Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

Back in 1989 when my infant daughter was taken out of the hospital by a CPS social worker, I was aware of at least one person in that department that had a criminal record. He had been convicted of vehicular manslaughter in the death of his wife while he was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and spent a few years in prison. When they let him out he was hired by the county as a welfare caseworker, then promoted to be a CPS social worker. But back in 1989 there wasn’t much said about social workers with criminal records.
Times have changed!
This week the Sacramento Bee published an exposé about CPS caseworkers and social workers with criminal records. The convictions and arrests (with some cases pending) include drug possession, spousal abuse, gang membership, assault with a deadly weapon, and drunk driving. One CPS employee in Sacramento County is a registered sex offender. Last August one family service worker was arrested for stealing gasoline.
Fine people to be deciding which families to decimate!
FIRE THEM ALL… that’s the best thing that could happen!!!
As much as I don’t like the depression, I’m thrilled when I hear of CPS caseworkers losing their jobs. I want families to be safe again.

I didn’t read the article yet, but WOW! My sister’s currently fighting to get her children back from the Sacramento County CPS, who took them in September of 2008 with no proof of child abuse. They’ve also made it look like she didn’t comply with the court orders. She’s had 4 different public defenders so far, but thankfully my parents hired Attorney Robert Powell for her after her attorney was changed the 4th time. My sister says it seems like every time her court appointed lawyer started helping her to win, she would lose him and have someone who didn’t know the case become her new attorney. I’m amazed at what they get away with up there.

send cps workers to prison on strike three law they have worse child abuse history then the parents they robbed

Im not a cps worker but was about to think of becoming one… Yes I do believe that there are ones out the that should loose their jobs due to false alligations…but there are really kids out there that have to deal with the abuse from parents/grandparents whom have substance abuse or rather just take disapline to another level.. How speaks for them.. Before I has my son I did drugs and have a very lenghty criminal record which I’m trying to clear.. I now have been sober for 3 1/2 years and love my son unconditionally I could never feel what it must feel like to loose him…. I believe the whole thing to me about that line of work is not taking the kids from their parents but the reward having helped the parents/grandparents to get their kids back to them.. Providing the proper training classes they need to complete and why they need them…
That is just me I hope some people understand why they do some of the things they need to do to protect… So are wrong but I’m sure not all are….

Thank you Linda for not only what you do but most importantly for who you are. Of course this burden should not rest on your shoulders , this is what government and judicial system is meant to do,they have the power and the means , but in the world of phantoms ,to many of them,maybe like those around them, loose themselves for the gain of external power in whatever form. No excuse for their souls – if they know about these horrors – and that is when we come in. We have to present them with a choice,give them our stories and facts,the choice is theirs alone.We may never know directly of where the seed we planted have landed,but energy can not be lost ,it only changes its form , thru love of heart it will always maintains the connection with its origin.
Brandi,you can express you newly found love in many other forms,there are neighbours in need ,children in the supermarket line,post office,park, who are denied joy and life expression by their parents ,because it was done to them also – your smile ,kindness, a song can mean a difference for a life time.I don’t mean the little monsters who are ruining everybodys life,different aprouch is needed there. The atmosphere at CPS offices in general is saturated and crystalized with hypnotic selfimage,selfrightesness and outright emotional and mental disorders which goes undetected for obvious reasons. A few people can survive such onslaught and remine human beings not to speak of advancing their human qualities.If you realy love life and the marvels of the Creation your field of contact with it is unlimited.The results within and without yourself will impact even this instant problem.
