Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Please say a prayer that when the appeals court makes their decision this month as to where my grandaughter Tavielle Abagail , age 2 yrs, will be permanently placed, that they make it in my favor and let her come home to me, her grandma Joyce. I love and miss her terribly! She is my heart and she is all I want!!

My story is like so many other that are published on this web site. I pray for each indiviual family who is suffering at the hands of a corrupt and injust system. When these types of situations occur much prayer and seeking Gods face is truly required. I feel the pain sicnerely I do and moving in your time and not his could prove to be more damaging than anything. There is a passage in the bible that speakes about King Johosaphat who was surrounded by all his ememies. They were much to great for him and he realized it. So what King Johosaphat did which we all should do is put our trust in God. He got on his knees and said to God that he was well aware of the enemy that was trying to destroy him and admitted to God that he didn’t know what to do but inspite of everything that he faced King Johosaphat said to God this one thing I know “my eyes on fixed on you. The bible tells us to look to hill from whence cometh our help for our help cometh from the Lord. In the midst of all these trials test and tribulations we have to know that God has a plan and no matter what happens in ours lives I am convienced beyond a shadow of a doubt that God can get the victory. All he has to do is speak to your storm and Say Peace Be Still.

Everyone please pray for all the children who are separated from their birth families.
Please pray for comfort and joy for all these children. Please give them strength and help them know they will be reunited with their birth familes when the truth is known and revealed to all. Have a fantastic Holiday season.God is watching us all, and loving us all

Please pray for Kyle and Austin of the Sacramento, CA area!! Kyle, age 16, just escaped “foster care” after 4+ horrible years of abuse and torture. His brother, Austin, is 19 and wants to do whatever it takes to either become his legal guardian or see that he is placed in a safe, loving home. Three adults are facing life sentences if convicted of the 23 (in total) charges of abuse. They are Caren Ramirez ( a possible blood relative, but still unclear) of Citrus Heights, CA and Kelly Layne Lau and husband Michael Schumacher, of Tracy, CA (Caren Ramirez & Kyle moved in wth these people over a year ago; their relationship is still also unclear). Please pray that these boys get the help they so need and deserve and please pray that these terrible people who tortured this boy are convicted and sentenced to the full extent of the law!

WELL…………………. i went to court and didnt get custody we have weekends every other week and after hollidays …………….its so hard because this woman was the casa worker on the case …….the judge because of all the delays and court proceedings could not return my daughter yet but im apealing so hopefully things will go right please pray for us that things will be ok and that she wil come home

California’s Grand Juries.
California has investigated and probed into DCFS with numerous Grand Jury investigations, particularly during the past 10 years.
Parents and kin with children in the FC system should remember that California does have an active group of attorneys who litigate against the state. Californians, please send us a link to these legal agencies who litigate v California in the matters of extreme mistreatment, even while DCFS caseworkers are shuffling back and forth.
In the case of the Tracy, CA teen who was shackled—CPS had been on the notice that the teen and his brother were abused.
Californians—remember that NY attorneys are now taking on CPS nationwide, in the case of mistreatment in FC. Possibly the public interest law agencies in Calif. will also litigate against the county CPS agencies for permitting egregious abuse of teens while in *FC*.

Please Pray for Pyper as I pray for all of you. She is a child of God and not of the state. It will be decided on December 11th if she will be with family or left to stay in an overcrowded foster home while her mom and dad goes through the state programs. Lord please help the judge see the light of truth and bring her to her family.

please pray that my children get put
back into my custody. my children are my life cps took them from me for an acciedent that occurred on august 20 2008. the only child that i have gotten to see supervised at burger king is my daughter. there are two children and their names are Porscha michelle and Preston aiden please pray for me to let them come home my son is having to stay with his father and my daughter is having to stay with her father. both of whom are having to live in terrible conditions my son has to share a room with two other children that are two girls. my daughter has her own room at her father’s house and there they have no heat to keep them warm through this cold season there is only a wood burning stove that only heats the kitchen and the living room areas please pray for me. i have gotten my high school diploma and i have taken more than the recommened parenting classes and i have also had my house remodled and a fence put around my house and new play yard equipment my children need to be home. please it is just to unbaring to see these christmas lights and not to beable to take my children to go look at them. so i am begging for everyone to pray for like i will be praying for you. i know how hard it is to loose your children. i haven’t had mine since august we go to court on december 22. 2008 at 9am and everytime i see my daughter she asks if she can come home and i tell yes but not until court and that is the hardest thing for me to tell her. my visitations with my daughter started out to be 8 visits all total then it dropped down to 7 vistits and now it is most likely 6 visits all total and if that’s the case i just finished my last one tonight

