Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Last week, a 1-year old boy had been snatched by a man who’s just driving by in our neighborhood. Fortunately, some of our neighbors noticed it. They ran after the car and caught it. The boy was crying with fear and shock. And the baby snatcher was mobbed. He was badly beaten when finally turned to the police. The lesson we learned from this incident: be vigilant. We should not entrust our safety to law enforcers.

Know that there are groups in Kansas, especially in Sedgwick County who have worked TOGETHER and are challenging DHS illegalities.
Folks in KS might wish to look up citizens-for-change or some variant on spelling in the URL. Think the URL is com, but it might be org.

This is an active, informed group. Help ‘em out and KIN, go there, and also try the NAACP regardless of whether you are a person of color. Both social groups are actively working to reform KANSAS social services.
If folks seriously networked, much of the illegalities which CPS does could be CURBED OR TAMED.

I haven’t noticed anyone else voicing this, and I wonder if I am the only one to realize such a thing.
Look at the history of the United States. White people, kidnapped PEOPLE from Africa, brought them here chained, where they were to live a life in bondage, as undeserving slaves. Used and abused, raped, beaten, and murdered!
For years upon years, white people, held hostage their self proclaimed slaves made prisoners - PEOPLE were these ’slaves’ just as their ‘masters’. For what? Because they had a different color of skin, and they were of a different land, different culture, and spoke a different language. That somehow made them subject to such abuse?!
Even the slaves of the bible God said were to be set free if they were mistreated.
And where are we now. Have we learned nothing from such things of the past.
Are these selfish, money hungry colluders truly blinded, or unaware, to not see, to not realize, where they are heading, both in this life, and in death? Has their misery over the failings of their lives, so deluded them into thinking they are justified. I’m sure the white people who made slaves, felt justified too, yet do they forget, do they ignore, history?
The slaves grew in number, and thus so did the pain and misery of a group of PEOPLE so unjustly wronged.
And what happened next?
Do these perverters of justice, these malicious, miserable, child snatchers and destroyers of family not read their history books?! Do they not look around them, and see?! The new president is a man of color! We’ve come from making them slaves, ruling over them, to now one of them, ruling over the whole nation!
We are supposed to learn from history, from mistakes. You wrong enough people, long enough, and eventually you have a revolt. A force so great and so strong due to the cruel injustices done to them, that whether you want to listen to them, or not, you will have to! They will overcome, and they will stand over you, triumphant.
Families are the foundations of societies. You destroy them, you’re destroying everything else, from the bottom up!
The devil is at work here, knowing this. He is working over time, because his time is almost up. Let those who have an ear listen. The signs are all around us. Pick up a bible and read it. The return of Jesus is just around the corner. He will take His people out, and then He will pour His wrath out on all the lawlessness, the Godlessness, and those who partake in it who rejected Jesus! He will judge all those who have sinned. Those who had a hand in hurting children, you especially receive the condemnation of the Lord. The word says for anyone who would hurt a child, it’s better you kill yourself, for children are the innocent we are to defend, not exact cruelty upon. We must all repent of our sins, or we are damned!

Thank you so much Kansas for sharing that. I wish there was audio included of what those you addressed had to say. Job well done though.
I would very much like to know how you went about getting all of those individuals together in 1 room to address them. Something like that needs to happen here in Wyoming, because I believe we are having the same problems here. I have just not had very much luck in finding any data to prove it. I do know that no one wants to go up against DFS (as it is called here) or even the judges here. I have attempted to contact the local newspaper with my story to have them see if they could find out anything and I have never heard back from anyone.
I myself have even (simply for the exposure to these heinous acts) sent my story to Oprah & 2 friends of mine have sent theirs to Dr. Phil (again just to get some national attention to this) and none of us have heard a word.
So I commend you on being able to get in front of legislators. You are to be applauded.

my son & I just moved out of LA County, I am getting ready to sue them in Fed Ct. A social worker from LA County has come forward to join me in a class action suit based on violation of our rights under the ADA that require provision of assistive technology for all communications, she is a child welfare worker, i am a recent vindicated parent.
Meanwhile, I did in fact speak in public (rare appearance, I do not like noise/crowds) before the LA County Board of Supervisors, my video clips are on my blog.
I will speak with my son before the California State Legislature as soon as that is possible, if he will not speak, i will drive him to Sacto and he can listen to mom speak again.
At the moment, we just moved, we are facing more housing problems (new landlord does not want activist tenant) and we will be hitting road again in a month or so, my teenage son is happily home schooled, school and feds and state know where we are at all times….
If anyone wants to provide enough money for gas/motel or a ride to Sacto or join me, i am volunteering here and now to lead a group in California to take turns speaking to the State Legislature here in California, I think if we go as a group we need to reserve time, not just sign up for 3 minute public comment. It is possible to get on the leglisature’s agenda, it involves another step…in LA County it was a simple step, not sure how to do it on a State level, this is a very worthy and necessary cause.
If anyone wants to donate money to my non profit (in process of getting IRS approval) I will make this trip with my son to speak out on the wrongs of child welfare as they affected us personally in this most populous of States….

