Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

A Petition for Review is being sent to the CA Supreme Court. This is part of a legal process and therefore they are required to read it. It is not an online petition. If they grant this review there could be new case law that will help anyone in dependency proceedings in California or anyone who enters it in the future.
You will be asked to sign a letter which I will email to you. You must provide your name and address below the signature. The letter will be mailed to the CA Supreme Court and 5 copies will go to: the Appeals court, the superior court, county counsel, and others.
This letter must be signed and mailed in the next 30 days or so. The sooner you respond to me the better. I cannot post this letter online because I don’t want just anyone to send it or rewrite it. That could cause more harm than good.
So please email me ASAP and I will forward you the letter.

I am in Ca trying to find a lawyer for my daughter. We are 3 weeks into the pain of discovering he had been harming my grandaughters for over 3 years. My grandaughters have been in the system for over a week and they are trying to put my daughter in jail and on the list that she had knowledge of the abuse. We can’t find a lawyer for her that will help her and my grandchildren. We are alrady at our wits end and no relief in sight, our granddaugters are the world to my daughter and the devastation of finding out that your child has been assualted for several years has taken its toll on her. She lives in the Victorville, she has no money(he took it all when he ran) and will be homeless as well, they ere renting frm te parents and they can’t afford to let her stay there now that he is in jail. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need help with the laws here in Ca. I’m a resident of SC. and work here as a nurse when my family was here with me cps took my now 11 yr old twins and are making up lies on me I have no criminal record we have a home I’m a nurse which they didn’t believe and they’ve been telling my kids I don’t love them or want them my son lawyer the gal has been giving him money to lie on hi father and using his fear of getting in trouble and saying he don’t want to go home or to a family member she also is trying to make him out to be a sex offender at 11 yrs. old his psychiatrist twist things and make him agree to or say things that are not true and to keep him here in the system they refuse to transfer them to SC although SC said if the court sent them they would follow their plan They are also trying to say my daughter is crazy none of this stuff was happening before cps was involved. They were going to counseling before and they didn’t have these problems. I’m trying to contact any one who can help, even the media I don’t care because as it stands they are not going to give them back so I won’t let it be easy and be silent. Bonnie Sorile has lied on our family caused both of my children to be molested, beat, burned, and hair pulled out and Judge Polito don’t care they say the state is not the parents so who cares if it happen on their watch their still better off in foster care then at home. Watch out for alameda co. cps. They keep lying saying I talk about the case with my son no proof just their word no taped they can say what they want and its ok. They are traumatizing my most emotionally troubled child because they can, and can get away with it. I will never give up this fight.

My brother was wronfuly accussed by DCFS manager who conspired with her friends and family , after investigation charges UNFOUNDED , alledged victims filed different report after they were coached by DCFS friend . My brother was convicted due to an attorney who misshandled the case and did not have a fair trial . Now 4 yrs and I haven’t be able to get an appeal ,lawyers don’t want to filed for insuficient cousel assistent ,they seemed to be afraid of each other . DCFS they break families ,my brother was married for 17 yrs he has to beuatiful children without a father . someone help me out !!! please !!!
