They removed them from school. There was no notice that I had done anything wrong, ”My teenage grandson got himself in some trouble and they said to me that, maybe you can;t handle the children and after a incident that happened 3 or 4 months prior, just happened to cross the desk of the newly appointed worker, she then lied on me and said that I never reported any incidents and without asking me anything she took the children away.

She did not even place the children in a foster care home that the children would be confortable with, We are afro- americans and she said she would try to place them in a black home. I know that this did not happen. She placed them in a home with a white foster parent who is well known in the black community, because for several years she would go around the hood as they call it and ask parents if she could take their children to the movies or let them come to her home as she lived in the black neighborhood she would give sleepovers . She has 2 of my grandchildren now. She is an assistant principal at northwester middle school.
She did not want my oldest grandson because he had gone to that school and he told me that she did not like him anyway.

I asked if the children could be placed together and I was told that sometimes there just was not enough room. But several weeks later I learned from my grandson that is with her that she had only 4 children that included my grandchildren. But 2 weeks later she got 3 more children. My oldest in in starr comonwealth and I think that is a better place for him anyway. 2 months ago I had a visit with my grandchildren and was upset because, my granddaughter boots the heal was torn off and she had on some old beat up clothes..
She also had SORES in her head and I brought this to the attention of the worker who was watching us at that time. The case manager that handled the case got sick that morning so they put a standin worker whom I knew and they knew I would not get real firm with her about how the children looked. I need to submit a report of abuse against them because my grandson seem to me to be hurting himself and said if he can’t come back home he ……l himself. I don’t know what to do because he is real upset because he siaid Ms Sherry had him put back a grade and he already know the work. I have been in touch with someone in Lansing. I have had several family people contact cps to get the children.

They finally had someone in another city contact my baby daug. who said she would take care of the kids.
But the paperwork that was sent to kansas wAS SLOPPY and the worker said it was contradictory to the reason the children were taken from me in the first place. It said that I did not return adoption papers in a timely fashion. I was not told it was to be done by a specfic time.
