I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN ABUSED BY CPS. WE HAVE BEEN IN THIS FIGHT SINCE DECEMBER 11, 1986. I WAS WRONGFULLY TAKEN FROM MY PARENTS AT THE TENDER AGE OF 8 AND PUT INTO FOSTER CARE BECAUSE MY-THEN CASEWORKER COACHED ME AND USED ME TO LIE AGAINST MY PARENTS BY STATING THAT MY FATHER MOLESTED ME.HE IS MY STEP FATHER AND BOY!!THEY HAD A FIELD DAY BY USING THAT STEP WORD BECAUSE THE STEP WORD IS SUPPOSED TO BE A BAD WORD WHENEVER IT COMES TO CHILDREN. SEXUAL MOLESTED NEVER HAPPENED IN MY FAMILY AND IT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME. MY FATHER WAS IMPRISONED FOR 18 YEARS OF HIS INNOCENT LIFE. HE GOT OUT IN 2005 AND HAS BEEN BACK AND FORTH IN AND OUT OF JAIL BECAUSE HE WEARS AN ANKLE BRACELET. AFTER NEARLY 24 YEARS, WE ARE FINALLY GOING TO TO COURT IN 16 DAYS FROM NOW!!! PRAISE GOD!! YOU GUYS, GET OFF OF YOUR RUMPS. LOOK THIS WICKED DEMONIC SYSTEM INTO THIER EYES UNTIL THEY RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. WE WENT THROUGH IT ALL JUST TO COME OUT WITH VICTORY IN THIS END. DON’T GIVE UP!GET OFF OF THIS COMPUTER, QUITE WRITING YOUR PITY OLD STORIES ABOUT CPS AND WHAT THEY’VE DONE TO YOU. STAND UP AGAINST THEM UNTIL THEY GET TIRED, IN WHICH, THEY WILL GET TIRED EVENTUALLY. THE GOVERNMENT WANT TO CONTROL YOUR CHECKBOOK BY THE IRS, BUT THEY CAN’T CONTROL THIER OWN WICKED IDIOTIC SYTEM!!! TAX PAYERS WANT TO SEE CONVICTIONS. HA-HA! DO TAXPAYERS REALIZE WHERE THIER MONEY GOES ONCE THE STATE HAS BEEN SUED? DOES CPS GET MONEY FEDERALLY PER CHILD THAT THEY KIDNAP?? HOW SAD THAT IS!!!……

Connie Beechamp do not sign anything else. Tell them that your arm is broken or you need to speak with your attorney or whatever.

Do not sign anything else, do not sign up and take anymore classes.. Taking their classes makes them more money and you are then admitting guilt.

Why did they take your child/children? Was it a signed court order from a Judge or was it just their papers with their Office Depot stamp?

I would also like to add that child removals have gone down by 3% and still dropping since the Gates law went into effect.

Now, why would that be you might ask… My opinion is it shows just how many children they were wrongly taking…

The Gates did sue but lost. They did however manage to get the laws changed here in Texas.

On July 28, 2008, a federa appeals court with authority over Texas handed down a decision in a case that will be referred to as “the Gates case”. The decision is binding on Texas and because it involve federal constitutional rights, supersedes anything to the contrary in Texas law, or DFPS policy or practice.

DFPS is now required to obtain a court order prior to removal in a much larger proportion of cases and affects whether they can transport or enter a home. It also is significant becasue it clarifies that if the standard is not followed, staff could be sued as individuals and lose qualified immunity, i.e., be responsible for monetary damages.

You can obtain a copy of the Memorandum sent out to all CPS Personnel on the hope4kidz.org website.

The Gates law not only protects Texans but also Louisiana and I believe Missippi.

WE LIVE IN TEMPLE BELL COUNTY TEXAS AND IT NO JUSTIC HERE WE ARE NEED OF HELP IT HAS COST US OUR LIFE SAVING OUR FAMILIES HAVE HAD TO PUT MONEY IT HAS COST US LIFE FREEDOM OUR FAMILY AND 30.000. WE HAVE COMPLIED WITH ALL THEIR RULES AND STILL WE DONT HAVE OUR BABIES THEY MADE MY HUSBAND GIVE HIS PARENTAL RIGHTS FOR HIS FREEDOM IT IS A SAD DAY IN AMERICA

I AM ALSO A VICTIM OF CPS FALSE ACCUSSATION AND I AM SORRY FOR ALL THE TROUBLE THIS ORG HAS CAUSED US MY CHILDREN WERE TAKEN AWAY FROM ME AND MY HUSBAND WE WERE JAILED FOR NINE MONTHS I WAS AQUITTED OF THE CHARGES AND MY HUSBANDS CHARGED DISMISSED BUT WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR CHILDREN BACK .
