Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Have you seen Cheryl’s comment on the chat room thread? She says 159 Arizona CPS caseworkers are being laid off due to the economic downturn. Now caseworkers there will be limited to following up only on cases where children are truly being harmed. Hopefully all these trivial cases of discretionary, subjective family wrecking will end. I would love to see this happen in every state!
Please, counties and states, put me out of business… I would love to be able to close this site because it is no longer needed!

Linda, we would still need your site to keep our sanity after the homewreckers have left. We are the ones who have to pick up all the pieces after all.
But then, it would not be a complaint or info site so much as a support site for those left behind tattered and battered by CPS.

I think we need a site where parents can post information for and about their children who have been abducted by CPS, permanently. Someday many of these children will grow up and look for their name on the internet - and what will they find?
As for me… I expect eventually to leave this site. In fact my boyfriend wants me to quit by the end of this year. I’m seriously interested in selling the site. I’d like to sell to someone serious about keeping the site updated. Any takers? If interested - my email address is webmaster at fightcps.com. my girlfriend was just told that her rights have been takin away now she will never get to see her daughter so its sad to say if your a police officer in a small town and dont have the sperm to give your wife a child you can kidnappe your siblings plant eveidence lie even thou they havent been able to raise the sons they have pays to have the good ole boys and cps to help you shame on prescott arizona

unless this site has brought awarness or who was able to get their child back after cps being exposed then this site is irralavent the fact that this site even asks or talks about making money you are no differant then the people we are trying to stop and after this comment i will never come back to this site shame on you hope nobody offers you a dime

Oscar, I lost my job last September and have very little to live on. Sorry you’re offended but I have to have an income too. My main concern is that whoever takes over this site values it enough to keep it updated and stays on track with the true purpose of this site. I would never give it to someone I suspected of being a systemite.

Oscar , you have no clue as to what Linda has done over the years for thousands of desperate parents and family members everywhere . If i dont owe this woman my life then I owe her at least my sanity . Us ,the ones who got the help from her and because of her in the darkest hours of their lives , understand the enormes size of the enemy she has fearlessly faced over the years . To ourselfs and our kidnaped children she was the mana from heavens falling freely as God’s grace to nourish our mortaly wounded souls . It wasn’t her fault that this disaster has fallen on our land and our families , if it wasn’t for her and others like her there would be silence while destruction continued unoposed.
If she has asked for a nickle or dime for the paper and ink and stamps and gas and electricity from anyone who can
give for us all including you it’s a bargain you cant possibly understand now ,since you are new to this hell. You are barking on a wrong tree, go talk to those who hold the wordly power over these matters ,yet shy from their responsibilities and hide behind their black robes or their empty titles . See how realy serious you are about your little child and her mother ,so get of the couch ,buddy ! Use the wealth of Linda’s efforts for the benefit of your dear ones in danger,use it freely and the next time before you have your second beer think that you could have sent HER the fifty cents you are just about to pour down your troat , use the fruit’s of her labour freely , and if you don’t want to ,god bless you in your ignorance and please,shut up!

Thank God, Arizona is finally getting it together! I lost my children due to false reports then was never even assigned a caseworker. I called everyday for information on what I could do to get them back. I was never interviewed or even given visitation with my children. I called the courthouse regularly, but was never on the dockett. Yet, my older daughter was adopted and my son has a guardian. I was never even given a chance to prove that my children were my whole world. I just pray this never happens to anyone else. It’s hard to recover when you are robbed of your entire reason to live and the perpetrator is own own government.

This woman and her website has given so much to so many.
I am sorry that you could not realize it.
She advocates for parents to become involved in their fight for their children against false accusations of abuse from the state.

I am prepared to help all that i can point out the kangaroo court system this is………If this was Dublin or Belfast these people would have been dealt with a long time ago….this is america we need to stand as one against this kangaroo court and fashist system of laundering kids for money………………………….
they get $6000 dollars for every child they take
$8000 per month there after for 15 months………….
the family reunification is nothing but lies and you will be held back untill you have ran out of time and they take your child……………………..

81/2 years ago i had my children taken away. I know first hand how they lie and insist you lie to get your children back. Now 81/2 years later my 16 yr. old daughter told me cps pulled her out of class on Tues. April 14th 2009 and asked her a bunch of questions. I am livid and afraid because I know what these people are capable of. They told her they will be talking to each family member. I have told my other 2 children to refuse to speak to them. i wish I’d known about this site 8 years ago.

Most of the persons laid off were “field workers” from Phoenix and small towns around the Northern State area. Still, it is a start.
No matter how many they lay off, or how little time they have on their hands, they will still spend wasted time seeking out the wrong parents for abuse.
Their smart-meter will never change. They have -0- common sense.
