Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I’m going to give you a suggestion and hope with all my heart that you will act on this. Please print out this article and send it to your county’s District Attorney with a suggestion that he investigates your local CPS agency.
Prosecutor alleges ‘pattern of misconduct’ at DSHS
I could not be more excited! This article shows how the Stevens County prosecutor, Tim Rasmussen, spent months investigating CPS in North-East Washington state. He uncovered multiple incidents of severe corruption including:
1. Social workers giving a morphine drip to a baby that was not originally drug addicted.
2. Social workers subjecting children to sexual forensic exams when there were no allegations of molestation or abuse of any kind.
3. Social workers removing multiple children from their homes on very trivial and questionable charges.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Tim Rasmussen! Thank you for taking the time to investigate the complaints of traumatized parents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul.

Good work, WA. There is a great video by Jan Smith on Youtube on how family can proceed obtaining their kin, seized by CPS.
Suggest folks living in that county who have first hand info contact the local DA. Or maybe the investigative TV reporters in the area.
Folks living there should call and thank the DA—and drop a dime.
Give the secy flowers—that always works in ensuring access! Homemade goodies would be perfect, too.

GO WASHINGTON!!! Glad things are coming to a head! I am here in Arkansas and we have got to do the same thing here! There is a group of us trying to shed some light on DCFS and their corrupt ways. It is almost impossible for a poor person to get help against CPS, y friends kids were taken away over a year ago, she isnt the best mom ever but she is better than a lt i know, her kids were always fed home cooked meals, had clothes, and were clean living in a clean home. i wont get into thier whole story but just the most recent part. the kids were returned, after a year, but a week later they were kidnapped (literally kidnapped) by someone from Bethany Social services…
The mom has a boy friend and she left her kids with him while she went to the nearby store to get more pop, as soon as she was out of site there was a knock at the door, the boyfriend looked outside saw a white car and asked who it was since they wouldnt show themselves, a lady annouced that she was there for the kids, the boyfriend said that the mom just left to come back when she was back, this “lady” kicked open the door and made the kids go with her. the boyfriend was hit by the door and knocked out. when he came too moments later the door was wide open and the kids plus thier dog was gone. he called his girlfriend first and she said that she knows who it was, and there was nothing that could be done as far as she knew.
bethany is now trying to take away her rights and made up the oddest story…
According to the one that broke into the house…
The kids were all crying, unclean, and very hungry, tht the boyfriend is abusive and heaven forbid …when he was 19 he had a 15 year old girl friend!!!! That the youngest was only in a diaper, and that she took the dog because it ran to her car. She said that when she knocked on the door a man sing a womans voice tried to keep her out, and that when she forced her way in he was hiding in a closet. that she made him come out and realized it was the boyfriend the monster… a convicted child molester. (her words in the report) i never knew that someone not a police officer could break into a house unless a true crime was being committed, and even then its dangerous. there were no police with this lady.
this guy the mothers boyfriend, maintained two residences, becuase the mom couldnt afford the 5 bedroom house the courts made her get so all the lkids could have thier own room, she went through ever class they offered, and completed them all, and do not forget…the kids were returned ….but now the report says that she did not do well in any of the classes and no meaning ful imprvemtn was made ( so why did they give the kids back to begin with? ) they only thing that changed in the picture was that this boyfriend came into it, and now they want to take away the rights…. if anyone can help please email jp_affordable@ymail.com
oh almost forgot, the kids were clean, just got back from the pool , they had clothes on it is cold out and they just came in from outside basically, as for food, they ate all you can eat at 11am and a snack at about 4 and dinner was being cooked when the rambo raid happened, the mom just went out for pop to drink with the meal . the raid happened shortly after 5pm. the boys 3 of them were upstairs playing and the girl was in the living room watching tv, none were crying. so its more false evidence, just to make thier own case look better, i still want to know what to do about that lady breaking into the house, it just seems wrong!

Here is a fine example of how this wonderful state let a kids down and then messed with my kids. Oh and must I add that this case worker is no longer with CPS.. She took my kids last Feb with out even meeting my family or any thing.. And going by a 15 year olds word…. Just remember that kids can say what they want about you as a parent and the state can take them away…
I am now forced to stay with my husband whom I want to divorce so bad. But I cant cause the case is still open.
A kid can say any thing to CPS and the kids word is gold to them….
I want out of this marriage this marriage of hell… I just talked with the parenting coach last week and she agreed that this marriage is full of EMOTIONAL ABUSE….. HELLO nobody should have to put up with this but cause of CPS I DO. If I want my kids BACK……
And I hope this person ADA from the article below has a good time every nite that she sleeps. Cause my kids were never abused. And So sad to see this little guy here below go threw what he did cause people are not doing there jobs the right way. GIVE THEM MORE TRAININGS. GIVE THEM SOMETHING.

