Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

A Nacogdoches, Texas CPS caseworker, Alvita Johnson, 50, was arrested in 2006 for abusing three foster children in her care. Charges against her included injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The children involved were ages 10, 12, and 15 at the time.
Recently she was found guilty of two counts of injury to a child and three counts of aggravated assault. Here’s the sentence:

Not sure how to get ahold of you these days so I am writing you here. In my research, I realized that a cocooned government was formed by our federal government then shrouded in immunity. I have racked my brain trying to figure out what to do about that. It finally occurred to me that current “appointed” positions such as DSHS secretary needed to be electoral and decided to start a petition. Then I researched the initiative process here in Washington and discovered that I couldn’t start a petition that directly involved the state constitution!!?? So, to get around that, I am starting a petition that requires the House and Senate to identify appointed positions that have a significant public impact such as DSHS Secretary and make those positions electoral changing the State Constitution to comply. I am going to need significant support to collect those signatures.
Also, I now have citizensforfamilypreservation.com up and running though it is still under construction and not all the links work. I will be incorporating soon and offering stock options. I would like to give $100 of stock options to all the family rights activist organizations as a contribution for helping me understand the system. Each stock is worth $1 to begin with and I anticipate that value to go up exponentially.
People are writing me asking about the class action law suit. I am not going to start the one that I have planned until there are enough assets to pull it off state by state on a large scale. I want this to work where most are failing. I have a graduated business plan that includes the class action, lobbying in each state and the ability to hire grass roots activists. Everyone just needs to be patient and participate where they can.

Myexinlaws are brain washing my children against me my daughter 16 and my son 20 he doesn’t want anything to do with me these people should be charge for hate crime turning children against me is a hate crime

I even gave Iowa senators and letisters this website so that they can see the horror stories that people are going through Iowa senators and leisteors don’t give a damn.

In the DesMoines Register there was a article on DHS abusing their own children and they get to keep their children and their jobs they get to abused their own children and nothing gets done about it I wish i could put that article on this website and let you all read it there aslo was a article on DHS mis spending Federal money and DHS had to pay that back for misspending federal money.

To who it may concern, my children (Kristopher 6yrs,and Kaden 2 yrs) were immediately removed my home on 7-2-2009, on reports of child abuse due to bruising on my youngest son bottom . They never suspected me as the perpetrator they suspect my boyfriend at the time Chad Drake, he is a twenty six year old disabled retired veteran from the US Air force, I met him through the day care my children went to he has no criminal back ground and is fully certified to take care of children . I have no criminal back ground, and there have never been any reports like this in the past. I have an inherited blood disorder called hemophilia, I got my children tested for this in Lubbock, but the test malfunctioned. My children missed their doctor’s appointment in Huston because CPS did not take them and I only have supervised visitation. My children are with the paternal grandparents and my ex husband who is a convicted felon for domestic abuse , organized crime, endangering a child, possession of lethal weapons
Drugs /crimes against a family member. He hospitalized me several times. I have a full time job, i have full insurance on my children and i have my own residence now and I am no longer with Chad because of all this . I have completed my physiological exam with Dr Bashum here in Amarillo Texas , I have completed parenting classes online and through panhandle life services one on one training, I have the certificate ,I filed it with the court and gave the case worker Linda Allan, I have made my child support payments and I have completed my fourth eight sessions with Leta Aker / therapist .I will have fully completed all of my services, recommended by the court and the department , Kaden bruises very easy which is symptom of my blood disorder and kaden fell off the porch at the grandparents house which was the original cause of the first bruising , Due to the bruising that happened in the grandparents home when I or Chad were not around Kaden, that should show that he does bruise easily with out harsh force, those bruises were with a diaper on. You can imagine how bad bruising would look w/o a diaper. And Kaden was hospitalized with a staff infection on his bottom because of break out which occurred with the grandparents not with me, so that should prove that I did take care of his diaper rash properly for a staff infection not to occur, under my care they will never be left with anyone , and I will not bring anyone around my boys that I do not know. I can ensure the safety and well being of my boys and keep them safe and emotionally healthy. Kristopher needs to continue his counseling and needs to be put into gifted and talented classes for his age like I had him in and Kaden needs to continue his speech therapy. Both children need to make their second appointment in houston . I will allow the Department access anytime to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the boys. I do understand by me not complying with your recommendation that is grounds for involuntary termination of my parental rights. I am requesting a monitored return of the children**** asap please for their well being, there is documentation from safe harbor(they supervise my visits) **** that the grandparents are violating the safety plan and not ensuring the well being of my boys. Zachariah Beck (the father) took my children over to Kim and Carl’s house on two occasions I know of now, I knew these people when I was with him, I never approved of these people due to the fact they their house is always extremely dirty and I forbid him from seeing them when I found out they are drug addicts. Zack is hanging out with them so I can guarantee he is back to his old habits. Kristopher told me and it is documented on the safe harbor notes last Saturday that he could not play certain games at Mr Gatti’s because his hand was hurt, red and swollen. I asked him What happened and he tells me that Daddy took him to Carl’s house and the house was too dirty to play in that he stepped on glass, so Carl and Daddy and the kids went to the park and bet on who’s kids would beat up the others, Kris told me that Zack told him to fight Carl jr and Sissy (children that around Kris’s age) and Kris won and hurt his hand. He was so happy that his father was proud of him for beating up a little boy and girl. Kris stated Nanna and Papa were not there.(the grandparents)
This is unacceptable. My children being in that environment is teaching them it is ok to fight and demean women and girls, and their attitude is becoming aggressive, and Kristopher is learning foul language. Please help me I am begging you on behalf of my children to help them be returned to me with home based services. I can not get anyone to help me and i fear for my children’s safety, please help me i pray.
