Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I have been involved with the court system for years. To many of my days have been spent in juvenile court watching childrens lives being by an uncaring system. The further I go the less I know as to why some children are removed and tortured in one foster home after another. I have heard out of the mouths of babies the most horrific stories of beatings, rapes, and neglect performed by foster parents. These things are hidden, so that the minimal of what these children are removed from the parents does not go unpunished by parental termination. The sad thing is so much more is happening today because of the Adoption Act and the Safe Family Act, that is oh so determined to pay social services for going out and looking for more children to take, so that they do not lose the money the federal government offers.
Help these children. Change the law.
Recently I have made every effort for a four year old to help him. His mother is mildly retarded, a good mother, and a good person, but that retardation made her a target. DSS took all of her children, the oldest boy, age 4 was very close to his mother. He would pitch fits after he saw his mother because he wanted to go home. In one foster home the foster father beat him. He went to the next, and the foster mother locked him in his room for days at a time. Then he was sent to a lock down facility for sex offenders.
I sent every advocate attorney, TV news, newspaper that I could talk into going to investigate. Did I mention that DSS did not get a court order to lock him up. The offenders facility demanded that DSS come and get him. He doesn’t have a rosy future if he losses his mother. He will bounce around from home to home the rest of his life. I will not be able to help him, because I will lose track of him if his mothers rights are terminated. He is not cute and lovable when he wants to go home. Should yes. Will he probably not. Not as long as you allow DSS to label a foster home or group home as an adoptive home so DSS can collect there money. For each home that this child is in.
This has to stop. I and many others truly hate seeing our money spent to torture children for profit.

all i can really say is it is well over due for some change…..i really hope obama will make some laws to help all these poor little lives that are being ruined by these people who have no hearts…

Taking children from their parents by CPS have been going on for along time. It happened to me and my 2 brothers. Older brother and myself was put in a very bad foster home. My other brother which was 6 months was adopted out. When i was 10 they separted my brother and me . I got adopted he didn’t. When i was 48 i found him and my baby brother (which i didn’t even know i had, see i was 21/2 years old when we were taken. And i also found out i had 3 more siblings that was also taken by cps. They all were adopted out. Just because we were poor. This all happened in Batavia, Ohio

I emailed Obama, and faxed the gov of CA and a 3 senators
I think we just have to keep writing to them, and spread the word, so others will do the same.
When you write by mail, send supporting docs such as therapist letters that show you are fit parents,
Challenge the constitutionality of parental termination and the standards used in courts to determine 1) the detriment factor and 2) the best interest of the child.

They Took my children on made up false accusation placed my children in foster care in three seperate foster homes.
If you think this can’t happen to you it can.
Obama change is needed here. They broke up my family because I couldn’t afford to fix my roof? Because they didn’t respect my Religion and because I fell on hard times. Even though I don’t drink, smoke or do drugs they took them seperated them and are trying to keep them from me. They have Violated and denied me my Rights as a parent and an American as well as the rights of my children!! I live in Florida. I wan’t my children back! I am fighting! I will fight till I die!

I am writing to Obama even though I didn’t vote for him eveerybody write to Obama tell Obama he needs to make a bill stating that we need our children back let him know who is all involved Judges,county attorney,attorney general casa guarddian of litem theripaist let him know that everyone of these people needs to be proscuded, .

Linda m I got a nasty letter from Mr Kevin Canncannonn and Mr Culver saying that he the Governor and Mr Boswell can’t do nothing about my sitituation I wrote Mr Kevin Cannonnonn a nasty letter back telling him what I know about him in Maine and I even wrote to the smartass Iowa Governor telling him about Mr Kevin Cannonnonn they get smart with me I get smart back I told both of them how crooked they are and how corruupted they are the Des Moines Register is one big joke I also told the Register and even the newscasters. so there Mr asshole Cannonnonn.

