Fighting Mom: how long has it been since you've seen your daughter? If they are withholding court ordered visitation, you can file for a state administrative hearing on this issue.

Hello all. I’m requesting a prayer for my brother in law and sister in law. Cps has recently took their children away and accused them of abuse which is untrue. They would never do the actions they have been accused of. They love their children and it’s killing them not having them at home. Doesn’t help when cps thinks its okay to put my 7yr old nephew in a taxi by himself to get him to school. Please pray for them and the rest of the people on this website. Thank you. I will keep everyone in my prayers as well.

Please pray for my 5 year old and the rest of my family. Her father and CPS are working together. They have put her into another psychiatric hospital because her behavior is uncontrollable. Her behavior is uncontrollable because she has been taken away from her mother. I don’t know what they are doing to my baby that is causing her to act this way. The judge ordered visitation following the counselors’ and psychologist’s recommendation. CPS still refuses to let me see my daughter because her father doesn’t want me to.

ok i posted on here a few days ago and although my attitude has gone from horribly depressed to extremely pis toff and depressed i just wanted to say that i can’t believe that c.p.s has the right to tell my mom that she can’t see her grandchildren unless it is supervised by my dad’s new wife. it’s horrible and what they are doing to all of us is absolutely as bad if not worse. there has got to be a way to make this stop. please let me know if anyone has any ideas. i pray for all of you.

I agree with the other parents on here, how sickning cps’s “power” is. My youngest slipped in the tub, and cps took both away and gave them both to their fathers. One father refuses to let me see her (*unless I do this or that for him*) My other daughter lives with her dad, who is a WOMAN HATER! To the max. He had never spent any sefficiant time with her before he even got custody! Now, cps is going into court and lying, saying i never “completed” services which I had no clue about. They also recently found out that I was Pregnant, and extended my case for another 90days (*when I am due*) I am requesting a prayer that I will have the strength and resources to get both my daughters home, and that cps doesnt take my 3rd baby from me when she is born. Thankyou~ Everyone of you will be in my prayers also!

I ask everyone to please pray for my son Koi who was removed from my custody on Jan. 16. CPS has been given my family the runaround throughout the whole situation. Our adversary hearing is scheduled for April 8. They even refused to hand him over to the care of relatives and Koi is currently in the care of fosters. At the end of every visitation I am reliving the 16th where he is taken. I have two other children and they are still with me and it is so emotionally hard to keep it together and be strong for them. I will stop at nothing to preserve my family against these monsters.

I am in the biggest fight to get my kids back it doesn’t matter what i do everyday to better my self for c.p.s things just get worse and i see my kids less, with less privacy. If i were a drug addict i would of already had my kids back with three clean ua’s, but because i have to take perscription pain killers i’m an addict and can’t care for my children. when the only reason they got involved in the first place was because i got horribly sick and had to go to the hospital and no one was around to take my kids so they had to go to fostercare over the weekend. they forget my medical records that show i was actually very sick and they have no proof i am an addict or that i have overdosed on my meds which i haven’t but yet they can tear my family apart more and more each day whith out a shred of proof or diecentcey. i’m down to every wed. for a few hours supervised with my kids but their father who abuses’ them and i have stacks of pictures they do nothing too. i’m at my wit’s end and am so low that i feel like just giving up and ending my life. i’m so horribly lost right now.
