Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I cannot believe how fortunate we are to have a high-energy, experienced and committed advocate like Nancy Schaefer of Georgia on our side. (Also Senator Pamela Roach of Washington!)

I’ve been a Family Rights Activist for a decade now, since DCFS/CPS interfered with and destroyed my children and family unit in 1998.

It is about time a Politician in this Country stood up for the American People and especially the Children! We should ALL know that the DHS/CPS is corrupt and in it for the “money”! It’s OUR responsibility to protect the Children! God WILL hold us responsible!!!! Give the Children back to the parents that love them! Wake up America!!!

i have talk to her on the phone she mailed me her home phone number she told me that she is writting a book about this issue if anybody wants her phone number I can give it to you she rathe if I gave her office number to people instead of her home phone number she told me that people all over the world are calling her or sending her email about the corrupted DHS and Judges etc .

My son was taken away last Thursday 3/5, because the school decided to call CPS, taking advantage of the fact that CPS was already in my life (for taking him out of therapy for nightterrors that I succesfully got under control on my own) after an exboy friend who is also a parent, went to the school to make false claims against me. I broke up with him befor he did this because how mentaly sick he was talking about wanting to hire someone to take out his ex-wife, getting angry at his 5 yr old girl for mentioning about his guns, telling me he thows her to the ground when she starts to whine and be braty. In addition to this my son’s father assaulted me the wkend befor going to CPS claiming I attacked him. I called the police immediatly after he hurt me but he didn’t call the cops, instead he waited 5 days to go to CPS and they called the police in which they arrested him because of the warrent out for his arrest since I pressed charges. To add to this a teacher who diliberatly neglected a girl I brought to this teacher’s attention, who was crying and being bullied just 12 ft away, while he and 7 other teachers were busy talking instead of attending to the kids in the playground during recess, ignored the girl pushing her realy hard back out to the playground saying “You’re fine! You have enough friends, go and play with them!”. He did this instead of consoling her and dealing with the bulling!!! I attempted to bring the girl to the office but she got frightened and said she had to ask the teacher who pushed her first!!!!! I was shocked and furious and told the 7 teachers what they allowed the other teacher to do was pathetic and then I went to the teacher who neglected this little girl to tell him what a jerk he was! This got me in trouble but my exboyfriend and fellow parent in the school is what got me expelled from school grounds and CPS in taking my son away!!!!!!!!
I have court the 27th of March and it doesn’t look like I’m going to get him back because they want to do a psych evaluation on him, that I was told they will not be able to set up befor the court date!!! Anybody can help me get this on national TV I would greatly appreciate this!!!! Desperatly seeking a way to get my boy back and hold CPS, the school, the county and this exboyfriend/parent acountable for emotional/mental anguish, defimation of character, fraud and false accusations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am the author/researcher of a series of written documentaries entitled; “THE FRAUD OF THE FRAUD”. I am currently working on something to help expose the fallacy of Child Protective Services. I have always known about the injustices of CPS. However, it has been recently brought to my door step via issues with a family member. Even thou CPS has no case and has found no evidence of abuse or neglect, they continue to harass and bother my family members.
These demons must be stopped.

There are so many parent victims advocating for their child victims, that I am wondering, utilizing a website such as this, can’t we bridge together physically by geographical locations to support each other in the court/dcs process? I am in SoCal/Inland Empire/SB County, and I would be willing to connect with anyone in this area to see if we can’t help each other in any way that we can!

I watched this video and cried and just could not stop. Our family has been saying it for 7 plus years now! My first question if anyone could PLEASE answer. I know this bill was stopped and voted down I think 103 to 60 something. Can anyone tell me is Mrs. Schaefer actively still going after this Bill? And if so what do we need to do as citizens to pass it? Do we need to write our senators about this Bill 415? I will do whatever it takes to get this bill passed and have Nancy Schaefer as my Congressmen if she ever runs!! At least it will be heard even higher! Please if anyone knows the answer let me know!

