Last time I checked the the federal Gov's number were pretty high from last year to this one! Someone missed the big picture. What the hell is the UN doing presenting articles of parenting to be voted on by all the nations of the world anyway? Who are these sadists? It's bad enough the States don't have respect for parental rights - now the UN is sending these animals a clear message. "Who cares about a parent, it's the kids we want."
