Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

This is what I call a good start. There are probably many other juvenile court judges taking kickbacks for fraudulent child detentions.
Luzerne County judges Michael T. Conahan, 56, and Mark Ciavarella, 58, are accused of taking payoffs from privately owned juvenile detention facilities in exchange for sending teenagers to these prisons between 2003 and 2006. They have been charged with fraud.
Children were locked up for extremely minor offenses such as writing prank notes and lampooning a school vice-principal on a website. Judge Ciavarella was especially harsh - he sentenced 25% of teenagers in his courtroom to detention centers. Statewide, the rate was only 10%.
In a letter to colleagues, Ciaverella wrote: “I have disgraced my judgeship. My actions have destroyed everything I worked to accomplish.”
The judges are expected to plead guilty and be sentenced to prison.

PLEASE investigate the dishonorable Judge Julie Marshall of corrupt Fremont County, CO. this disgrace to the judicial system is taking bribes from dhs (she rules in favor of dhs in EVERY custody case), profitting from the MAP program (people suspected of doing drugs/alcohol have to get several random UAs a week & have to PAY for it too), and sexual deviancy. She’s rumored to be having illicit relations with one of the DAs. This piece of sh*t has ruined my childrens’ lives & must be imprisoned for life!

Also, folks it is interesting to find out when these JUVENILE CORRECTIONS FACILITIES conduct their census of inmates.
For funding, diversity issues, etc.
Let’s hope the FBI is onto these corrupt Judges and those who pitch them their bribes.

Suzanne Shell knew of my case back in 07. She is afraid of this county I live in because of the judge I mentioned has threatened her. She’s been here before, but she states that she is followed. I live in one of the most corrupt hellholes on earth! I also did leave my story on the FBI’s webpage, but have heard nothing so far.

Would the FBI if DesMoines IOWA please invrstigate Judge Constance Cohen and Judge Berkinholtz (not spelled right) our attorney general needs to be investigated as as well as county attorney also Kathy Sheehey of DesMoines IOWA needs to be investigated on fraud chargees she needs to be charge for hate crimes brain washing my children against me what is wrong with the FBI don’t they do anything all DHS workers here in DesMoines needs to be investigated our governor needs to br booted out of the capital he don’t do nothing.he don’t care about poor people who lost their children to DHS lies someone needs to investigated the people at the IOWA supreme court they are bunch of crooks.

I think that Judges children should be kidnapped like they do our children so should DHS somebody should kidnapped their children to same goes for county attorney and attorney general children should be kidnapped then they know how it feels.

Terri, I don’t advocate any kind of violence on this site. Please don’t suggest kidnappings, not even “legal” CPS kidnappings! Two wrongs won’t make a right. We all know that most of the time CPS won’t investigate judges, or if they do they’ll soon drop the case.
The judges probably don’t have children or they don’t care much about them. Men who would send children to jail for such trivial matters are heartless, corrupt animals, not real human beings with hearts and souls like most of us.

It’s high time we as a people started to take action against our onslaught of abusive caseworkers who work against families whom are poor, for money and prestige!!! So, if the attorney general’s office has the power to put those weirdo caseworkers out of office ,then why don’t they?? I can see why more and more people resort to viloence!!! (After their own government betrays them in their time of need!!) Most of us suffer all our lives ,just keeping silint,in fear of being jailed for speaking out, It’s a real shame!! (Where’s the love?) I guess it’s only for those heartless cruel evil homewreckers who work for social services, yep, they get all the praise and honor while all the good hearted people cry thir hearts out every day and night for justice!! {just because we’re poor people .don’t make us prisoners in of war ,fighting for our rights to be parents, .In a country thats suppose to be free, sure could’ve fooled me!! those caseworkers whom delberately take our children without just causes will go on tormenting America’s poor people as long as they can as long as people have no voice and keep on being ignored, bringing on the heartaches for the next generation to endure!! FBI needs to check out Judge Danna Hendrix, Flagstaff, AZ. She has repeated ignored evidence, solid evidence in the case of DR-2004-0178 wherein a father was on supervised visitation for bipolar disorder and multiple sclerosis. The wife had three shelter stays due to domestic violence. The father’s relative (an ex-CPS judge) coached him on how to arrange and manipulate a case into the CPS jurisdiction. A child who had already had 21 foster homes, and the mother had SOLE custody due to father’s behavior, was placed in father’s home at the same time there was (1) an order of protection against him; (2) he was in treatment with the local mental health facility for bipolar; (3) the daugher assaulted the mother and was arrested/pled guilty, then tried to accuse the mother; (4) there have been (6) orders of protection in this case against the father and two (2) orders of protection against the child. The judge repeatedly allows the father to refuse to comply with her own court orders; encourages the child to be in control when, even prior to adoption, the child was diagnosed with severe reactive attachment disorder (severe), PTSD, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and came out of the WACO Koresh group–all on file prior to the family’s adoption of her. The father repeatedly has disobeyed court orders for visitation, taken the children out of state against court orders, brags about it, and made it so difficult for CPS they finally just wasted the case and left the daughter in the dad’s home saying “they deserve each other and she wants to be there.” Nevermind that there was, on the part of the mother, (1) no drugs or alcohol, actually had never even tried them; (2) no mental illness; (3) no criminal record; (4) clean driving history; (5) professional with more than master’s level education and (6) at least 70 recommendations from therapists, cops and others who had intimate knowledge of this case, yet–
(1) daughter’s therapist, on board of a local shelter, receives a 5-10K donation from father’s rich mother; (2) dad sends emails to even complete strangers around the globe bragging that, “I don’t do court orders from a pompous princess in a position of power perched to position herself over my personal life.” (Direct quote from an email). Still, even with multiple attorneys involved, the disbelief continues.
Federal authorities: PLEASE investigate the judicial system of Coconino County Arizona as well as the CPS system specifically in Arizona. It is extremely corrupt. They are falsely billing for services for children supposedly receiving residential treatment when in fact the children are NOT receiving any treatment at all, in most cases. In many cases, the children are fabricated or ‘made up’ supposedly being moved from foster home to foster home to break the trail of records. In this case, mother, an investigator herself, got the records and exposed what was going on. CPS then retaliated trying to fabricate a case against her as a result of her documentation. 2004-0178 in Coconino County is a PUBLIC divorce case. PLEASE SOMEONE in authority read these records and see what can be done to ensure that corrupt judges taking kickbacks or receiving votes from certain voter blocks do not remain in power.

Attorney General are very much crooked also they talk to the Judges before the Judges Attorney General tells the lies to the Judges so that the Judge would already had their mind made up on you before the hearing Attorney General and Judges always sticks together.

Juvenile Law Center, in Philadelphia has filed suit against Luzerne County Judicial system on behalf of 113 plaintiffs.

It is noteworthy that the Juvenile Law Center or another child advocacy agency was onto this bribery scheme, since they, too had noticed a pattern of unusual behavior on the part of the Judges.

Hi Linda,
I may be headed to Pennsylvania to get my masters (currently in WA) and this is good information. I am interested in knowing who is currently in Penn so we can connect. As you know, Penn is very close to DC and New York where I intend to get deeply involved in national politics. I need to be in that area also, to do the qui tam research necessary. If all goes as planned, I should be there at the end of June.