Even though my daughter is 16 and my son 20 I can’t see them but on my son website myspace my son stated he does’nt smoke but he drinks and it really bothers me see what my exinlaws did to him and cps did to him I am afraid he be a achoclic and go to jail or get a owi or dui and I can’t do a thing about it if I still had my children I bet he would’t be drinking look on myspace under Brian Rote of DesMoines Iowa my daughter Melissa Rote doesn;t have myspace maybe sombody can talk to my son for me because the bribe Judge put a 5 year no contact order on me against him and lately at SE Polk high school there have been teen sucides I hope that doesn’t happen to my children.

i am a mother of four i lost my children in 2001 a just reached a return home goal sept 2008 now they are prolonging the actual return they have locked my son in a institution his 6yrs old .while in foster care he was exposed to horrors unmentioable all the while i was fighting for their return they are doping him up and saying he can’t be released until sept 2009.one of my girls are living in a home cities away where constant problems and accusations arise but the stil haven’t moved or returned her .My other two are also suffering in the own way .I FEEL after the are finally returned whatevers left of the sweet spirit will be so victimized and torn i’ll be left with shells of children .I need some help inthese final staggies to resue them .I ‘VE DONE COMPLETED EVERYTHING THESE PEOPLE HAVE ASKED OF ME noe the using the after math of this devastation to prolong and tary on more seperation Help me please !!!!!!! I live illinois

Well another year without my children for Christmas I hope my exinlaws and DHS and the courts have a Merry Christmas since I can’t have a Merry Christmas with my children.Us mothers ain’t going to have a very merry Christmas without our children I wish all of us could have our children back for christmas that would be the best present ever.

Dear President Obama, For years I have been tortured by some criminals. They work for Cps and the Family Courts New York. Judge Susan Knipps, Adel Benjamin Case worker etc… . During an almost decade case in family courts of CT/NY Luna v Dobson my rights have been violated over and over and over again. I had death threats by the same Cps workers towards my family. I was told not to say anything because I will get injured. They told me that they have people all around so that I better not say anything. New York Courts are very dangerous filled with corrupt people trying to steal the taxpayers money. During Luna v Dobson my children missed school sometimes due to the corruption in the Luna v Dobson case and so they (court/Cps) decided to ruin my life and torture me. The damage that was done to me by these criminal was HUGE!!! I do not trust government anymore because of Luna v Dobson. Thank you for listening. Hoping for CHANGE!! Felicita Luna.

I am from northern calif, & I am amazed at the disturbing simularities we have in our fight with cps…here we are on opposite sides of the continent and yet our kids & we are living the same nightmare… It has been eye opening the more I browse through this site…at the horror we are faced with and the exteme loss of innocence our so called free country has been freely giving out by the ship loads.

I think I will write him a nice little letter and send proof that their accusations were all false, and letters from my therapist saying that she has serious doubts about the validity of their claims as well, in fact I think that I will have my 13 year old that was returned to me 6 months ago write to Obama and tell him about being locked outside and night and being bruised, burned and told to lie to me about the bruising during visits as well. CPS is all a bunch of criminals and DSS isnt much better either…my ex mother-in-law(I have nothing against her personally although her son alienated me and his son) works for them.