SEATTLE – Just seven weeks before pictures of an emaciated 4-year-old Shayne Abegg were taken, a social worker visited Shayne’s home to check on him.

(CPS Caseworker) Ada Sharp, who testified during the father’s trial, said nothing seemed off during the visit.
“I didn’t have concerns because it appeared he was cared for,” she said.
Now the KING 5 Investigators have obtained an audio recording of Sharp answering questions from a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office detective, Christopher Ferreira, as he investigated Shayne’s dad, Danny Abegg. It gives insight into how the social worker could have missed that the boy was wasting away.
First of all, the tape shows she didn’t know what she was looking for. She had no idea there were past allegations of starvation because she hadn’t read any of the records.
Caseworker Sharp: I didn’t have any records. I didn’t have any, any other indication, anything that I read.
Detective Ferreira: Did you request those records at any time, before March?
Sharp: No.

On the tape Sharp describes an overwhelming caseload, and that her supervisor wasn’t monitoring her cases. Sharp was required by DSHS policy to visit the family within 30 days of getting the case assigned to her. On the tape she says she skipped that mandatory visit because of piles of work.
Ferreira: OK, so I understand, you’re assigned the case in November….but you didn’t go out until January for the first visit?
Sharp: That’s right.
Ferreira: Can you explain why that was?
Sharp: Well during the month of December we got a lot of referrals, and so I did not get a chance to go out because I had a lot of referrals that I was working on that came through, I think, in December … I got 12 or 14 referrals, and so I didn’t get a chance to go and see the family.

Shayne Abegg was only 22 pounds when sheriff’s deputies rescued him from his father’s Everett, Wash. home — half the weight of an average 4-year-old.
Sharp also admits she wasn’t ready to handle this kind of case in the first place.
Ferreira: Did you feel like you could do those cases with the knowledge that you had at that point?
Sharp: Not with the time and knowledge, no, because I was fairly new. So I was kind of going through a training, on-the-job training mold, you know, because I came over (from a different department)….So at the time, no, because I was learning what I was doing.
DSHS tells us Ada Sharp has been transferred to another office, but she is still a social worker. Her supervisor has quit DSHS. We’ve also learned DSHS is conducting an internal investigation to determine if any state employees involved with the case should be disciplined.
Shayne Abegg is 5 years old now and living with relatives. He has gained at least 20 pounds and is doing much better. His new social worker describes his health now as “excellent.” However, medical professionals retained by the boy’s attorneys say Shayne suffers cognitive delays due to the prolonged lack of nutrition and hydration.

hello. I’m suffering corruption in another segment of DSHS. In the services for the disabled sector, including APS. Anyone have guidance for where I can connect with others who are aware of the need to fight APS/DSHS to end the corruption that harms disabled adults who aren’t yet seniors?

We somehow need to stop the growing corruption of CPS in Stevens County. These people feel that they are greater that God. They continually victimize non offending parents DAILY. parents are too afraid to fight for their children and are going through ALL the HOOPS that are asked of them. They are lied to and have false accusations written in their files. How do we stop them?????!!!!!!!

I had no idea how very bad cps was.Thank goodness it is now making headlines and this dark evil entity is being exposed as the utter corruption it is. What is now being exposed is it is a child profiteering and child traffic entity. Every child removed is what pays that cps worker’s salary. Without the grants and billions for removing children and adopting them out cps wouldn’t be around. It is now a documented fact kid’s placed in fostercare are for the first time in their lives..sexually molested and physically abused. cps worker’s KNOW this yet continue to remove children because they are money maker’s.Our children are being sold.3000 children a DAY are being removed from loving parent’s. Over allegation’s such as someone calling stating mice are present in a house or some other silly allegation that is 90% fabricated.If cps doesn’t find anything they will make it up.I am convinced cps worker’s are mentally ill and morally bankrupt .Sane ppl. don’t do the thing’s these ppl. do!! Please america this has to stop!!In fact to not do anything about cps corruption is ABUSE of our most innocent.