Hi All…I’ve been in the system now for almost a year and it just keeps dragging on. Does God still love me? I was a volunteer at school, a stay at home mom, and now all that has been stripped away. I truly am a broken person because my life is broken too. I’ve always been a faithful christian…my family all has callings on their lives.. How will God ever use me now? My faith is not strong enough to handle this..Please help me dear Jesus..don’t turn a blind eye to your daughter…I pray you would not tarry one single day..Are there other families out there in the San Diego county that are going through the same thing I am?

I would like to request a prayer request for my family. Our family recently suffered a loss of our beautiful baby girl. It was sids. Now CPS is now trying to charge us with neglect.We have not been able to mourn our loss without the gut wrenching thoughts of the other 5 being snatched from us.My husband and I are hardworking god fearing people. We have no history of drug abuse. dss is considering charging us with neglect.I know I got a good God.I know no weapon formed against me shall prosper.He’s in control and knows what he’s doing so I will look to the mountain and say move and I know it shall be moved. I grew up in foster care and the torture I endured is what made me more of a nurturing mom.And to all the other families going through this you are in my prayers also because with God nothing is impossible. Trust in the Lord with all thy heart and lean not unto your own understanding. Lord wrap your loving arms around all these families in your precious name I pray amen.

I am asking for any and all prayers for my family. Yesterday, I was told by my 14 year old daughter’s “case worker” that I either sign over custody or they would take me to court and take custody(putting it politely).
She was rude and deliberately trying to provoke me. She accused my husband of molesting my daughter (not true, since he never saw her without being around me–he works third shift, I work first). She accused me of emotional neglect (also not true, since I have always listened to my daughter and her opinion has always been important to me).
I jumped through all the hoops she put before me and she twisted my words around to suit her own agenda. She also used the “counselor”, she forced me to go to to suit her own agenda.
I was told that since my husband didn’t move out(we were not told he had to), I was neglecting my child’s needs.
Please pray for me, as suicide thoughts are entering my head.

My daughter has been in Foster Care since December 15th. I know that it is not as long as many other familys. And my heart goes out to them. I never thought it would happen to me. They are keeping my daughter because i am 19, no not have my high school diploma. but i am married to a man in the army. i live at home with my mom while my husband is in basic. i get to see my daughter every monday for 1 hour. and my husband does not get to see her at all…The cps workers have lied on the stands and acuss me of lieing. All of you are in my prayers and i hope that you can take a quick second out for me and my 4 month old daughter.

We ask that everyone pray for our little boy Xander, after fighting for a total of three years we refuse to give up on the idea that there’s nothing more we can do. My mom and Parole officer reported us to cps and now after 2 years of hearing, trials, to date we have had our parental rights terminated. And then our Appeal lawyer was denied oral arguement at our appeal. And last month we discover my sister ( who used her position in the court) adopted our son. Our oldest son says my mother keeps trying to make our son call his aunt his mom now. And that his cousin is now his sister, and his brother is his brother but where are the parents. Pray everyone that our son isn’t permenantly damaged by the evil family members we had no contact with for at least two years, but they know that I’m not taking my medication (never been around once when I haven taken my meds, not to mention they both felt they were educated enough to determine that I’m emotionally unstable. This was the result of us taking a stand and refusing to be bullied around by them. We were not given a fair trial and we were misrepresented by both of our lawyers, who of course skip over the part that we could ask for a retrial. We also was discouraged by the judge and our lawyers to use documents as a stand in for Professionals and other all taking the stand. They made us feel guilty because our judge had cancer at the time and he had been out sick all the time that when he finally came back to work it was rush, rush. The procuteour took 4-5 4 hour days to have his witnesses testify. Then when after waiting 4 months they give us 2.5 hours to quickly go thru 3 of 15 witnesses. Our lawyers weren’t even prepare for the trial and nor did they submit all the edvidence which more than shown reasonable efforts were being made on our part and they lied to the judge regarding the services they provided us. When we had already gone on our own and found our own help. If we only would have found this site in the beginning. Please pray that we can find a way to go back to court. The reason for terminating our rights was due to emotional abuse. Meaning……..????

