Your Honor,
I thank you with my whole heart for what you and your staff are doing on behalf of those of us who had no voice until you offered yours.
I am to submit my family and home to an inspection today by a CPS CM and county sheriffs; God only knows what will be the outcome. These people entered my life by using fear and intimidation on my wife. I am so scared that I am going to lose my family. Please help us
and others in similar circumstances.

mpo2624 I can give you her home number if you want it I got her addresss aslo she does email me once inawhile and these laywers here in Iowa they are nothing but a joke I live in Desmoines and these Judges takes bribes especially constance cohen room 209B Juvelille Judge she is very corrupted so is our county attorney and attorney general.

DCFS in Santa Fe Springs,Ca. broke up my brothers marriage of 17 years now his two kids have no father. He was wrongfully accussed by his wifes niece ,she was angry at my brother for money, and she filed two reports .The first report was accussing him of molested his own children ,but charges unfounded case was closed.The second report fabricated another story with the help of CPS MANAGER and family friend . One month later he gets arrested for unknown reason . But here in California when someone gets arrested the police do anything to ruin your life ! keep you in jail forever . I wrote letters to the board supervisors ,but they don’t want to do anything . I have reports showing them ,they need to investigate this case , she falsify and falsely on her testimony . but once convicted nobody wants to do anything . if you see this message please help me !!!

Since I have posted last, they have returned my baby, allowed my boyfriend to move back in, but still continue to keep my two older girls from me. What now? My attorney is useless, and I am trying to find another one. Please help!!!!

OUR CHILDREN WERE TAKEN BY CHILDREN AND YOUTH AUTHORITY IN LANCASTER, PA. ALL WE EVER DID WAS TO HAVE ONE DOMESTIC FIGHT, NO BRUISES, ALCOHOL OR DRUGS INVOLVED. WE DID TEST POSITIVE FOR THC ABOUT 5 DAYS AFTER OUR CHILDREN WERE TAKEN FROM US, BUT ONLY BECAUSE WE TRIED TO RELAX WITH FRIENDS AND IN THE END HAVE IT COME BACK AT US. WE DO NOT USE THC IN FACT HAVE CAME UP NEGATIVE FOR THE PAST 9 MONTHS, BUT THEY STILL KEEP TESTING US IN ORDER FOR US TO SEE OUR TWO DAUGHTERS. WE HAVE YET TO HAVE A HEARING, 6 TIMES IN COURT BUT NEVER HAVE WE BEEN ASKED A SINGLE QUESTION. WE HAVE UNDERGONE AND STILL ARE GOING TO CLASSES. THE PYSCHOLOGIST FEELS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE CUSTODY OF OUR DAUGHTERS AS WE POSE NO PROBLEM TO THEM. CYA FEELS THAT WE HAVE NEGLECTED THEM, BUT WE NEVER HAVE, AND THEY CANNOT PROVE IT, BUT THE JUDGE IS PRONE TO CYA. WHAT CAN WE DO. WE BOTH ARE GOOD PARENTS AND HAVE NEVER EVEN SPANKED OUR DAUGHTERS, LET ALONE NEGLECT THEM. CYA CLAIMS THAT WE WERE SMOKING MARIJUANA WITH MY SON IN TUCSON, AZ IN 2006 EVEN THOUGH MY SON DIED IN 1994. WHAT CAN WE DO? WE ARE AT OUR WITS END, AND CYA KEEPS PUTTING UP OBSTACLES IN OUR WAY TO KEEP OUR DAUGHTERS FROM US. WE PRAY CONTINUALLY AND HOPE THAT GOD WILL ANSWER OUR PRAYERS. WE HAVE A HEARING COMING UP ON MAY 19TH AND REALLY NEED SOME IMMEDIATE HELP. I HAVE A COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY AND MY WIFE HAS ONE WE HAD TO PAY FOR, HOWEVER WE FEEL THAT THEY ARE JUST NOT DOING THEIR JOB FOR US.
