “Open” adoption, not having her rights viciously “Terminated” and shut out of their lives, forever, without any legal justification, so the child stealers can collect their bonuses!!!
Best of luck to Nadya and please pray for her and her babies.

  6. I know it will be difficult for her - but I believe she should get her chance to be a good parent to her children. People are too quick to judge others, and she’s a very public punching bag for public judgment-making. Having her nurses call CPS on the flimsiest of pretexts is the last thing she needs now. And as for what the babies deserve - there is nothing better for them than to be raised with each other by the mother who gave birth to them… the one woman in the world who cares more for them than anyone else.

  7. Sherri,

Don’t be too sure that an “Open” adoption is possible. My brother and wife were forced into giving their daughter up for adoption and supposedly “Open”. Well, after hearing nothing and waiting till she turned 18 so we thought and were told that we had to wait till she turned 21. She turned 21 and we received the most hurful, hatefilled and nasty note anybody could have ever received. We did not know her and she did not know us. However, it is assumed she went to a rich family. She never lived with her biological parents or biological relatives so she had nothing to complain about. Who taught her to hate and be so arrogant is beyond belief!

    Comment by gingerroot — March 27, 2009 @ 2:06 pm

  8. Oh, and believe me these illlegal “adoptive” parents thought of her as their property even though her parents were forced into signing her into adoption.

    Comment by gingerroot — March 27, 2009 @ 2:13 pm

  9. Gingerroot - I have a daughter like that too. She barely knows me but has me all judged beyond understanding. She won’t talk or communicate. It is called Parental Alienation Syndrome. We just have to go on with our lives and not waste too much emotion on kids incapable of understanding the traumas we went through.

    Comment by LindaJoMartin — March 27, 2009 @ 4:50 pm

  10. I knew this was going to happen. You should see the comments from other mothers on Babycenter, they are cruel. Of course they have no idea what the system is like.

    Comment by bdaddiction — March 30, 2009 @ 3:14 am

  11. All the “Angles in Waiting” and Dr. Phil wanted were the fame. The Angels in waiting wanted the funds from donations and when those didn’t come in, then they wanted funds from the Government for having these children. I guarantee you that they had a deal worked out.

Just think about it… 14 x 6,000 per a month = $84,000.00 a month, not to mention all the free publicity. Wow! What a score that would be!

    Comment by Diando — April 2, 2009 @ 11:08 am

  12. Gingerroot and Linda, I forgot to mention me too.

Mine were suppose to openly adopted. I haven’t seen my two girls in two years. DCF (DSS) says, that my oldest, who is 14 now doesn’t want anything to do with me. My youngest, is affected by this and they are saying she is getting use to her new pre-adoptive home.

My mother gets visits frequently with the oldest (unsupervised), and she has seen the youngest last month. But, the pre-adoptive mother thinks she is going to kidnap her. Just yet another rumor spread by DCF. So DCF decided when she does see the youngest that they need to be supervised. Luckily, my oldest’s foster mother does the supervising. Visits have become less frequent since last summer.

The psychologist testified in court that this would be very important for their futures for my children to see the grandparents on a regular basis, since they were so much in their lives. The other grandmother just was approved for two supervised visits a year with the youngest, a couple of weeks ago. She has it in writing, unlike my mother, so hopefully they go with the flow.

I will need to go to court yet again for my visits. I have doubts that I will ever see them again. I agree that DCF really has pulled a fast one on us, since mine is in writing that I get two visits a year. It hurts thinking about it.