A letter from Trinity’s grandfather “Papa”
I would like to write about my recent experience with C.P.S. in Salem Oregon. I received a phone call from my son telling me C.P.S. took his daughter and he did not know why. This was October of last year my son is a single father.
He was awakened by his daughter at 2:30 a.m. she was having trouble breathing so he called her doctor, after listening to her breathing, he was told by the doctor to call 911 for an ambulance.
The 911 operator thought he sounded intoxicated so she informed D.H.S. and let the responding officer know to look for this. The police report stats that he did NOT appear to be intoxicated and had an emergence with his daughter no crime committed.(police report presented in court) The pharmacy at the hospital would not fill prescription for my granddaughter until C.P.S. talked to her father. At 6 a.m. this same morning she was taken from her father.
The State of Oregon accused my son of being a drug addict and mentally unstable. Both charges have proven to be false! (Sociological test O.K./ALL Drug tests clean)
Poor Trinity had to spend 28 days in foster care before our lawyer could get her returned to Adam as no crime was committed no neglect or abuse. Trinity was placed in a permanent foster home the same day she was taken & her court appointed attorney was not present at shelter hearing.
While in foster care she was traumatized and neglected the second visit with her father she had dried vomit on her back and close, the foster father said he did not know she could talk and she just sat in the corner of the house all day. ( This event is recorded and then covered up by C.P.S. after their employ tried to have trinity returned to her father as it was clear to her that Trinity was being traumatized.) She also had a staff infection when returned to us!
This is a very smart outgoing little girl she was torn from her loving family and placed with strangers, in a Spanish speaking home very little English spoken in the home, if any! The foster mother spoke no English at all.
The C.P.S. workers mislead the court at the shelter hearing fabricating a case by making false statement of police report without having the actual police report in court just their version of it . Misquoting people they questioned while investigating case, using Adams past drug problem against him.
I could not believe the court was allowing hearsay and C.P.S. version of police report (without the real police report present in court) to be used in court! But that is what happened!
These Courts are not operating under any kind of rules of law! The black robes are not upholding their sworn oath to protect ( The constitution ) Americans and their families from the out of control government agency namely Child Protective services. These Judges are knowingly allowing a government agency to steal children from loving homes with no crime ever being committed by the parent or parents and into the hands of strangers where they are neglected and abused 90% of the time!
Adam’s court appointed attorney did not object to any of this and Adam was not allowed to talk as false allegations were entered in court record and not contested. When not contested these false allegations become fact! Adam has not been charged with any crime that would move things to civil court where your civil rights are intact. We want to make sure all false allegations by STATE are disputed on record in court for future Appeals, as what is on record is all that court of appeals will see.
THE JUDGE ASKED Adam if he was willing to do what ever was required by the court in order to get his child back and he of coarse agreed, this is where his court appointed attorney should have advised him to insist that he be charged with some crime or have his child returned. The actual police report stats that Adam had committed no crime and had a medical emergency with his young daughter.
At the advice of our new council with State of Oregon approval
( D.A. did not want to go to trial) Adam quit his job and moved to California January 28th of this year. Adam and Trinity are now living with us here in California.
The state of Oregon is still threatening to take our granddaughter away not only from Adam but from all of her family here in California. She is still a ward of the state of Oregon until the court transfers case to California or closes case.
The state of Oregon course of treatment after six months 45 clean tests! Includes drug & alcohol testing three times a week, the two-day Parent Substance Abuse Program, two 90-minute groups a week, two 50-minute individual sessions, and two AA meetings a week with documentation of attendance including the signature of the meeting chair. If Adam misses a single obligation before the next court date, he can expect that Trinity will be removed from his custody!
My son has turned his life around the clean tests prove it, he had a good job in management with the company he worked for in Oregon, now he is starting over but he has his daughter and plans to keep her he will be 100% compliance next court date and we will see if case gets transferred here to California.
I am only interested in the facts in this case not C.P.S. fantasy and or speculations. The court is not looking at the truth or facts in this case. The STATE gets over $100,000. Per year, per child in the system from the feds! The children are nothing more than a commodity to the STATE one they do not want to lose.
Currently the state is continuing to exercise jurisdiction based on C.P.S. falsely claiming Adam failed to provide Trinity with care, guidance, and protection necessary for her physical, mental, or emotional well-being. Even though Adam presented in court letters from two day cares stating what a great father he is and who well cared for and well adjusted Trinity is.
It is painfully clear when the state has no reason to keep case open they can always claim your are a bad parent. This allegation was not admitted by father on12/18/08. As stated on disposition judgment filed STATE OF OREGON Marion County Circuit Courts.
Adam was forced to sign paperwork in order to keep his daughter when she was returned to him, it is assumed wording of this kind was somewhere in this paperwork. He did write on document signed under duress.
Well it has been a year now and all drug tests have been clean for drugs and alcohol. The programs the state wanted him to go to are complete and the state is going to close the case October 1st. 2009
Trinity should never have been taken from her father in the first place and ALL social workers are not entitled to absolute immunity from claims that they fabricated evidence during an investigation or made false statements in a dependency petition affidavit that they signed under penalty of perjury, because such actions aren’t similar to discretionary decisions about whether to prosecute. A prosecutor doesn’t have absolute immunity if he fabricates evidence during a preliminary investigation, before he could properly claim to be acting as an advocate, see Buckley v. Fitzsimmons, 509 U.S. 259, 275 (1993), or makes false statements in a sworn affidavit in support of an application for an arrest warrant, see Kalina v. Fletcher, 522 U.S. 118, 129-30 (1997). Furthermore, as prosecutors and others investigating criminal matters have no absolute immunity for their investigatory conduct, a fortiori, BELTRAN v. SANTA CLARA 1203
As of October 1, 2009 case closed one year from the date she was taken this way they get their blood money from the fed’s.