I am so happy thank you Nancy I think it is wonderful that you have stood up for what is right, I thank god for you and the words yu have gave us to ponder on, i have been saying that for 6 years and finally it is herd for some people to know, thank you for the inspiration you have given in your meeting. i beleive if we can stop cps from lieing and taking our tax dollars for the lies they say i beleive it will get most america out of poverty, just think about it for all the money we put in cps and there actions what do you think if we can give to the poverty and help the people that are in it I beleive is part of our problem in our system to day, for every dollar we give to cps to take away our kids, what do you think if we can give those kids that same amount of money to keep our kids with family and send them to school and give something back I beleive we can change how our kids are being rised. Living a life in the system is like living in slavery and they are bought and sold. and the kids think it’s there falt. i say it is time to stop this. and if we are going to have a cps make sure it is the real thing because when cps is called they are callers that are mad at each other family friends but the outside of family and friends there would be less calls so we need to get it right, it is a waste of time to be taking kids that don’t relly need to be taking. Well that is my thought for the day, our kids are our future so love them and see our futrue yes we can.Melinda Bocook

Susan Iowa is real bad about this issue these Judges are being paid off my exinlasws bribe the Judges and attorney general is fraud I never done any crimal stuff and the Judges 2 of them put a no contact order on me against my children my daughter is 17 going on 17 and my son they put a 5 year nocontact order on my son against me when he was 18 now that is illegal.because whatever my exinlaws they gets county attorney just loves them because they have money to pay people off.

I called the office number for Miss Schaefer. My story began December 14th 2008 when my boyfriend and I of two years had our first fight. I have 2 daughters from a previous marriage and we have a baby. My boyfriend has 2 daughters with separate mothers. He didn’t find out about the 1st daughter until she was 2 years old and ever since then each time his ex whom he shares his 2nd daughter with got the girl she always had head lice. For the 2 years we have been together each time we get the girl I have to spend 3 hours going through her hair to remove the head lice. The girl is now 9 and my boyfriend informed the mother that he would be taking her back to court for this matter. Since he threatened her with this eight days later on December 22nd 2008 our fight was reported to DHS. We know it wasn’t the police who called it in, because they are required 24 or 48 hours to contact DHS for imminent danger. She used DHS as a weapon against us, and as a result my kids were taken from me. We did violate the no contact order, but at the time my 2 older girls were with their grandmother, and our baby was sleeping peacefully in our bed. The CPS worker showed up after my boyfriends father who doesn’t usually visit left. (Apparently the CPS worker showed up at my boyfriends brothers house to look for him since that is where he was suppose to be staying and found his father there feeding the animals because the family was away on vacation, the father is not very close to my boyfriend and has only been to our home once in the 2 years we’ve been together, moments after he left the CPS worker showed up “coincidently”) My boyfriend and I were arrested for the violation of the no contact order. The arresting police officer didn’t seem to think my boyfriend was a harm to our peacefully sleeping angel, because he allowed him to kiss her before taken him out of our bedroom. He also wasn’t very interested in arresting me, because he made comments like “We don’t have the man power for me to just stand around for you to figure out what you want to do”, and “You can call me back if you need to” to the CPS worker. The CPS worker told “If you don’t sign it I will get a judge to sign it!” when it come to his “safety” plan that placed my girls with my ex-mother-in-law. I not knowing any better was frightened and signed it. I have never been in trouble with the law and am getting arrested and losing my kids all in the same day! This was on January 2nd 2009. I was told to take Domestic Violence (DV) counseling and on January 22nd I informed the “team” at my Family Team Meeting (FTM) that I began this counseling. I have a letter from the counselor stating I began on January 8th 2009. On Feb. 10th the caseworker lied and said I had not yet attended the DV counseling. All of this I have on paper.
All this out of one fight! How is this right? Can anyone tell me, help me PLEASE! Thank you!

mpo, it isn’t right, but that’s how CPS cases get started. Even though nobody abused your child there are all kinds of trivial or false accusations being leveled against you. That’s really typical… which is why this website exists.