Back in 1861-1865 therewas a civil war to free the slaves I think we need a nother civil war 2 to get our children back this is almost the same thing a little different they are taking children and auctiong them to the highest bidder.

Lydia, I have done the exact same thing here in CO, contacting the media, newspapers, & talk shows. I did hear from Dr. Phil back in Oct. but the correspondence mysteriously stopped. My emails & phone calls back have not been answered or even acknowledged. I wonder what the hell is up?

Somebody told me when Obama was in DesMoines IOWA somebody ask Obama about Parental rights he danced around the question he said it is a state issue so that means President Obama don’t give a damn about us then he didn’t want to hear about it.

Terri, you’re so right, because it is NOT a state issue… the bad legislation is at the federal level. Judging by the people the new president put into cabinet positions I’m pretty sure he won’t be doing anything to help us. Watch for more bad legislation couched in some “nice” terminology, like “Helping Children And Families”. You know when they use something that sounds positive, it will actually be negative. Such as: “The New Freedom Act” which gave the feds the right to force psychotropic medications and psychiatric evaluations on all Americans starting with school children and teachers. “New Freedom”??? HA… also “The Patriot Act” which was about taking our Constitutional rights away! “Patriot”??????? HA… watch out for legislation with false names. This was all explained in the George Orwell book, 1984. The whole plan for our future is there. He was a well-informed ex-government employee who decided to write a book about what world leaders planned for our future. Seeing the world split into “European Union” and “North American Union” with Canada/Mexico totally reminds me of the political divisions in Orwell’s novel.

