Child Protective Services laws and agencies are abusive to families and children. This site provides support and information to parents falsely accused of child abuse by Child Protective Services.
FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.
FightCPS is intended to help people learn enough about the law to be able to successfully defend themselves and their families against false accusations using legal documents and strategies that put parents in a stronger position when they go back to court.

Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I know several of you have important petitions out there now and I hope you’ll mention them (with links) in the comments to this post. Here’s one I found out about in email tonight. This one is from the Wheatons – the couple organizing a class action lawsuit. – ljm
Petition to CPS/DPSS – CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT (RIVERSIDE, CA) FOR KIDNAPPING OUR CHILDREN WITHOUT CAUSE
“We are organizing a class action lawsuit against the County of Riverside, the State of California, all states, and the Nation, and all parties involved in unlawfully detaining and holding our children against our will, and without cause. We have documented the deep, imbedded corruption in the social services agencies nationwide. We have filed three lawsuits so far, and are looking for other families who have also been annihilated by this evil. 12/23/11 - I noticed a political ad running on this site, and want to say I don't support any presidential candidates other than Ron Paul. I believe he's honest, ethical, and the candidate most likely to free us from CPS injustice. - Linda

My wife’s first child, Emily is currently in the custody of her paternal grandparents since she was 5 yrs old. Emily is now 14. The grandparents claimed Emily told them that she had been molested by her “uncle Raymond” but Emily had never told her mother this or anyone else in her mother’s family, and the grandparents waited a full 12 days before taking her to the hospital to be examined. Of course by this time there was no evidence to prove or disprove the claims that were made. After all this the judge who heard the case still granted custody to the grandparents and their own son, Walter, the father of Emily admitted later that his parents had paid out $30,000 to insure they would win the case. After the court case had been ruled on, he also said that they had coached Emily to say that Raymond had molested her. That’s just the beginning of our story, we’re still fighting CPS after they took our son and my wife’s 3rd child over the last 3 yrs.

i think that cps and Judges should be hanged so should county attorney attorney general attorney casa guardian of litem therpist like they did in the old days it is like slavery stealing our children to the highest bidder its like slavery

just had a new baby sept 20th in catawba co. nc. my other three children are in caldwell co custody and in foster care since feb 2007. catawba says i am a great mother and getting ready to close case. but caldwell is still trying to take my parental rights and put my kids up for adoption. please help me, anybody. can this be legal? why am i a good enough mother to have one but not all four of my children. i miss them sooooo much. i see them one hour a month supervised. the only reason they say i am not fit is because i moved twice in year and changed jobs twice. anybody please help

I have been made the unofficial hub for many people so I figured I might as well take on all the responsibility as people will give me. You can email me here or at Ravenovich@aol.com or cpsisevil@aol.com . Your story and plea are important as well as any other people you can get to send their stories. I will compile and send to anyone and everyone people suggest. Our full stories and pleas will have much more impact than just petitions. I Plan to send all our stories in mass to every senator, senior representatives, news group, ACLU, NAACP, American Friends Service committee, Documentary director and so on
We need people from every state to write out their case , their horror story with CPS or whatever it is called where you live. We need the detailed emotional story starting and ending with a plea for help. For those of you that have been lucky enough to win then we need your stories with a plea to help others. We need people in every state to contact others in your state. Get the stories and email them to a central figure. As it stands now that would be me. I and my small group will compile every single story and then submit it to every senator in every state as well as senior representatives from every state. It can also be sent to the ACLU and/or other lawyer and civil rights groups. If we do this we can win! We can make a difference for ourselves and for others, for only when we as a population are in the public eye can we force the unconstitutional practices to stop. Everyone of us has a story it may have a happy ending or not, but the story is important. Everyone of us has the knowledge of others that have their own stories. We need those case descriptions. We have politicians on our side as well as some judges lawyers and other watch dog groups. Get the stories from others, write out your own and email them to me and ill do the compiling and generate the mailing lists. We will bring change. We are in the millions and millions of voices cannot be ignored. Having our stories in hand with a plea is better than just a petition. With one voice one shout we can bring change. Federal courts are taking our cases congress holds hearings even the white house will listen if we can show a single large population. We need to become a Population not suffering individuals we need your stories with as much detail as you can put in them all with a request for help. We cant just be whispers in the dark any longer.

Did you know it or not the Attorney General will go talk to the Judge behind your back before you go before the Judge the Judge will already make up their mind before you see the Judge it is called payoff by the Attorney Beneral that is what Attorney General Charles Phillips did to me .

My Children were taken from me in 2004, the CPS workers and Yuth Court Judge have done EVERYHTING they could to keep me from getting them back, and keeping them from me(I live in a diffrent State now) They have now given custody to my Ex, who was abusive towards both me ad my children!! How can I join in with he peition??

Families First Rally … Feb. 5th, Noon in the Olympia Capitol Rotunda
We have set the date for the Families First Rally for Feb. 5th at noon in the Capitol Rotunda. I am working with family advocates to put together a program. I will write tonight about the details. Please plan to attend. We need everyone to attend who feels strongly on this issue.

My three daughters an I are victims of ocs,cps in louisiana.My rights have been taken away for a little over three years.I fought ocs for over five years.They did many wrong terrible things to my children an I,one being trying to make me an offer.They asked me to give up my youngest of the three because the foster parents who had her wanted to adopt her,an i could get the older two.When i told them hell no I want all three of my babies they retaliated against me.In the middle of all this I had a baby,when she was five months old they came to my home an said they had a call an took her fro me.I ended up getting help from a lawyer with this case an eventually got her back when she was around a year an a half old.Hello red flag,Im fit to have my youngest baby but not my oldest three,come on now.I dont know where to turn anymore .I have to fight back and find my girls.I dont know if my oldest three are safe dead or alive.I miss them so much,and cant move on in life until i find them and make ocs pay for the heartache they have caused my family and other families out there.Also everytime i would bring in paper work to prove i succesfully completed my case plan it would all disappear.I need help to try an locate my girls.even if i cant let them know I know were they are right away,if i could just find out where they are just to know they are safe,alive and ok.If someone out there could help with this please let me know. moniquecrader-at-hotmail.com / nikkimearscrader-at-facebook.com