Before having the kids removed, they first used Kevin’s Law and tried to have me committed to a mental hospital which didn’t work out because they didn’t think I had a doctor, but surprise I had been being seen for depression since our little Xander was 5 months old. God Bless you all know I will continue to pray that we make great movements in our fight for family rights, espeically when its a family member who decides on day that she wants your preious gift from god. To those who faith is being tested remember this “the truth shall prevail” and “Through Him all things are possible” and “Believe, even when it’s beyond reason to Believe”. If you need to find some added strenght and support Pick up any Joyce Meyer’s book and start reading or if you have cable she’s on several channels. I dare you to spend 30 minutes with her and not walk away will a little more peace and a lot more fight and strenght in you. God bless all our children. Joyce can help when you want to know why. I pray for three increditably brave and couragous children out there, Van Scott (9), Olivia Jenna (6), and Vivian Marie(31/2 mo), that God keeps them safe, healthy, and as happy as they can be under these horribly tragic circumstances. Its been just over 4 years since those evil spawns took our world away from us. That ended up leaving us feeling hopeless and helpless after they convinced us they had defeated us. LIARS!!!! Again, almost 2 months ago it happened again!!!! I don’t know how I stumbled upon this wonderful miracle, but I do believe that this website is going to turn everything around and these evil people are going to pay the highest price ever!!!!!!!!!!! God please forgive us for being so dumb and loosing our hope and faith!!!! and thank you that you let Carmen come into our lives because yes, he definatelly is a lot smarter than I think he is or give him credit for. We pray that this nightmare comes to an end and for our lives to start living and healing, Let us have our family together again and be able to love and be loved without the anger, frustration, and resentment. I know that this may be in the wrong place, but I hope that this post can stay here. THis is to inspire hope.
My children were removed February 5th, 2008, They returned home November 11, 2008. The case was closed December 18, 2008.
I beat the system, it is possible, it can be done.
The general assumption made by CPS is that parents are stupid and crazy. Especially mothers, notice that pretty much every mother must have a psych eval as part of their “service plan.” I beat that. NO psych eval. NO surprise home visits, not in the entire time the case was open.
Between God, I and my children behaving exactly the way I hoped they would, the MI system lost.

I would love to hear from anybody who has endured the nightmare of dealing with Meriden DCF in CT. I’m so sick of these over zealous, barely out of school, childless idiots who seem interested in nothing but tearing familes apart and believing they are doing the right thing.

Your children have been traumatized by their removal.
Just because they show no adverse effects now does not mean that they are recovered from what is, in effect, a kidnapping.
If they are over 12, they may be able to comprehend what FIA does. Under that age, it seems to be a bit foolhardy to speak about * beating* DHS.
If you did nothing wrong, DHS was ABSOLUTELY WRONG. Hopefully, they were placed with family.
We applaud your words; and it is certainly noble to help, but no parent can possibly feel that what DHS did is in any way ACCEPTABLE to you , or more importantly to your children.

On Christmas Eve, my neighbor got DRUNK and called the police on us, said that my kids were home alone, we had one locked in a room, one running around the apt complex, and one in the playpen. that our place was dirty and we were crackheads. My husband was out doing some last minute Christmas shopping and i was AT HOME with the kids. we do not do drugs and our babies are well nourished, well loved and provided for. i would never isolate my children or give them an unsafe environment. Luckily, the children are at home and DHS is suppose to come by today. but the situation is lingering and i dont appreciate false allegations. so please pray that things will work out for us and our neighbor also who is now in rehab after losing his job the next day…. despite everything, i hope he gets the help he needs. thanks for taking time to read this…

I have a prayer of praise!!! We have fought hard over long months fighting the hardest allegation there is to fight and come up on top: Munchausen by Proxy. Our children was taken in May and 2 of them returned home in November and the other one in December. Praise God! It can be done!!!

Fern, I know that my children have severe emotional trauma…that’s part of what brought them home so fast.
They had to change my two year olds foster home once a month because he was trying to literally kill other kids in the homes. Then the system nearly killed my one year old, I threatened my lawyer into filing against them and they started the proceedings to send my kids home. The emotional trauma is what made it possible for the referee to see that my kids were being destroyed in foster care, whereas they were fine at home. My children would have died in family placement, luckily the state was smart enough to see that.
As far as them understanding what happpened, who cares? It’s not about my kids beating the system. It’s about God and me and my fiancee beating the system. The kids can’t beat the system, the parents have to do that. so the end result is about them, the process is about us.