SRS/CPS failed this child - reports were made - they removed him and put him back in the abusive home. The adoptive parents lost their foster care license before they adopted Adam - they should never have been allowed to adopt him. The state of Kansas is repsonsible for what has happened to him.
ADAM HERRMAN – The Family Reacts.
“Last time that I saw Adam, he was about 18 months old. When the state told me that I lost the rights to my kids, it went through me like a bullet,” says Irvin, Adam’s biological father. “When I found out that my son had been missing for 10 years, I had a rush of emotions. I didn’t know what to think. I thought he was going to get a home. A lot of people are thinking, ‘OK, you haven’t seen him in 20 years,’ but you know what? He’s still my son. The hardest thing is knowing that I lost him once and hoping to find him again one day, to find out that that will probably never happen. So I’ve lost him twice.”
Irvin’s ex-wife, Gerri, explains why her parental rights to eight children, including Adam, were terminated. “I tried to prove I could be a good parent. I guess I wasn’t good enough. I pray and hope every day that Adam is somewhere safe,” she says.
Adam’s adoptive aunt, Kim, says her sister constantly punished the child. “Valerie treated Adam a lot differently than she treated the other children. Valerie did abuse Adam,” she says. She explains a horrifying sight that she says she witnessed. “My husband and I went to Valerie and Doug’s house. When I walked into the bathroom, Adam was in the bathtub. He was chained — either with handcuffs or a chain — to the faucets. When I asked Valerie about why Adam was chained in the bathroom, she told me that he was being bad.
“Adam was always helping with the dishes. He was always putting the clothes away. Adam never went outside to play,” Kim continues. “One time Adam was eating with the other two children. The other two kids didn’t finish their food, so Valerie put it on Adam’s plate and told Adam to eat it. Adam made a comment that he was full. Valerie reached over and hit Adam in the back of the head so hard that his head went down into his plate. Adam was the one who Valerie took out all of her anger on.”
Dr. Phil explains that Valerie Herrman emphatically denies any abuse allegations. She and her husband, Doug, were asked to participate in the show, but they declined.
Along with Adam’s aunt, Kim, Dr. Phil is joined by Irvin and Gerri, who haven’t seen each other in 20 years.
Nancy Grace, host of Headline News, joins the conversation via satellite. A leading legal commentator, Nancy has followed missing children’s cases for years. Dr. Phil turns to her. “In this case, we have an 11-year-old boy who’s gone missing, and in 10 years not anybody has raised a question about his whereabouts. What does that say to you as a former prosecutor and as someone who tracks these cases?” he asks.
“And, as a new mother, I would like to add. When your child goes missing, and you don’t report it, it means one thing to me: that you are involved in the child’s disappearance,” Nancy says, visibly upset. “Dr. Phil, yes, they deny any guilt or any wrongdoing, but the state has named [Valerie and Doug Herrman] as formal suspects in little Adam’s disappearance. When I heard you play back that the family, the adopted family, came in and saw a little boy chained up in the bathroom — if that home had fallen down around me, I would have gotten that child out at that moment. Call the police, do something, but don’t just shut the door and leave the child in there. The whole family is responsible.”
Dr. Phil turns to Kim. “Nancy took the words right out of my mouth. At that point did you call the authorities? Did you call the police? Did you call Child Protective Services?”
Kim answers no to each query.
“Why not?” Dr. Phil asks.
“I don’t know how to answer that,” Kim says, fighting back tears. “I don’t know.”
“You left this boy chained to a bathtub fixture. You just turned the light off, shut the door, and that was the last he saw of you?”
“Yes.”
Dr. Phil wonders aloud if Kim understood the gravity of what she says she witnessed. “Did it occur to you that a crime was being committed and that you should pick up the phone and call some authorities to come in and take care of this child?” he asks.
“Yes,” she replies. “I went home, and I discussed it with my husband, because my husband walked in on it too, and this is the first time we knew anything about it. We had discussed it, and he said we needed to do something about it. The next day, I was going to call the authorities and Valerie came over, and we spent the whole day together. I commented again about Adam, where Adam was. She said Adam was in the bathroom at home locked up, because he was being bad.”
“So you saw it with your own eyes, then you went home and discussed it with your husband. Did he pick up the phone and call the authorities?” Dr. Phil inquires.
“No.”
Dr. Phil can’t conceal his astonishment. “Nancy, help me out here,” he says.
“Unfortunately, Dr. Phil, in our jurisprudence system, there is no duty to be a Good Samaritan. The only one she’ll answer to is God in heaven. She will never be prosecuted for this, but there were signals everywhere. She was not the only one who ignored it,” Nancy declares. “Listen to this, Dr. Phil. Just before he ‘goes missing,’ they take him out of the school system and decide to ‘home school.’”
Scene of a Crime
We’re at Pine Ridge, where Valerie, and Doug and Adam used to live. You can see the spot where they dug up to try to find evidence or a body,” she tells Dr. Phil cameras, gesturing to a fenced-off plot of land.
Kim holds up a newspaper bearing the headline: Missing Boy’s Parents Named as Suspects. “It’s very painful to read it, to know that my sister and brother-in-law could be accused of murdering Adam. In my heart, I don’t think Adam’s alive. I think my sister, Valerie, she didn’t mean to, but she just went too far and Adam’s gone.”
When the videotape ends, Dr. Phil turns to Adam’s biological parents. “What do you think about when you’re hearing all of this that was observed and going on?” he asks. “How do you feel about it when you hear about this?”
“Angry, frustrated,” Gerri says.
“Talk to me about why he was taken from your home and placed with this other family.”
“Because of a situation with the oldest child.” Gerri says.
“How many children have you had removed from your care by Child Protective Services?” Dr. Phil asks.
“In the State of Kansas, eight.”
“Eight children,” Dr. Phil says, letting that revelation sink in.
“I’ve been doing this a long time. It’s not just a matter of course that eight children be removed from a mother. What did they determine you were doing with these children that they had to remove them?” Dr. Phil asks Gerri.
“Nothing. It was based on what I did to my oldest daughter,” she replies. “I left a black-and-blue mark on her leg.”
“You’re telling me that you left one black-and-blue mark on one child, and they removed eight kids over the years?”
“Yes.”
Dr. Phil points out that Irvin is the father of two of Gerri’s children. “Why did you not take those two children when they were removed by Child Protective Services?” he inquires.
“I was going through the court proceedings with her at the time. Once the court proceedings were over with, I went back to Indiana. In Indiana, my lawyer contacted me and said, ‘They’re fixing to terminate Gerri’s parental rights, and they’re going to terminate yours also in the same batch.’ I said, ‘What can I do?’ He said, ‘You need to have a psychological evaluation done, you need to have a home study done,’ and a couple of other things that I don’t remember,” Irvin explains. “I tried everything I could to get those two children into my home. They sent back to Kansas and said that I’m not mentally capable of taking care of my two minor children so they decided to terminate my parental rights.”
Turning to Nancy, Dr. Phil summarizes, “We’ve got a situation where eight children have been removed from this biological mother. The biological father’s rights were terminated to two of the kids, and Adam, who is now, I guess, 21 years old, is just out there missing.”
“The reason you can’t make sense of it is because you’re not hearing the whole story. You are approaching it in a rational manner. You’re only hearing a sliver of the story that the biological parents, Irvin and Gerri George, want you to hear,” Nancy says. “Look, you don’t take away somebody’s parental rights because their home is too small. In the home I grew up in with two other siblings, a mom and a dad, you could stand in one place and see the whole house. They didn’t take us away. We had the happiest home that I’ve ever seen. So you’re not hearing the whole story from them.”
Nancy turns her wrath on Gerri. “She clearly beat her daughter and left her black and blue. So the children, eight of them — and I noticed she said, ‘in Kansas’ — are there other children somewhere else, in some other state?”
“I have two of them at home with me in Sterling, Colorado,” Gerri interrupts. “They’re doing just fine. They’re both in school, they’re both getting good grades, and they’re healthy as a horse.”
“There were multiple warnings. Little Adam was actually taken away from the Herrmans on one occasion and went to the Wichita Children’s Home for a couple of days when the state suspected they were abusing the little boy,” Nancy says. “They put him back in the Herrman’s home. There were several occasions when the state was alerted, ‘Danger, danger! This child is being abused physically.’ Nothing happened.”
Dr. Phil says that children need to be protected, and he points to Adam’s case as an example. “If there are parents at home that know of these kinds of situations, people have to do something. Children don’t have a voice. They don’t have the ability to know who to pick up the phone and call and say, ‘Rescue me. Save me,’” he explains. He turns to Kim. “I find it astounding that you could go home at night, and go to bed, knowing that a little boy was across town chained up in a bathtub.”
He addresses Nancy. “I want people to understand what they have to do here. They have to pick up the phone and call the authorities,” he says.
“It’s so easy, Dr. Phil. I’m just sitting here thinking of my own children and how defenseless they are, how they trust me. It’s on me to ensure their safety and their welfare. That’s all children have in this world, and everybody turned the other way,” Nancy says. “All we can do for Adam Herrman right now is to seek justice. And I’m happy to report that it is under investigation. That’s the only bright spot in this tragedy.”
Dr. Phil shows a picture of Adam at age 11 and an age-progression photo of the young man at 21.
Nancy adds a final comment about Adam’s adoptive parents. “They got $50,000, Dr. Phil. Don’t forget about that. After they claimed the boy ran away at age 11, after they beat him with a belt until he was black and blue — that’s what they confessed to — they kept collecting $700 a month of our tax money while the boy was gone. Over $50,000 they took, pretending the boy was still in the home.”
“We have to say that these are allegations until there are convictions. We have to hope that this boy is out there alive somewhere,” Dr. Phil says. “Adam if you are, if you are out there, come forward and tell your story,” Dr. Phil says.