OUR CHILDREN WERE TAKEN BY CHILDREN AND YOUTH AUTHORITY IN LANCASTER, PA. ALL WE EVER DID WAS TO HAVE ONE DOMESTIC FIGHT, NO BRUISES, ALCOHOL OR DRUGS INVOLVED. WE DID TEST POSITIVE FOR THC ABOUT 5 DAYS AFTER OUR CHILDREN WERE TAKEN FROM US, BUT ONLY BECAUSE WE TRIED TO RELAX WITH FRIENDS AND IN THE END HAVE IT COME BACK AT US. WE DO NOT USE THC IN FACT HAVE CAME UP NEGATIVE FOR THE PAST 9 MONTHS, BUT THEY STILL KEEP TESTING US IN ORDER FOR US TO SEE OUR TWO DAUGHTERS. WE HAVE YET TO HAVE A HEARING, 6 TIMES IN COURT BUT NEVER HAVE WE BEEN ASKED A SINGLE QUESTION. WE HAVE UNDERGONE AND STILL ARE GOING TO CLASSES. THE PYSCHOLOGIST FEELS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE CUSTODY OF OUR DAUGHTERS AS WE POSE NO PROBLEM TO THEM. CYA FEELS THAT WE HAVE NEGLECTED THEM, BUT WE NEVER HAVE, AND THEY CANNOT PROVE IT, BUT THE JUDGE IS PRONE TO CYA. WHAT CAN WE DO. WE BOTH ARE GOOD PARENTS AND HAVE NEVER EVEN SPANKED OUR DAUGHTERS, LET ALONE NEGLECT THEM. CYA CLAIMS THAT WE WERE SMOKING MARIJUANA WITH MY SON IN TUCSON, AZ IN 2006 EVEN THOUGH MY SON DIED IN 1994. WHAT CAN WE DO? WE ARE AT OUR WITS END, AND CYA KEEPS PUTTING UP OBSTACLES IN OUR WAY TO KEEP OUR DAUGHTERS FROM US. WE PRAY CONTINUALLY AND HOPE THAT GOD WILL ANSWER OUR PRAYERS. WE HAVE A HEARING COMING UP ON MAY 19TH AND REALLY NEED SOME IMMEDIATE HELP. I HAVE A COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY AND MY WIFE HAS ONE WE HAD TO PAY FOR, HOWEVER WE FEEL THAT THEY ARE JUST NOT DOING THEIR JOB FOR US.

Since I have posted last, they have returned my baby, allowed my boyfriend to move back in, but still continue to keep my two older girls from me. What now? My attorney is useless, and I am trying to find another one. Please help!!!!

DCFS in Santa Fe Springs,Ca. broke up my brothers marriage of 17 years now his two kids have no father. He was wrongfully accussed by his wifes niece ,she was angry at my brother for money, and she filed two reports .The first report was accussing him of molested his own children ,but charges unfounded case was closed.The second report fabricated another story with the help of CPS MANAGER and family friend . One month later he gets arrested for unknown reason . But here in California when someone gets arrested the police do anything to ruin your life ! keep you in jail forever . I wrote letters to the board supervisors ,but they don’t want to do anything . I have reports showing them ,they need to investigate this case , she falsify and falsely on her testimony . but once convicted nobody wants to do anything . if you see this message please help me !!!

Your Honor,
I thank you with my whole heart for what you and your staff are doing on behalf of those of us who had no voice until you offered yours.
I am to submit my family and home to an inspection today by a CPS CM and county sheriffs; God only knows what will be the outcome. These people entered my life by using fear and intimidation on my wife. I am so scared that I am going to lose my family. Please help us
and others in similar circumstances.

senator nacy we are asking for your help we are in a small town in … oklahoma we just had our 4 precious children taken by cps and placed with my mother they were taken on nov 12th and my mother and step dad is a felon and unsafe for our children cps and dhs has changed their reasons atleast 11 times on why they have taken our children we have court on feb 6th 2012 we will not get to see them on christmas and tomorrow we will have seen them only twice sense they took our children please senator we beg you to please help us we are poor and dont have much money but are able to provide for our children please please help us our children our un happy and unsafe and have lost that little twinkle they had in their eyes thankyou

You’re welcome to join our message board for feedback on your case: http://forum.fightcps.com … please be careful about using your real name online. Much better, when you’re dealing with CPS, to use a “handle”. Caseworkers will use your name in search engines to find out more about you… and if they see your name on this site they may be miffed.