Kansas has a terrible problem there are many of us speaking to to the legislature. You asked how you can talk to these people. Usually at the beginning the the legislative session there are many open forums where several or many Senators etc will permit comments or input fromthe public. If your state has a problem you must speak out. Kansas and especially Sedgwick County have a problem with falsified documents, perjury and the taking of children. Our
Juvenile Court System is a joke. What ever you do talk to anyone in power that will listen. File complaints
even if they don’t seem to go anywhere. LEAVE NO ROCK UNTURNED. Eventually they will not be able to ignore the roar.

Read this - reported to SRS - nothing was done. Remeber Adam Herrman.
WICHITA, Kansas, April 24, 2008 — Tommy Robertson named his newborn boy Daylee Joe Robertson. The first name is a combination of his daughter Daytona and step-daughter Kailee.
Multimedia Watch The Video Both girls died this year. And now, for the third time Robertson is making plans to bury another baby.
“I wouldn’t wish it on the person I hate the most,” said Tommy Robertson.
All the more unbearable, says Robertson, is that none of it had to happen.
His ex-wife Katie Cornejo-Robertson is charged with killing two year old Daytona, her stepdaughter. Tommy Robertson says complaints of abuse were made to SRS, but nothing was done.
Then, his one year old stepdaughter was found dead at an in-home day care. The day care provider is charged with involuntary manslaughter.
And now his son is dead too after Cornejo tried to commit suicide while 6 months pregnant. Robertson says he notified police of a suicide note he says Cornejo had written.
“Hey gave her a court date instead of taking her back into custody,” said Robertson. “If they would have taken her into custody they could have made a proper decision and then watched her well being and then I would have a perfectly fine healthy baby.”
“I want the system to do their job and protect the child,” said Donna Roberts. She founded the group “A Child’s Rights Association”. On Friday Roberts is staging a march to raise awareness of the issues surrounding child abuse.
So far this year, four children have died of alleged abuse or neglect, including Daytona and Kailee.
“We have parents that abuse; we have the system that fails to protect,” said Roberts.
That march is tomorrow night at six. It starts at William and Topeka and will l be followed by a candle light vigil. Everyone is invited to attend. .

Families must be notified when CPS removes a child from a parent.
This Federal law was signed by President Bush in October, 2008.
Please, family members, look up the provisions of the “Fostering connections and success” Federal law, passed in 10-08.
I bet there is $$$ available for children where states did NOT follow this federal law.
